New to Airtable. Been trying unsuccessfully to get started. There are many variables. Solitary Angler is a fly fishing guide service - also a private fly fishing club. We have about 15 fishing guides, about 20 pieces of trout stream (called “water” here), about 80 members, and about 3,000 clients per year. We are in 3 different states - different taxes… The idea is to book water exclusively - one stretch of water, one client, one guide, on any single date, with no double-booking. The main end goal is a reservations calendar, showing available guides, available water, as well as reserved water. There should be a form for creating reservations - perhaps 2 forms - one for the booking person and a request form for potential clients to request availability. It would be nice if the system could produce an invoice for clients. I’m pretty sure AirTable can do all this. Can it? Can you help us?

I’m trying to put together a time tracking system. Primarily need help with rollup summary tables. Probably one time situation, although there could be follow on work at some future point. Looking for an expert in Airtable to be an ongoing consultant to help design and develop an Airtable database for my business. We implemented Airtable database with specific structure and form view for one of the tables. Now we need to add some features to the form view and implement search through our data. Hey, we have several bases that we have been working on for a few months. We have two freelancers that have been helping us as well. They have been great but also very slow. We sustained assistance to help us get the bases finished up so we can start the next ones and the ones after that. We have a lot of work but need to find the right programmers who can assist us daily/weekly to help us get the work done. We are a small non-profit and would like to use Airtable to build a database for case management. One of our programs is of a social work nature: we support new and expectant parents who have received a diagnosis of Down syndrome. We do so by offering information, connection to medical and other resources, and providing materials. Our sources of input are: A form on our website that should feed into the database Emails and phone calls with information that is entered manually or with a form The kinds of information we need to track are: First Contact information Information about the parents Information about the baby Referrals made Medical providers Materials provided Notes The trickiest part of this project is that it needs to be designed in a way that volunteers who have limited technical skills can input data and access case records easily.

Hey there! I’m putting together a sales lead board for my sales reps and office admin. I need a few basic things: -Office admin needs to be able to have a high level view of all incoming leads and the various touches we have with them as they move through the sales process. I need to board to calculate a few things for my sales reps -close rate -average closed $ value over a given time period -total quotes sent over a given period -it also needs to be able to sort leads by geography so they can set routes for their sales calls. what i have so far is a sales pipeline template with a Google Maps block integration. what i need help with is structuring it so that the board does the calculations i need and displays them in a straightforward way. ideally i would like to use this board as a sales leaderboard as well. I manage a growing Nursing Agency based in Sydney. We recruit temp nurses on our books and supply to our client on as need basis. Every client have their own requirements and procedures to get a nurse approved to work with them (Onboarding Process). We have a fantastic client allocation software but we struggle with Onboarding and clearance of nurses with Hospital Clients. Current Setup: Recruiter interviews and scans their docs on onedrive. Also there is a compliance checklist in pdf (8 pages) - the recruiter will fill out 1st page on this checklist. Docs scanned in ondrive then taken over by compliance team. Compliance team continues to complete the checklist in pdf. Then compliance team adds nurses on to a different tracking excel sheet (the excel is basically a workflow - step by step process) to get the nurses cleared at different clients. For example, nurses hired for Hospital A and Hospital B are added to 2 excel sheets).

I’ve now touched down again, gotten over the obligatory cross-country-flight-induced cold, largely muddled through the [DST-intensified] time change, and begun the process of establishing an East Coast base of operations. (Bridging the San-Francisco-to-Southside-Virginia cultural shift would have been impossible in so short a time — quite likely impossible, one suspects,* regardless the time allowed.) I’m looking for assistance setting up automated Airtable searches through integrations with Integromat or Zapier (or other). I would like to create complex formulas for searching a product database triggered by a new customer entry into a separate database. I have 3 laboratory instruments that I want to push data into a table with timestamps. I will work up a more detailed data specification before we start. Interface is RS-232 over Blutooth and Infrared. The parsing data is very clear and detailed documentation for the right expert to implement this solution quickly. The baud rate is very slow, and total record is probably only 14k . Want it to push a data table to Airtable on my phone. Only advanced programmers who really know what they’re doing with this API, I’m looking for a finished product with some alpha and beta changes.
