Hello everyone, I am running a cleaning service, and I want people in the community to request things to be cleaned. I use QR codes to list all active jobs as a read me file for the office community. I have a submission form embedded on the read me where the cleaners can check done all the tasks they’ve cleaned. I also want to add another recordID that has a form URL for people to check jobs they want the cleaning team to come in and clean that night. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know!

Hi! We are using Airtable more and more, but we have 2 projects that need someone who knows how to do a lot more with what Airtable offers. Project #1 - Level of Effort - Updating, Approving, and Sharing with multiple people. Currently we use an Excel Form (one form per person) that contains various types of information — employee name, employee supervisor, employee salary, reporting time period (quarterly or every 6 months), budget #s, budget descriptions, and the percentage allocated per month to each budget #. Every month must total 100%. And budgets also have start and end dates. Once this information is entered, it needs to be sent to the employee, the supervisor, the finance analyst, and sometimes a unit head. The supervisor needs to approve, then the analyst, then a unit head if applicable. If changes are made, the review process must start all over. Would love to run reports/views that identify those with any gaps (less than 100%) and when those gaps will occur. Would also like

I am arranging 10 separate small group meetings for our CEO. I’m using Airtable to set up the sessions and send people to a form that allows them to select one of the meetings to attend. The meeting attendance is capped at 15. That part works okay. The problem I’m running into is how to send an email acknowledgement correctly confirming their date and time, and an Outlook invitation with the .ics info that will correctly drop it into their calendar. I’m trying to use Integromat to add the email portion and the calendar function but none of the date / time info is correctly rendering, no matter what I do. Need to get this out the door by tomorrow and I’m at a bit of a loss. Anyone have any expertise in this area who would be able to help me resolve this?

Hi all! I am interested in using Airtable to track my personal finances/budgeting. I built a simple database to do this that requires me to copy and paste over transactions manually from all of my various accounts, which is cumbersome. I would much rather have a system that could pull down the transactions automatically. Obviously, this involves sensitive personal data, so I would want a consultant in the US who had experience working with clients using such data and could figure out a way to build trust and minimize data exposure risk. Hello, I have a small amount of experience writing Airtable scripts within the context of the Airtable automation “Run-Script” action. For example, I’ve written an automation Run-Script which automatically deletes whatever record triggered the automation. However, what I need to do now is a little more complex, and is crucial to my overall goals, so I want to make sure and get it right. I know it is not a big project, but I would be happy to pay someone to write the needed script for me. Hi All I’m building an app with Adalo using Airtable as my database. I have, as of now, 1 base with two tables, users and products. A product can have many users and a user can have many products. Obviously there is a linked field connecting Users → Products and it’s a multi-select linked field (a product can have many users). I’m trying to “add” a user or “append” a user to the user array through the airtable API (PATCH) and each time I get something to work, I can only get it to overwrite the current user in that table as opposed to adding a new user. Any thoughts on what I’m missing here? Thanks!

Hi Airtable community :wave: I am looking to create a field that updates based on the entry history of another a field. For example, imagine I had two fields “A” and “B”, and “A” is a multiple select field and “B” is the field that I would like to create. It would function like this: Field A contains multiple select value “X” and if I change this to “Y” then I would like Field B to show “X”. If I then change Field A from multiple select value “Y” to “Z”, I would then like Field B to show “Y”. To provide some more context, I’m looking to solve this so that I can send a weekly update email that shows how a field changed during the period. I’ve been running a small startup and I’ve put on a bit of weight, I’ve hired a fitness coach and nutritionist to help me with those goals but the current app they use “trainerize” has just a terrible experience and I’d rather have full ownership of that data. Hi! Kindly see the above video, it explains everything briefly what i need. I’m thinking of starting a business but I want to try and see if I can get the processes automated before even taking things forward. What I need is skeletal code to make the whole process work, and then from there I will tweak it and add in the various data fields, folders etc to make it a whole working code (I used to be a programmer, so I know there are so many things I don’t know and would prefer to have someone as expert as yourself to come up with the skeletal code first). I love airtable but just do not have the time to learn all its features. We primarily use a base for a contact management sheet for the people we interview. I sort of created this. But I will need help with a content calendar, need to make lists of my vendors and production crew we use. I am actively seeking help in other areas of my business specifically related to combat sports, so I need a base that helps me organize the applicants. I am sure there are other bases I can use and integrations I am easy to work with and WISH I HAD MORE TIME FOR AIRTABLE ~ as I am super organized but alas leave it to the pros.
