I am using Airtable with Integromat, but am having issues filtering in Airtable using the TODAY() function. I have a field in Airtable with a date (no time). I have an automation in Integromat which runs every 15 minutes, searches my Airtable base using the filer IS_SAME({publication_date},TODAY()) I want my topic to publish at 12am every day GMT + 2 (CEST), but I can’t see a way of achieving this through Airtable, other than setting a specific publishing time, not just a date. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to solve this? I know I could probably create a formula in the filter that transformed GMT to GMT + 2, and filtered in this way, but it seems overkill… any help much appreciated.

Hi all! Does anyone have built an “availability” feature in a people marketplace through Airtable ? For one of my customers, I would like users give theirs availabilities (which days in the month they are available for example) to do a matching with the order of my customer. Any idea to build this data model in Airtable and then to make the matching feature? My first idea is to create a “Days” Airtable table in Airtable (one record per day of the current year) to allow users to select which days they are available. An order will contain one or more days linked items. But I do not know if I should rather use two “date” field (to do a period picker) but I do not see how to manage several available periods… Cheers Florent

I’ve got the map block set up to plot records from a specific view, and in that view are only like 30 records, yet the map seems to have all the records in my table plotted instead of just the ones in the specified view.

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to split a row which had been populated with data using a multiselect, into separate rows. e.g. I would want to create 2 lines for Campaign “Client 1||3” one for “Driver 2” and one for “Driver 4”. Similarly for the 2nd Campaign I would need 3 lines. Not too phased if in same or different table - although different table may be easier. TIA.

Hi folks! I have a question regarding password protection for Share link views . I wonder if it’s possible to create dynamic passwords for sharing links. I want to restrict access to share links but I want to give different password for every user. It’s possible? So far I know you can add a single password, but it’s possible to create several passwords for just a Share link? Hope you can help me, Thanks!

Hi, How can I sign in/out between different oneDrive accounts for attachment linking in records? I notice once I signed in to a oneDrive account, there is no option to sign in to a different account even after I have signed out oneDrive account. Thanks!

I have a set of data that contains first name, last name, timezone, and email address. I’d like to create automatic groups of 3 based on time zone (each participant needs to have the same timezone per group) and then somehow (hopefully in an automated manner!) communicate the peer groups with their first, last, email to each group. I have a table that tracks every donation made to our charity, which includes the title of the fundraiser to where the funds were donated. This is triggered by each new donation. What I need to do is find a way to AUTOSUM the donations by the fundraiser title. The stick in my widget is that this number will be constantly updating as more donations come in. Currently, I can group by single select and see the AUTOSUM for each fundraiser. As new donations come in, this number automatically updates. Gorgeous. Since I need that number to use in other places, I’ll need that value to inhabit a single record. What I’ve tried to do is create a NEW table to do a ROLLUP. My issue with this is that I need to manually add each new donation to get an accurate snapshot of the current SUM. Since this value will be used in client-facing data, it has to be up to the minute. I wish the field order in dedupe was useful. Putting them in order of creation is not helpful when you have hundreds of fields.

you can’t merge a calculated field so why to they appear in the “Dedupe” app. In my case I have scores of calculations so using dedupe is difficult because I can’t hide those non-mergable calculation fields.

Hello, I am in the process of trying to map an existing Google Form to Airtable and I am not having much success. I’m doing a test drive to just understand the process so I can then build out a larger form and automate it. Is it possible to access new fields added to a synced table or records linked to the synced table from the source table?

Hello - I’m using page designer formatted on an 8.5x11. I’m using the table format to display a long list of inputs. The problem I’m running into is the list extends beyond the length of the sheet and I can’t figure out how to continue the cutoff information in a secondary table on the same sheet. I own a music lessons studio and the software we use (WellnessLiving) reports revenue per lesson and instructor pay per lesson in two separate reports. I’m hoping to find a way to match up a lesson record that contains the revenue for that lesson with a separate lesson record that contains the instructor pay in order to see my gross profit. In essence I have two sets of the same data (e.g. two entries for a 30 min. guitar lesson from March 28 at 2:30pm) that both contain different data that I want to combine. I could do this manually using the Dedupe app but I figured there has to be a way to automate this.
