Thanks for reading! I’m transitioning central management of a lean but successful cannabis distribution operation from Google Drive to Airtable. We are building from scratch due to our unique business model. I’m looking for someone with great Airtable skills to work with me, preferably in person, to enhance and inform my build out. Lots of potential beyond the initial set up. Please tell me why you’d be a great fit. We are Mendocino based but I can meet with you in the East or North Bay Area for a work session. If you are not local but think you’d be a great fit, let me know and we can meet via Facetime or similar. An NDA will be required due to sensitive data. Looking forward to hearing from you. Please write “Airtable Consultant” in the subject line of your email. Scarlett, Lead Operator, scarlett@madronecalifornia.com
We mapped our long project pipeline and now need support from a consultant to help us make a simple and wonderful tool out of it.
Our small company is wanting to implement Airtable to keep track of financial data and to both generate invoices from that data and create automated follow-ups on the outstanding A/R (We would normally handoff the data to something like ActiveCampaign to create a sequence/campaign to automate the followup on our A/R). Please call me at 512-301-1505 (o) or 561-715-1010 ©. Thanks, Larry Fendrich Elder Dental Care/GK Dental
Hey community, I work for a creative agency (roughly 30 employees) and would like to establish HR on Airtable. I need a consultation hour or so to ask if all our needs are covered by Airtable, otherwise, I will get a HR software. Would anyone be interested in helping? Further opportunity to customize something for us in the tool too. Please email me on: pm@granny.co. Thank you, Priscila
I am trying to use airtable to maintain a large database of trivia questions. I am interested in generating systems that would allow me to detect and flag duplicate/redundant content in as close to an automated manner as possible. I need to be able to recognize similar, duplicated, and/or redundant content across multiple fields and multiple records. Please reach out if you think you can help solve my problem! Thanks very much, Michael
I’ve written a blog post (in 2 parts) about using Process Street to build an employee on-boarding process and then (in part 2) linking this to a database to a) trigger it when a new record is added and b) updating the database when the checklist os complete… https://www.onlinedatabase.expert/post/employee-on-boarding-with-process-street-part-1 I’ve used a different database in Part 2 but the basics are exactly the same with Airtable (I hope AT don’t mind - most of my examples are with AT!!).
Hi Airtable Community, My small non profit arts foundation is seeking an experienced developer to guide us in developing our Airtable ecosystem. My colleagues and I identified Airtable as a powerful and intuitive means for managing our contacts and quickly, but quickly realize it could be used to manage a handful of data sets in a collaborative and integrated single workspace. We’ve been using the free version of Airtable for individual tasks and data sets, but are looking to go pro to expand the relational potential of the Airtable. We have a handful of “draft” airtables that we are looking to refine and connect in one Airtable Pro Base; we’re seeking an experienced Airtable Base/Workspace designer to review and refine our ideas and help us implement with maximum efficiency and minimum fussiness! These are the 6 general areas we’re trying to integrate. People (tracking info for 5000+ contacts: interactions/invitations/attendance i.e. a crm) Exhibition Tracker (artworks & info per
Hello everyone! I’m looking for help setting up a comprehensive base that will track all of the Augmented Reality Art that I am in charge of. I have an inventory of about 20 artists, some with up to 6 works, some with multiple sizes, all limited editions. The works are up on display, or are in inventory. Many have also been sold so I want to keep track of who bought which edition etc. Please email me at julie@kaleida.studio with information on your availabilty, rates, and interest! Thank you so much!
Looking for help creating formulas to calculate production rates. I have the formula in Excel. Basically need to take 2 data points from specific column, subtract the value and multiply the product by a 3rd cell.
Hi! I am looking for someone who can help me to make an integration where I can get ad performance data (cost per purchase, link clicks or all other metrics) and pass it to Airtable? Example: In Facebook, I have an ad with ID 1234 I want to pass metrics like link clicks & cost per purchase to Airtable to the particular row? I want that if I create a new ad in Facebook than it creates a new row in Airtable with ID of the ad + it fills columns with metrics. Can you do it?
Rock Paper Airtable Airtable Rock Paper Airtable - Airtable Universe Rock Paper Airtable This formula was the Airtable contest winner for April. For a video demo and some information about myself check out my interview... This base contains a formula that was the Airtable contest winner for April. Watch my just released interview with @Zoe_VanDerPloeg on Built on Air, an @openside podcast. overview: This is a playable “Rock Paper Scissors” game against Airtable. The game play is best using a public form view which allows anyone to play regardless if they have an Airtable account. “AI” design: Airtable’s choice is based on a sudo random number generator: IF({Human_Choice}, SWITCH( MOD( VALUE( DATETIME_FORMAT(CREATED_TIME(),'s') ),3 ), 0,'🗿', 1,'📜', 2,'✂️' ) ) What it’s doing is choosing based on the time of record creation. It’s a clock that just happens to only have only
I would like to set up a personal tracker that catalogs when I complete certain tasks (through a form), allows me to visualize that on a calendar, and run analysis on it later. I need someone to give me the training / show me how to do this.
Hi Everybody, I’m new to this community and Airtable. So far, I’m loving the product. Just figuring out how to do things in Airtable. I’m not a computer programmer, but I’ve managed to hack together some fairly complex databases using VBA in MS Access over the years. Trying to get our company’s processes automated and cloud based after getting multiple software companies to unsuccessfully bid to make us custom software (unacceptable in both cost and development time). First challenge, I wanted to make an automatic invoice generator. Pretty simple idea right? Just about every company has some sort of auto-invoice with basic info such as customer, PO#, and an itemized bill of materials. Since I’m used to Access, I thought it would be as simple as making a form and subform, then spit it out in a custom report. Well after twiddling with Airtable and combing the Airtable community posts for a couple weeks, I realized that it wasn’t going to be as straightforward as I naively thought. There
I am looking at standardizing our marketing team on Airtable for project management and tracking. We have two main use-cases and could use clarity on how to set them up/best practices. Using airtable as a lightweight replacement for Jira/ticket system. Using airtable as a planning tool. Allowing us to build a list of items we are planning on doing and then updating the items as they progress. Also being able to view those items on a calendar. We want the use-case to be as lightweight as possible, but also be a replacement for all our various calendars and planning spreadsheets. Ideally we can take advantage of the relational aspect of the tool and keep data normalized (we don’t want to keep adding tabs, we rather add views to existing tabs) Keep like data all in one place so we can have a unified activity calendar. Looking for someone to help us implement this.
I need someone who is experienced in all three applications. I’ve spent many weeks/days/hours building out my Airtable that utilizes Jotform (but I’m not married to it if another form can do better) and Zapier for some (what I consider) basic automations. There seems to be some glitches: having Zapier do an action doesn’t produce the same results as doing it by hand. Ex) using a Zap to paste an email into a field A which comes from an existing record (B) in another table, where B is a “linked” field in Airtable. This should compile all of the records with field A into field B. When doing by hand, field A and B are linked. When using Zapier, they are not linked and AT produces a new record instead of compiling everything linked into the existing record. Furthermore, I cannot understand how I can pull data from AT to pre-populate a form. I want to send that form out to recipients, but because I want a record of each time I send the form to the same recipient, I don’t want the form to sim
I am looking for someone to help me develop an easy to use project tracker that can be updated and which will print a nice looking project status report to send to our board of directors. Needs are immediate so please email me at mikebush80@gmail.com if you are interested in helping. Thanks! Mike
New to Airtable. Been trying unsuccessfully to get started. There are many variables. Solitary Angler is a fly fishing guide service - also a private fly fishing club. We have about 15 fishing guides, about 20 pieces of trout stream (called “water” here), about 80 members, and about 3,000 clients per year. We are in 3 different states - different taxes… The idea is to book water exclusively - one stretch of water, one client, one guide, on any single date, with no double-booking. The main end goal is a reservations calendar, showing available guides, available water, as well as reserved water. There should be a form for creating reservations - perhaps 2 forms - one for the booking person and a request form for potential clients to request availability. It would be nice if the system could produce an invoice for clients. I’m pretty sure AirTable can do all this. Can it? Can you help us?

I’m trying to put together a time tracking system. Primarily need help with rollup summary tables. Probably one time situation, although there could be follow on work at some future point. Here are the current tables: Projects table: allocated time per Month and per Week per Project (we get a contract for project and enter the Hours allocated per Month and Week, contains Project Start Date and End Date) Tasks table: manual task entry with Date, Actual Hours worked Project Hours Logged table: manual daily time entries of hours against projects Work Needed: Project Hours Logged table: would like to replace manual entry with rollup of Hours per Day and Week from Tasks Summary Hours table: rollup of Project Hours Logged by Week and by Month per Project to show what our utilization of Hours used compared to what Hours were allocated within Projects table (by Week and by Month) Example: Projects table contains: Proj1 (name of project) 20 Hours allocated per Month 5 Hours alloca
Looking for an expert in Airtable to be an ongoing consultant to help design and develop an Airtable database for my business. This involves a large data set, which needs to be managed by multiple users, with assignment of rights, etc. We have internal database folks, but looking for a true Airtable expert to help with database design, user permissions, efficiency of execution, blocks and reporting, etc. We can pay quite well for top experts. Please let me know if you are interested.
I’ve just published a blog post about creating and sending emails to Contacts in your Base with a facility to add in Standard Paragraphs. The example uses Integromat to replace placeholders in the text with standard paragraphs, send the result by email and then update the database with the date/time sent and the resulting text. Here’s a link: https://www.onlinedatabase.expert/post/send-emails-with-standard-paragraphs-from-airtable-or-knack-via-integromat Feel free to join the site if you’d like to comment, ask questions in the forum or be notified when additional content is published.
We implemented Airtable database with specific structure and form view for one of the tables. Now we need to add some features to the form view and implement search through our data. We need to get consult from Airtable expert to find out: what is the most simple way to implement what we need within Airtable basic functionality (including blocks). And which of our requirements need extending Airtable basic functionality. Please specify your our consult cost.

Hey, we have several bases that we have been working on for a few months. We have two freelancers that have been helping us as well. They have been great but also very slow. We sustained assistance to help us get the bases finished up so we can start the next ones and the ones after that. We have a lot of work but need to find the right programmers who can assist us daily/weekly to help us get the work done. We are not in maintenance mode but the freelancers we are working with only have time for maintenance. Our bases are somewhat complex. We are using conditional logic to help guide our staff through complex and many step processes. We are also in need of simple summarys to be added as part of a dashboard so our clients can track where the status of their project is. So, complex language for staff and simple summaries for clients. We ARE NOT looking for someone to help us set up a simle base. We have a lot of it built. We need help in making it function and of course your i
Hey everyone! We’ve started hosting monthly contests via the newsletter and this month we’re in the mood to travel, so we want to see Universe bases celebrating places. :earth_asia: These can be about the place you’re from, your favorite places you’ve visited, or just places you want to visit. A list of your favorite restaurants in your hometown, a compendium of the best camping trips in your country, a selection of deep-sea submarine tours around the world—send them all our way! Add blocks to your base (like map or chart) for extra credit. :white_check_mark: We’ll give our favorite Airtable Universe bases a shoutout in the next newsletter and send a few lucky folks Airtable swag. Feel free to submit more than one Universe base if you feel so inclined. We’ll take submissions until June 1, 2019! :sparkles: Submission Form: https://airtable.com/shr9wVP5hjPQiPj8E
