I'm going through a pretty typical workflow here of mapping Airtable to Webflow with the NoBull Airtable Extension.1. I have a created two tables "Blog Posts" and "Categories" with the standard Airtable fields mapped to Webflow fields. All good.2. I have connected the "Categories" table to Webflow through a NoBull "Categories" Connect--All good. 3. I have connected the "Blog Posts" table to Webflow through a NoBull "Blog Posts" Connect--All good.3. I have created a linked field called "Categories" in my "Blog Posts" table which links to the "Categories" table. It works.4. When I go to map the linked "Categories" field from my "Blog Posts" table to the Webflow Categories field through the NoBull "Blog Posts" Connect, I am select the appropriate Airtable & Webflow fields, but I am not able to do anything with the "Select Reference Connect" dropdown, to connect the linked table--the option is not available to me. 

Hi there,I work at a chain of veterinary clinics and I'm looking to create a process for medical records upload.1) I have a grid created "Medical Record Workflow"2) Connected to the "Medical Record Workflow" grid I have a form that contains the following data points:Client Name (Short Text)Patient Name (Short Text)Medical Records (Attachments)Any other helpful information (Long Text)3) We have an automation that whenever a Checkbox field is checked it sends an email to the other veterinary clinic that we're try to gather information from In that message I'd like to create a pre filled form what the other Vet opens up and uploads medical records to. The problem I'm dealing with is when the form is submitted it's creating a duplicate row. Is there a way to prefill a form that updates the existing row?

After using AirTable for a few years to manage some operations of our company, I want to also use it for invoicing.As per our local regulations, this needs to be done via an approved platform. The platform that we are using integrates with Zapier and Make, so connecting between Airtable and the platform is very easy.However, I'm trying to make things a bit more complicated, and would like to know if its possible:1. Pushing a button / trigger for a record to call the automation and create the document.2. Retrieving the document via URL / Location on Google Drive and saving it as an attachment for the record.

The Airtable pricing page says that the Free plan includes up to 5 creators/editors and unlimited commenters and read-only users. Do those apply to the Plus and Pro plans? If not, why not? Am trying to get Airtable a paying customer and can probs get my client to go from paying $0/month to $10/month but they need those commenters and 1 creator (that’s me). I know that Enterprise is the latest and greatest thing, but they can’t afford $10K/year. Thanks so much.

Looking for guidance. I have deleted/removed a collaborator from a workspace but for some reason they are still receiving email notifications whenever here is activity in that workspace. Not sure if I'm missing something?Thanks.

I have an issues table and a issue log form is created where users use it to log their issues. Once the issue log form is submitted i want the Issue ID or record ID of that issue to be shown in the form(For example when we post a complaint on swiggy or zomato it will give us a unique ID for our complaint)

Airtable MacOS Desktop App v 1.6.1 – download button not working in the Attachment field. Previous version 1.6.0 works fine, and also the web version works. iMac, macOS 12.6.6 Monterey. Is there an archive of older versions for OSX somewhere? Is it possible to report a bug outside of the Community forum? Thank you.    

Can you export Airtable to Method CRM or just in general in a csv or excel file format?

I use airtable primarily to make document product info with pictures in the grid view. It would be great if Iwas able to export the entire view with the pictures in their places in excel. Right now only the image irl is exported in those cells while rest is good. Does anyone have a way to fix this?

Is there a way to export a base table from Airtable to Excel and maintain formats? I’ve only been able to export to CSV and then I have to redo all the formats in Excel before sharing it with another person. Thank you Julie

I need help - my CSV file is downloading the line breaks in my long text fields - I tried to eliminate them running >REGEX_REPLACE for \r, \n, \r\n, u2028, u2029, u0085, u00B6This took care of most of the line breaks but there are still 2 stubborn line breaks I cannot beat HELP!

Hello everyone,   I am a complete novice to coding anything - I still need to reference for spreadsheet formulas, for example. I am also a fairly light user of Airtable. That being said, I would love to figure out if there's a way to auto-total merchandise costs for a complete order coming from our online store.Essentially, we have two tables that pertain to orders - one is for an entire order which has basic things like subtotal, total, tax, etc that are pulled from our store via Airpower. We would like to create a Merchandise Cost field per order as well, auto-calculated from another table... but I'm not sure how to get that done. The second view (where the cost information lives) is a Order Line Items view that has the information for each item as a field - what order number, the number of that item, the cost, the sale price, etc. Is there a way to do a conditional sum by order number from the Line Items table (cost, quantity, order number) to the Order table so we ca

All was ok 2 days ago and now one of my client's guest accounts cannot log into their base. It is giving you a connection isn't a private error. I logged out all accounts under their name, refreshed, used incognito, cleared cache and cookies, and restarted the computer, they use edge so had them try chrome. None of this worked any one know what to do here?  

My airtable base is used as a product. I provide access to people, by inviting them via email. I don’t want them (my clients) who are assigned as “collaborators” to be able to view the emails of the other people who have access to the base. How is it possible to do this?

I have created a pre-filled form link with the extention.  Then I created a button field with the action to open the URL of the pre-filled from link field.  The idea was to add this button field to a form view, but I am not winning...  Any workarounds?

When trying to input data into my Airtable the iCloud auto-fill option for hiding my email keeps popping up. For drop-down inputs, the password autofill comes up instead. This is preventing em from choosing certain inputs and making t difficult to work with the application. I am using safari and I believe the issue does not occur on chrome. However, for my workflow safari is a much-preferred application. Has anyone experienced this issue before? I have already noted it through the support as a possible bug but would welcome any help on how to fix it. Below is an example.

Recently something has changed as to photos can be uploaded to a table. I was able to do a multiple selection of photos and add them directly to a record. Don’t know when it happened but now I have to upload them one at a time not to mention when airtable looks for the photos it is not sorting them the way the phone does and it is a pain to refind the ones I want - one at a time. Any suggestions?

We have an existing base that has the fields we need to track each account. I am looking for a form template or one I can create that allows anyone wanting to request something from us to to fill out the form using a link. The link opens up to a fillable form that has preset fields (required or optional) and a way to attach documents, image, spreadsheet, etc. When they submit the form, it comes into a dedicated email address but also gets added to the existing Base in airtable we have. The form fields will be the same fields as those that exist in the base. Do you have such a template or format that I can customize?

I’m a pro wildlife photographer and am trying to use AirTable to keep track of my photos and associated info. Can I export a record? If so, how? Can it include the info plus the photo? What formats can it be exported as?
