I have created a database, in it a column Attachments to which I upload a PDF file with annotations. If I view the pdf in windows or ipad, the annotation is visible. But on android it is not. In windows there is an option to show and hide the annotations, but neither in ipad nor in android I don't see this option. Is there an option to enable this display on Android?

My son has just had major surgery and is now home to recover after a very close call and 2 weeks in hospital. He is on a heavy medication regime and I need to do blood pressure, oxygen levels and heart rate recordings. Wondering where to start with a base where I can just go to one section to fill in what I do at any one time. Such as7.30am, Med 1 + Med 3 + Oxygen level1.30pm, Med 2 + Med 4 + Blood Pressure readingAnd then have it all show up for easy access for the doctors. I have tried a few options but keep getting a little lost, I am not new to airtable, and use it for many things, but my current state is just making it hard for me to think where to start. 

Hi everyone (reposting to correct category)I've created seemingly simple Zapier automations (zap) to bring subscription data into Airtable by creating/updating records in a Base table. While Zapier indicates success sending data to Airtable, no data shows up in Airtable base and table. I've been troubleshooting without success, so seeks suggestions here. Any thoughts are welcome!Zapier is connected to Airtable. I know this because I have another zap that works well with no issues to send the same source data to a different Airtable table in the same base. Also, I've confirmed that Zapier is "on" as a third-party app in Airtable Integrations.I have paid subscriptions to both platforms. I am using a base as a template to create future project bases. The base template contains a table where multiple fields are synced from a master database. One of the fields synced from the source {Proj 1 Task Status} is unique to each project. {Proj 1 Task Status} is linked to numerous formulas, automations and interfaces.When I duplicate the base to setup for a new project, I need to change the {Proj 1 Task Status} synced field to {Proj 2 Task Status}.Simply deleting the field and adding another synced field means I will need to fix every single broken formula, interface and automation, replacing {Proj 1 Task Status} with {Proj 2 Task Status}.Is there a way to remap {Proj 1 Task Status} to another field in my sync source?

I have the following challenge in airtable:I have 3 bases and tables:Catalog: Products, Categories, GroupsInventory: Products (synced with the products table from Catalog), purchase orders, purchase order itemsOrders: Sales Orders, Sales Orders Items, Products (synced with the products table from Catalog)In inventory, In the table "Products" I'm calculating the available inventory based on the Purchase Order Items quantities in a column called "Available QTY", but my issue is: how can I add a column called "Sold QTY" which sums the product quantities from the table "Sales Order Items" from the base "Orders"?When I sync the sales order items into Inventory, the issue is that makes me sync also the Products table from Orders base. So I end up syncing 2 times the products table in the inventory base and the rollup doesn't work because each table is referencing different synced "Product" tables

So close to getting the whole base working the way I want I can see the light at the end. Hi everyone,I'm working with the Kanban view in Airtable and wondering if there's a way to modify the tooltip that appears when hovering over a status or add a "Sub-Status" field to provide more details. Hello! We recently built an Airtable base to use as a Project Management system to track milestones and tasks. We primarily work out of interfaces, and rarely go into the actual data tables at all. When someone @mentions another user in the comments section on the interface side, the email we all receive links to the data side. Is there a way to adjust the links we get in the emails so that it takes us to the interface side instead? Also, can these emails be further customized to give more information as to which deliverable/milestone/tasks it's coming from?Thank you in advance!

I am trying to create a google App Script, which contains columns mapping to an Airtable table. I would like to sync one-way from the Google Sheet, into Airtable.  The first column is the primary key, and is used to match. If the record exists in Airtable, it will update. Hi team,Can someone help me with the following. I have abase with 10k+ records. I have created a chart, but because of the volume of data the chart shows more than I need. What I am needing is the chart to dynamically display only the top 10 values of any given variable. So if I have created a chart of the Titles I have been in contact with I only displays the top 10 titles, rather than all 100+ titles. How can this be done? Thanks for your support 

Hi there - I am an academic researcher and using Airtable to keep a database of primary source documents that I have scanned and will be using in future grad research. I am not collaborating with anyone on these documents at the moment.I want to link the actual files to the database entry, but don't think dropping in the actual file will be sustainable over time (thousands of high res scans of various sizes)?  I'll quickly overrun my Airtable space, I believe.When I scan the files at the National Archives, I use a program (ScanSnap) that is much faster and more reliable in saving the file locally to a folder than uploading to Dropbox automatically, though it is a built-in option. So, I'm somewhat torn.I am a Mac user and was going to go through the (somewhat tedious) process of using iCloud links to put in the columns where I want to link to the documents. I had no idea what to call the subject for this post.....I want our company to donate £5 per 100 confirmed hours worked on site, to purchasing trees via ecologi.On the 5th of every month, I want the airtable to add up the total number of confirmed hours worked in the roster for the previous month.This number is to be divided by 100 with the result being x.x may be rounded up (optional at this stage), then the total amount is to be sent to our ecologi account using a webhook to zapier.Any leads onto how best to sum up the previous months totals please?Pro's and cons to watch out for?

Hi all, I have set up an auxiliary table that has values in columns based on condition (the column name). I have a main table in which I am trying to pull data for items based on the condition of that item. So, I am trying to get Airtable to go to the auxiliary table, look up the requisite item from the main table, and find the value based on the condition that is noted in a field in the main table (please see screenshot attached). There is a field on the Inventory tab that notates the condition and a bunch of columns on the DB tab that have values for each condition. I need to write an automation or formula that tells Airtable to look up the condition of the item on the Inventory table, go to the DB table find the appropriate item, and look up the value based on the condition in the Inventory table.  Thanks for any assistance you can give me.

I want to create rent payment schedule to send to someone after they sign leases for an apartment using the data that I have in airtable. The rent payable is typically the same price every month but sometime if they start not on the 1st of the month the 2nd month is pro-rated. Also a few times are free month rent is given so that month no rent is due. Always paid at lease signing is 1st month rent and one month security deposit. The 1st Month they will always pay the entire amount even if the lease doesn't start on the 1st. The 2nd month is always pro-rated if there is pro-rated rent. I was things about having each month as a column (Sept 2024, Oct 2024, nov 2024 etc) then we can use ai and formula to look up the start date, end date, rent amount to put the data below in a table to send out in an email in automation or I can set up via Zapier. In Zapier I can probably also set up this type of automation but

hi Airtable users!I have a question regarding custom selection of Lookup Field Values in Linked Records.I have 2 tables (A and B). I setup a Linked Field and then 2 lookup fields in table A. This pulls in a Group name Category names from B.Now in Table A, I'd like to manually choose a specific Categories (based on categories from the lookup field).  The steps I'm trying: I choose a group (in the linked field), and then choose categories manually... but I can only see how to show ALL categories in the lookup field OR categories that meet certain conditions. But this is not what I want... I want to choose only specific categories, which vary for each record. There are no conditions for this.How would I do this? Maybe there is a formula?  Please help!How can I choose specific values based on a lookup field?Thank you

Oh, this one has me stuck!I have a table of 'Individuals' with an email address and a unique ID on one table, and on another 'Audit' table, I have audit line items with the linked ID. I would like to use a checkbox of 'publish' in the Individual tab to trigger an email that sends a table of relevant data to the right individual. Right now, I have a trigger or 'when records match' showing a few conditions including publish. then Find Records, then Repeat for each List of records, with a send email and appropriate grid in the email. Problem is, I can't convince the automation to sort these, so person A only get their results ,and Person B get theirs. It's a mash of results, not getting split per individual. Because the list of individuals will continue to grow, I can't create a view per individual.Can anyone see what I am missing here?

Hi! I'm trying to set up a conditional automation and the "Otherwise" condition is giving me an error.Trigger: A record enters a view. The view relies on the field {1 week} not being empty. The two possible values are "1 week late" and "2 weeks late" First condition:If {1 week} contains 1Condition 2 should be either:Otherwise, or1 week contains 2 (or equals "2 weeks late")I get success after the first condition but the second condition failsIt feels like i'm missing something obvious! Hello, With the API custom with a filterbyformula, I would like to collect all record, corresponding to my needs, from two differents fields. “Conversation?filterByFormula=%7Bexpediteur%7D%20%3D%20%27${user.email}%27” Like, in this case i would like to get all records into “expediteur” field where {user.email} corresponding. But now in my case, I would like the same but into two fields. (expediteur & destinataire) is it possible ? And how to write that ? Thanks you

Are the record's previous values available in the "when record is updated" trigger?  I'd like to be able to compare the previous values with the current values and act accordingly.  Does this require a code step instead?

I have a database with ages, I have grouped the ages into views and I want to shuffle each members a particular age into a group of five. For example: Ages 18-24, I want the members to be grouped by five members each and at the end of each month, the automation shuffle the members so the members are different for each month.

In many other systems you have an "Edit" button. Until you click the "edit" button, the data is read only. Adding this basic feature would solve A LOT of problems using Airtable. Each and every grid (and maybe other views) should have the now famous Airtable slide switch: Locked or Unlocked. (A nice touch would be a green border around the entire page for unlocked, red for locked.) This would allowing sorting, grouping, filtering etc. and working with the data w/o accidentally changing  the data, something that has happened to us more than once.
