Hey. My pictures’ links get expired while I have a paid business plan. So whenever I export a CSV file for any of my data, the links for the picture tabs get expired and I don’t get to use those expired links. Need some serious help!!

Hi all, I’m trying to use an IF formula to convert “Y” and “N” text strings into Single Selects titled “Upgraded” and “Not Upgraded”. I need something that will automate this process; it can’t be done manually. New records will be added continuously to the Airtable. Any help you can offer will be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi, I have a Single Select field that has the options “This week”, “This month”, “This quarter”. I’d like these to be automatically chosen and updated based on a Date field. The purpose of this is to use a Matrix block to display records by a “Event Type” Single Select on the Y axis and in relative date categories “This week” etc on the X axis. Is this possible, or can anyone suggest a better solution?

We have a retail chain with 150 stores.  I have a workflow where the stores complete a form to give feedback on the quality of a product.  In my base the forms are submitted into one table (Feedback).  The Feedback table is linked to a table called Stores that is a list of all 150 stores will their detail. It is also linked to the Product table that is a list of all the products.I am trying to create visibility for the team that will show them which stores have not yet submitted their feedback per product.  I tried to do this in the Stores table as all 150 stores are listed there.  The problem is that the lookup to the product field will contain multiple products per store.  And as soon as I filter on Product I only see the stores who have submitted feedback - I want to see the ones who have not yet submitted feedback.Any ideas of how I can achieve this? 

Hi AT CommunityI have a Google Sheet which has cell values (text/currency) which I would like to bring into Airtable. Along with those values I need the user to answer some questions. I would like to prefill form fields with the cell values from the Google Sheet, hide the fields, leaving visible only the questions which I need answering. Any suggestions on how I could go about this please? It needs to be a one step from Google Sheet to Form. I have looked into prefilling a Google Form from Google Sheet, this then populates Google Sheet (form response Google Sheet), when a row is added it creates a record in Airtable Base. I don't think you can hide Google form fields which isn't a huge problem, but not my preference. Any other thoughts or suggestions. THANK YOU.

Sorry that this question looks a little like a written math problem, but:We are tracking employee requested PTO via Airtable.When an employee uses their PTO, they can request to pull from a group of 5 temps to cover their shifts.We'd like for employees to be able to see a list of dates that still have temps available before they put in their PTO requests.What I can seem to do is group by date of time off requested, and it shows me the total count for how many times a specific date has a request for a temp. (See below - 1 person requested a temp on 3/14, while 4 people requested a temp on 3/15.)Or, I can have a calendar view, stripped of personal information, that shows how many requests have been made of a specific day. (See below.)

Trying to make a printer-friendly report from a Gallery view that I made. Can’t figure out how to get all records from one table on the same page. Any suggestions? Or is there another block that can do this?

I am trying to figure out how I can get more than ONE record on a page in the page designer app. It seems like you can only have one record per page. I would like to have up to 20 records on one page. Is this possible? Thanks!

I am looking for something like page designer where I can populate variables based on fields in airtable. However, I want the output to be back to back in a single document like notepad. I don’t want to deal with physical page sizes and I don’t want each record on a different page. Is there anything out there?

Hey Friends!Got an invoice table that calculates taxes before we send it out. We're in the service industry, meaning sales are done in many different counties.Currently I just have Airtable reference the address to pull the county and apply that county's tax rate.Problem is there's hundreds of different county/city tax location codes here in Washington alone (see below img) and these change every 3 months.We have to manually update them and it's brutal. Anyone know of or currently using a better system for handling taxes? 

I know about the various training resources for Airtable. I am wondering what more advanced users may suggest as far as approaching how to apply the tool to particular problems. We are an HOA management group and are moving away from Town Square in order to build our own internal workflow system. Member data, project submissions, complaints, gate access requests, etc. How does one ‘visualize’ a scenario in which AirTable can address these disparate parts to our system?

I have ordered my fields in a specific way so the most important few fields are shown when looking at the linked record preview, however, I've noticed that this isn't reflected in the mobile app. See examples below (I've blocked out the data for confidentiality).Desktop linked recordMobile linked recordIs there a way to make these the same? Whenever I open our Airtable calendar, it opens on July 2018. I realize the solution is as simple as clicking the “Today” button. But does anyone know how to set the default to always open to the current month?

Is it possible to hide the year in a field with the date field type? Right now entries show “4/8/2018” I just need the “4/8”.

How to create a form that adds data to existing records, rather than creating a new record?For further context; in my table, each record is a Client and their contact details are noted. I want to use a form to add their email subscription status (single select field) without doing it through a filtered grid view.I tried setting up a form in the Client table but it added a new Client record and didn't allow me to select an existing client. I've got a project where I am designing a set of similar interfaces, accessible to different users.  I would like to reuse page layouts and expanded record layouts (when you open a record from the element on the interface page). I can initially reuse by copying the page, but that doesn't keep them in sync. Having to redesign the same expanding record form layout is also really painful.Is there some kind of template that can be used for the page layouts and expaded record forms?

I manage a very large grant program (100+ active grant recipients ongoing), and we're doing most of our data tracking in Airtable.  We want to add a customer/grantee portal, and I have seen various Airtable add-ons mentioned. (We do not want to add each grantee as an Airtable user.)Our main need in this portal is something that can handle/track communications between our team and grantees. We need something that threads or lists all the communications that went to that particular grantee, regardless of which team member sent the message.  ie: Sometimes one team member starts a conversation, then others pick up and continue the conversation. This needs to be clear and easy to follow (no massive "original message" bits tacked onto the bottom of every reply like happens when clients using ZenDesk hit "reply" in email.) It would also need some sort of notification when the grantee sends us a message. Has anyone had direct exper

Hi all,A couple of users on my bases are making edits on the base, such as ticking a check box or adding a comment to a record, then when they return to that record the next day their changes have been removed, ie the checkbox is unticked and the comments are gone. This is causing some quite serious issues as we rely on these manual check boxes for quality checking. Anyone come across this issue or have any advice? Thanks.
