When I select a lookup field in Airtable, it retrieves all the values within it, but I want to make a selection from within this lookup field, is this possible?

I have a list of records that's something like this. PROJECT NAMEPROJECT VERSIONCONTACTASSIGNEEApples1JoeBobApples 2JoeBobBananas1SallyJimOranges1JoeJudyI receive a .csv report with the most recent information about the first three fields every week. The fourth field (assignee) lives only in Airtable. There are additional fields as well as notes and comments on the records that need to be maintained. The weekly report often includes changes. The Google Vision API extension offered by Airtable works well enough if one wants to retrieve labels, logos and texts from an image. However, the Google API offers other capabilities, such as tagging offensive images and, what interests me most, calculating the dominant colours of an image or suggesting cropping possibilities. The Airtable extension doesn't seem to give access to any of this.Is there something out there already that might allow me to retrieve those extra features and insert them into a field in my database ?Thanks.  

I am receiving this notice when attempting to upgrade: "We were unable to upgrade you at this time. Please refresh the page and try again. If you continue experiencing problems, please contact us."I was charged and my upgrade has not been reflected. I contacted customer service but the 1-2 TAT turned in 6 days -- no response. Any suggestions?I would think a financial ticket would be considered important. 

If I have 5 blank rows, then values 5, 10, 15, and I sort by that column, those blank rows show at the top and I would like them to show at the bottom but the 5, 10 and 15 still sorted showing at the top. Is this possible?

I am new here.How to link the following text with a URL of the corresponding record when sending html email using sendgrid.<a href="{SM}">link text</a>The above outputs blank, where as just {SM} output the url. I don't know how to hyperlink it to that text. Thank you!--I would also like to know if there is a possibility to have a button on each record when clicked the email for that record is sent to the person on the record. Hi All I am in early stages of learning formula functions, and focusing on date based formulas. One thing I have noticed is that dates created from formula calculations to not seem to work with the Timeline block. Has anyone found a way to make this work? Hey guys!I am trying to move a base I created to a new workspace I created. We have Enterprise, I am set as an ADMIN, but am not the owner of the base that I made to original base on. Does anyone know if there's a setting somewhere I can change so I can move it or do I need to get the owner to move it?Thanks! 

I have table descriptions that I want to edit. I am able to use the arrows to move around within the description section (including cmd+A on mac to highlight everything) but if I want to get to a specific area by clicking, the box stops responding (and I can no longer use the arrows to move around). I need to close and reopen to be able to use the arrows. Is this the way it is supposed to function? Clicking makes more sense and would be more helpful.

Hi, I would like to print an airtable view and exclude certain columns from being printed. If I use the “hide”-function, I don’t see the columns in the table anymore, but they appear when I print them. Is there a way to exclude certain columns from getting printed?

Hi,I have a field which is multiple select in the airtable, and for one record there are 119 selections to be made. Is there a way to load them in go, than adding every single option under multiple select for that particular record. thanks

My plan says that I am over the limit on a base. When I go to my account page it says “All of your bases are within the record and attachment limits for your current plan (annual Pro)”. I am needing this fixed so that I can add new records. Specifically, I am trying to push new records from Activecampaigns to Airtable via Zapier. I realized that when the base was not updating with new contacts that there was a notification about a limit excess. Does anyone know how to fix this error? This is causing a big issue with my business.

Hello! I have created an order management app through Airtable that tracks our open orders through their entire process. We import to Airtable through a Zapier Zap from an Excel file that was exported out of our POS system. We have a master key that comes out of our POS system and it is unique to each item in every single open order (each row is an item, not an order). Once the item status has been set to "Complete" I have it set up in Airtable to move to a "Completed Items" Kanban view. We need a way for Airtable, Zapier, whichever to recognize when the item has been invoiced (paid for, left the building). When an order is invoiced it will not show up in our "Open Customer Orders" Excel export from the POS system any longer. (Makes sense, of course.) There will be no master key to map to. My boss is wondering if there is any way to tell Airtable that this order has been "Invoiced" due to the fact that ALL Master keys under a given invoice number are set to complete. Hello, I’m actually using proxies to GET/POST information into Airtable from a mobile app. Proxies use the “&field” filter, so the GET response only contains a limited number of fields in the response. This is the approach I have seen suggested around the forum to return a limited number of fields. It comes to my surprise, that if “?id=record_id” is added to a proxied endpoint, no matter what “field” filters are included in the proxy internals they are bypassed and all fields from the record are returned. With all the fields returned, there are dozens of linked records from other tables. It comes again, to my surprise, that, if any of the linked record id’s from other tables are appended to the proxied url ?id=linked_record_id, then the linked record is fully returned (with all its fields). This creates a huge security issue on my app if exploited and I have seen no documentation, comments or security practices about it anywhere or ways to solve this situation. Any clue? Is anyone

I’m keeping track of some social media captions in my Airtable base but every time I copy and paste into Airtable I get a prompt to update saved password. It’s quite annoying to have to minimize the window each time I paste something. Is there a way to disable that pop up?

This post is a follow up to earlier (closed) post here. I’m reopening it because the proposed solution doesn’t work. “Thumbnail Link” is not a solution to upload images from Google Drive to AirTable , because Thumbnail Link images are low resolution. Uploading attachment from Google drive with Integromat Base design OK so it works with Thumbnail Link which seems to be different from Web Content Link. So the case is over. If you generate barcodes and then get low resolution barcodes uploaded to Airtable that could become an issue when later printing the barcodes. Cheap scanners are bad at picking up EAN and UPC barcodes in general so you want to have better resolution image used for printing the barcodes. I am running it with Remove.BG and although Remove.BG produces high resolution image that is uploaded to Google Drive folder, the last step in the flow (Airtable update) is not able to grab the full resolution image from Google drive, instead, it takes

I am trying to share specific views of my Airtable base, I specifically want users to see the Tables I am sharing collapsed into their groups, as it makes lots more sense for them to be able to drill down. However, despite me collapsing all within the view, my recipients are seeing the tables expanded. This also happened when I tried to share the whole base. How can I ensure recipients of a shared view or base will see the view collapsed by my groups.

We are using two bases to work different steps of a workflow but are having difficulty syncing all the data back to the original record source in “base #1”. “Base #1” has the planning, design request & scheduling executed and “base #2” has the designing, design proofing & final design attachment executed. We have synced a table from base #1 to base #2 but then created new fields to be worked in base #2, how do we update the original record in base #1 to the applicable new fields created in base #2? As a note, we were able to sync all the applicable fields back to base #1 in a new table but that did not fulfill our workflow need as we require the new field data to be included in the original table in base #1. Any ideas on how to build this differently or automate the data to flow full circle? Thank you in advance!

I’m having issues adding a miro board. Upon clicking “Add a Miro Board” in the Blocks tab, Google Chrome opens but to a blank page. I am logged into my Miro account in another tab. I’ve also tried logging out of my Miro account prior to clicking “Add a Miro Board,” and Google Chrome opens a page that only displays “Not Authorized.” Can someone advise how best to solve for this?

Does anyone have guidance on how to split multiple choices into list view? For example, I use Airtable to track participants for trainings we offer and in some cases participants will take more than one of our trainings. When I group in list view by training, it is pulling and sorting these participants into a new category rather than just having them show up in both individual training lists. Is there a way to fix this?  Thanks!
