Hello! I have a few questions about using Airtable: Is there a way to arrange bases per urgency / deadline? How can I integrate my other apps into Airtable. More specifically, Zoho CRM

Hi Team,I created a personal access token as suggested in Airtable documentation.(https://support.airtable.com/docs/visualizing-airtable-records-in-microsoft-power-bi-power-query) While I'm connecting to PowerBI using the PAT, TableID, BaseID and M Query, it displays below error:Expression error: we cannot convert the value null type to type Record. Details: Value=Type=[Type]However if I use the API keys, it works fine. Since API keys will deprecate in mere future, created a PAT. Can you please assist? Thank you!

Hi all--We have a form that staff use to pitch a new idea or project for our organization. We want to connect their name and email (as submitted in the form) to a preexisting linked record with their details.  Sometimes, staff will fill in multiple names and emails at once, separated by commas. This would look something like this:[PROJECT LIST TABLE][Project Name Field]: Special Event[Name Field] : John Doe, Jane Doe[Email Field]: johndoe@org.com, janedoe@org.com [Project Details Field]: A special event that we will be working together to create for the organization.I would like to have an automation or script pull apart the comma-separated values, search for each one in the linked Staff table, and if the name or email exists in the linked table, add that name/email's linked record to a separate [Project Staff] field in the Project List table. I have recently started trying to use airtables but i cant seem to correctly sort out the filterByformular thingy where i can call up a particular field i keep getting a 422 error i have read the other articles and i probably missed something can you help me out please. I dont have any coding background i attached the error message and also my airtable view please help me out 

So I'm tracking vehicles in my base(s), and I typically use a formula for my primary field for ease of search for my coworkers:  CONCATENATE("Branch #"," ",Location," ",Year," ",Make," ",Model," ",VIN) Ends up yielding something like Branch #123 2022 Ford F-150 1FTCR15X0TTA01050 This works really well for us, because we use that primary field in a wide variety of forms and other linked bases, so if someone doesn't know their vin, they can search by branch and narrow it down, etc. What I'm trying to get my head around i

First time poster here and beginner in AirTable!I am trying to create a generic Employee table. This table would have all the generic info about an Employee (i.e. Name, Address, Phone, etc). I am then trying to create other tables that would contain specific type of info for the Employee type that they are. An example of this would be a Driver table. A Driver is an Employee but I want to have more specific data about them like Type (i.e. OTR, Regional, etc.), Truck Assigned To, etc. I created an Employee table and then a Driver table in the Driver table I linked back to the Employee table and brought in all the redundant data. I then added in the additional columns that I needed, that are specific to a Driver on the end of the table. The problem is I want to create a form that makes it very easy to someone to create a Driver without having to create an Employee and a Driver. I hope this makes sense! 

Hello dear communityI want to be able to automate the email sending, every time I have a new registration from a person, I must send a welcome email attaching an excel file (this excel file will be the same for all new registrations), what would have to vary is the sending to different emails, what I need is that a new record is automatically created and I sent the welcome email attached to the excel file that I have stored in a table.I hope I have explained myself well.I look forward to your comments, thank you!

The attachment field, specifically for image generation, is populating at such a micro size. Typically, you can at least see a bit of a preview but on my most recent bases it's microscopic. Is there a way to enlarge (5x or more) the image preview within the Attachment field? Attached is a photo of the current view (Red Base) and a previous client's view (Green Base) where the preview was more appropriate. 

My base is a table copied from and synced to another source base. Is there a way to break the sync with the source base but still retain the data so that I may edit the table?

Hi there, I am so ashamed to ask this but I could not figure this one out by myself. I have 2 simple text values and an autonumber. Hi Airtable community,  I'm new to airtable and your classic overthinker and I'm having a difficult time designing a simple Lunch Order Base. I read lots of articles and asked AI chat bots and can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I have to collect lunch orders for a list of attendees over a 3 day conference. Data I have:1. List of attendees names, allergy concerns and their emails addresses. 2. I know which days they are coming (some are coming for the full 3 days while others are opting for partial attendance). 3. We will be ordering from 2 - 3 different restaurants. Would be nice to put a restaurant menu link in for attendees to review their choices ( but I have not found a workaround (I understand) to add a link to a form view. 4. Hi I'm trying to set up my base (I have a separate Reminder base just for this purpose) so that it should sync my Airtable to the Outlook calendar, it should show up all my reminders that I have in that base, is there a possibility that it should work both ways? I want to be able to add reminders in my Outlook that will be editable within Airtable but I should be able to create new ones.I have already created the calendar in my Outlook.I'm looking to have that it should bring in new ones and export to the same location And where do I get the Event ID? Looking to add an automation to an interface that will assign a record to someone based on an order. I found an article explaining how to set up the automation, but am getting stuck! In your collaborators field, have the following fieldsa checkbox field indicating the next collaborator to be assigned. Hi Everyone,I am trying to add photos to Airtable from our website and I am getting error 403.  I can view the photo in a web browser fine but when I paste the URL into the Airtable photo field I get the error.  I reached out to our web host (Siteground) and they said they have added some sort of bot blockers to all their websites.   They asked me to please check with Airtable and see if they can provide the IP address or addresses from which requests are executed.  If they can't provide a specific IP, please ask them to provide their 'user-agent' information. Does anyone know the IP Addresses or what this user-agent information is so I can get this working?  Thank you!

Hi I used to use the extension that moved records over from one table to another on the same base however, due to API Keys ending and becoming Tokens this extension has been removed from the options. It was essential in my job. My only option now is to copy over the records but I can only copy them in the same table not into a different table can someone please help?Thank You!

Hi,I'm terrible at the formula stuff, but basically I have a Publish Date in my Airtable view for when a piece of content should be published. I want to add the Day of Week as well so we can clear see which post is which day, as well as the actual date (as some gets scheduled a bit further in advance)The formula I'm using to display the day is:  DATETIME_FORMAT({Publish Date},'dddd')All I need to do is display nothing if there is no publish date set

I have a column with the title 'Country', and I am trying to add a new formula column which identifies the Country and creates an entry for the Region automatically. I can get the first IF function to select one region, but when I try to add the second, it fails. Hi everyone,I have an automation here that works perfectly fine when I add a new dataset into my grid view. Once I switch to a form to add a new dataset the automation doesn't work properly. The automation I duplicated starts but the value is wrong. With a single automation nothing at all happens.Not sure what it is. Maybe the trigger "when record is updated" vs "when record is created". I duplicated everything tried to keep everything the same, which is not really possible. When we are selecting the dog, is it possible to have additional information below the dog name in the bubble? Hello folks,I have a record picker, and cannot find a way to fix some letters truncation in the name field on the heading of the details pane.(That field comes from the primary field of the underlying table, 'Seasons')The problem is that the value of the field appears misaligned from the area defined to it. This causes tall letters (see "p" and "g" in the image below) to show truncated. I created a flow in Webflow (The second step in the webflow form is "Make HTTP request", "Authentication" is set to "None", In this step I added the Hook URL I copied from the Automation in Airtable).The corresponding flow is setup and tested in Workflow and setup and tested in Airtable. I was able to map the colums from Airtable with the actual data from Webflow. A common theme we are seeing with project management bases is the desire to have project and task templates. When you create a new project, it can then generate the corresponding set of tasks, and maintain the basic details about those tasks, including the relationships and dependencies amongst those tasks. This is similar to Creating Tasks from a Template with a few differences. When creating projects, we often find we create a new record in our projects table, and then want to link it to a set of metadata (a project template). From there, each project template should know its associated set of tasks. Hello! I need some help with creating an automation. I attempted it, but was unsuccessful. I have a base called "CRM". In that base are tables called "Bookings Log" and "People". Here is what I want to happen in the automation: 1. When a record is created in "Bookings Log" 2. The automation searches a specific view in "People" to see if there is a matching email address (as compared to the record in "Bookings Log"). This email address will be dynamic. 3.
