I wish to add files to records from Google Drive.I thought Airtable's Attachment field had no native integration for this - but, actually, when I open the "Add an attachment" window, I see a range of files services including GDrive, with which I can authenticate (what's going on?)...However, there is also a problem...Whilst the subsequent file browser shows my GDrive files which I own, it does not show files shared with me to which I have access. While shared folders are visible, their file contents are not available to select.This is in contrast to Monday.com. In that, I notice that shared-with-me files are available to add just fine.Is there any way to enable this, please?

Especially for the calendar view, if I could select the label image to be a collaborator field, so that it uses the collaborator's Airtable image, I think it would be really nice.That's it, really. I hope this made sense.

I am trying to recreate a page designer extension on a new table within my base. When I switch the tab over and go to edit the page, the image field is not loading. I am copying the image url with the attachment uploaded and receive the message in the screenshot below. Is this functioning correctly or am I doing something wrong?  

I have a column called “Date”. I’d like another column to look at my date column and if the date is in the same month as TODAY(), then it should say “This Month”. If the date is last month when compared to TODAY(), then it should say “Previous Month”. To be clear, I don’t want it to look at the previous 30 days. So, if a record has a date of 06/30/20 and today is 07/01/20 then that record would say “Previous Month”, but its month is in a previous month when compared to TODAY(). Does that make sense?

Looking at the great PowerShell community posts on GitHub, I cannot find an example of a JSON body formatted for Airtable for multiple records. the following CURL works, APIkey removed. While I can format the JSON Airtable likes for a single record in the payload, I cannot seem to get the script write to wrap the JSON with the "records";[ values that Airtable wants. I currently am trying the following in Powershell but the JSON is not formatted correctly. Hello, I have a cell with a date picking like "20240204 12:00" and I would like to format the date to "Feb 4th".I don't find how to reformat in this particular format.  Thank you for your help ! 

I've got a single select field for an address, and I want to autofill a secondary field based on that selectionIf 123 Street is selected, then it returns the corresponding email, etc.I'm using the below formula, but it keeps returning info@email.com regardless of the selection. IF(OR(Address="1234 Street",Address="1234 Road"),"Info@email.com","Info@email2.com") What am I doing wrong?

All of sudden this morning, when I logged on to my base, I realised all of my PDF attachments are gone. Instead the cell displays a broken picture logo.  How do I get the attachments back, this is very important to me.

So, I have over 3,000 people in my database that people can opt in to help the charity in numerous ways like being: volunteers or subscribers or sponsors or trainers etc etc but some people has said they can help by doing a few of those options.My problem is that this data is pulled in from other platforms (Active Campaign, google forms etc etc) and I have zapier populating my CRM everytime a new form is submitted.  This means I currently have 3 records for a 'Mr Smith@email.com' as he offered to be a 'volunteer' and a 'sponsor' and he as subscribed to our newsletter.  So he now has 3 different record ID's as my CRM creates an ID for each new entry. I need a formula or an automation that creates a Unique ID that is linked to an email address so if he registers for a 4th option his Unique ID will automatically populate the ID field with the same ID as the other three if that makes any sense at all!!

When you input a not existed value in a linked column. A new record would be created in the linked table. How can I stop it from creating new records automatically?

I created an automation with a Webhook trigger. When calling that webhook, I want to run a script that reads the webhook data (POST) and use them in my script. I haven’t found how to do something as simple as that so far. I’m starting to believe this isn’t possible.

Hey,I recently came to the conclusion that many of my existing spreadsheets would actually make much more sense if they'd become databases. So I started playing around with designing some of those, and while majority was smooth, my gym workouts became a big challange for me.First of all, I struggle with design correctly the base. I had a couple of different approaches I've tried, and everything seemed to be overly-complicated. The problem is, whenever I get somewhere, all I have in my head is a possibility to export this base in a fairly simple format, which I could take and send to my trainer (I do it weekly). I've attached a screenshot of my existing plan in Google Sheet. I'd love to generate something similar in Airtable. I'd appreciate any kind of brainstorming 🙏

So, I have contacts that have been pulled into Airtable from different sources (Active Campaign, Google Form, etc). Each data source is in it's own table and I have created a fourth table where I have pulled in EVERYONE using automations, lookups and roll ups. I have then grouped the view using email address and what I now have is a brilliant view of a single contact and how they are involved in our company. In my example below, I can see that she is a 'Puppy Handler' (pulled in from google docs data) and she has also subscribed to a few of our marketing emails (pulled in from activecampaign)... However, autonumber have given her 5 different ID numbers as she has a total of 5 entries within the base... is there anyway I can create a singe ID for her using her unique email address as the unique value???

Hello! I’m trying to put together node js logic to find record ids for two concatenated fields as the key field. I’ve gotten through my issues of having commas in my search strings, but now I have compound issues with both commas and single quotes in my strings. I’m ending up with a filterbyformula variable that looks like this: {Song ID} = ‘“A Midsummer’s Breeze”-“Meditations for Relaxation, Vol. 1”’ My logic has found both the single quote and the comma, enclosed both of the constituent pieces in double quotes and then enclosed the entire string in single quote. Airtable doesn’t like this and cannot find the record. In the DB, the record looks like this: A Midsummer’s Breeze-“Meditations for Relaxation, Vol. 1” Before I make myself nuts trying to suss out a solution, I thought I would ask you trustworthy and kind fellow coders… Thanks in advance for any help! Hi every one, I'm just trying to create a table that shows 3 tables together. Each table is been filled by data fetcher, each table is a channel sources. Meta, Google, etc, with the results grouped by year, month and week (Is like the data comes from data fetcher)I need to do one table with all the channel together. The thing is, in each table of source I have 3 columns that identify and probably link each raw of each table. Column user, year, month and week.Each table has the same first tree columns, so the resume table should have user, year, month and week, and then, the linked results from the table meta, google, etc.In excel is relatively easy, but here I don't find an easy solution. Thanks for any help.

Hello! This isn't the most important thing if it's not possible, but I'm embedding multiple lists into my email automation. (Based on each piece of legislation's changed status.)I'm wondering if there's a way to hide the plain text when it corresponds to a grid that returns empty. For example, in the below, if only the heading "Floor Vote Result" could be displayed/sent, since it's the only grid that returned content, while the other headers would be conditionally hidden. Any tips? Thanks!

I keep a large database of images in my Airtable. The jpg files include "document title" and "description" in the metadata. I would like to automatically insert that text into different fields in my table.The closest thing I can find is this EXIF extractor api but as far as I know this is different from the metadata in my jpg files (am I understanding this right?).This seems like a solution others would be interested in so I'm surprised I'm struggling to find information.

I am using the Update Record action type in airtable automation. However what I notice is that it completely replaces the existing data in that cell and overwrites it with new data. Is there a way to update the record by appending new data to the already existing data without overwriting? The field that I am updating is a linked record and would already have some ids existing. I just want the update record to append new ids to the existing list.

Hello!I am having issues with automation emails showing they've been sent in the base, but are not being received by the users. This issue just started to occur. Automation shows "on" and run history shows that they have all run successfully and that the email sent was successfully completed. This is the first time experiencing this issue.
