Hi! I want to add a formula that does the following: If “created on” is within the last week OR “revisit on” is today, then TRUE (i.e. check a box or write true in a text field). “Created on” and “revisit on” are both date fields. This way, I can better filter my view (my filter includes both “and” and “or” conditions, which is why I need to use a formula). Thank you!!

When I print a view that contains links, they are not clickable in the PDF result. How to achieve that?

Hello! I linked Process St with google sheets, and google sheets with airtable. From Process St, the data is transferred to Google sheets, and to Airtable this data is not transferred, but although everything works in Zapier What to do? Where could the problem be?

I am trying to have a zap find a record based on an email address and then update the record. Unfortunately, the Find Record zap finds the record ID and everything else, except the Base and Table IDs. So when I try to add an Update Record zap, it can’t find it because it requires the Base and Table IDs for the record. I happen to have the Base and Table IDs in an Excel table, but the Update Record doesn’t find the record that way either. I’m assuming I need the Base and Table ID to be found on the Find Record zap or the Update Record to use the Base and Table IDs from the Excel table. I’ve been emailing support for months now and it has not been resolved.

Hey all! I am new and just playing around with Airtable. So far it’s been really great and simple! However, when I try to link tables, I’m not sure where I’m going wrong but they data is not linking to the correct item and instead I am getting extra columns and it’s getting slightly confusing. The concept isn’t difficult so what am I missing haha! I know there are a few other questions about this but if someone wouldn’t mind looking at my base, that’d be cool! I am just trying to figure out where I’m going wrong. I’d love to use Airtable but want to make sure the learning curve isn’t too steep. Thanks! Hey Airtable Community. Does anyone know how to count how many entries are made on a particular date ie if I had 5 forms completed today and 4 yesterday I’d love a column to autocount. It would be amazing to count the week too. Each form is a lead and I want to set targets and automate my results. Help appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, I work for a youth engagment organisation. We have a community of several hundred young people in our network, and we put on various events and workshops throughout the year. I’d like to know which events young people are attending over a 12 month period, and I am hoping to use Airtable to do this. I plan to do this by having a ‘community’ sheet with an email address as a unique ID and a ‘projects sheet’ with an attendee field which links to the email field in the community sheet. I’d like to create a form which people can put their email address into on arrival at an event, and if they are already in our base it will auto populate the rest of the fields, and if not, allow them to create a new record, assigned against that particular event. Hi all, I have two spreadsheets - one is a project tracker, and the other is a task list linked to the project tracker. I have start and end dates on the task list spreadsheet. Is it possible to link those dates to the project tracker and have the project tracker “start date” be the earliest start date of the tasks linked to it and the “end date” be the latest end date of the tasks linked to it? I want to create a Gantt chart from the project tracker but I want the start and end dates to be dependent on the dates of the tasks linked to it. Thank you!!

Hi there. I want to create a base to track my receipts for warranty purposes. I can just insert the purchase date in a column and track it myself, but what I would like to do is when the entry is one year old change its status in a dropdown column from “current” to “expired”. Thanks

It looks like they exist and I applied it from here(https://airtable.com/shrLK2dGvhx46S6bU) a couple weeks ago, however I haven’t got any reply yet. Hi, community, I’m looking for advice on a better way to organize my process for clients. (new to the process) Right now I handle this in two different bases but I’m hoping I can have all info in one. I have a client base then an inventory base. I work in the interior design/real estate is the industry. I have a client base that has the job description and address of the job that I do for a client, then I have another base that has inventory for the client and the associated address of the job. Is there a way to have one base that shows the following path: client “A” info then I can drill down to client “A” particular job via address, then drill down to that addresses inventory sheet? I hope this makes sense. It seems silly to go to one base and put in all the details for the client except the inventory (which is done in another base) I’d love to handle it all in one if it’s possible then I can see all details for each client. Hi all! Working on a project where I have different tables: Events People I create an event that has a start date and an end date. After creating the event, I add the event team by adding team members (table.people) to a linked field. In order to see who is added to an event, I would like to create a Gantt view that has the following layout: Event shown from start date to end date When collapsing the event, each team member is shown separately, also with the start and end date I cannot seem to setup this view. Got as far as displaying the Gantt with the ‘full team’ (showing all team members linked to the event in one field, instead of the team showing separately). Is there a workaround for this?

Please explain the Revision and Snapshot History to me. Does this mean that in the free version, any changes that I make to my records will be lost after 2 weeks? I am using this (or hope to) to track gardening, i.e. name of plant, location, when planted, attaching picture and tag info, etc. just something simple. I’m just concerned that if I update the info with new date and such that they will disappear after 2 weeks. Is this the case?

I have a table of subtasks called subtasks. this is the todo list for the whole team. I used self-linking to get predecessors setup, and so I have: a rollup field showing the predecessor end date (PredEnd) a manual task start date (START) a manual task duration in days (LT) a formulated task completion date that adds the task duration in workdays to the start date (END) What I want to do now is create a scripting block that can load all the records in this table only, and compare each records PredEnd vs START, and if they are different, to update the START using the correct PredEnd value. Currently I have a form, where I want to be able to limit the options in a single select, based on the option selected in the previous single selected. My example is: I am a rock climber and use a Airtable to base to log all my routes. The first single select in the form is for the style of climbing, eg sport, boulder, etc. I want the next single select (grade) to show different options, depending on the style of climbing, eg the sport grading system, the bouldering grading system. I don’t know if this is possible, but any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hey, Im only doing from Zapier using Airtable Find records as a action. My question is: What happens if 6 People at the same time request data from Airtable with Zapier Find records. Wille the first 5 go through without any error and only the 6th call will be an error? If yes what happens if I activate the Autoplay in Zapier for error Zaps in my Zap task history? Will it retry with Zapier to find record couple of seconds later and will it then be working?
