When I query the Airtable base, the image does not appear. In the Pager Design extension, the image fails to load.

I am working on a job board project and have this challenge. I have gone through some of the community posts but cannot figure out a solution.The marketplace is continuously updated with titles, urls etc.I want to convert the URLs to hyperlink. As well, I want to create a solution that will apply to the entire field. I saw a post but I think that is valid for permanent  urls, not where every record has a new url. Is this possible? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I was at ONA24 in Atlanta last week and, as someone who has used Airtable in my last four newsrooms, I can say Airtable would make a killing signing up new paid users. Each record has a {Lab Status} single select field, a {Latest Lab Date} date field, a {Next Lab Due} field that calculates a date 6 months out from the date field, and a {Send By} field that calculates a date 1 month prior to the next due date. Hello,I have a very simple formula that is taking the values calculated from other fields and giving a total.  The problem I am running into is unless I have the formatting set to 5 decimal places the results will round.  For the work we are doing we need the data to not round, but the issue is for the exports we have to do to input the data into another system we have to remove the extra decimal places. Is there a way to keep the 2 decimal place formatting while preventing the rounding?For example if a value is 2543.54546 we would like it to be 2543.54, but if I change the formatting to two places the number ends up being 2543.55 which for reconciliation is a problem.  The values change daily so the direction of rounding also changes.  My formula is super simple {value1} - {value2}I did try adding the ROUND function, but that didn't seem to help at all.  ROUND({va

Hi there,I have two tables and an interface with a form. The first form is used to add an entry to the table. I have this displayed as a nice gallery.I wanted to add a button on the gallery, so the user can click the button on the record and it will take them to another form to request a change to that record. I've got about 90% there, but getting the field to prefill with the record_ID has been miserable. I've tried every combination and it just doesn't work.On the form I added a new field "Link to another record". I select my primary table and select some columns to bring in via lookup. It looks great, the user can use the drop down to view all submissions and select the one they want. Hi all, I am not sure if I am going about this the right way, so I’d appreciate some ideas. Goal: I have two tables. A “detail table” and a “main table”. The “main table” has a related list “link to another record” field to the “detailed table”. In interface designer, I am hoping to create a search that lets me find records from the “main table” and by selecting an item it lets ‘grabs’ the related list of items from the detail table. So, if I select three records from the main table, that each have 3 records in the detail table, it would show me the total of items from the detail table = 9. Appreciate any thoughts! Thank you!

I don't know if it is possible.. we know that on excel we can have live data and refresh the table to include the new data. And we know that we can link an excel file to airtable and export the data on it.So my question is can we create a dynamic airtable table that refresh every time I refresh the excel file?I don't know if it is something impossible.. Hello,I am trying to create a web app using Airtable and Softr. I have already created a fully functional application, but now I want to scale it so organizations can create their own profiles and customize them as they like without affecting other users. I am thinking of creating separate databases for all organizations and connecting them with a central database, similar to how we do it in native PostgreSQL. However, I seem to be stuck with Airtable. Can anyone help me achieve my goal? 

I am new to Airtable. I am wondering whether you can send an email to an airtable record. Eg a follow up item to be added as a task. (This can be done in Evernote and other task programs). Thank you in advance

My company exports a .csv file every week containing the current inventory of the same objects.  Each object has a count that may change week over week.  We copy this .csv into an airtable weekly.  I would like to capture the old counts from the prior week so that I can track the differences week over week.  How can I set up a scheduler to move the values from the "This Week's Apples" field to "Last Week's Apples" field automatically?

I'm sure this an easy one - but I am stumped.  Here is the scenario: I want to create a view so I can send out a daily report that shows all records that are on tomorrow's service schedule, yesterday's service schedule, and 2 weeks ago service schedule.  The current airtable filter options of tomorrow and yesterday work great until it comes to the weekend - meaning on my Friday report, the Monday activity is not showing up and on my Monday report, the Friday activity is not showing up.  I have created formula fields that calculate the next work day but Im still stuck on how to filter it.  I tried to filter using "is after" "today" but then it gives me all records in the future when I just want the one next workday.  Maybe I am approaching this all wrong and making it more difficult than it is - but my brain is not computing

I’d like to integrate photos into Airtable but would prefer not to have to upload them directly as an attachment but would prefer to link them to someplace outside of Airtable. Currently I do this with an Evernote link. But ideally I could find a way to link it directly to my “Photos” app on the iPhone. The impetus for this is to avoid redundancy of having a photo stored in multiple places (Photos and Airtable, or Photos and Evernote). I store all my photos automatically to iCloud so I was hoping there is a way to link directly to a photo or link directly to an album? (Selecting photos and using the “Copy iCloud Link” feature doesn’t work b/c that link expires in 30 days…) Anyone know of a way to do this? Or any other interesting ways of tackling this problem? Hello! I have a field in every record for zip code (number field) I am looking to have a sheet to count up how many records I have in a specific zip code. Interfaces can give me a chart on the zip count but I can not figure out how to get a table of it. I can group by zip code in the table by I need that data in it’s own table.

I'm based in the UK and we've had an integration working on a booking database for over a year which automates the creation of an Outlook event when a booking is made. No changes have been made to this automation but today the events which are in Airtable as dd/mm have started coming through as mm/dd. I'm really at a loss with this and what I need to be looking into.

I have created a blank interface where submissions that come in to the "Requests" table are used as the basis for creating records in the "Jobs" table.I've identified that the biggest potential for user error is not having the correct Job selected in the right-side dropdown. I'd like to limit the dropdown's selection to only Jobs that are linked to the Request that is selected in the left-side dropdown.Nothing I've tried so far has worked. Any ideas?

I am trying to track when i should expect a project back based on the amount of days given to return. The first return length is 70 days or 10 weeks. The second time it is submitted is 30 days return. Column: Submitted date: (constant)- user entered Columns: Expected Project Return (date) DATEADD({SUBMITTED Date }, 10, 'week')) This checks out good.  when I have a Resubmittal column(date) I would like the Expected Project Return Date to now show DATEADD({SUBMITTED }, 30, 'day')) So in short i want the expected return date column to update once the resubmittal date is updated. 

I'm using the CSV Import extension to import data into an existing table. I am trying to preserve a linked field relationship so that when data is imported, it does so into a linked field. I understand this is possible, however, the linked field I am working with is linked to a table that is synced from another base.When I try to import, I get an error message saying "You can't create records in 'Table' because it is a synced table." Are there any workarounds or is this just a limitation of Airtable? If I turn off the field (complete_machine_sn), I don't get an error message. At the end of the day, my goal is just to import the data and preserve the linked relationship, as I have downstream workflows that required that linked relationship.

I'm looking for a way to customize the Fields, and their order, that appear in an Expanded Record's preview cards for that Linked Field.It seems Random, or customizable?  I know in a normal grid view, I can specify the Linked Record field to use a specific view, and set the order in that view...but that doesn't seem to affect the expanded record's preview cardanyone have experience solving this?
