I am using Airtable's "Project Tracker" template which has two tables: 📝 Tasks, timelines, and assignees and 👀 Overview.I adapted the template to my team's needs. I want to accomplish the following,I want my team to update the status column in the 📝 Tasks, timelines, and assignees table.This table is organized so your tasks are grouped by project. There will be multiple tasks per project.In the Overview table, you can see the projects.The 👀 Overview table has a status column (or field) that should automatically update to COMPLETE, when all tasks under the project in the  📝 Tasks, timelines, and assignees have a status marked to COMPLETE.

I’m pulling in 10 urls from Zapier in one field. (I can’t seem to split them despite trying the split text formatter) I have seen some similar formulas to split text but can’t get them to work either. I need some help so I can separate the URLs out.

Hi all!I have two tables, the first is Stores, the second is Customers. They are linked. Customers has a Region single select, Stores a Region multi-select. All of the Region single selects are populated for the Customers tab. I need some help creating an automation or bulk update for the regions of the linked Customers are visible in the linked Stores region field. Thanks in advance!

Just have been pushing it further wiht scripts, automations, and integrations. Many springs ago (25) I used to be a developer and the database thinking runs still through my blood. So when I make an base with some use case in mind (probably not wherefore Airtable is intended for) I think of tables that have the flexibility of SQL. Imagine thisBase to keep scores me playing boardgames with friends (because we're nerds and we wnat to know who is the ultimate better player over the years etc.) ps. I actually do also serious things with Airtable but this is simple for people to imagine 😄Table: players (list of people)Table: board games (the actual game, eg. UNO)Table: games (a session until someone wins)Table: rounds (all the rounds played in a game until its over)Table: scores (per round

For the automation above, I kept getting an error OR inaccurate output. When I would test it out and submit a 90% score, it keeps creating a record as if the score was less 89.99

I know we have a "Contains" operators which works, but it would be nice to have a "Starts with" operator, for example when dealing names that contains the some or more of the same letters but doesn't start with the same letters.

I have a screenshot above where the linked record displays Tags and Employee ONLY. I discovered that they normally pull the displayed fields from the primary view of the table. However, I already checked my Tasks table but I really cant find the view where this is being pulled from. It's not accurate at all. Can someone please help?

Is it possible to identify if there are any duplicates in a lookup array? I have 3 tables, all linked together: Entities (companies)MeetingsMonthsEvery Meeting is linked to a month (for various uses) and to an Entity. From the Entities table, I have data as such - the linked meetings and a lookup of their linked months. What I'd like to do is identify if a month appears twice in any row. I don't want to eliminate duplicates (i.e. ARRAYUNIQUE). Instead I need to see if 2 or more meetings occurred in the same month for any company. Is there any way to do that?

Anyone have success syncing event details between Airtable and EventBrite?  Make.com only seems to tie to date and name of event, none of the detail fields appear to be mappable.

Hi,I've created an inventory and order system using airtable but I'm being held back from having airtable calculate my order cost using a roll up. We sell some products with a special offer, for example, a hoodie normally costs £30 but if you buy two it costs £50. Another example, a pin badge costs £4 but you can buy three for £10. I thought this would be really simple to implement but can't seem to work out a way around it and I'm not clued up on writing formulas.Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hello, I'm trying to merge records in my table when 3 criteria match. I've been able to identify which records are duplicates, but I am having trouble merging them. Logically I believe my code should do what I want it do, I am not super familiar with asynch and I think that is what is messing me up. When I run this code it throws: Syntax error: await is only valid in async functions and the top level bodies of modules [script.js:33:9] I've been reading through documentation and discussion posts, but I'm not sure what is happening to cause it to throw an exception. I am new to Airtable. I have create a Form to capture Emergency Contact Information. When I shared the link, the end user must register to complete this form. Is there a way to have the employee complete form without having to create an account or register?Note - I am currently using the Free version of Airtable. I don't know if this make a difference.

Hi I am trying to update Airtable records using Integromat. I am getting an error: “The operation failed with an error. Insufficient permissions to create new select options” I have found out that it has to do with my multi-select option fields in Airtable (when I remove those options the record gets updated.) I would like to know if there is a workaround or some other solution, so that I don’t have to go back into the Airtable records and manually select all the options. I have over 200 records. I don’t want to have to do this for each record, that defeats the purpose of using an automation app. Is there a solution? Thank you, Mary

Hi. I have a very basic password system that uses letters to denote numbers. The numbers come from a client's DOB.I have a date (DOB) field and another field using DATETIME_FORMAT to only show the numbers (DDMMYY). That's all fine.I would like to have a new field that displays a particular letter for each number - to create a very simple password. Lets say: 1=a, 2=b, 3=c, 4=d, 5=e, 6=f, 7=g, 8=h, 9=i, 0=jIs there a formula that would do this please?

Records from both fields are come from Lookup of other fields so multiple records appear in "Test" and "Solution". i.e. one record of 'Test' contains 'Test item 1, 2 & 3'. One record of 'Solution' contain 'Solution item 1, 2, & 3'.I use below formula to present Test item 1, Test item 2, Test item 3 in separate lines under one record of  "Test" fields.
