I’ve got two tables that I’m embedding in a Sharepoint page, using an iframe window. They work great, except that there’s some kind of splash screen showing the Airtable logo that doesn’t go away until the user mouses over it. Is there a way to disable this and have the tables load automatically without any user interaction? Here’s what it looks like before loading: Thanks for your help!

Hi I have the free Airtable version and I wondered if I could set up events with reminders in the calendar feature. I have some TV shows that I would like to be notified, a week earlier and every day after that until the date of the TV show. I was thinking of creating a base with a field for name of TV show, air date and I am not sure if I need a Field for the calendar (using the calendar is new for me and I don’t even know if I have the calendar option with the free version). Can this be done? Thank you, MK

Hi  I'm familiar with the Maps extension in AT and using it without issue but I'm interested in making the map public and embedding onto a website. I've seen some posts about this coming at some point but they date back a few years and so I suspect that's not happening anytime soon. So my question is, what is the easiest way to do this? I understand there is a Google API (Many Map API's) and also some mention of Mapbox but they both seem over complicated for my usecase. This is a very simple request of maybe 10-15 points on the map that could change every few weeks. Has anyone done this, any pointers on the easiest method ? Much appreciated  Jason 

Hey guys,I am looking for a way to help restrict access to certain bases I have in my workspace. I thought using groups was the answer, but that doesn't seem to be it as the groups still have overall workspace access and I can't seem to remove someone who's in the workspace from a base.We have our workspaces separated by the different companies in our parent company and then within each workspace is a base for the different departments. I have groups for the different departments as well that I was hoping to use to have for example the GFX department have access to only the GFX base.Does anyone know how I should be using workspaces, groups, and bases to restrict access? I feel I am using these wrong.Thanks!

When I select a lookup field in Airtable, it retrieves all the values within it, but I want to make a selection from within this lookup field, is this possible?

The Google Vision API extension offered by Airtable works well enough if one wants to retrieve labels, logos and texts from an image. However, the Google API offers other capabilities, such as tagging offensive images and, what interests me most, calculating the dominant colours of an image or suggesting cropping possibilities. The Airtable extension doesn't seem to give access to any of this.Is there something out there already that might allow me to retrieve those extra features and insert them into a field in my database ?Thanks.  

I am receiving this notice when attempting to upgrade: "We were unable to upgrade you at this time. Please refresh the page and try again. If you continue experiencing problems, please contact us."I was charged and my upgrade has not been reflected. I contacted customer service but the 1-2 TAT turned in 6 days -- no response. Any suggestions?I would think a financial ticket would be considered important. 

If I have 5 blank rows, then values 5, 10, 15, and I sort by that column, those blank rows show at the top and I would like them to show at the bottom but the 5, 10 and 15 still sorted showing at the top. Is this possible?

I am new here.How to link the following text with a URL of the corresponding record when sending html email using sendgrid.<a href="{SM}">link text</a>The above outputs blank, where as just {SM} output the url. I don't know how to hyperlink it to that text. Thank you!--I would also like to know if there is a possibility to have a button on each record when clicked the email for that record is sent to the person on the record. I have an html email that variables from that record will be used in that email. Right now, I am doing the sendgrid extension to send emails to all records in a view with a filter. Thank you!

Hi All I am in early stages of learning formula functions, and focusing on date based formulas. One thing I have noticed is that dates created from formula calculations to not seem to work with the Timeline block. Has anyone found a way to make this work? Very important for me and hoping there is a solution. Thanks, Rob

Hey guys!I am trying to move a base I created to a new workspace I created. We have Enterprise, I am set as an ADMIN, but am not the owner of the base that I made to original base on. Does anyone know if there's a setting somewhere I can change so I can move it or do I need to get the owner to move it?Thanks! 

I have table descriptions that I want to edit. I am able to use the arrows to move around within the description section (including cmd+A on mac to highlight everything) but if I want to get to a specific area by clicking, the box stops responding (and I can no longer use the arrows to move around). I need to close and reopen to be able to use the arrows. Is this the way it is supposed to function? Clicking makes more sense and would be more helpful.

Hi, I would like to print an airtable view and exclude certain columns from being printed. If I use the “hide”-function, I don’t see the columns in the table anymore, but they appear when I print them. Is there a way to exclude certain columns from getting printed?

Hi,I have a field which is multiple select in the airtable, and for one record there are 119 selections to be made. Is there a way to load them in go, than adding every single option under multiple select for that particular record. thanks

My plan says that I am over the limit on a base. When I go to my account page it says “All of your bases are within the record and attachment limits for your current plan (annual Pro)”. I am needing this fixed so that I can add new records. Specifically, I am trying to push new records from Activecampaigns to Airtable via Zapier. I realized that when the base was not updating with new contacts that there was a notification about a limit excess. Does anyone know how to fix this error? This is causing a big issue with my business.

Hello! I have created an order management app through Airtable that tracks our open orders through their entire process. We import to Airtable through a Zapier Zap from an Excel file that was exported out of our POS system. We have a master key that comes out of our POS system and it is unique to each item in every single open order (each row is an item, not an order). Once the item status has been set to "Complete" I have it set up in Airtable to move to a "Completed Items" Kanban view. We need a way for Airtable, Zapier, whichever to recognize when the item has been invoiced (paid for, left the building). When an order is invoiced it will not show up in our "Open Customer Orders" Excel export from the POS system any longer. (Makes sense, of course.) There will be no master key to map to.

Hello, I’m actually using proxies to GET/POST information into Airtable from a mobile app. Proxies use the “&field” filter, so the GET response only contains a limited number of fields in the response. This is the approach I have seen suggested around the forum to return a limited number of fields. It comes to my surprise, that if “?id=record_id” is added to a proxied endpoint, no matter what “field” filters are included in the proxy internals they are bypassed and all fields from the record are returned. With all the fields returned, there are dozens of linked records from other tables. It comes again, to my surprise, that, if any of the linked record id’s from other tables are appended to the proxied url ?id=linked_record_id, then the linked record is fully returned (with all its fields). This creates a huge security issue on my app if exploited and I have seen no documentation, com

I’m keeping track of some social media captions in my Airtable base but every time I copy and paste into Airtable I get a prompt to update saved password. It’s quite annoying to have to minimize the window each time I paste something. Is there a way to disable that pop up?
