My firm has created a custom project management system using MS Access, a SQL database, and some Joomla stuff for a web interface. We started this in 2011, so it has become very tired and complicated. We are looking to move this functionality over to Airtable, but need some help doing this since we no longer have the guy in-house who built our current system. Please advise if interested, thanks.

I outgrew google sheets and am needing to quickly get up and running in airtable. The system I want setup will be for three events. It needs to have a master list of attendees, a list of event-specific attendees, and an event-specific transportation manifest. I also want to be able to track our hotel room block utilization.

Looking for somebody to consult with my organization around best practices and database structure. As we start to move all our project management and data into Airtable, we want to ensure we’re setting things up successfully for now and future use. We handle a lot of video publishing on YouTube and Facebook and are also interested in having somebody help build API integration to streamline analytics collection from the platforms into our records. About me: I am the Company Director for a photo experience & photo marketing company looking to switch our complicated (but effective) Google Spreadsheet over to Airtable. I have above average skills in spreadsheets, so I’m not coming in blind. I have imported an older version of our Event Database into Airtable and played around with it for 5-10 hours or so. I just have a few hangups in terms of seeing what we’re doing in Sheets translate over to Airtable. We are currently using Sheets for: Event Management (850+ events in 2017) Data dashboard (using FILTER functions to SUM revenue, COUNT most popular products, etc) Invoice records Contact database Integrations We are currently running Zapier automation to automatically pull information from new bookings into the spreadsheet We’d love to automate more, so open to suggestions for other integrations (though this isn’t the highest priority)

We are an e-commerce company and sell physical products online in various online marketplaces. We need an online database such as Airtable to store and share data with other collaborators. We are attracted to the Airtable due to the visual aspects of the software, the ability to host image url’s, the formula’s that can modify the data, and the API which allows access by external programs. We also like the ability to simply drag and drop images from the web or our desktop into a field in Airtable and it convert those images into hosted image url’s. The product data we gather is what is initially made available to us by the manufacturers. We’ll call this “raw data” and store it in one database. Raw data will be manually imported or entered by a specific team. In essence, we need to be able to produce several product export files that conform to several different file formats which contain specific headers. I’m looking to engage someone for a few hours of consulting regarding an Airtable project. Here are the broad strokes. I want to over time, create multiple databases focusing on a niche community. Typical fields would include contact info (single line fields) and fields that support media (photos, etc) Databases will initially be seeded with a certain amount of records, then subsequent entries would be inputted by external community members In terms of scaling, I want to be able to create a database on the fly and have it be connected to the front end experience along with the other connected databases I want to explore how these databases can be connected, with a front-end experience that begins with a simple search field. Hello, I recently came across airtable and believe that it is the perfect tool to use to build a request management system for my office. The database would be used by out concierge team members to see all incoming requests. Request forms would include event meetings, badge requests, restaurant bookings, same day requests, lost and found, car service and so on. We would also like to build reports and understand all incoming request better. I was also wondering if it’s possible to somehow send notifications and meeting invites to an outlook calendar. Hi Folks, We have set up AirTable to track client engagements and want to do two things: First, attach Gmail emails to tasks in Airtable. Right now we don’t see a Chrome extension that makes this possible the way SmartSheet or Trello does this A lower priority is to automate emails out to clients with next steps when a current task is complete. We currently use Google Docs and an array of other platforms to manage our applicant tracking, compliance and staffing operations and I’m convinced Airtable would be a better option however I don’t currently have the time to research and test it on my own. Initial needs are in contact management and keeping in touch with various segments of these contacts (for example, donors, governmental office holders, local business owners/managers and newsletter subscribers). Hi there! I think Airtable is incredible and would LOVE to be able to use it for a project we (Camphill Association of North America) are working on. We need an application portal and contact database that can function like a simple ATS and CRM. It’s overall a fairly simple kind of thing, except we have 16 different locations that each need separate access. And I really want to be able to use the Kanban board to automate some of the workflow by triggering actions like sending emails and updating records in the database. We also want to have some kind of 2-way email integration/sync as part of the CRM so that all emails with an applicant is automatically stored with their record. And we have a long application that requires a secure login for applicants so they can trust their information is safe but also so that they can save what they’ve done and return to it later to complete. Hi All Looking at Airtable I’ve fast learned this is the tool for us however I also realised to get everything out of it that I need/want will require a lot of my time or a lot less of an experts time. As such I am looking for assistance in working with our base to help with a Sourcing and manufacturing process that processes orders as well as inventory management and some cool reporting. I have sent a few days getting the skeleton together but have a lot of things that need help with - it may need a complete overhaul. Hello, I need an AirTable consultant to help me create a solution (on AirTable) that enables my data partners to upload and publish their data for distribution on my platform (outside AirTable). Requirements: Partner can upload new or overwrite data. Partner data updates are validated in real-time against my data model. Partner can manage a mapping to data model separately so they don’t have to change their source spreadsheet prior to upload. AirTable automatically links each entity to a matching entity in my lookup table. AirTable highlights unlinked rows in the partner data with a warning (not error) Partners can publish data updates. Its like me writing ‘help documentation’ on how to shoot a 3 point shot with Lebron in your face :slightly_smiling_face: Use case: Airtable is my database for my company (Restoration company) Also using it as a CRM Need(s) Building formulas with nested conditions for 2 use cases Vehicle maintenance -We enter mileage at a fuel stop 100,000 -Next stop is 100,500 -Then 101,00 and so on… I would like to add the incremental difference up 5k…at which point the threshold would be crossed and then a record can populate in a new view… this would trigger “oil change”. I can build zaps from there to my other platforms. CRM I want to track the #of days in between phone calls to target clients. so March 1 is a call.

Hello! i’m looking for someone that can help me build out airtable, for our custom screen printing shop. I’m currently looking to use Zapier to push a notification from our invoicing software to airtable, whenever there is a new project. So let’s say we have a new custom apparel project. That would get pushed to our custom apparel base. We’d like that to create a line item where it notates the following, in the first static field: Invoice - Project Name When expanding the box, we’d like there to be different fields that would allow us to type information for this project, for each department (i’m imagining this info would be displayed on linked tables). So we could put information in each field, for the staff in that particular department to work on.
