hi dear folks, I’m wondering, if I build the Base according to a specific project, once this project has been completed, how could I archive it? For instance, if I start from a Base on “house hunting”, after serval months, when I found the house, literally I shall not use this base anymore, it is no longer make sense to keep it on the workspace as well, and what’s the solution for the archive it in the local disk? Or do I need to archive it? Thanks for any pieces of advice.

I'd like to have a changelog, ideally in Slack, that gets added to whenever a base, table, or field is created or deleted, and whenever a field name or type is changed. However, I couldn't find any functionality to allow this. Has anyone found a workaround for it? Thanks!

Hi,I'm approaching launch for my first Airtable application, a support/ERP/CRM system for my wife's business (two users currently planned). Is there an agreed upon best practise how to launch a production version but yet be able to continue developing the application?I have little real experience in application management, although I have managed some LAMP applications with SQL updates and diffing PHP. I thought I would keep the current base as PROD, make a back-up of it and assign that a DEV role and continue developing new stuff there. But how to migrate changes from DEV to PROD?Rgds,Björn

I’m currently a Pro user and I’m considering an upgrade to Enterprise. I’d like to know if the following workflow is possible with Enterprise. A billable collaborator creates a form for a Base in their Enterprise Workspace. The billable collaborator shares the form with a non-billable collaborator from their domain. The non-billable collaborator accesses the form, authenticating with SSO prior to seeing the actual form fields. The non-billable collaborator submits the filled form, and their user ID is passively submitted along with the other form values. (I suppose this ID would be the email address they used to authenticate with SSO.) A billable collaborator can see the new record (with the ID of the user who submitted it) in a grid view. Hi guys, I'm trying to connect Airtable with Make. My Make.com module is returning "Status Code Error: 403" and I can't connect up my Airtable. I initially had it working and then created some new bases, so I generated a new Personal Access Token. Not working. Have tried different permissions. Logging out, logging in (I know). Etc.  Any suggestions?

I have a table where you can chose a proposal number and in another column you can add an amount. In another table (linked to the first one) I want to be able to chose a specific proposal number and sum all the amounts related to that specific proposal number. In the second table I have a rollup but it only includes the first amount associated to the proposal number. For example if a specific proposal has 4 entries (same proposal number but 4 different amounts on 4 rows) it only includes the first amount and omits the rest. Any thoughts on why this is? Thanks!

Hi there, when I sync’d my Airtable to my Google Drive, it automatically sync’d with My Drive. Is there a way to sync it in a Shared Drive or to a specific folder within the Shared Drive? Thanks in advance for any feedback!

I am trying to simply select a record and duplicate it from a filtered view, but for some reason, AT seems to be stuck or frozen.  It is  a bit frustrating.  Anyone else experience the same issue?

Is there a way to make a photo (which I assume needs to be an "attachment" fied) clickable, where someone can click it to go to a URL? For example, I'd upload a photo of a dog and if they click it, it would go to pets.com.If not, is it possible to insert a clickable text link right underneath a photo?(The Pexels/button extension wouldn't work since I want to upload custom photos, in addition to trying to minimize expenses and complexity.)Thanks! I am in the process of building an order entry and work center scheduling system using Airtable, and I have the base functionality working well.  The basis of the data structure is that Orders are created with one or more Line Items to be produced.  Next, one or more Jobs are created and linked to each line item.  Each Job is assigned to a single Work Center and has a start and end date.I am experimenting with the various views and interface options in Airtable to find a good way to visualize the number of jobs scheduled for each work center by day (or week) for a given time frame, with the goal of identifying if any work centers are overloaded for any given day (or week).  I created a formula column in the Job table that calculates the Year and Week # for each job (ie.  2025-13   for the 13th week of 2025).  This allows me to group/sort/total chronologically by week.The best I came up with so far is a bar chart that has the week number on the Y axis and the Work Cente

Hello I have a column for my item cost and a column with the sales tax I paid. I want to create a formula in the third column that calculates my cost x sales tax percentage and then add the answer to the cost to get total cost. I did Cost * {Tax %} and get an error.

I am using the event planning template and have entered my tasks. I am trying to create an interface of the tasks but my event is not showing up in the drop down. Is there a way to fix this?
