Hello All,I have looked around the discussion boards for an answer with no luck. I have a formula as follows:REPT("|",{Line Count}) When I use this, it just gives me an #ERROR! as the entry in the field. Entries with a zero in "Line Count" are blank. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. "Line Count" is just the result of number (from another field) being divided by 10,000. Is it an issue that it is a formula field? Any help that anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi All I am in early stages of learning formula functions, and focusing on date based formulas. One thing I have noticed is that dates created from formula calculations to not seem to work with the Timeline block. Has anyone found a way to make this work? Very important for me and hoping there is a solution. Thanks, Rob

Trying to get 'Full Name', 'Organization' in my primary field. My problem is that sometimes both 'Full Name' and 'Organization' are filled in, and sometimes it's only one or the other. I tried using the following formula, and it worked when one or the other is filled in, but when both are filled in, it doesn't add the comma and space. I'll attach an image so it's clear what I mean. IF({Full Name}, {Full Name} & IF({Organization}, {Organization} & IF(({Full Name}+{Organization}),({Full Name} & ", " & {Organization}))))  

My data schema is such that I have Programs which contain projects, each has its own table. My team and I received an email from airtable that a third party integration access to our Airtable account has been revoked due to security concerns around refresh token usage. We also happen to be the developers of the 3rd party integration.We currently refresh tokens every 30 minutes to ensure they do not expire.Can anyone provide insight into any security issues regarding how we are refreshing tokens? We can re-authorize it and have it work but it will only be a matter of time before it gets revoked again.

Dear AllI am trying to automate "master project status" in the base, hopefully through creating a formula. "Master project" is a made of all small "projects". Logic as below: - If all of "project status" is "concluded", then "master project status" is to reflect "concluded" automatically- If all of "project status" is "planned", then "master project status" is to reflect "planned" automatically- If all of "project status" is "onhold", then "master project status" is to reflect "onhold" automatically- If one of the "project status" is "ongoing", then "master project status" is to reflect "ongoing" automatically Thanks a lot!

When I click 'activate options' no options are showing. I've double checked that activate options isn't already ticked on any other orders. It's been working fine, so not sure why it is suddenly not working. It's not working on multiple devices, and I have logged out and back in with no luck.Any ideas??

When visiting developer documentation on Extension components, I cannot see the preview of this component in action. A while ago, I remember that preview was working correctly.   Is Airtable support aware about that? Any info when it gets fixed? Hey guys!I am trying to move a base I created to a new workspace I created. We have Enterprise, I am set as an ADMIN, but am not the owner of the base that I made to original base on. Does anyone know if there's a setting somewhere I can change so I can move it or do I need to get the owner to move it?Thanks! 

I have table descriptions that I want to edit. I am able to use the arrows to move around within the description section (including cmd+A on mac to highlight everything) but if I want to get to a specific area by clicking, the box stops responding (and I can no longer use the arrows to move around). I need to close and reopen to be able to use the arrows. Is this the way it is supposed to function? Clicking makes more sense and would be more helpful.

Hi, I install Airtable on my Galaxy Tab S8 the (Android) app display the database list but hang forever trying to load any database (small or large). No info, debug or data ...Any ideas ?It work better on the web version ...

Hello everyone. I intend to connect interviews (synced to Airtable from a Google Calendar account) to different records, each one of which represent a single deliverable. The constraint that I face is that if I connect more than one interview to the same deliverable, only the first one appears in the Calendar View of the same table. Hello,I'm working on an automation that, when triggered by a new record being created, runs a script. The script should take that record, parse a comma-delimited list, then create new records in a separate table. The new records are include the unique names, the count of each unique name, and a link back to the original record. I mostly have this sorted now thanks to some awesome older forum posts, but I'm having trouble understanding how to write new records.The error I'm getting is on the last line of code where the records are being created: Error: Field "fldjndAnd48IHziyd" cannot accept the provided value.I believe the issue is with how I'm assigning the records. Hi again,I'm facing an issue in base designing and I can't find the answer myself or in this forum, so I'm trying here,I have this field in the table named "Actions", linked to another table named "Inventory", every time I add an action, I can choose to add every item I have in my "Inventory" table.I want to keep my inventory up to date, so every time I add a row in the "Action" table, I want to -1 of the specific item in my Inventory section.Can you help me find a way to do it? Hi There,Seeking some help writing a formula to show the minimum of two date fields in a specified format. I have it working but showing without a forward slash.Formula used so far is =MIN(VALUE(DATETIME_FORMAT({6QIssuedDate},"DD/MM/YYYY")),VALUE(DATETIME_FORMAT({6QTriggeredDate},"DD/MM/YYYY"))) This is showing as DDMMYYYY but need the format at DD/MM/YYYY Thanks

Basically,I have a field that lists days of the week with no reference to date. I have tasks that need to be done on a particular day. Would like to another field to automatically update itself with date of the current week for that given day.  Is this possible?  Thanks

Hi, I would like to print an airtable view and exclude certain columns from being printed. If I use the “hide”-function, I don’t see the columns in the table anymore, but they appear when I print them. Is there a way to exclude certain columns from getting printed?

Hi everyone,In an interface form, I have this field that is linked to another source.When clinking the "+ Add record", my end user will have the possibility to link a record from another table.Unfortunately, when I click on the "+ Add record" button, a new form open, with nothing but just the autonumber of the record, and no other details.As you can see on the picture above, just the autonumber, which is somewhat really tricky to know which record to select...Details for the form's parameters here :Can someone please explain how to show all the details from the other table on that form?Thank you a lot,Elie

I have a lot of different clients who are using internal data entry with customized forms through the interface designer.It's such a waste of space now.  And I'm stuck looking like it's external form when I just want a clean internal entry form for my clients for whatever they want to do.PLEASE bring back the internal form maker so I can position and resize the entry fields for internal forms.
