Hello Step 1 : I want to create a database of all startups in Belgium. I will call all startups myself, ask them questions, and register the answers manually in my airtabel database. This, I know how to do myself. Step 2 : I want to get a website developed ( preferably in laravel ), that must publish all startups, using ( extracting ) the data from the airtable. So visitors of the website can see all startups, and use filters on the website to search, filter, save etc…the startupdata they search for. My question : can this be done ? And if yes, how to connect airtable with an extarnal website ? Is this difficult ? Costly ? Or can I use airtable itself to get this done ? Thanks for helping me out ! Ivan

We’ve had several mysterious changed to fields, rather than record, recently in a few of our bases. I cannot see any way to check the revision history of a field. Am I missing something? If not, how/where are we meant to leave requests for new features? Thanks

I’d like to have an auto-created “Today Date” when a record is checked in my “Response” checkbox. So every time a new customer responds, I’d like to have the received date created when I simply check the “Response” checkbox. I can’t figure out the formula. Thanks

Hi there, I was hoping to get some information and answers to a few questions I have. Is there a way to have one central database that has tags that link to other bases. Basically this is for people who need to be in different categories/bases but we want them to all be in one central base as well. (ie : Funder, connector, master list, etc.) Is there a way to flag certain entries to send an alert to a team member when that entry has been added/updated? Is there an integration for flipcause and airtable? How do we get notifications in the project tracker? Is it possible to color code tasks in the project tracker? what does the paid version do that the free plan doesn’t? Thank you!!!

New here (and don’t know the correct Airtable terminology yet) - trying to add addresses to a Vendor “sheet”. I don’t see a “field type” for addresses. How do we add these?

Hello there :wave: I have a slight issue, where I’m using slack bot to populate a message coming from a filled form in Airtable. When receiving that form in Airtable, I’m using an automation to populate that message directly in slack. The problem : The issue is coming from attached files (pictures essentially) in the form. I cannot load the images thumbnail in the slack message. Did some of you face the same issue ? Thanks a lot for your help :pray:

I am a Learning Design Coach for a virtual school and we use forms in AT to schedule our live lessons. Is there any way to have forms duplicate so for teachers who host live lessons every Wednesday (for example) can enter one form and have it repeat every Wednesday? Thank you very much!

I would really like a ‘Hill Chart’ app to be supported. To learn more about hill charts, see here. The implementation could be simple - a table with a numeric scale of 1-100 (or 0-1) and a date. Each entry in the table results in a plot on the app at the relative location on the hill with date annotated.

I need help with a nested IF AND statement that also uses the SUBSTITUTE formula. I’m trying to automate project ID creation. Each project is tied to a client and can also (optionally) be tied to a different sub-entity. Depending on who is paying, I either want to use the Client name or the Sub-entity name in the project ID. Additionally, I want to use the abbreviation for each as long as one exists. If an abbreviation doesn’t exist, I want to use the name but remove " " and “,” using the substitute function. Hey, I’ve been using the sendgrid app to send emails, for about 3 weeks now. I’m on the pro plan, and I use the button to send the emails, otherwise the block would send it to all the records in the view. The button has been working perfectly, until yesterday. Now, if I click on it, it opens the app, but then I cannot do anything with it. It’s like the window is blocked. I can open the settings but also cannot change anything (blocked again), and if I reload the app, it will go to a different window, but again blocked. I have tried the button with other apps (e.g. page designer) and it happens the same. Tried both web and windows app, none works. Does anyone have any ideas on why, or how to solve it? I have a table where I capture my customers’ product orders, and one of the things I control is whether or not the product can be shipped. I have already made my report where I can easily get the total of the order. Two questions: Can I in the same report get separately the totals of the products that will be shipped and in another part the ones that will not be shipped? I created a view where are only the products that will be shipped, how can I get the total to be paid of only those products Many thanks for your help!!!

Hello, I am new to Airtable. I tried looking for this answer already in the community, but I could not find a post. I am using Airtable Automations to copy specific fields to another table. So far the first three fields have been a success, but now that I am trying to copy the value from the formula field, it won’t show or copy that value from that field into the other table. Is this a limitation in Airtable? Thank you for your assistance!

I have created a Base and have set a column (videoImage) to use an Attachment. Next I have uploaded an image. In my VueJS app I have the following however the path of the image is incorrect and the image won’t render. <img v-bind:src="record['fields']['videoImage']" class="img-responsive" alt="Video"> Therefore, is there a way to get the URL of any item such as documents, images etc that are uploaded as attachments or bind the correct path in Vue?

Hi. If I want to send text messages to one group of workers (Full time vs. Part time) how do I create that in View part of the Send SMS? The Send SMS tutorial shows multiple different groups under View and able to send texts to Product Team only. On my View in Send SMS I only see Grid View so I can only send texts to everybody including Full time and Part time instead of being able to pick Part time group. Thanks.

Hello the Community, I’m sorry for this stupid question, or, at least, a question coming from a beginner… but didn’t find my answer since days! I have to manage a coaching data base, where I follow each appointment with the Coachee’s Name, the Coach’s Name, the date of the appointment, the debriefing etc… And I would like to create an indicator showing the number of coachings done by a coach since the 1st of the current month. I don’t want a count since the past 30 days, but since the 1st day of the month. For example: we are the 22nd of Jan and I would like to count the number of coachings done since the 1st of jan… not since the 22nd of december. And of course, I would like to have it in an automatic way to follow it each month. Thanks a lot for your help!
