I'm not sure how to go about this.Should I create another interface, or is it possible to have conditional tabs within the interface?Thanks!

I have a project and a task table. The tasks are all connected to projects. I'd like to connect the tasks together so when I need to delay (or move up) a project I can move all the tasks together. I thought when they came out with dependencies, that would work. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for what I want to do. First of all, my tasks aren't necessarily dependent upon one another. I don't need to do one before the other. They are simply tasks that need to be done before the project is done. I've tried batch move, but it gets complicated with weekends and holidays. Also, I have a project start date and a due, Plus I have a task start date, a working on date. The working on date just ensures that I'm working on the task before I need Any suggestions? 

Hi! I have a large existing google sheets I am trying to organize into Airtable. I own an events agency that books out talent for hundreds of events each month. This is a living document that is updated every day by people who fill out our form to book - this was a google form that dropped down into a google doc, but Airtable seems much more user friendly. I want the rows to automatically drop into date & event start time order with an AM/PM format. My current information has the date, start time & end time in separate columns but the Airtable automation has date/time within one field. Is there a way to merge this so my existing data can format without me having to re-input hundreds of upcoming events into a new spreadsheet? Screenshots of my Google Sheets spreadsheet & how it imported into Airtable. Thanks! 

Morning! This is probable really simple...but I'm struggling to find the formula i need and wondered if you lovely people could assist please?Basically I'm trying to add a date in a formula output, so if the ccf column has a number in it copies the number across to the formula output column, and if the ccf is empty then it says 'no ccf 10/04/24'  (todays date)This is as far as i've got - i cant figure out how to copy the info across or add todays date on - anyone know the simple fix for this please?   IF({CCF  *Customer order number*} >0,  "CCF ATTACHED", "NO CCF") 

Hi Yall!! So I am tying to add in an automation that uses a check box being marked as "true" as a trigger in TABLE 1 to add one of my multiple select options in TABLE 2.  An example of how I would need it to work: Table 1: Check box is marked as "Checked/True"Automation kicks inTable 2: one of the multiple selectable items in the column I need to select is added Trigger: Checkbox is checked in Table 1Action: Tag is added in Table 2 Is it possible to add in automations that work across multiple tables?  Any idea how I could build this automation? My main issue is coming into selecting the correct record ID?  Any help would be seriously appreciated! Thank you!  

HELP!! I just can't get the following to work into one formula....  basically I have four sets of dates that I need to set status' for to trigger email reminders (1st Pupdate, 2nd Pupdate, 3rd Pupdate, 4th Pupdate). I have an Airtable table that contains Requests and another that contains Devices. Both share a common link record to a Company table. A Company has a 1 to many relations to both Devices and Requests. Also, there's a 1 to 1 mapping between Requests and Devices. I'd like to have an Airtable Interface where I look at all "open" Requests and based on that Request's company field, choose an "available" Device mapped to the same company to be linked to that Request.Is this possible and if so, any guidance on how to go about that?

I want to set a formula that will calculate a certain percentage based on what driver is selected in the driver field. Example: for the Dispatch % field i need a formula that will go like this. If driver is Dima set Dispatch % to be {Total invoiced} *.13 if Driver is Alex set dispatch % to be {Total invoiced} *.07 Thank you for the help!

Hello everybody!I have two tables one that shows products and one that shows orders. What I want to do is inside the table that shows the orders. I want to have a view that shows most recent order that each product is attached too. Is there anyway to do this?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! I have a Serial Number (SN#) that is labeled "Locker Name". I want to make sure that the SN# is 7 Characters/Digits before finishing the automation as sometimes it get typed in wrong. the SN# format is NS01234 or NS00123. People leave off the 0's from time to time. i want to create a new record with this number in a new table. Linking is not option here. Here is what i am trying to do but i am getting this error: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')at main on line 4     if (sn.length === 5) {       i guess i am asking how to get the Length of the value to read so that i can achieve this?? 

This is a serious question. I've been blown off for over a week. Heather Chambers sent me an email which completely ignored my questions and is actively ignoring me. I have a couple of simple questions and am unable to get a sales person to speak with me. I resorted to opening a support ticket and even that is proving to be a waste of time. I am trying to generate an Invoice for line items in Airtable. New Google docs creation automation is very helpful but it lacks basic formatting functions. So, I use Microsoft Word module in Make but do not know what format I should use in this “Raw values” field. Could anyone please give me an example? I know this is not really a Airtable question but documentation on this module is quite limited. We use a webhook from Shopify to capture order data in Airtable. When the webhook comes in, we create a record in Airtable with pertinent order data. I want to parse out the line items in the order into another table for use in creating a packing slip. Here is sample data: Airtable - MA Test The Data table represents the data as it comes in from the webhook. The Desired Output table represents the ideal output. This is where I need help, creating an automation/script to parse out that data into new rows. Thanks for your help!

Hiya all!  So, I am trying to create a formula that uses each of the checkboxes in my table as a way to track payments that have come in.  I need each checkbox to equal/represent to the amount listed in the {Payment Amounts} column and for the number of payments that have come in (ie - the number of checkboxes checked) to be represented by a progress bar where the final tuition amount is listed in the table too as {Tuition}.  I have the below pasted formula so far, but its obviously not working: VALUE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE({Tuition (from KCIT Tracker)}, "$", ""), ",", ""))

So we've set an Airtable Automation where every day at 12:00PM it sends an email digest to the project managers to show Rush or High Priority tasks that are due today or before today. I had one question:Is there a way to have the link of each task on the email? For instance, once we get those emails with the tasks due, it would be nice to have it where each task comes with the respective Airtable link that leads to the corresponding task right away. I've attached the screenshot of the current automation set. Hi AllHoping there's a simple solution for this: I have a table that is updated regularly with status changes, content changes and also linked records.I would like to send the users of the base a daily email at night that shows a grid of those records that have been updated that day. This way they will get a clear picture of what happened each day. Many other PM tools provide this automatically. This is not an email that is sent as soon as a change occurs but rather it will be a scheduled emails that contains ALL the records that were changed that day.Is this possible? Thanks very much!

Hey community,I'm fairly new to Airtable and I am faced with a task I myself cannot seem to wrap my head around: I created a single-select field that checks for a condition (e.g. did you have lunch today?). It's currently not being used yet because I want to get the reporting straight first. My problem: I already had records in my base prior to this new select field. What I would like to do is to check from a specific date onward (ie. once the new field is live and ready to use for my base editors) how often this field was selected - meaning how many % of all new records did choose to select this optional field (yes, I had lunch today). Do you have any ideas how I could set this up? Thank you so much!Virginia

Hi everyoneI'm trying to 'visualise' the database I've built in some form of Sitemap Hierarchy with connected/relational fields and the ability to filter those connected/relational fields and it doesn't look like Airtable has this functionality native, closest I've found is the Org Chart extension, but doesn't seem flexible enough.It's likely that what I'm asking is likely impossible but I don't know if there's a better way to setup the database tabs to make the hierarchy work.For context, we're looking to visually map via a semi-automated export function the hierarchy or an Organisation that has Departments, Sub-Departments, Teams and People within it that are all separate tabs.Any advice or examples of how you've managed to make a Org Chart or Sitemap Visualisation work.TIA Charlie
