I am working with a client who is currently displaying her airtable tables directly on her website. Looking to hire someone to hook into the API and create a search/search results page on her site that will display similarly to a kayak search results page. I would like the results to look more visual and for users to be able to filter through the results easily.

Hello all, We are an engineering & manufacturing facility in the UK, we have an access database that works perfectly for our day to day, BUT… we need to implement some way of tracking staff and job hours, currently done the old fashioned way using paper job cards. I have played with airtable and we all like it ALLOT, love the different views which gives us up to date information on each job. Where we are struggling is tracking man hours. For Example: We are making 6 item 1’s 3 different men will work on that item, all men will have a “tablet” with a simplified view. They will all “clock on” and off that job maybe many times in a week We need to know exactly how many hours in total spent on that job Also, how many hours each man has been booked to a job each day There are many other things we would like to track which can be discussed Looking to discuss in more detail all our requirements and costings and timelines

Looking to convert my law office clients and timekeeping database, originally developed in File Maker, to Airtable. Basic structure is defined, i.e. tables, relationships and forms. We need a mapping solution created using the Maps Block in Airtable. We are mapping properties and tracking marketing campaigns. Markers must identify property location and status by color. We are needing help building “if” then formulas. This would help our team when they are using the database as an invoicing platform using the forms Airtable provides. looking for Airtable expert to design our workflow in Airtable. We are an appraisal company that is a few project we would like to use Airtable for. For a variety of investors and traders, it would be useful to have AirTable import current stock prices. Google Finance offers this simple functionality within Google Sheets with this format: "=googlefinance(stocksymbol, “price”). If there is a way to achieve this function in AirTable by linking to Google (or perhaps Yahoo), please share your thoughts.

Hello, We have been using Airtable for almost a year. Currently we need to send an email to a vendor that has not billed us for various assignments. I would like to use zapier to send the emails or possibly Sendgrid. The email should contain all unbilled assignments in a list or table view for each particular vendor. Thank you

I run a media company with many podcasts, blog posts, youtube videos and more. I’m looking at setting up Airtable to be my content calendar and tracking. I’ve used Google Sheets as my main “database” but have been playing with Airtable and can see the power of it. It would need to be able to track tasks to individuals and give deadlines. Dear Airtable Community - We are a small antique print business interested in migrating our data to from a too large excel spreadsheet to airtable. Our goals are for all of our office staff to be able to collaborate within the same database, access it from anywhere, and economize our workflow. This could include potential integration with our current Miva Merchant online store database, and other options we have in mind. Essentially, we enter products one at a time, assigning various elements, categories, etc, then once a week upload these to the online store via a tab delimitated flat file upload. Each product is unique and will only be entered once, but some items are relate or very similar. We are also considering other database options. Kevin

Hi all, I’m not sure if this can be done at all but I’d like to work out a way to add timesheet entries to the appropriate month. I currently receive timesheets with a week commencing date and then hours for Monday through to Sunday. I have defined which month each day of the week falls into with a formula - see screenshot: I would now like to run a report that adds up all hours worked on any project and in any given month but I can only come up with a report that rolls up the totals in two columns which doesn’t help.
