Hi everyone, I'm trying to implement the following Excel SUMIF Formula: SUMIF('Tabella raggr'!B:B;T2;'Tabella raggr'!D:D) Basically I have to add up all the values in column D where the corresponding value in column B matches the value in T2.In the screenshots below you can find the B and D columns of the 'Tabella raggr' table and the T2 which is the criteria of the SUMIF function and it's on another table called 'SAP'.

Hello The following code works when I pass in the field name as a string to the get function. It doesnt when I use the field id. I want to use field id. I have a script that I'm using to update records in my Airtable base, but it seems to be taking longer than expected and sometimes hangs indefinitely. I'm seeking assistance to optimize the script for better performance.Script Description: The script aims to update records in the "Tasks" table of my Airtable base. Hi! 2 things…I’m trying to find a workaround so that when you being typing in the address field, the address starts coming up like in Google maps. I have the map extension installed and can not figure it out. From what I’m researching it’s not possible? Also, relating to address mapping… here is my other scenario…Im creating this for a cat rescue and we perform mass trapping also. While in the field and a cat is trapped is there a way to snap a pic, create a new record and in the location field have our location populate? thanks!

Hi,I'd like to ask how many emails i can send through automation triggered send mail action.I've read other posts and threads but i am still confused with the wording of Airtable.it says I can send any number of emails to collaborators with verified emails.and also i can send email to 100 unique non-collaborator email address per day.In scenario, I send task notification email to "A" non-collaborator email address, and then sends task assigned email to "B", when "A" completes and changes the status, and if it sends completion email to both "A", and "B" then would it still count as 2 unique collaborator, and i still have 98 more unique non-collaborator email address room left?Just want to clear up this before i start mailing stuff through the automation.Thanks

Hello, I have a DB ~15,000 records. I wrote a script to merge and delete records. It compares three data fields for duplications and combines the duplicate records. It also will merge data from two other fields if the fields are not empty. I tested my script on a 500 record DB and it works fine. When I test on a 2,500 record DB it times out. Can someone make any suggestions on how I can cut the execution time on my script ? I've seen posts about using a hash index, but I don't think that would work for what I want to do. Because I need to iterate through all records to find duplicates. Hi Everyone, I’m working on a TV series, and looking for some online database solution for a really easy(-looking) task: I have to follow the realationships between the characters of the TV show during the script writing (friends/enemies/…etc - it can also be a simple list). So it means I make a list with the names of the characters I guess, and then I need to duplicate this list and somehow make a third list that contains the connections between them (it’s like a two dimensional graph). And then the second question: if the database is finished, how can I easily make the entries (we are talking about hundreds of character names). For example, I have two names in the list: “Joe” and “Bob”. I want to change their relationship into “friends”. I guess I will need some kind of combined searching form that looks for the two names and make me able the change the third data between them. Do you think I can do this in Airtable? Hi there, Brand new to Airtable and have been messing around with it to see if it fits our needs. I’ve been impressed! One question I have yet to find the answer for is… Is there a way to process a submission fee payment as part of forms created through Airtable? As an organization, we collect a small application fee. While I assumed that Airtable’s integration with Stripe/Paypal would make this easy, I have yet to find a way to do so? I'm trying to build an IF Formula that seems like it would be straight-forwarded, but is proving to be more complicated than I thought it would be and has got me stumped. Both fields are Lookup fields getting a Rollup value from another table. I started with a basic IF formula, but the problem is it resulted in X $0 values being replaced by the Y value, when I wanted the $0 X value to be returned.IF(X,X,Y) Then I tried to a formula to say if X is equal to or greater than 0, and that worked, but it would not return Y if the X Column was blank. IF(X >=0,X,Y) So, I tried an IF / Or Formula. I have a fairly niche-type issue that I've not been able to figure out; for context, I've created a check in base optimized for a team of supervisors to check in/out staff using the Airtable mobile app. I have 2 tables linked together, where one represents 1 record for every shift (named "All Shifts"), which is linked to a table (named "BA Data") that houses the staff info of whoever is scheduled for a shift. I would like for my Supervisors to be able to open the linked record (aka "BA Data") while looking at the "All Shifts" table and be able to modify a "Current Location" field and a "Lead Notes" field (both are housed in the "BA Data" table). The navigation to do so seems to work just fine, but when a user opens the linked record from the mobile app, it appears that the Sort is defaulted to newest to oldest fields, in the order they've been modified; I know this because when I converted the oldest field to "Current Location" in order to bump it up to the t

Hi all, I'm working on a donor management system for a non-profit org.  Donors make pledges to give $x on x recurring basis, usually something like $50 a month.I've got a table for Donors, one for pledges, and one for donations.I need to have a way to check whether pledges are being fulfilled by donors.  So if John Smith pledged $50 a month, has he actually sent $50 a month?But how do you search for what's NOT there???  I am stumped on how to approach this one!Any thoughts???

I have a table where different group clients submit weekly weights on a form.I'm calculating "starting weight - weekly weight = X". With each submission, I send them an automated email that records what their weight loss is, BUT even though their weekly weight loss differs, I want to only send them the max weight they've lost of all the weeks submitted.e.g. starting weight - 200lbsweek 1 submission = 194 (6lbs lost)week 2 submission = 196 (4lbs lost)week 3 submission = 197 (3lbs lost)So their record will continue to pull only the "194 (6lbs lost)" until a higher weight loss is submitted. How do I do that? The rollup fields are not working for me - or am I missing something! The current rollup field is reflecting all 0 but there are no zero entries.

Hi everyone,I'm new to Airtable and I'm trying to automate the process of updating fields in a primary table based on records filled out in a secondary table. Both tables share the same ID for each record. The primary table serves as my master record, while the secondary table contains five fields that will be completed via a form. I'm pre-populating the ID in the form to ensure consistency across tables. However, I'm struggling to find a way to automatically reflect the updates from the secondary table in the master record table as soon as a new record is created. I feel like there should be a simple solution, but I haven't managed to figure it out yet. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
