Looking to implement Airtable to streamline my company’s content process - from idea creation to finished project. We’re an online media site that publishes multiple pieces of content daily across various categories. We need help setting up an effective content/social/marketing calendar as well as a way to track performance and projects as it pertains to published content. I’ve watched some tutorials and have read a few guides, but am still very much at lost on the best and most efficient way to set up my bases/tables. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated! Hey guys - I’m working with a client to try and help them setup a quotation system for their kitchen company. There are a bunch of line items with different categories and pricing conditions. I already have all the formulas done in a Google Sheet but we’re looking for a more streamlined way to achieve the goal of having all the data in once place rather than a new sheet for each customer. I’m quite proficient with building out these types of “apps” but I’m in a bit of a hurry and could do with pointing in the right direction in regards to this project. I’m trying to build a billing base that will work with our companies financial software, Xero. I know we can use Zapier to transmit data but I need help building the airtable base along with moving the information to and from Xero.

I’m new to Airtable and while there’s a lot of video support I don’t have the time to sift thru it all. I’m looking for an hour or two consultation for support and possibly brainstorming.

We are looking to build out AirTable with Client Records, which will include a few related tables. I’d like to talk through the scope of the project and determine the amount of hours of work needed. We are potentially moving from QuickBase to AirTable.

Is there a limit to the number of records I can add to a database?

Hi! I have a csv export for a 500 or so records that get generated each day. The report contains leads I generate for clients and calls we make for them. Currently it’s just a data dump but I’d like a savvy Airtable expert who can build a template with Blocks (pivot table / reports block) to make it insightful for me (how often are leads being called, for which clients, which of my callers are producing and which arent) and nice looking for my clients to view. Hello! I’m interested in outsourcing talent for an in-person training to get us acclimated and up to speed on all things Airtable! My team: We are a small marketing team of four, supporting 15 departments and four Service Center locations across the state of Connecticut. Our needs: We’d like the database to help us efficiently and effectively track all of our on-going projects, tasks, creative plans, deliverables, and deadlines. Additionally, we need something robust enough to track all of the tiny details, as well as give us an overall snapshot of our work as a whole. Our experience: No one on my team has ever used Airtable. We’re all newbies! Timing: We can not official start our transition to Airtable until our new fiscal year begins on October 1. Hi! I have a few different bases- most work… but having trouble with lookups/automating things (sometimes they work sometimes it does not!) I have an idea how it should go (even when it’s not going) but am also open to suggestions to make them more efficient. FYI while I have quite a few they’re all pretty similar in structure, just different clients! So first off can anyone help with this - just fixing up existing base(s) to make them a bit more automated (ie lookup/linking) not looking to start from scratch per se…and letting me know how to fix it in the future? (I think it’s like one tiny thing I’m doing wrong!) And 2 if you’re looking for payment for your services, what is the rate for this type of thing? (Apologies but I have no idea!)

Hi, I know that there are many questions in this community about Slack integration. I have built a Private Slack App that allows us to do some basic operations using the Airtable API. Here are some screenshots of the slack app: It is available as /slair . You have to configure your API Key and Application ID . Currenty supported Airtable integrations . If you are like me and want to use your iPad with Airtable (not the almost useless app but the web interface) this si what I have discovered; BLOCKS are working and you can even print from page designer block! The Send Grid Block works! Print view is not working, you get a blank document… too bad but as Airtable constantly remember us “you can create you own print layouts with page designer block”… The Icon of “open in the Airtable app” will come and go on the top of your page even when you have requested Desktop site from setting. (Safari settings) Views under tables are not always scrolling properly but you can bypass this limitation by typing the name of the view you are looking to display. (I use this “shortcut” quiet often on my Mac) Same with side scrolling… you just have to open the record you want to see (too bad if you wanted to see more than one record or a full set with SUM or AVG calculus) you can move on the right or left by clicking the edge of the screen making the fiel

Hello, We are a Vision Home (www.visionhome.biz), we furnish luxury homes that are for sale. I have built my business around our Airtable base and we are exceeding its capabilities. We need help to improve our base to handle inventory tracking using a barcode system, project management, CRM and sales pipelines, and also to give us detailed financial reports. The base we have now is working but it is very primitive. I also want to link the base to some type of POS software as well. We are looking at creating our own manufacturing & invoicing software as we have many unique processes that standard softwares will not work. Needing about 15-20 tables that work together in addition to User Interfaces for our staff to interact through. Hi everyone, Originally I started making this for my wife, but she decided to use another app instead so I figured I would finish it out and share it. https://airtable.com/shrXDCU2NXyGNLVV5 Summary This base is designed to hold recipes and then use those recipes to schedule meals and create shopping lists using the IFTTT applet with the trigger “When a new record is created in view”. It’s a great way to keep track of recipes you like. The meal planner uses a simple form view so that you can choose existing recipes and then the date on which you want to make them. The shopping list view takes what meals you have scheduled and looks up the ingredients. This view only shows what meals are within the next week, but if you shop more or less than once a week, you can adjust accordingly in the filter. While the shopping view shows the ingredients for each recipe, you can use IFTTT or Zapier to create a shopping list using ToDoIst or other listing app to create a compiled shopping list. T

I have achieved what I am looking to be done in Google Sheets and I am in hopes that someone can assist me in making it happen using Airtable. Details below: I am looking to create a MASTER SPREADSHEET that shows employee’s availability. I would like for each Employee to be able to access and update their own availability by blocking off unavailable dates in the table. From there, once they block off particular dates, it would then automatically populate over onto the Master Schedule for me to view. I can then see all employee’s availability and filter as needed. I am looking for a way to merge my data i have. I have; spreadsheet with assets spreadsheet with ledger payments spreadsheet with document information and documents attached I need to do a lookup by word and link the ledger payment and/spreadsheet with doc information to an asset table with the spreadsheet with assets. i also need to load photographs of the assets that i have downloaded but the spreadsheet with assets does have the photograph number so i believe it can be done.
