Entering data this supposed to populate a report that we deliver at month’s end. It’s not working. Help?

I’m interested in hiring someone who could help me build a mock database in AirTable That would allow for the tracking of conference session and special event attendance for an Annual Conference. I’d like to be able to consolidate multiple years of attendance data using several related tables (People, People|Companies, Companies, People|Events, Events).

Hi there! I’d like to hire an Airtable expert to teach me a few things. Rather than poking around the learning curve of Airtable, I’m seeking someone with experience with manipulating a large volume of data in Airtable. It’s a bit of an unusual situation with just over 40,000 contact records, many of which are duplicates, and I’m wondering what my options are for tidying it up. I need to remove duplicates, isolate records that have no email address, and allow someone else to go through and fill in those blanks. My firm has created a custom project management system using MS Access, a SQL database, and some Joomla stuff for a web interface. We started this in 2011, so it has become very tired and complicated. We are looking to move this functionality over to Airtable, but need some help doing this since we no longer have the guy in-house who built our current system. Please advise if interested, thanks.

I outgrew google sheets and am needing to quickly get up and running in airtable. The system I want setup will be for three events. It needs to have a master list of attendees, a list of event-specific attendees, and an event-specific transportation manifest. I also want to be able to track our hotel room block utilization.

About me: I am the Company Director for a photo experience & photo marketing company looking to switch our complicated (but effective) Google Spreadsheet over to Airtable. I have above average skills in spreadsheets, so I’m not coming in blind. I have imported an older version of our Event Database into Airtable and played around with it for 5-10 hours or so. I just have a few hangups in terms of seeing what we’re doing in Sheets translate over to Airtable. We are an e-commerce company and sell physical products online in various online marketplaces. We need an online database such as Airtable to store and share data with other collaborators. We are attracted to the Airtable due to the visual aspects of the software, the ability to host image url’s, the formula’s that can modify the data, and the API which allows access by external programs. We also like the ability to simply drag and drop images from the web or our desktop into a field in Airtable and it convert those images into hosted image url’s. The product data we gather is what is initially made available to us by the manufacturers. We’ll call this “raw data” and store it in one database. Raw data will be manually imported or entered by a specific team. In essence, we need to be able to produce several product export files that conform to several different file formats which contain specific headers. I’m looking to engage someone for a few hours of consulting regarding an Airtable project. Here are the broad strokes. I want to over time, create multiple databases focusing on a niche community. Hello, I recently came across airtable and believe that it is the perfect tool to use to build a request management system for my office. The database would be used by out concierge team members to see all incoming requests. Request forms would include event meetings, badge requests, restaurant bookings, same day requests, lost and found, car service and so on. We would also like to build reports and understand all incoming request better. I was also wondering if it’s possible to somehow send notifications and meeting invites to an outlook calendar. Hi Folks, We have set up AirTable to track client engagements and want to do two things: First, attach Gmail emails to tasks in Airtable. Right now we don’t see a Chrome extension that makes this possible the way SmartSheet or Trello does this A lower priority is to automate emails out to clients with next steps when a current task is complete. We currently use Google Docs and an array of other platforms to manage our applicant tracking, compliance and staffing operations and I’m convinced Airtable would be a better option however I don’t currently have the time to research and test it on my own. I am the volunteer technology guy advising a non-profit in building and organizing their data with Airtable. Initial needs are in contact management and keeping in touch with various segments of these contacts (for example, donors, governmental office holders, local business owners/managers and newsletter subscribers). Future needs involve gathering, recording and cataloging oral histories and historic images of a specific geographic area in North Carolina. In the table I have an Employee Name, contact info (for reference), and the important data: Shift, Project, and Scheduled Days (in multiple records) along with a Default Skill. In a second tab I have a Project Planner. In this I would like to have the Schedule automatically fill out the best it can, based upon: Scheduled Day Shift (Day or Night) Project Default Skill This way, I can sort the project planner, and easily be able to tell what my team is going to be in on what days, and easily see any blank spots I need to fill. Hi there! I think Airtable is incredible and would LOVE to be able to use it for a project we (Camphill Association of North America) are working on. We need an application portal and contact database that can function like a simple ATS and CRM. It’s overall a fairly simple kind of thing, except we have 16 different locations that each need separate access. And I really want to be able to use the Kanban board to automate some of the workflow by triggering actions like sending emails and updating records in the database. We also want to have some kind of 2-way email integration/sync as part of the CRM so that all emails with an applicant is automatically stored with their record. And we have a long application that requires a secure login for applicants so they can trust their information is safe but also so that they can save what they’ve done and return to it later to complete. Hi All Looking at Airtable I’ve fast learned this is the tool for us however I also realised to get everything out of it that I need/want will require a lot of my time or a lot less of an experts time. As such I am looking for assistance in working with our base to help with a Sourcing and manufacturing process that processes orders as well as inventory management and some cool reporting. I have sent a few days getting the skeleton together but have a lot of things that need help with - it may need a complete overhaul.
