We are looking to hire an Airtable expert to create a solution for integrating our data and processes into one place. We are a Fine Art Gallery using an inventory management software, CRM Software and various Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. We would like to determine if Airtable is the right database to import all of our data and images and documents to function as our inventory management and crm functions, including consignments, sales, quotations, price sheets, digital catalogues, contact management and segmentation.

My needs: CRM - Sales funnel (receiving leads from an outside platform) Project quotations (getting contact, account, opportunity data from the CRM base) Project management (receiving won deals from the CRM and their proposals - from the Project quotation), to build a project gantt, owners, resources, and finances G&A finances (planning and execution) P&L integrating finances from Projects and G&A, on a monthly basis.

We need an expert to help us convert a few excel based processes into Airtable and train a few users. I would prefer onsite presence 3 days per week for at least 2 months.

Trying to get airtable set up to meet my needs for a variety of case types. I see that there is a lot of potential here and I have been able to get a lot sorted out with the legal templates airtable provides, however there are still some things that I am just not quite savvy enough to put together. Mainly I am struggling on how to set up my time keeping/billing components in such a way that will generate invoices that I can submit to my clients or to the courts for court appointed work. This will probably not be a big job for someone who is more database geared than I.

Hi, Users are overwhelmed by passwords, and companies like slack have implemented passwordless login which I personally think is great. We have a shopify store with pricing tiers and currently use Stitch Labs to integrate with our store and manage our inventory. However, there are several issues with Stitch labs and we are looking for a new inventory management system / ERP. We already use Airtable to track our PO’s and delivery dates, quality control / receipts and mailing list but would love to have someone integrate these with both our shopify store and our Quickbooks account so we can issue PO’s from there instead of using an ERP. Thought it would be a great time to post another update on Destiny Search Project and our use of Airtable. For those that do not know we posted this original post when we first started using Airtable in 2016. Well, we have continued working on updating the system continually. We are now in Alpha Testing of our newest version (4.5 now!) With the addition of some of the beta features, and now including Blocks, we have really made some big changes. The biggest change is that we have now used embedded forms on our website to create a very easy to use interface for volunteers. We went with forms as when we have active searches we have many “staff” that come and go with very few permanent team members. We have a pretty robust AT platform at this point, but one thing we are lacking is a solid work order/purchase order layout built inside the Page Designer.
