I just tried out automating sending some emails with Airtable. Is there a way to remove the Airtable branding? The „via Airtable“ in the from field, as well as the „Sent via Automations on Airtable“ at the bottom? Thanks!

Hi all,I have a very strange behaviour with Airtable attachments together with make.comIn a loop in make,com, I create 4 images using FLUX.  I upload the generated images using "Create a record" module together with some other data (attachment column type) The images are correctly uploaded to the Airtable. Later in the same scenario I use the “Search records” module in order to retrieve the 4 rows with the images The rows and data are retrieved correctly but in *some* cases (this can’t be reproduced) the returned data for one of the images  contains only the ID and the original URL (that I used to upload the image) instead of the Airtable data with the airtable URL and the thumbnails, etc..See the screenshots:The first one shows the Create Record and the circled field contains the URL for the upload The second shows the wrong result for one image (yellow) and the correct result

I used to have a “cool” username, now it changed and there’s no way to change it even though I was/am a rank of “5-Automation Innovator”. IT says you have to be above rank 3- Contributor level 3. Then I should be able to navigate to : Settings>Personal>username to change it but it does not exist in settings?

Hello, Currently I have a date field called Date, I would like to make a formula that looks at this date and outputs the first Tuesday of the previous month.Example{date} - Shows March 13, 2025Formula - Should show February 4, 2025 (First Tuesday of Previous Month)I was able to find the 1st date of the previous month utilizing this, but I cannot seem to figure out how to get the first Tuesday. DATETIME_FORMAT(DATEADD(DATEADD({Date}, -1, 'month'), -(DAY({Date}) - 1), 'days'),"MM/DD/YYYY") 

The view that this embed is looking at is filtered correctly- when i open the view in AT, it should the exact dates. We have a form in Airtable for our app's affiliate program. When users search Google for "Airtable affiliate," our form appears as the top result.Although our form isn't related to Airtable's affiliate program, people don't read carefully and we are getting unrelated and confused applicants daily...I think updating the SEO meta title and description would reduce irrelevant clicks. Hi,I have a content management system in Airtable where I could use some automation support. I am attempting to use the new Airtable AI, but it just won't work the way I want it. What I want to do is:Request a new record (requests new content using a form) to be created, it currently creates a Google Doc with the record details on it and changes the status to "assign to writer"I want to have it where if I assign the writer as "AI" it submits the record details to AI (with a detailed prompt I created).Writes the content and places that content on the Google Doc.I have it producing the AI generated content within Airtable using the prompt but can't get it to add that content to the Google Doc and update the database field to "For Review". Hello, I have a base that has a Campaigns and Deliverables table. There is one Campaign which could have many deliverables. Each deliverable could have one owner. We want the Campaigns table to have a lookup that shows all of the owners for the deliverables. Unfortunately, if someone has multiple deliverables they own it reports their campaign twice in the lookup column. Is there a way to dedupe or only show the owners name once versus the same name multiple times? Thanks, Victor

Hi all, New to AirTable and have been trying to create a grid where one of the columns needs to be linked to a different record on a row-to-row basis. I have been able to link one record in the column but have found it difficult to add a 2nd record for the next row. Is it even possible to do this in AirTable?For example:Row 1 - Column A Links to one record  Row 2     Column A links to a second record Hope this information is clear, happy to try and clarify if it would be helpful. I’m having an issue with two-way syncs in Airtable.I have a Source-A table in a Base 1, which is synced to Base 2. In Base 2, the Target-A table is linked to a B table.The problem arises when I want to remove duplicates in Source-A: I have no way of seeing whether one of the duplicates is linked to a record in B in Base 2. If I merge duplicates and delete the one that is linked to a record in B, the connection between Target-A and B is lost.How can I prevent this loss of links?I tried using the Dedupe extension on the Target-A table, but I got an error saying I don’t have the necessary permissions.I understand that if Source-A is synced to multiple bases, removing duplicates can be problematic because additional da

Hey all, this is my first post, so I hope I do this right! I have created an automation that, when a field box is ticked, a series of Find Records run. Each Find Record action gathers a list of records (people) that meet certain conditions. This is followed by an Update Record, that adds the linked records to a single field. The Update Record step looks like this: Find Record 1 record ID, Find Record 2 record ID, Find Record 3 record ID. This works perfectly unless one of the Find Records comes back empty, in which case the whole automation fails. Two the Find Records often come back empty, so this is a problem. I’ve played around with conditional actions, which is messy but it kind of works until a conditional action has an empty Find Record, where the automation stops and doesn’t move down to the next condition(s). Can anyone think of a workaround? Thanks in advance!

I’m not even sure the correct terminology so having difficulty looking it up.  I am creating a form with timeslots.  I need people to fill out the form and select a timeslot, but once someone has selected one, that timeslot shouldn’t be able to be selected by someone else.  Is this even possible?

I see several posts that are similar to my question, but I haven't been able to find the actual solution yet.  I have a database of all our locations, and at any given time we have about 40 pending locations. I'd like to send an automated email to the listed manager each month asking for an update until the status is changed from pending to open.  Some managers have multiple pending locations at one time so I'd like to only send one email per manager rather than multiple if there are several pending in their area. There's probably a few ways to do this, but for now I have a rollup column on a different table that breaks down by district all the pending locations.Any thoughts?

How do you accomplish that Airtable shows as the example?  I want a picture on one side, then next it it several vertical fields, but they only go horizontally or below the picture.  

Current Issue:By default, Airtable automations trigger every time a defined condition is met, such as when a field is updated. However, in cases where changes happen in quick succession, the automation may run multiple times unnecessarily. This leads to inefficiencies and potential inconsistencies in workflow execution. Objective:I want to configure an Airtable automation that runs only after a certain period of time has passed since the last change, rather than triggering immediately with every update. This delay would allow for multiple consecutive changes to "settle" before the automation executes, preventing unnecessary or redundant triggers. 

I have a date field that I am wanting to use to send a slack notification when it is updated and/or changed, however while doing planning I am amending that date field multiple times to settle on the final agreed date - is there a way in which that slack notification can only be triggered once the date is settled and planning has been completed?

I have 100 people in my database, I want to send an email to each (email is in record) and in the email have a  button (webhook or form) that updates another field in their record. Example: Do you support the project? Button or form could either just have "Yes" (with no click being implied "No") or a form
