We have an excel spreadsheet that we use to calculate pricing for customers. Our goal is to hire a consultant to develop a web enabled form that mimics the spreadsheet to add to our existing website as a self service option. Additionally, we need to add sign-on security so we identify the user and apply the correct pricing. The spreadsheet serves really well as a design template for our requirements. We will make ourselves available to collaborate on the business requirements.

We are looking to hire a consultant to help us set up a more complex workflow & automation. Here’s a brief synopsis of what we’re trying to do: We’ve started looking at how we can duplicate some of our client-specific views that we use for reporting purposes and we were wondering if there was a way to automate this duplication process. I believe that just using the duplicate option isn’t viable due to the formulas involved in each view and the different rollups required to set up the reporting view all need to be set up with it. We were curious if there was a way to automate this to where we can potentially set up and fill out a form and it automatically updates & creates the formulas with info that we input into the form, which would take this view duplication process from around 25 steps to just needing to fill out specific info into a form. We are a small content site that need a way to keep track of contacts which we use to interview for article research in our writing process. On most articles we try to find an expert and interview them about the specific topic. The goal here is to keep track of people we’ve interviewed so we can reuse them and also make sure we’re not stepping on each other’s toes and emailing the same people at the same time. Hi, everyone! I’m hoping to find an expert who can help me pull together my business processes for a cleaner, more efficient workspace through the use of Airtable automations, web hooks, APIs and/or Zapier & Integromat. I also use MiniExtensions for a number of my current automations. I utilize Airtable as my primary database for my app created with Adalo. I have been reading through the API documentations myself, but to be honest I don’t want to risk setting up such a crucial step incorrectly. Here are my specific needs: When a record enters an Airtable view, create a new record in Adalo, send a SendGrid email to the address in the current record. Once the above steps are successful, move the record to a separate table. I have the majority of this already set up through Zapier - however, for some reason, the record entering the view is not triggering the Zap. Hello! I’m looking at airtable as a potential resource for many different projects our team completes. I have not set up a table yet and have a large google spreadsheet that I want to use for my first project which will be our trial run with airtable to see what it can do and if it’s the right fit for us. I do not want to have to be the one to set it all up and am looking for someone who can do that but who will also improve the information’s organization/presentation. I don’t want an exact replica of the spreadsheet in airtable. I have put together a bit of a video explaining what I need. I want the project price to include the design of the airtable (how it should look and operate - and I’d like to ensure a “pretty” look while being productive), set up and then training video explaining how to use the airtable.

I am looking to run multiple search scripts in three fields where users will enter a long format answer explaining their project needs. These are populating in a request table that I connected to a form interface. I have second Airtable that lists out my talent at my agency and have created a ‘Keywords’ column that lists out all the different expertise fields and past industries. My goal is to search through the long format answers client input and connect the keywords to the best match talent in my pool. Any one available to take on this project? I want to get only fields in my tables through the rest API. I have tried using https://api.airtable.com/v0/meta/bases/BaseId/tables api given in the https://airtable.com/api/meta documentation but it is giving me NOT_FOUND in response. Is there a way we can get only fields for the token provided through REST API?

Our business has used Airtable to make a database for our direct to consumer manufacturing business. The good news is that our business has grown, the bad is that we are constantly fighting with the 50K record limit. What we are looking for is connecting our Airtable database to something that can handle substantially more records. Basically using Airtable as a “front end” to the larger database. Currently, most of our records are tied up in the bill of materials (BOMs). Most of the BOMs are not currently active (we aren’t currently building that product), however, we need that BOM data to accurately inform our part purchasing. We currently have a workaround using Airtable’s table syncing but that has only bought us some time and is not the long term solution. At the end of the day what we are looking for is a way to use and store far more data than Airtable can handle while keeping Airtable as the place where our employees interact with that data.

Hello everyone, I am running a cleaning service, and I want people in the community to request things to be cleaned. I use QR codes to list all active jobs as a read me file for the office community. I have a submission form embedded on the read me where the cleaners can check done all the tasks they’ve cleaned. I also want to add another recordID that has a form URL for people to check jobs they want the cleaning team to come in and clean that night. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know!
