I'm trying to delete an entry from my airtable through the API (on voiceflow to be specific). I have experience with the API as the rest of the application uses many GET and POST commands that work just fine. The problem comes when trying to delete, where I keep getting error 401 (authentication required) despite including my bearer API key as a header. I'm using an exact copy of the DELETE example in my airtable API documentation.Anyone have any ideas if this problem could come from somewhere else? Or if it's just a bug to do with my application? How can I count the number of records in the list "Attended Session & Challenge" that are specifically only from 2023? The attendance is based on a form they fill in that is in a different tab in the same workspace. help would be very appreciated! Thanks. 

Hello everyone, Hope you guys can help me out here.I am trying to fetch some information from Airtable through an Get request API block in Voiceflow. When the parameter field is empty I get a 200 success code but it retrieves all of the information. I want to fetch the information depending on a variable. To do that I type a filterByFolmula in the parameter field and I get 422 error. Does anyone knows how to solve this? we have a problem with the connection of softr and airtable. We have a part in softr where people can add new data and we need that data to be in airtable. However, in airtable the place where the data should go to is linked with other tabs.Since it’s a linked column softr doesn’t understand it. Is there a way for us to make it so that softr detects the linked column and when a new data is added it is shown in the correct place? or exist any formula that let us to copy automatically cells like in Google Sheets? 

I'm not normally a scripter, but just spent two weeks trying to put this little routine together and make it work. The script calculates the date one year in the future and uses it to rename a new column in the format MMM'YY.  After loads of trial and twice as much error, I actually got in to work!:Naturally I was really pleased with myself! Now just to apply a trigger. I want it to run on the first of each month. My first idea was to paste it into an automation. But I soon discovered that scripts run from the automation cannot create fields.How frustrating! Why not? Can anybody think of a workaround? Is there a command I can put in the script editor to make it trigger on a regular interval?Any ideas or workarounds gratefully received.

Hi - I am having a heck of a time figuring this out.I have a table called "Days" that holds different tasks with various dates. Some tasks have the same date.In a separate table called "Crew", I assign the Tasks to the crew, and can rollup the linked records to only return the unique dates. However, when I try to count these, it adds the tasks up on the same date, even though I only need it once.Example:DAYS TABLE:Ben's Birthday - 3/9 Pickup John - 3/9Brenda's Birthday - 3/10 CREW TABLE:John - Linked to Ben's Birthday, Pickup John, and Brenda's Birthday RecordsRollup field: Arraying unique dates, only return 3/9 & 3/10 as desired. However, when trying to count unique dates, it is still counting all the records even if they have the same date. So it returns 3. Help!! 

Hi, im using softr form to upload people images to airtable and then print it to an dynamic list in sofrt, but if they attach multiple images, softr just shows the first, how can i split this multiple attachments to different records?If you have some advise or another solution i hear you.Thanks.

I have a script that I'm using to update records in my Airtable base, but it seems to be taking longer than expected and sometimes hangs indefinitely. Hi! 2 things…I’m trying to find a workaround so that when you being typing in the address field, the address starts coming up like in Google maps. I have the map extension installed and can not figure it out. Hi,I'd like to ask how many emails i can send through automation triggered send mail action.I've read other posts and threads but i am still confused with the wording of Airtable.it says I can send any number of emails to collaborators with verified emails.and also i can send email to 100 unique non-collaborator email address per day.In scenario, I send task notification email to "A" non-collaborator email address, and then sends task assigned email to "B", when "A" completes and changes the status, and if it sends completion email to both "A", and "B" then would it still count as 2 unique collaborator, and i still have 98 more unique non-collaborator email address room left?Just want to clear up this before i start mailing stuff through the automation.Thanks

Hello, I have a DB ~15,000 records. I wrote a script to merge and delete records. It compares three data fields for duplications and combines the duplicate records. It also will merge data from two other fields if the fields are not empty. I tested my script on a 500 record DB and it works fine. When I test on a 2,500 record DB it times out. Can someone make any suggestions on how I can cut the execution time on my script ? I've seen posts about using a hash index, but I don't think that would work for what I want to do. Because I need to iterate through all records to find duplicates. Hi Everyone, I’m working on a TV series, and looking for some online database solution for a really easy(-looking) task: I have to follow the realationships between the characters of the TV show during the script writing (friends/enemies/…etc - it can also be a simple list). So it means I make a list with the names of the characters I guess, and then I need to duplicate this list and somehow make a third list that contains the connections between them (it’s like a two dimensional graph). And then the second question: if the database is finished, how can I easily make the entries (we are talking about hundreds of character names). For example, I have two names in the list: “Joe” and “Bob”. I want to change their relationship into “friends”. I guess I will need some kind of combined searching form that looks for the two names and make me able the change the third data between them. Do you think I can do this in Airtable? Hi there, Brand new to Airtable and have been messing around with it to see if it fits our needs. I’ve been impressed! One question I have yet to find the answer for is… Is there a way to process a submission fee payment as part of forms created through Airtable? As an organization, we collect a small application fee. While I assumed that Airtable’s integration with Stripe/Paypal would make this easy, I have yet to find a way to do so? Any help or potential workarounds would be appreciated.

I'm trying to build an IF Formula that seems like it would be straight-forwarded, but is proving to be more complicated than I thought it would be and has got me stumped. Both fields are Lookup fields getting a Rollup value from another table. I started with a basic IF formula, but the problem is it resulted in X $0 values being replaced by the Y value, when I wanted the $0 X value to be returned.IF(X,X,Y) Then I tried to a formula to say if X is equal to or greater than 0, and that worked, but it would not return Y if the X Column was blank. IF(X >=0,X,Y) So, I tried an IF / Or Formula. It still returned the X field correctly, but did not return the Y Field if the X field was blank. (Update: I originally wrote this wrong when I posted. I was trying to say if X is not blank & is equal to or more than 0, return X, otherwise return Y. I have a fairly niche-type issue that I've not been able to figure out; for context, I've created a check in base optimized for a team of supervisors to check in/out staff using the Airtable mobile app. I have 2 tables linked together, where one represents 1 record for every shift (named "All Shifts"), which is linked to a table (named "BA Data") that houses the staff info of whoever is scheduled for a shift. I would like for my Supervisors to be able to open the linked record (aka "BA Data") while looking at the "All Shifts" table and be able to modify a "Current Location" field and a "Lead Notes" field (both are housed in the "BA Data" table). The navigation to do so seems to work just fine, but when a user opens the linked record from the mobile app, it appears that the Sort is defaulted to newest to oldest fields, in the order they've been modified; I know this because when I converted the oldest field to "Current Location" in order to bump it up to the top, the oldest fi
