Just found this while tinkering. If anyone else could test, I'd appreciate it.Steps to recreate: Add record via form in interfacesMake sure the form submission has a datetime field, and set that field's default value to Current Time.Toggle off 'Allow users to edit this field'.Submit formWhen the record is created, the date field will have 24 hours added to it.I originally thought it had something to do with my timezone settings and GMT, but when I toggle on 'Allow users to edit this field', the 24 hours is not added to the date field on record creation.I have a video here that shows it happening to me. 

I'm using a date field {Date Processed} and a formula field {Report Periods} to interpret that date and produce a comma separated list to find the year, quarter, month, week, and day. I use this for reporting. Check out this screenshot showing how 12/31/2023 (USA time format) is messing up the formula.The final day of the year should be in the 53rd week of the year. Instead it's starting over at week 1. I believe this is a bug in Airtable. Hello,I have a linked record and when adding it to a user interface there are to "appearance" options 1) Pills; and 2) Cards. I am testing out a new build and with the linked record set to "Cards" I see the normal card view, however another user testing shows a "List" view. I am not seeing how one user could see a different layout than another. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Thing is I actually like the "List" view but cannot figure out how to change it to it. Looking forward to any ideas.

Hi All! I’m trying to make a form that is asking individuals to give feedback about consultation sessions they’ve had. One of the questions is which consultant did you meet with. I have a multiple select field with their names right now and then a link to a webpage with the consultants’ profiles but I really want the options to include a name and a picture of the consultant right in the form. I don’t know that this is possible currently but does anyone have any ideas? Thanks! Tallie

I am trying to pull all the data from one of my tables and dump it into a json. Is their an easy way to do this? I have read and tried to follow the github for airtable.js but seem to be a bit lost. Thank you.

How can multiple users use the same airtable interface simultaneously?My interface is as follows 1. User selects investor and sets it by clicking a button. 2. The investor is saved in a temp table with a flag set as true 3. The user sees a list of startups and makes a selection of some startups by checking a checkbox 4. User selects a campaign date from a dropdown 5. User clicks on button to schedule. Button starts an automation that gets the carrier name from temp table only after seeing the flag as true, the list of startups that were checked and creates a row in the scheduler with the campaign date. After doing so it resets the startup checkbox and ready to schedule flag. Now if this above feature was to be used by more than 1 user at the same time, what changes would I need to make to my existing flow? Is there a way to retrieve the user id somehow

I am writing to seek assistance regarding a record limit issue that my organization is currently facing with our Pro plan. Yesterday, our base had a total of 13,000 records, well within the 50,000 records limit of our Pro plan. However, I imported an Excel sheet with an additional 44,000 records to test a formula. Subsequently, I deleted the table containing the 44,000 records, expecting the record count to revert to 13,000. Unfortunately, despite the deletion, it still shows that we are over the limit. I have already tried emptying the trash, but the record count remains unchanged. Any advice and assistance is greatly appreciated Thank you in advance.

Hello im working on linking two tables in a base that we use for asset tracking. One table is MOV 24 (movement records) and the other is ASSETS 24 (asset records). In the Movement table (which has a forum to generate movement records), there are multiple Lookup fields that can only look into specific views of ASSETS. For example the radio assets are all assigned an asset number {ASS-ID} in the asset table. In the MOV forum there is a pathway to record the intake of an item from the radio vendor. When recording the MOVement there is a field for Serial Number. I have successfully created a Rollup that is taking the serial number from golf cart intake movement records, but when i try to duplicate the same process for the radio records i am not seeing any information roll up. Hello,I am trying to set up something so simple, but AT is making it so complicated.All I'm trying to do is:- When a new record is created- Find a previously created record with the same CUSTOMER NAME & PHONE NUMBER - (while also looking to see if one of 2 checkboxes are checked)- If the NAME, & PHONE NUMBER are the same, and the previous record has a checkbox ticked, then add that checkbox tick to the new record.(If the checkbox is unticked, leave the new record unticked as well)I've gotten the automation to halfway work, but it is adding the new checkbox tick to every new record even if the previous record doesn't have a checkbox ticked.This seems like such an easy automation, but I've tried using "When a record is created", and "When a record matches conditions", I've tried doing the "find record" step in between the update record step, and without, but nothing is working.Please can

I have an Airtable Base with a document upload field. I take the URL of the documents and map that to a JSON to pass through an API.Sometimes, users will upload multiple documents to that table. The output URLs are in an array. I have a pdf module that will combine the PDF files into a single URL. I just need to map all the URLs in the array to the module.However, I am having a very tough time doing this. From the Airtable module, I can only map the first URL in the array. If I use an iterator, I cannot map each iteration in the same module. If I put the pdf module after an aggregator, I can again only map one iteration. I cannot set a variable of both iterations in between the iterator and the aggregator. I tried setting a variable but ran into the same issue where I can't map more than one iteration.I solved this issue in another scenario with email attachments by creating a Drive folder, uploading everything to that drive folder, and sharing a link to the fol

Hello 👋I am trying implementing Airtable OAuth flow for the first time.So far I'm pointing my OAuth application back to localhost. But I am getting stuck on this view: I can't Grant access here and there's a failed request in the network tab with error "You are not permitted to perform this operation".It seems like something is going wrong on Airtable side, because the user should have permissions to bases that they select in the select box, and also the error is hidden in the console and not printed in UI in any way.I can share CLIENT_ID if that is helpful.Thank you for any advice here!

Hi everyone, I use Zapier to run a large amount of automations in my Airtable bases. It looks like nothing is working anymore and the reason I’m thinking is because it is listing Airtable as ‘Deprecated’. The only way I can reconnect the zaps is to literally redo them from scratch with a new connection to Airtable. Does anyone have any idea what’s going on here? Also, does anyone have any guidance on how to batch the updated airtable into my existing zaps? I don’t want to have to redo every single zap as I have dozens and redoing them seems to be fastest way to get something wrong. Help would be appreciated!

Is there an airtable formula that combines linked records from a column (say column 1) and another column (say column 2) and outputs it as linked records in column 3?  If not formula is there a way to do this without scripting?

Hello everyone!I have a table, where each record has field with complex info - object, or stringified object, doesnt matter. Lets call this table - T.Can basic automation do either: a) I have a linked field to T in another table, so its content is Array of record_id`s from T. Can i select and iterate such array with automation ?b) Compare complex field content for each record in T with Example, stored in another Table ? (Compare like a string)or i need Scripting capabilities for that?

Hello everyone,I have embed a form on a weblfow page so that candidates can apply directly through my website.The form has around 30 questions so it is pretty long.Everything works pretty well on desktop but on mobile, the form gets blocked while im scrolling as I feel like the Airtable embed scroll takes over the webflow page general scroll.It is only on mobile and i don't know how to solve that. I changed my embed height so it takes the whole form but i still have an issue with scrolling.Here is my the link to the website : https://www.spacegreen.co/applyIt works well on desktop but if you try on mobile, you can scroll the beginning of the page but as you get through the form, the scrolling gets locked with no way to scroll past upwards on downwards. The only solution to bypass that is to go scroll really fast to the bottom of the page so the embed scroll

hello!we have multiple airtable accounts with creator permissions for a base. what's the visibility of connected accounts? can a co-worker create an automation using a connected account that I connected? it seems we cannot see each others connected accounts. how can we share this?

Hi all.I've created an airtable that is populating customer subscription changes via a Zapier integration with our revenue tool, Chargebee.The changes occur in the "Subscription Status" column in the airtable base:This is working, however when I try to create new views dedicated to those subscription statuses (active, pause, cancelled, and new), those updates aren't occurring in those views.Eg. the second record you can see in the screenshot is a new subscription that I created, then paused. Both of these actions were recorded successfully.However, the subscription itself is not appearing in either the new subscription view (after creation occurred) nor the pause subscriptions view (after pause occurred).I tried two methods: duplicating the "All Subscriptions" view, and also simply creating a new grid view.Is there a simple step

In my ‘Properties’ table - I want to add all the details relating to my property including Seller details, Escrow company etc, which I want to link from my Contacts table, but it is causing multiple ‘properties’ columns in my Contacts table when I feel like it should all appear in the one column? I am working with a Marketing Agency that is using Airtable to manage task work. Currently, we have a table with tasks, grouped by frequency (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly). For each task, if the task is applicable to a client - that client is linked to the task with a linked record. We currently have automations, per client, to create tasks by frequency (using time as the trigger and finding the client record and checking for the applicable tasks that match the frequency). This means that for each client, we have to have a separate automation for each frequency to ensure tasks are generated for the client ONLY IF they have that task included in their applicable tasks. We are running into our automation limit (50 per base) so I need to find a solution and I'm wondering if there is a better way to automate the task creation while retaining the functionality of only generating tasks that are applicable to the client. I'm open to suggestions for restructuring

Greetings!  New to Airtable.I have a survey table that I need to load blank records (roughly ~120 records for every new survey).I currently have automations set to add records one by one - it's a major pain.Is there a way to write a script to (1) load "seed" records from a table in my base and then (2) add them to my survey table? 

TLDR: I'm not able to upgrade to a Business account, and when I go to my workspace, it says it does not belong to my company. I am the sole billable collaborator in that workspace, and I'm listed there as Owner.---I'm a consultant. A year ago, I set up an AirTable Workspace for one of my clients, adding them as a billable collaborator. I paid for their first year of use myself. When the new plan structure came along, I upgraded my own workspace (A) to Business, and the client workspace (B) became Teams level. This morning I wanted to switch from monthly to annual billing. This wasn't an option, so I tried downgrading temporarily to Teams to see if then when I upgraded again, the Annual billing option would be back.But it won't let me upgrade. When I go to my workspace, it says it's external: "This workspace does not belong to your company."Who does it belong to? The idea would be a real time process as fast and efficient as possible, that when someone finishes copying the new mail it will notify me if it is already up there Thanks!
