Hello! We have recently created a base on Airtable to track the students our nonprofits serve. We also just added the Send SMS app so we could, for example, text all the students that hadn’t completed a particular milestone. We realized, however, that the app doesn’t support incoming messages. Airtable Support shared that it’s possible to get those messages back into Airtable either by using the public API or using an integration platform such as Zapier. We’re needing someone to help with this integration. Ideally, the outgoing and ingoing text messages could all be viewed by student record within Airtable. Additionally, we’ve created a few forms via Airtable and would like help switching the links out on our custom app. The previous forms were feeding into Salesforce which we were using before Airtable. :speech_balloon: Actual Scenario: When a member of the team (there are 5 members) makes a question about a certain proyect (we have many at the same time, around 100) the related client receives the question automatically in its email. But in order to answer he has to go into our portal (we use miniextensions.com) log in, find the question and answer it. Which is quite a slow process. :star_struck: Desired Scensario: When a client receives a question he can directly reply the email, and his answer will be updated to the related record. I had an idea in mind for a while now. I would like to create a “hub”, a repository of science-backed studies on a specific topic. If you’re familiar with this website, examine.com does exactly what I intend to do on a broader scale. While examine is not specific to one “niche” but rather gathered studies on specific supplements, I intend to do the same for diabetes and everything related to insulin resistance. Ideally, the project would contain a Home page with a search bar and illustrations all around, with part of the Homepage linking directly to subcategories like: studies repository for the tag « Cinnamon » studies repository for the tag « Metformin » studies repository for the tag « chromium » etc. I imagine I’ll have to create a database regrouping every study about the subject; Ideally, I’d crawl/scrape the URLs of the major databases publishing studies: Pubmed, ScienceD

Hello There. Our concierge organizing and moving company can’t seem to find industry software to give us what we need for invoicing so we are looking to integrate more into Airtable which solves 99% of all of our business problems. I see invoicing templates but do not have the time to figure out the setup of said templates to use along our service process. Looking for a consultant that is interested in such a project. Help!

Our shipping/transporting company is looking to move online to Airtable. We currently keep most things on paper, which is out of date and want to move onto an online platform. The setup shouldn’t be too difficult, but being new to Airtable and busy with the business, we don’t have the time. We need shipping records, quotes, and calendars setup primarily.

I’d like to use Airtable for my Internet radio station. I’d love to work with a consultant who can get things set up much quicker than I could right now. Aiming to have something set up in the next couple months. I looked through the templates and didn’t see anything for “radio station” or “music library” that would work for our purposes. We have a lot of info in a Google Sheet and then files such as artwork and music files are on a hard drive. We’re looking to set up one or more bases. Artist library (all the artists we play on the station plus “listening queue” albums we have not added to the station yet, website link, social media links) Music library (all the songs/tracks we have and an indication of which songs we have played on the station plus when they were last played, the music file to listen to, somehow linked/bundled with an artist – there could be multiple albums by the same artist. Maybe that goes in the artist library not the music library

Hello I looking for some help to build a Automation Action which can send a message to Slack, but via Slack’s incoming webhook URL so we can apply layout blocks and advanced formatting. I’m not sure if there’s a third party tool which can accomplish this but I would also be interested to know so I can adjust this myself rather than diving into code unless it’s necessary. Thanks Dan

Hi there, Airtable community! I work at an organization called Dream Corps that’s dedicated to reforming our criminal justice system building an equitable, green economy in the US. As part of our plan for 2021, we are looking to integrate Airtable with our primary CRM, ActionKit, to increase our grassroots organizing capacity and empower our volunteers with some awesome relational tools for their advocacy across the country. At a previous job of mine, we had our ActionKit base and Airtable synced with great success and satisfaction, but I haven’t been able to reach the staff member who stewarded this process along after numerous attempts. Our organization is deeply committed to making this sync happen, but despite our abundance of technical know-how, an integration of this nature is beyond our comprehension and current capacity level. I already set up API to fetch, but need Airtable to automatically fetch every 5 to 15 minutes. Need to link entries from one table into another table, recognized by field. Need aggregate calculations on another table, with bar and pie graph charts. Need advice on how to properly build the table, so that I can sell subscriptions to other users of my identical table.

I’m part of a newly started film distribution company operating in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. I need to establish a platform to share film information (Meta data), distribution plans, marketing plans, and communication - internal (staff, management and filmproducers and external (partners, institutions etc) I believe that the datebase will be the unique film meta data on which the processes, will originates from. There will be some 15-20 film titles / year and probably 75-100 when the database reach its peak. I’ve been using Airtable for about 8 months now, I quite like it. I’ve watched a bunch of the webinars, but I’m far, far from being an expert. I’m hoping to chat with someone one on one to help me brainstorm and implement a database / work process for a small assessment database.

We have a relational database built in Access that I would like to make available online. I have used Airtable in the past and would like to investigate if we could use it for this project. It seems to me that it should be possible. I also have another project to handle the workflow of nominating members for a Club and the submission of documents from different people relating to that one nomination.

Non-profit seeks Web developer with experience in Airtable API’s to help improve the look of two pages on our website that use Airtable databases to populate. I’m creating a base for many manufacturers and their products and would like to have a consultant guide me along the way. Would like to see some user interfaces that I can model. My first thought is that I’d like buttons that take one to a category. Once in that category, a user should be able to filer on critera. They should then be able to filter across other categories and keep on filtering. Once done they can go to a kanban view. I am looking to get advice to proceed the right way from the start. The users will need to pay to have to this base, so I’ll need them to have a UN and PW. But I’m not sure how these passwords are managed. Do I need to manually assign them a PW? Do I just need to authorized their email address and they then go to a page and create their own password? What is the best way to manage user access with passwords? We’ve built a Project Management & Project Tracker Airtable database and maxed out our knowledge from the webinars and tutorials. Looking for expertise to review our work, find and implement efficiencies through scripting as we’ve maxed out our bases’ automation threshold. I am a busy guy. We probably all are. If I share a dedicated workspace with just one table in it that is silo’d off from my real AT workspace, no one can see my other AT stuff, right? AT has PGP? I am asking here If there is a link in that table to a dedicated google sheet, no creator in the AT table can see the rest of my google sheets [or account], right? Cause I had to give permission for the google account. Of course I don’t think so, but it was bothering me. I tried to check by approaching it with a private window as a public view. Last question: is there anyway a creator in an AT base could install any malware into my Airtable? Like a bot that sends the data after the job is done I like Airtable. I really need a tutor.
