In my all of my Interfaces  now when I try to add a new linked record, I would click on "Create a new record" and enter the info and click Create button at the bottom BUT instead of showing the Create button it shows Field Deleted?? This is not my field, it is an Airtable button? All my permissions seem correct etc. Also in some of my other interfaces the same  Linked record does not even show "Create a new record" , even though it should be allowing  it. Please help! It does seem to relate to the same table of Contacts where other linked records to other tables do not seem to have the issue.  Also I tried this in 2 different browsers, same issue. I have an automation set up and the test is sucessful, when its running I can see in the logs that emails are sent as expected but we are not receiving any of the emails.I saw another post which referenced some bounced emails and AirTable blovking their domain as a result, this was removed and the problem was solved. Another said maybe account had not been verified, I can't see this as the issue from following the instructions too.Checked Junk, Spam etc. but no luck, happening for me and all users who are shown as being sent emails on the logs.Any help would be appreciated, as appears I can't speak to support, which is odd!

Hi everyone, please help 😣I have a table set up in a base that automatically updates (via typeform and MAKE) with job applicants name, email and scores on an MCQ that is delivered at a later stage of the application process. I have another table in the same base that lists all the applicants along with many other fields of interest, and I have created a field called 'MCQ score'.I need to find a way to have the 'MCQ score' field (in the applicants table) automatically update every time a new entry appears in 'MCQ score' field in the second table.Essentially, I need it to recognise the email address the applicants add to the MCQ questionnaire, match it up with the correct applicant (based on the matched email addresses) and then automatically enter the score into the 'MCQ score' field. Hello -- we have a base with about 5000 restaurants listed in it, and our editorial team needs the ability to easily put together ad-hoc lists of selections from that set.  They might start by filtering for all the records in a particular city (Chicago), but then need the ability to manually remove records from that basic set.  What's the best way to go about doing this in AT?  In FileMaker Pro (where we're migrating from), you could do a Find and then simply manually Omit records from that found set.  Is there a similar way to do this in AT?  Or would we need to do something like create a new field, and then add a value to that field for all the records we want to manually group?Thanks very much - loving AT so far!

Hi! Recently I've been encountering a table syncing error ("Last sync failed 1 minute ago (external resource id could not be mapped to a rowJson)"). It's easily resolved by manually syncing the table with the error, but this is obviously inconvenient - we have a LOT of synced tables. I haven't been able to detect a pattern in which tables get this error or when. Has anybody else seen this?

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.I'm a new user considering upgrading to a paid sub however there is an issue which if not resolvable means Airtable would be completely useless to me.I'm in the UK so using the DD/MM/YYYY format, no problem with this, all the data formats fine.The problem comes when I try to filter view by dates, when I click on the first of October and the 31st of October as the start/end dates for my view, Airtable uses the MM/DD/YYYY format despite all my data being in DD/MM/YYYY format. Due to this the only entry that comes up was from 10/08/23 (Tenth of August). None of my October sales are visible. If there is no workaround to this then Airtable is completely useless to me.I'd be incredibly grateful if anybody could assist.p.s I'm only using Airtable to keep a record of my inventory for my part time ebay reselling, I'm not a power user so will not understand complex formulas.

Hello!I need to create a data entry form that will limit dropdown menu choices based on the selection made in another field. I am looking at the possibility of establishing nested lists to define the hierarchy of options, but so far I'm not succeeding in creating an interactive drop down menu.Is nested lists the right approach? If not, is there another way to do this?Here's the example. Imagine I have a table that has 30 birds and 20 fish in the records.In question 1 I want the user to be able to select "bird" or "fish", and then in Question 2 I only want the 30 birds or 20 fish to show in the species selection box, depending on what was chosen for Question 1. Hello all,I need a formula that will delete every instance of a string of characters between [] including the brackets. Basically I'm pulling a products from a database which is SKU code then the product name. Every SKU code is like the following [SHU-BATT-22-EU] SHURE BATTERY 22. Is there a way to remove any code between [] including the brackets so I am just left with the product name? Thanks in advance!

Has any headway been made toward the goal of being able to display the results of the survey during live group polling? I remember seeing some community debate about the need for such functionality around a year ago. Still, I haven't seen anything recent that indicates any work being made in that respect. If we go into the "Developer Hub" and look at "API Key" the list is blank. We use this key when Airtable connects to the Distance Matrix API to get info. Howdy, Recently encountered a twitter account that I like which posts a progress bar for the year. I would like to make an extension that simulates that, so made a field that displays the day number of the year; specifically: DATETIME_FORMAT(NOW(),"DDD")However, when I am trying to then convert that output into a percentage, I only get an error.DATETIME_FORMAT(NOW(),"DDDD")/365I'm very confident there is a simple detail that I am overlooking. Would any of you happen to know why? 

Is there a way to autofill a hidden field or Date data on a form to show when that form was submitted? This to to eliminate the need of asking the user to fill in a date field.

Hello, I am attempting to create an automation which will take compare records from two separate pages and then input values from one page into another based. I have the system working for finding and inputting the data from one page to another, but the issue is that the source page has repeated entries for the same conditions (example: there are 3 entries for the name daniel, where the name is being used as a condition).Is there a way to have the "Find record" action remove repeated values from its list before outputting?If not, is it possible to do so with coding it?Thank you in advance.

Hello,This one has me frustrated because I know it can not that hard. 😁I need to create an Expected Ship Date field.  I have a Start Date field (formatted as Date) and a Ship Days (lookup field from another table).  I want to find out how many days prior to the start date I need to send out the package. First My thought was Start Date - Ship Days, that just gives me NaN message.Then I thought I needed DateTime_Diff(Start Date,Ship Days, 'days').  That gives me a 4 digit number in some cases and NaN in other cases.  i.e. 1/3/2024 (Start Date) - 7 (Ship Days), I get 8221.  I am thinking that is good and just need to DateTime_Parse it.  So I enter,  DATETIME_PARSE((DATETIME_DIFF({Start Date},{Ship Days},'days')),'MM/DD/YYYY'), and I get #ERROR!What am I missing?

My team uses Airtable extensively (and I'm still bitter about having to double our costs to not lose our syncs...but that's besides the point) and we have a few clients we want to help organize their data better too.  I want them to use Airtable, but I'm hesitant to ask them to pay for us to have an account to access their bases to help set them up.  So my question is: If I have an Airtable business account, is there anything stopping me from creating an account and workspace for our clients, and then just billing them for that?  There's nothing in Airtable's terms & conditions that explicitly deny this, but is there any reason I'm not seeing that makes this a bad idea?

In this Table there are 3 Fields (for the sake of this example): "Name", "Symbol", "Price". Hello, I need to make CSV exports of a table that contains several long text field cells. Each long text field contains text with carriage returns, which results on the csv as actual breaklines, which is makes it quite tedious to fix manually. Apart from NOT using any breaklines within the long text filed, (which wouldn’t be the ideal solution as we need the information contained in the field to be nicely readable and not showing as a big block), would there be another way to prevent that issue? :pray: :pleading_face: I know the topic has been raised already but unfortuantely I could not find a satisfying answer to that yet. Hi everybodyWe just upgraded to the Airtable Business account and recently updated our Airtable connection in Zapier from one user's personal access token to another user. Now all the Zaps using Airtable have stopped working - and have an error message that the Airtable connection is expired.I've tried reconnecting the airtable account several times, and each connection says expired.When you sign into Airtable through Zapier, there are a few new options... I've selected the organization option as this makes the most sense for us. No luck - it always shows as an expired connection. Any advice??

Hi guys.I was working at the optical shop, where I set up the entire Airtable for any form of tracking our customers such as dioptries, eyewear they chose, and complex calculation so you can add the info right in front of th customers and tell them the final price. The table also got own portfolio for eyewear and its own price and specification. It was great but the only thing I struggled with was changing the price of the product (in portfolio) that was sold and reordered by me again with the higher price. If I wanted to change original price (in portfolio), it will be changed in all of customers that purchased specific product. My question: Is it possible to somehow change the price without adding the same product with a different price? for example lock the record so it does not change or any other options ?

I've figured out how to create a formula that outputs a date that Airtable understands as a date (rather than a string of data) and have it appear on a calendar BUT is there a way to be able to drag said  item across the calendar so the dates change automatically? (as you would if you if you were just using calendar dates entries)
