Hi I'm not a programmer so bear with me, i found a script online that can send information to a webhook for another automation.i have defined the following fields in the input.config( ) panelnumbers (works)message (this is a block of text with line breaks)Script:let url = "webhook url"; // Replace the [ZapWebhook] with the webhook provided from the Zap Trigger step.let config = input.config(); // This allows the Input Variables to be used in the code. await fetch(url + "?number=+" + config.numbers + "&text=" + config.message); this all works but my question is in my config.message - how can i send it with the formatting and line breaks? right now its a big block of text without line breaks when its sent to the webhook

I work for a small institute. We'd have only 2 (max 3) editors on AirTable. Do I understand correctly that for Team it'd be 40dollars/month (for two editors) and with Enterprise it'd be 45dollars/month (for unlimited? editors)?What would you recommend (I expect we'd have 3-4 bases, of about 1500 records each)?Thanks!

Hi,I'm getting an 'over-limit' warning and I don't understand what's going on:My base shows 791 lines with records (I'm using the free version, up to 1,000 records). But, in my settings, it says I have 1341 records. I cannot see where these additional records might be.  I have no records hidden that I can figure out or any in trash.I've had the warning for 5 days now.What am I missing?Avital

I have a table in Airtable that contains a lot of data that currently is used for an app i published. Is is possible to create a website and, using the same data, create a page where this data is showed? Ex. My table contains job offers from all over the world, i want these job offers to be displayed automatically on the website (Wix or Wordpress or others) gathering data from the same table. Did someone ever experienced something similar? Thank you very much

Hi, I'm trying to set up a filter to target certain records, but it appears like they are not filtering as they should.So basically I'm trying to exclude records that contain certain words in a field, but they still show up, as you'll see in the attached screenshot.I've played around with "AND", "OR", "contains", "does not contain" but the records always show.Thanks in advance for any help 

Hi Everyone, I want to create multiple forms to gather contacts for different reasons - Subscribers who want our newsletter Those who want to download our resource Those who fill out our profile form All of the forms capture Name, Email and then they have different fields. I want to keep all these contacts in the same table. I was hoping to have one table with 3 different form views. The issue is, I want to track how each contact came in, and I can’t figure out how to tag the submitted responses by the form they submitted. Instead, I have these split across different tables and I manually tag each, then copy/paste new responses into a master list. Am I missing something obvious here? I keep all the tables structured the same so the copy/paste to master is easy.

I am in search of a roadmap to becoming a certified expert on Airtable. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction?Would be greatly appreciated. 

I have embedded a “grid view with grouping by date” into a page on my website. When I view it in a browser on my desktop it looks fine. But when I view it in a browser on my Android phone (mobile), the grouping does not show and there is no menu bar at the top of the grid view. Menu Should be: Hidden Fields, Filter, Grouping, Sort, row height, print (this menu does not show on mobile) What am I doing wrong? https://lircal.com/airtable-browse-view

Hello, I'm trying to merge a CSV but the field that I need to map to is not available to select. I can't select the field I need as the merge field. It is not one of the options in the "choose a field" drop down.

Fairly new here…so…I’ve created a form but the recipient needs to fill in the form over the course of a year (Growing vegetables for us & includes info/observations for the whole growing year)…is it possible for the recipient to save the form and add to it and then submit when all the data is complete? Or would it be better for me to create an app that they can fill in? Thanks for any advice, much appreciated.

We have a very lengthy form that requires the employee to go back and forth between apps and input information. Is there an option to save the form and go back to complete later? If this isn’t available in Airtable does anyone have any suggestions on creating a fillable (mobile) form to collect data while out in the field?

I'm building a system for our staff where I need to be able to find colleagues of a given person for a given project in a particular building.Our structure in airtable is like this:We have four tables:BuildingsProjectsPositionsStaffThe buildings table simply serves to tie them together, being linked to from the projects table as a location.The project table serves to explain the project itself and gets linked to for the positions in that project, from the positions table. The positions table helps organize certain positions, like designer, or electrician, that may be organized before the staff for that particular position is chosen - which, of course, is then taken from the Staff table, holding all of the staff details.What I'm trying to achieve, is by a button press from the staff's profile in our interface, set a filter over a list element that matches that specific staffer's dates of starting and ending on that project, along with the building, thereby showing the people they have b

When I use to copy a base via public share link, automations copied over as well. They were just turned off.Now when I do it, automations aren't copied. They're all gone.Am I doing something wrong? Was this removed?

Hi!  Background info.... I have a number of clients whose information I have stored in an Airtable base.  This information pertains to their upcoming meetings and information for them to prepare for those meetings. Currently, I'm providing them with a 'share' link from specific views in the base so they can view their upcoming meetings on their computer and/or mobile device. While the information translates fairly well to mobile, I'd like for it to be a little easier to view.  Has anybody done this?  Does Airtable have any 'mobile app' capabilities? Hopefully that all makes sense!  TIA!

Currently when I sub to an iCal link that is several days long, it blocks out my entire calendar. I would like to have these appear as an “all day”event so I can still see the rest of my calendar. Typically a calendar program will put an all day event at the top of the day, vs literally creating a 24 hr event from 12am to 12am.

Hi,I have 2 tables. One is called Dues. It has a list of members who have paid their dues by year. Each row is a member and the year. The other table is called Meetings. I t has list of meetings by date and a multiselect field of members who attended the meetings. Each row is a meeting with date and members attending.I would like to count the number of meetings each member has attended in a rollup field in the Dues table to determine of they are eligible to vote. To vote you have to have paid your dues and attended more then 6 meetings for that year. So, filter for year and and number of meetings.The list of members comes from the members table that lists all the members.Can someone point me in the right direction. I cannot figure this out.Thanks, Scott

Without using forms, but within AirTable itself, is there any option to build anything like a flow chart, where selecting different options would show different fields to input data?For example let's assume I have an employees table. Each employee can either be employed directly or via a subcontractor - for each option I need to fill out different fields, and then for each one of them they can be in different departments, and for each department I want different fields filled out once again and so on.Is there any way to do that?

I'm a novice Airtable user trying to help create a system for my wife. I've created a base with a couple of linked tables and some basic forms to enter data.  I've just created a form using the "New Forms" feature and want to take the url and use it on an iPad to allow her to "look up" customers. When I try to open it on  the iPad I get a message I need to check my email for a magic link which opens it up on my desktop. Is there no way to view these "new forms" on an iPad. The gap between what can be done on a Mac vs an iPad in the iOS app app or via the browser on the iPad is confusing. 

Hello-I have created a field with single select options. Is it possible to create a link such that when an option is selected it will link to a new field with new sub categories? Example: Field= Clothing with  Single Select Options: Skirt, pants, suit., etc.  When "Skirt" is selected, I'd like a new subcategory further defining skirt to become available either to populate the same field or a new field ex:  mini, knee, maxi, long. Hi,I'm having trouble with Airtable displaying options off the visible screen. So far I have experienced this with automation menus (first image) and creating dropdown fields (second image). Is there a way to force these menus to only appear on the visible sections of the screen or a way to scroll these back into view?Thanks for the help.
