I’m looking for assistance setting up automated Airtable searches through integrations with Integromat or Zapier (or other). I would like to create complex formulas for searching a product database triggered by a new customer entry into a separate database. I have 3 laboratory instruments that I want to push data into a table with timestamps. I will work up a more detailed data specification before we start. Interface is RS-232 over Blutooth and Infrared. The parsing data is very clear and detailed documentation for the right expert to implement this solution quickly. The baud rate is very slow, and total record is probably only 14k . Want it to push a data table to Airtable on my phone. Only advanced programmers who really know what they’re doing with this API, I’m looking for a finished product with some alpha and beta changes.

I’m using Airtable pro. I have 4 forms in a workspace that fill 3 tables. I need to have the data from the 3 tables integrated into one gallery that has cards that pull info from the 4 tables based on an assigned unique ID. Trying to write a formula that will recognise a word value in one field then if one or more word values are meet in the second field then it returns a value in a third field. This needs to be able to meet several values in both the first and second fields and return a different value in the third field depending on the condition of the first and second fields.

Hello I am seeking assistance from someone who has proven experience developing complex inventory management solutions within airtable. We have built our own custom inventory tracking system and it works great, and has all of the information we need, but we are getting stuck when trying to summarize the data in a digestible way. Hi folks, I manage a growing database of investors that I just migrated from the Google Sheets/Forms platform. However, I have not found a way to send mail merged emails using attachments. Each email should say Dear (first name) and be a unique email to just that person. This would be a short problem-based project, but I would like to find someone seasoned to help me grow my database functionality in other areas as well with future work.

I’d like help creating a web page that displays data from a given Airtable View that provides me more robust control of page content and styling than is currently possible through the “share view” and “print view” commands. Requirements: The data on the web page must be synced with my base so that any changes (new records or updated records) are updated on the page. Preferably, these updates would be automatic, but a “refresh” button would be workable. We must have complete control of object styling, via HTML/CSS. I’m fine with manually editing the HTML/CSS; no CMS required. We need some basic controls for conditional formatting (e.g.; if a date is i the past, it is displayed in red; color-coding of particular values in a field; etc.) We must be able to host the page on our current web server, with minimal fuss. And I’m hoping it would not require any third-party licenses or subscriptions. Let me know what additional info

I have what a simple airtable base created; however, I am struggling to determine how (if) I can get the data to print out in a somewhat structured way. I have tried Airtable Blocks / Page designer but it appears this solution will not work for my current data structure. I am actually looking for someone to help solve this problem. I manage a growing Nursing Agency based in Sydney. We recruit temp nurses on our books and supply to our client on as need basis. Every client have their own requirements and procedures to get a nurse approved to work with them (Onboarding Process). We have a fantastic client allocation software but we struggle with Onboarding and clearance of nurses with Hospital Clients. Current Setup: Recruiter interviews and scans their docs on onedrive. Also there is a compliance checklist in pdf (8 pages) - the recruiter will fill out 1st page on this checklist. Docs scanned in ondrive then taken over by compliance team. Compliance team continues to complete the checklist in pdf. Then compliance team adds nurses on to a different tracking excel sheet (the excel is basically a workflow - step by step process) to get the nurses cleared at different clients. For example, nurses hired for Hospital A and Hospital B are added to 2 excel sheets).

We are looking to hire an Airtable expert to create a solution for integrating our data and processes into one place. We are a Fine Art Gallery using an inventory management software, CRM Software and various Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
