Hi! We created surveys for each base that people can fill out after our events we host. They answered the surveys, but I dont know exactly how to find the survey results now.I am not the one who set this up (the person that did left, but he tied the survey results to the person's line items when they registered - so we see their name/email etc and it used to show the results of their survey on the same line after the event was over and they completed it) so I am unsure how to retrieve or fix this issue. Can anyone help with this? phil@kampevents.com

Hi everyone, I want to set up a trigger in Airtable to take a PDF file (a complex, finished, unsigned 35 page application package) stored in a field and underlay that PDF under some signature blocks using some kind of e-signatures app. I can currently do this with some manual activity between Zoho CRM and Zoho Sign, but I want to move away from Zoho and have Airtable effectively be the CRM and perhaps some capable e-signature app I don't know about take care of this kind of e-signature. Hi, I am using Airtable as a CRM tool and I have some companies for which I’d like to enrich the details. Namely I have a “Website” field and a "Logo’ flied. Is there any way in which I can have Airtable or some integration pulling the logo image from the website URL and not have to attach a logo every time? Thank you

Hi all,After submitting a ticket to Airtable support and waiting over three weeks (without a response to my support enquiry) and with the only replies being "we will get back to you soon" and "please use Airtable community" multiple times over, here I am.Is anyone else experiencing the same issue with Airtable support not replying to their support ticket?

I built a base for a project, and shared it with several users with editor privs. I added them to my own workspace, and thus assumed responsibility for the cost of their (Pro) accounts. There are a lot of bases in my Pro workspace, but I'm only sharing this one base with these users (i.e. I'm NOT sharing my whole workspace).The project has now come to an end and I want to stop paying for these users but I'm a bit unclear about how to proceed.If I unshare the base with them (leaving myself as the only user), does that remove them from my workspace as well? More important, does it mean that I'm no longer paying for them?If I unshare the base, what happens from their perspective? Do they still have accounts? If so are those accounts downgraded to free accounts?Those are my urgent questions, but I just thought of something else. i see in the help docs that search functionality only works in the grid view, but i see that it also doesn't seem to work when said grid view is grouped. yes, i know airtable wants me to add an extension for this function to work...that makes me shift gears and get out of the interface i'm in.problem is, i am trying to perform a search on my phone with grouped records. can't also figure out how to collapse all groups on the phone interface?does anybody else find this weird?

I cannot figure out how to filter all entries where “date” is the current month.

Is there a way to customize what fields are visible/hidden in an expanded record view for linked records? If I’m just in an expanded view, I can hide/unhide fields in the dropdown for each field, like so: But if I’m in the expanded view for a linked record, that option goes away: Screenshot%202|309x500 Field visibility doesn’t appear to be related at all to field visibility on the table I’m linking to. For example, I have admin start date and admin end date both hidden on the view this record is linking to, but they’re visible in the expanded view for that linked record. Any suggestions? “In most cases, you shouldn’t need to change the primary field in your table. However, if you need to do so, such as after importing a CSV, we recommend that you first create a new, empty column. Then, click the primary field header cell to select all cells in the column, then use Ctrl+X (Cmd+X on Mac) to cut those cell values. Next, you’ll paste those values (Ctrl+V/Cmd+V) into the empty column. Finally, you can copy and paste cell values from another field into the primary field.” I recommend you make it easier for us to change the primary field. Thanks.

Hi fellow Airtable enthusiasts!Does someone know if there's a way to flag records created or update by the API? Currently, we have a few integrations using the API, that are authorised by a certain user in Airtable. I'd like to flag those using a formula (if possible, otherwise another suggestion is welcome). Records created by the API show 'User X created through API' but these records re indistinguishable from records manually created through the same user. We don't have the luxury of adding another fictitious account / user, just for API purposes. Would there be another way to extract that? Currently, we can only display the 'Created by' field, but this shows both categories of records in the same way.Thank you for thinking along! Is there at the moment any formula, function, working script or any else working solution to deal with a rental activity? (we need do track what is available or not, when it is available or not, who rented what etc. not only checking calendar view, but automatically checking if and when an item is available or not.Thanks in advance  

I have shared an Airtable view with one of my clients. They work at a Blue Cross plan with high IT security. The person is trying to download the view as a CSV. Here's what she said: "When we have it up and then I try to download our report (using download CSV) it states, “Preparing CVS download..” but then nothing pops up/opens up to us to download the report." I've attached 2 images that she sent me showing how it hangs. I advised her to do the following (and the same issue is showing up, not only on her computer, but also a colleague's):1) Log out of Airtable and log back in, then try again2) Clear your browser cache and try again3) Restart computer and try again4) Try login on a different browser, like Google Chrome or Firefox.  Please advise if there is something I need to do, or instruct her on?

Hi!I need to create and handle from one main account different projects. Each one of them may have different team members, and at the same time it can happen that I don't want all team members in a project to be able to see all the information. Also, I may want to organize the stuff in "areas", such as mkt, sales, whatever, and use that as the "filter" to provide or not provide access to a certain team member.Do you have any idea on how I can manage this? Thanks!

In a base I am working on, I'm using the timeline view for daily trip routing within our fleet. These trips are timed to the minute and are not always on the hour (eg, a trip may go from 7:59am until 8:50am). If I need to drag this trip to a new swimlane on the view, it does not retain the times entered.Based on what I am seeing, any movement other than perfectly straight up or down will move the trip to the previous or next hour (eg, it would move to start at 7am or 8am). It sounds like the times on timeline are only set up to be moved in one hour blocks.Is there a way to either lock the times in so they cannot be changed when moving, or make the level of detail such that the times are retained (eg, moving a trip that starts at 7:34am keeps it at 7:34 instead of forcing to 7 or 8am)?

My first step is a watch trigger that passes items which have been changed.For the second step and to match changes between platforms, my search-by-formula looks like this:IF({{3.previousValue.name}} = {Project name},1,0)Where 3.previousValue.name is the name of the project before it was changed in Monday, and {Project name} is the primary field of the Airtable record. Any project name that returns true should be passed to the next step of the scenario.However each time this runs, it searches the second value literally and returns:IF(oldMondayProject = {Project name},1,0)But of course nothing matches {Project name} because it's a variable, not a value. When I add new options to a multiple select field. They list in the order they are added. Is there a way to sort them by the order they are listed in the pull-down? To be clear, I’m not trying to sort the whole set of record rows, just the elements inside each multiple select field box.

I am new to airtable. I have created a base for a gymnastics club to enter competition scores. I would like to be able to create a form where the "name" field would be a drop-down list that would allow the judges to update the gymnasts' scores. Without changing the names, the category or the club. Just the scores by apparatus but I am blocked.

I’m trying to share a view of a filtered grid with other people with a shareable link (rather than creating logins for a few people that wont us airtable much). The issue I am having is when sharing this view, they are not able to see the detail of a linked field from another grid in the project. Is there a way for them to see that through a shareable link to a filtered view? Thanks for the help!

I have a massive multiselect field that needs to be in sync with another table, but I don’t want to have to type all the options all over again. Can I copy all the options and past them into another table? I thought I saw a solution somewhere, but I can’t find it.

I have multiple columns with service-dates for on product. Our products have to be serviced by one of our mechanics after specified periods (1 year / 3 year cylces). So every product-row has multiple date columns- each date column representing the date of a service which was made. So the columns are service-date 1, service-date 2 - etc… To calculate the next mandatory service for a product I need to extract the latest service-date to a seperate column and then add the 1 or 3 years (depending on product) by formula. I’m just not sure how to extract the latest date - since the products don’t all have the same latest service column. A new product may have only one entry - so for ex. 01.01.2019 in service-date1 - an older product has had more services so maybe 01.01.2015 in service-date1 - and 01.05.2019 in service-date2 etc… but I need to find the latest service date of all the products and put them in a new column to calculate the next service date. Let’s say I have two tables, orders and products with a link between each. On my products table, I can easily see -all- orders involving that product, but what if I have a requirement to show only the latest order, clickable just like the order entries in the “Orders” column of the products table. I know I can use a lookup field (in the products table) to pull the output of one of the fields from the linked order, and filter that by date, but I need this clickable for easy reference. and editing? Is there any solution? Thank you!
