Dear Airtable Developer, I’m looking for a person who can make me a dynamic form with a multi-checkbox option that is generated based on data that comes from the Shopify API. What I’m developing is a Customer Returns Portal in which my customers can fill in their ordernumber and zip code, so that they get based on that their order information in Airtable. In the form I want my customer to be able to get a dynamic multi-select-checkbox menu with that items from their Shopify order. So that for example, when a customer has places an order with 4 items, if they want to send 2 back, they can select 2 items, and send those 2 items back to us. For that I need the form to pull the order information from Shopify, and show the customer the line items based on the information they fill in, in the form. Kind Regards, Jimmy Jaspers CEO

Hello, We are a small Center within a large non-profit looking for help building out bases that can be used to manage CRM, projects (project descriptions, funding amounts, latest updates), grant awards, strategic partnership relations, and our marketing communications strategy. We need tables from one base to be able to sync and link to another, and are looking for help building out roll-up tables. We have some things already built, but are looking for help in cleaning it up and making it more efficient. Thank you! Elena
I’m looking to hire a consultant to connect an existing Airtable base to a new Gatsby site. The new Gatsby site will be very similar to a site that already exists using Jekyll. I do not know Gatsby well, which is why I’m looking to hire. I’m hoping to find someone well-versed in both Airtable and Gatsby. Thank you.
I’m the CEO for a nonprofit in Northern Virginia. I have recently subscribed to Airtable. What I need is a consultant to help with setting up the database (forms; processes, etc.): clients>linked to multiple projects per client; about 100 data fields total. I will need to integrate clients/projects from a home-grown database into Airtable as well. In time, I will also need to build a robust grants managment and marketing database. This is my second priority. Can anyone help me with this? thanks
Within the last 3 weeks we had a team member build several tables for us. However, we have lost that team member. There are various simple things we need help with for everything to function properly. The first major issue we have is setting up a sync to Google calendar once it is noted/marked on the table. Is there someone who can assist, willing to pay. Thank you
We are an outdoor lighting company that installs lighting as well as sells product. We have a robust network of apps that speak to each other. We use airtable for our inventory and project management. We would like someone to help in building forms that will make data entry easier and more efficient.

Open to paying someone to help build out our AirTable or teach our team how to use it the most efficient way.
Hi there, we’re looking for an 1099/hourly Airtable consultant for assistance on a handful of Airtable integration projects. This individual should have expertise in Airtable’s API & scripting, Zapier/Integromat experience and some prior experience using Webhooks to deliver data to Airtable. Expected need is approximately 40-60 hours starting in June 21 over a period of 4-6 weeks. If this sounds like a reasonable fit, please message me with your background and rates. Thanks!

I have a very small business … but big dreams. I set up my base with the help of a few people, but I don’t think I can accomplish all I need all myself. Backstory: I have a small bed and breakfast, and I use a Booking system called Hostaway to track reservations, the Hostaway API is connected to my base with a script that’s hosted on AWS. I need a lot of help with the functions and automation of this data, CRM and Financials (which are mostly coming from stripe). I was hoping to create a Junction table (I don’t even know if I"m using the term right) to combine the Hostaway data and the Stripe data, so that I can tell which booking is paid in full and which are not. I also wanted to track gift certificate purchases and link them automatically to the booking used with the gift certificate and the consumer who purchased the gift Certificate (guest vs. customer). I have this part almost done … but it’s not connecting automatically. There are a number of things I would like to do, but I d
Hey all, We’re a small company selling a very wide range of products with very shallow depth of inventory. We have buying / production / ops teams based in different locations, and they all need to be able to upload / access / update information regarding products, inventory, etc. In the past, because so many people have been involved with that buying data, we’ve had issues “baked in” so we’re looking at setting up Airtable to validate and verify data, and prevent mistakes from being created. We also use Shopify as our main inventory management system, but their IMS (Stocky) is very limited in terms of functions, and doesn’t really support inventory movements very well. Ideally, we’d like to set up an integration where Airtable holds all inventory, and records all inventory movements (deliveries, transfers, write offs, etc.), as well as uploads and updates Shopify products (inventory quantity, out of stock, new product uploads, etc.). We’d like to find a consultant who can help us set
Working with a friend, and we are looking to build a project management type solution on-top of airtable. I am looking for the following: Someone to help me structure my base/tables in the best manner Someone who can visualize our data into a spider graph in real time (will provide an example of what I want it to look like). I have some specific use cases in mind. Please, just book some time in my calendar (calendly.com/booksam) so we can chat. I want to deliver this potentially by the 3rd week of May. Thanks!
We a are commercial construction subcontractor. We are looking for an Airtable Dashboard expert who can help us pull data based on certain criteria to create visual decision making tools.
Part A – build one or more base(s) of 3rd party architectural product information (lighting and electrical equipment for commercial architectural projects) that we specify on a regular basis. This may have 10 to 20 data points for each entry. Part B – Create a template that allows my team to create a unique schedule for an individual project that will draw information from that master base. When we need to add something new, I want to add it into the project, but have that information propagate back into the master database also. we will have PDF files associated with each entry, but any PDF may be usable across several base data fields. ie product A has a PDF data sheet, and we carry 10 versions of that product in the master base, each entry needs to have that PDF tied to it. Initially, we should sync up on a zoom call for 15-20 minutes, I can demonstrate how we do this with Google Docs (and why it has serious faults). thanks Mark
Hello! We have recently created a base on Airtable to track the students our nonprofits serve. We also just added the Send SMS app so we could, for example, text all the students that hadn’t completed a particular milestone. We realized, however, that the app doesn’t support incoming messages. Airtable Support shared that it’s possible to get those messages back into Airtable either by using the public API or using an integration platform such as Zapier. We’re needing someone to help with this integration. Ideally, the outgoing and ingoing text messages could all be viewed by student record within Airtable. Additionally, we’ve created a few forms via Airtable and would like help switching the links out on our custom app. The previous forms were feeding into Salesforce which we were using before Airtable. Thanks!
:speech_balloon: Actual Scenario: When a member of the team (there are 5 members) makes a question about a certain proyect (we have many at the same time, around 100) the related client receives the question automatically in its email. But in order to answer he has to go into our portal (we use miniextensions.com) log in, find the question and answer it. Which is quite a slow process. :star_struck: Desired Scensario: When a client receives a question he can directly reply the email, and his answer will be updated to the related record. Looking for quotes. If interested write me to t.vacanarvaja@andexgroup.com Thanks
I had an idea in mind for a while now. I would like to create a “hub”, a repository of science-backed studies on a specific topic. If you’re familiar with this website, examine.com does exactly what I intend to do on a broader scale. While examine is not specific to one “niche” but rather gathered studies on specific supplements, I intend to do the same for diabetes and everything related to insulin resistance. Ideally, the project would contain a Home page with a search bar and illustrations all around, with part of the Homepage linking directly to subcategories like: studies repository for the tag « Cinnamon » studies repository for the tag « Metformin » studies repository for the tag « chromium » etc. I imagine I’ll have to create a database regrouping every study about the subject; Ideally, I’d crawl/scrape the URLs of the major databases publishing studies: Pubmed, ScienceDirect, Google scholar/NCBI, and the likes. I’m also looking for guidance regarding the best practices here in
APPLY HERE: Data Fetcher Content Creator Background: Data Fetcher (https://datafetcher.io/) is an Airtable app that lets users run API requests in Airtable. The app is a low-code product, so you’ll need some experience with APIs. Hopefully, you’ll also have experience using Airtable. I will help you understand Data Fetcher’s features, handle the topic suggestions and high-level plan for each video. I’ve been making YouTube videos myself, but am looking to hire someone to help me do this more consistently and with a better production value. I’d also like you to write the blog posts that go along with the videos. The videos are quite simple. Just a walkthrough of using Data Fetcher with a particular third-party API. I’m open to suggestions on the format and keen to see what you can do to improve them. You can see an example video here: How to Import Binance API Data to Airtable & Build a Crypto Portfolio Tracker - YouTube The blog posts are simple walkthrough guides with a few screen
Hello There. Our concierge organizing and moving company can’t seem to find industry software to give us what we need for invoicing so we are looking to integrate more into Airtable which solves 99% of all of our business problems. I see invoicing templates but do not have the time to figure out the setup of said templates to use along our service process. Looking for a consultant that is interested in such a project. Help!
Looking for support of emerging system to move disorganized manual processes in multiple organizations from spreadsheets to airtable. Startup project involving google sheets, airtable, postgresql, javascript, automation, apps and add-ons. Need availability for development and some customer support.
Our shipping/transporting company is looking to move online to Airtable. We currently keep most things on paper, which is out of date and want to move onto an online platform. The setup shouldn’t be too difficult, but being new to Airtable and busy with the business, we don’t have the time. We need shipping records, quotes, and calendars setup primarily.
I’d like to use Airtable for my Internet radio station. I’d love to work with a consultant who can get things set up much quicker than I could right now. Aiming to have something set up in the next couple months. I looked through the templates and didn’t see anything for “radio station” or “music library” that would work for our purposes. We have a lot of info in a Google Sheet and then files such as artwork and music files are on a hard drive. We’re looking to set up one or more bases. Artist library (all the artists we play on the station plus “listening queue” albums we have not added to the station yet, website link, social media links) Music library (all the songs/tracks we have and an indication of which songs we have played on the station plus when they were last played, the music file to listen to, somehow linked/bundled with an artist – there could be multiple albums by the same artist. Maybe that goes in the artist library not the music library – not sure!) Artist outreach (
Hello I looking for some help to build a Automation Action which can send a message to Slack, but via Slack’s incoming webhook URL so we can apply layout blocks and advanced formatting. I’m not sure if there’s a third party tool which can accomplish this but I would also be interested to know so I can adjust this myself rather than diving into code unless it’s necessary. Thanks Dan
