Looking to create a 15-20 step new hire workflow process (background check sent, background check received, employment letter sent, employee letter received, email set-up, etc.) In addition, at some of these steps, I would like an email to be sent to the new hire advancing through workflow process and/or existing internal HR employees that are assisting in the new hire workflow process. Is this type of task something that can be easily accomplished via Airtable? If so, I would be interested in working with a consultant to help set-up the new hire workflow. Thank you!

Hey community, We’re a small creative studio that’s currently managing our growing business via Slack/Google Workspace and Dropbox with a variety of Pages docs, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Slides presentations. It’s functioning but highly redundant. We recently moved one of our critical spreadsheets for project management into Airtable and it’s functioning well. Hello, we have been researching and looking into different formulas that would allow us to highlight duplicates. We are looking to add a formula like this How to Highlight Duplicates in Google Sheets but for AirTable. However, we have yet to add or find any successful formulas that will highlight any duplicates automatically if they are added. We are looking for an expert to help create this functionality in every table that we have. So that we can add this to all of our tables.

Hi there, this question has been asked before on the community: Convert address (list) to geocode (latitude and longitude) through map block and google API What we need: A Script or Automation that reads the geocode field of a table and writes lat lon coordinates to separate fields of the same table. What we know: The field is base64 encoded, needs to be decoded and the lat lon values extracted from the array. Hello! I am looking to build out a workflow for the below use case for my company: I am building a list of potential prospects. I also have an Affinity account where I manage relationships with different prospects who might appear on the list. Steps I want to be able to take: Enter new contact name in Airtable list Auto-populate a column beside that contact name with information about any pre-existing relationship with that contact (ie. if others at my firm have connected with them, if others in my Affinity contact list know them, etc.) I am open to workaround to this solution (ie. pulling data from LinkedIn relationships rather than Affinity) but pulling relationship information from Affinity would be ideal. Hello, I am new to airtable and would like to explore hiring a consultant to help on set up some automations and integrations for a startup company. We are currently working within the product catalog template, and have set up our products, vendors, etc. but now need help with the next few steps to make everything come full circle. -set up the page designer to create custom invoices that automatically populate from our orders, have the PDF integrate back into our client orders page, and automatically send them emails with their invoice PDF’s. -Automation within selections of items – where product selection and selected information would appear in a PDF/tear sheet with specifics (thumbnails, links, price, dimensions, etc.) Automations with a survey platform – we are currently using survey planet, and can only see how it is manually integrated. Looking to create several new fields, likely in a new table, including “most recent engagement date” which pulls the most recent date from multiple date fields in different tables (e.g. events, tasks & communications), and “most recent engagement content” which pulls the corresponding text field from the record that was pulled for the “most recent engagement date”. We are trying to create a report that includes these new fields, and I think we will need to create a new table to do this. HI, We are a production company with around 10 employees looking to hire someone to com in and give our team training on Slack and Air table.

Right now, we currently use AirTable as our e-commerce product catalog. But we have hit some limitations with the current setup. For instance, in order to update pricing and other product attributes we utilize the import CSV app for every single table within each base that we have. Which can be very time-consuming. So… We are looking for the ability to upload the spreadsheet with the various attributes in it to an entire base thus updating all of the tables. We have an excel spreadsheet that we use to calculate pricing for customers. Our goal is to hire a consultant to develop a web enabled form that mimics the spreadsheet to add to our existing website as a self service option. Additionally, we need to add sign-on security so we identify the user and apply the correct pricing. The spreadsheet serves really well as a design template for our requirements. We are looking to hire a consultant to help us set up a more complex workflow & automation. Here’s a brief synopsis of what we’re trying to do: We’ve started looking at how we can duplicate some of our client-specific views that we use for reporting purposes and we were wondering if there was a way to automate this duplication process. I believe that just using the duplicate option isn’t viable due to the formulas involved in each view and the different rollups required to set up the reporting view all need to be set up with it. We were curious if there was a way to automate this to where we can potentially set up and fill out a form and it automatically updates & creates the formulas with info that we input into the form, which would take this view duplication process from around 25 steps to just needing to fill out specific info into a form. We are a small content site that need a way to keep track of contacts which we use to interview for article research in our writing process. On most articles we try to find an expert and interview them about the specific topic. The goal here is to keep track of people we’ve interviewed so we can reuse them and also make sure we’re not stepping on each other’s toes and emailing the same people at the same time. I specifically need the ability to see which employees are available for short term placements at any given date, which employees are on assignment at any given date, and the ability to automate invoicing to clients that hire our temporary employees. Hi, everyone! I’m hoping to find an expert who can help me pull together my business processes for a cleaner, more efficient workspace through the use of Airtable automations, web hooks, APIs and/or Zapier & Integromat. I also use MiniExtensions for a number of my current automations. I utilize Airtable as my primary database for my app created with Adalo. I have been reading through the API documentations myself, but to be honest I don’t want to risk setting up such a crucial step incorrectly. Here are my specific needs: When a record enters an Airtable view, create a new record in Adalo, send a SendGrid email to the address in the current record. Once the above steps are successful, move the record to a separate table. I have the majority of this already set up through Zapier - however, for some reason, the record entering the view is not triggering the Zap. Hello! I’m looking at airtable as a potential resource for many different projects our team completes. I have not set up a table yet and have a large google spreadsheet that I want to use for my first project which will be our trial run with airtable to see what it can do and if it’s the right fit for us. I do not want to have to be the one to set it all up and am looking for someone who can do that but who will also improve the information’s organization/presentation. I don’t want an exact replica of the spreadsheet in airtable. I have put together a bit of a video explaining what I need. I want the project price to include the design of the airtable (how it should look and operate - and I’d like to ensure a “pretty” look while being productive), set up and then training video explaining how to use the airtable.
