Hello! I’m looking at airtable as a potential resource for many different projects our team completes. I have not set up a table yet and have a large google spreadsheet that I want to use for my first project which will be our trial run with airtable to see what it can do and if it’s the right fit for us. I do not want to have to be the one to set it all up and am looking for someone who can do that but who will also improve the information’s organization/presentation. I don’t want an exact replica of the spreadsheet in airtable. I have put together a bit of a video explaining what I need. I want the project price to include the design of the airtable (how it should look and operate - and I’d like to ensure a “pretty” look while being productive), set up and then training video explaining how to use the airtable.

Develop Airtable into a TV Production resource scheduling platform. Key needs: Build a database of TV production locations, resources and assets. From an existing primary Airtable database, import/Ingest event data into a the “TV production” database. Once the event data is populated in the production database, kick-off automated functions that have been identified. Design UI for Super-users to conduct resource assignments for the imported events. Specific resource assignment functions have been identified. Design read-only portals or dashboards (possible mobile app) to share schedule with users. I need an excellent Airbase consultant/implementer/developer to migrate my company’s hours and billing tracking system from its current implementation in Google Apps to Airbase. It is a mature system, thus the requirements and functional design are clear. It looks like this: DATA: Data is stored in multiple Google Sheets - monthly/daily work hours, per task for each employee; list of clients and hourly rates; lookup list of employees and hourly rates; aggregated and calculated monthly totals per client; aggregated and calculated totals for company across all employees-customers-years-months. Hi All! Was directed here from another thread, as I am not a JS coder, but would love to have this code requested below to learn from and continue to work on. I am looking to run multiple search scripts in three fields where users will enter a long format answer explaining their project needs. These are populating in a request table that I connected to a form interface. I have second Airtable that lists out my talent at my agency and have created a ‘Keywords’ column that lists out all the different expertise fields and past industries. My goal is to search through the long format answers client input and connect the keywords to the best match talent in my pool. Any one available to take on this project? I want to get only fields in my tables through the rest API. I have tried using https://api.airtable.com/v0/meta/bases/BaseId/tables api given in the https://airtable.com/api/meta documentation but it is giving me NOT_FOUND in response. Is there a way we can get only fields for the token provided through REST API?

Our business has used Airtable to make a database for our direct to consumer manufacturing business. The good news is that our business has grown, the bad is that we are constantly fighting with the 50K record limit. What we are looking for is connecting our Airtable database to something that can handle substantially more records. Basically using Airtable as a “front end” to the larger database. Currently, most of our records are tied up in the bill of materials (BOMs). Most of the BOMs are not currently active (we aren’t currently building that product), however, we need that BOM data to accurately inform our part purchasing. We currently have a workaround using Airtable’s table syncing but that has only bought us some time and is not the long term solution. At the end of the day what we are looking for is a way to use and store far more data than Airtable can handle while keeping Airtable as the place where our employees interact with that data.

Hello everyone, I am running a cleaning service, and I want people in the community to request things to be cleaned. I use QR codes to list all active jobs as a read me file for the office community. I have a submission form embedded on the read me where the cleaners can check done all the tasks they’ve cleaned. I also want to add another recordID that has a form URL for people to check jobs they want the cleaning team to come in and clean that night. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know!

Hi! We are using Airtable more and more, but we have 2 projects that need someone who knows how to do a lot more with what Airtable offers. Project #1 - Level of Effort - Updating, Approving, and Sharing with multiple people. Currently we use an Excel Form (one form per person) that contains various types of information — employee name, employee supervisor, employee salary, reporting time period (quarterly or every 6 months), budget #s, budget descriptions, and the percentage allocated per month to each budget #. Every month must total 100%. And budgets also have start and end dates. Once this information is entered, it needs to be sent to the employee, the supervisor, the finance analyst, and sometimes a unit head. The supervisor needs to approve, then the analyst, then a unit head if applicable. If changes are made, the review process must start all over. Would love to run reports/views that identify those

I am arranging 10 separate small group meetings for our CEO. I’m using Airtable to set up the sessions and send people to a form that allows them to select one of the meetings to attend. The meeting attendance is capped at 15. That part works okay. The problem I’m running into is how to send an email acknowledgement correctly confirming their date and time, and an Outlook invitation with the .ics info that will correctly drop it into their calendar. I’m trying to use Integromat to add the email portion and the calendar function but none of the date / time info is correctly rendering, no matter what I do. Need to get this out the door by tomorrow and I’m at a bit of a loss. Anyone have any expertise in this area who would be able to help me resolve this?

Hi all! I am interested in using Airtable to track my personal finances/budgeting. I built a simple database to do this that requires me to copy and paste over transactions manually from all of my various accounts, which is cumbersome. I would much rather have a system that could pull down the transactions automatically. Obviously, this involves sensitive personal data, so I would want a consultant in the US who had experience working with clients using such data and could figure out a way to build trust and minimize data exposure risk. Hello, I have a small amount of experience writing Airtable scripts within the context of the Airtable automation “Run-Script” action. For example, I’ve written an automation Run-Script which automatically deletes whatever record triggered the automation. However, what I need to do now is a little more complex, and is crucial to my overall goals, so I want to make sure and get it right. Hi All I’m building an app with Adalo using Airtable as my database. I have, as of now, 1 base with two tables, users and products. A product can have many users and a user can have many products. Obviously there is a linked field connecting Users → Products and it’s a multi-select linked field (a product can have many users). I’m trying to “add” a user or “append” a user to the user array through the airtable API (PATCH) and each time I get something to work, I can only get it to overwrite the current user in that table as opposed to adding a new user. Any thoughts on what I’m missing here? Thanks!
