I needed to update Airtable with info pulled from a custom CMS that doesn’t have the export feature I needed, so I wrote a quick Javascript bookmarklet that scrapes the values from the page, looks up the corresponding record and updates it. Not the most robust script, but it’s saving me lots of time! Now all I have to do is browse to the page of each contact that I’m looking for and click on this bookmark. Greetings, We’re a small, non-profit organization that is fairly new to Airtable and are soliciting proposals from consultants who have extensive Airtable or database experience. Our goal date to have this completed is early June and our budget is under $3000. I manage a growing Nursing Agency based in Sydney. We recruit temp nurses on our books and supply to our client on as need basis. Every client have their own requirements and procedures to get a nurse approved to work with them (Onboarding Process). We have a fantastic client allocation software but we struggle with Onboarding and clearance of nurses with Hospital Clients. Current Setup: Recruiter interviews and scans their docs on onedrive. Also there is a compliance checklist in pdf (8 pages) - the recruiter will fill out 1st page on this checklist. Docs scanned in ondrive then taken over by compliance team. Compliance team continues to complete the checklist in pdf. Then compliance team adds nurses on to a different tracking excel sheet (the excel is basically a workflow - step by step process) to get the nurses cleared at different clients. I’ve now touched down again, gotten over the obligatory cross-country-flight-induced cold, largely muddled through the [DST-intensified] time change, and begun the process of establishing an East Coast base of operations. (Bridging the San-Francisco-to-Southside-Virginia cultural shift would have been impossible in so short a time — quite likely impossible, one suspects,* regardless the time allowed.) I’m looking for assistance setting up automated Airtable searches through integrations with Integromat or Zapier (or other). I would like to create complex formulas for searching a product database triggered by a new customer entry into a separate database. I have 3 laboratory instruments that I want to push data into a table with timestamps. I will work up a more detailed data specification before we start. Interface is RS-232 over Blutooth and Infrared. The parsing data is very clear and detailed documentation for the right expert to implement this solution quickly. The baud rate is very slow, and total record is probably only 14k . Want it to push a data table to Airtable on my phone. Only advanced programmers who really know what they’re doing with this API, I’m looking for a finished product with some alpha and beta changes.

I recently moved my work history notes into Airtable, and wanted a way to see at a glance how long I worked at each company, including time spans for those companies I’m still working with (I used to work full-time, but starting in 2012 my work became a mix of part-time and freelance/contract jobs). The end product is a clean listing of years and months1, as this sample illustrates: The full table includes three hidden formula fields: {End Date} defaults to TODAY() if no specific date is entered in the {To} field; otherwise it uses the {To} date. {Years} and {Months} run calculations based on {End Date}. The {Length} field puts it all together. It’s not a particularly complex setup, but it has more potential use than just job tracking, so I thought I’d share in case anyone else could use it. 4 Teir Gantt, Single Dependency I really want to mate the Gnatt (beta) block work. I’ve spent some time trying to work around the circular references, and in-ability to look past a the first record link. I got the start date for a task to adjust up to the 4th task in a dependency chain, hooray. The timeline block reflects the correct start date, unfortunately, the Gantt block sets any task that is dependent on a dependent task to the 1st of the year. I’m hope new column field types or other Gnatt friendly updates are made in the near future.

Trying to write a formula that will recognise a word value in one field then if one or more word values are meet in the second field then it returns a value in a third field. This needs to be able to meet several values in both the first and second fields and return a different value in the third field depending on the condition of the first and second fields.
