We are currently trying to move our hiring onboarding process to Airtable. In our company, we have a medical team (Nurses & Doctors), a health coaching team, a business/marketing team, and soon to be technology team. In a perfect world this is how I want the onboarding process to work:- First the prospect will fill a form out giving their basic information. (Phone number, address, email, desired job position, etc.)- Once the form is submitted, we can select hire or reject.- Once hired, Airtable will then take that prospect and insert them into the proper Job Specific/employment type onboarding checklist.- Onboarding a medical new hire will be vastly different than onboarding a new health coach as they require different technology and employment forms. Medical staff are typically full time and health coaches are part time. Hi everyone, I have an issue that randomly just started... Happening.Specifically, I use AT as a task manager for my team. Each team member's personal view is filtered like this:"{Owner is [name X]}OR{Status is Ready for QAAND QA is [name X]}"Both "Owner" and "QA" are user columns. Status is multiple choice.Now, this worked perfectly until last Friday. On Friday, the QA column started automatically populating all new records in the view. This means that as soon as I create a new record, my name is automatically added to the QA field, when I don't want it there. The Owner column works perfectly normally, i.e. not automatically populating with [name X].How do I fix this? It's important to keep the filter so everybody sees all their tasks and we don't miss stuff, and as I said, it worked well until last Friday. 😞

I work for a small non-profit and one of our programs is a homesharing effort. We try to match people with a spare room to rent with people who are looking to rent a room. I was hired about one year ago to "bring us into the 21st century." They had been tracking everything in Google Sheets and Forms and it was a mess.At first, we contemplated purchasing subscriptions to several types of data management companies, including something like Monday.com, a separate database for finances, another one for client/property management, and CRM. We got a tour of another homesharing group using Monday.com and the man who was leading the tour suggested that if he had it to do over again, he would just build his own using AirTable. I had never heard of AT at that point.
