Hi,I'm getting an 'over-limit' warning and I don't understand what's going on:My base shows 791 lines with records (I'm using the free version, up to 1,000 records). But, in my settings, it says I have 1341 records. I cannot see where these additional records might be.  I have no records hidden that I can figure out or any in trash.I've had the warning for 5 days now.What am I missing?Avital

I have a field where an agent selects a status and it will show last modifed by his name.But when another guy redo the same thing, it is changing to his name. How can i restrict modifcation of a field which is already done by one agent.

Dear All, for facilitating a workflow, I'd like to integrate an Calendar element in a form interface. From my understanding the new form editor is based on the interface designer, but when you are in the form builder, there is no option to add any other element. Does anyone had an Idea on how can I do that? Many thanks, Claudio

I have a table in Airtable that contains a lot of data that currently is used for an app i published. Is is possible to create a website and, using the same data, create a page where this data is showed? Ex. My table contains job offers from all over the world, i want these job offers to be displayed automatically on the website (Wix or Wordpress or others) gathering data from the same table. Did someone ever experienced something similar? Thank you very much

I have a field defined as Currency however when I add that field to the Message section of an email that I am creating from an Automation, the value does not appear as Currency. It does have the decimal point for the cents, and I can easily add “$” as part of the preceding text, but I would really like to see the commas that are part of the defined format on the field. Any ideas?

What would be the most practical way to incorporate multiple tables worth of calendars into one?  In an interface, to be specific.I have three tables worth of data I'd like to mix together in a single calendar.  I suppose I could have them all in one table, but I'm concerned it might make things a bit busy in that main table.I have Table 1 that is basically like a CRM for any incoming proposal requests for my business and I have a few date fields there.  3 sets of start and end dates to cover dates we'd hold for the client.Then I have Table 2 where we actually schedule specific events.  Just a start date (with a time) and an end date (with a time) for a specific event stemming from an approved project in Table 1.  1 entry in Table 1 could have 20 events in Table 2, mind you.  But every Table 2 event is linked to an entry in Table 1, so there's already a natural link there.Table 3, on the other hand, is less con

Hi EveryoneI have been trying to link my airtable base with Make.com via a webhook that then uses a 'get a record' module to view what has gone into the base and can change the fields via chatGPT and place it back into airtable with the 'update a record' module. The webhook is working fine and both of the airtable modules can find my base. my problem is that when I try to run once on make.com the process stops at this 'get a record' module and gives the fault code:BundleValidationErrorValidation failed for 1 parameter(s).Missing value of required parameter 'id'.My current assumption is that it is to do with the 'recordID' variable within airtable and I have tried looking into a lot of other possibilities but I have hit a wall now and don't know what else there is that I can try to change to make it work as it is intended. Hi, I'm trying to set up a filter to target certain records, but it appears like they are not filtering as they should.So basically I'm trying to exclude records that contain certain words in a field, but they still show up, as you'll see in the attached screenshot.I've played around with "AND", "OR", "contains", "does not contain" but the records always show.Thanks in advance for any help 

Within an HTML form, my users must submit a photo that is critical for validating accompanying data in the submission, but I cannot get Airtable to recognize my attachment as an image.The form is processed with Google Apps Scripts, saving the image to my Google Drive (w/ public permissions), returning the newly created url. I then pass that URL to Airtable via a webhook and the file is uploaded in the appropriate field, however, I cannot get Airtable to recognize the file as an image. Instead, it's given a type of 'text/html' with the name of 'convert' (the name is of no concern, only mentioning it in case it helps to expose the issue).Ive tried creating/saving the file to my Drive as a blob & base64 -- I've tried setting the file type upon saving to Drive and I've tried without -- all successfully saving as images to Drive, but not once recognized as an image in Airtable. The aim is to use a form to book seating for film screenings, however, the issue is that the form must show how many seats are available. I was thinking of possibly using a rollup to connect fields with the maximum capacity, the number of previously reserved seats, and thus a field in the form which would show how many seats remain available. I'm not entirely sure this could work, but I would appreciate any and all ideas to solve this!

Hey all!I'm trying to embed some search functionality on my personal training website, so that users can search for trainers in our team by postcode or specialisms, and then click through to the URL of that trainer once they've found them.My understanding is you can't currently embed interfaces using Airtable.I've started using Glide recently, and it offers this functionality but unfortunately it looks like you have to pay for the whopping £250/month business plan for the privilege. Eek.Does anyone know of any other platforms that offer this functionality, e.g. Softr etc? It may be worth a small subscription fee if I can find the right platform.Thanks in advance! 

I have successfully gotten airtable to upload a PNG and a PDF from Dropbox. I have three tables in one base - Schools, Teachers (teachers are linked to a school) and Bookings (bookings are linked to a school and a teacher).  I would like to create a one linked text field that I can update in any of these tables.  How do I do that?  I don't want to swap to a different table or click into a linked record to update the text.

Hi Everyone, I want to create multiple forms to gather contacts for different reasons - Subscribers who want our newsletter Those who want to download our resource Those who fill out our profile form All of the forms capture Name, Email and then they have different fields. I want to keep all these contacts in the same table. I was hoping to have one table with 3 different form views. The issue is, I want to track how each contact came in, and I can’t figure out how to tag the submitted responses by the form they submitted. Instead, I have these split across different tables and I manually tag each, then copy/paste new responses into a master list. Am I missing something obvious here? I keep all the tables structured the same so the copy/paste to master is easy.

I am currently developing a restaurant app in Bravo connected to Airtable, and I could use some assistance. I've created a script on Airtable that selects a random record from my database of restaurants. The objective is to display the image of a randomly chosen restaurant from Airtable when a specific button is clicked within my Bravo app.I'm facing two challenges:I need to make an API call to my Airtable script, but I'm unsure how to obtain the API URL for the script. In the image enclosed it's said "your script code (including any sensitive data or API keys) will be visible in shared base links" but I don't see the result of the Airtable script in Bravo. Is it due to my billing plan?I'm struggling with data binding to trigger the event in Bravo and execute the script.Your guidance on these matters would be greatly appreciated.
