Hi, I am currently using the delete duplicates script. However, I need to ensure it deletes the newest record or the one where I have not added a status. Is there something I can add to the script to ensure this happens? Many Thanks, Hannah

I have been using Airtable for a few years now and just recently, any forms I create with the most basic info (like First Name and Last Name) are getting flagged with this red warning image.  This is not useable as I need people to link to the form and sign up for things. There are no passwords being requested, no account numbers. Just basic name info and some drop down selections on options for working with our business.  How do I get rid of this? I already reached out to support and no reply. 

Hi, I'm getting ready to delete a table, but first I want to see all the bases and tables it's linked to. I know about the Base Schema Extension, which works to see relationships within a base but I want to know about relationships between bases as well.I believe the behavior when I delete the base will be that the linked fields will be converted to string fields, so the values won't be lost, but before I do the deletion I'd like to know all the bases and tables that will be affected.Anyone know how to find that out?

I am attempting to use my first webhook. I followed this guide: Airtable Webhooks Integration: Triggers & Automations Simplified 101 No matter what I try, I cannot get a response of any sort from my webhook URL. When I browse it directly I get a 404, of course. The automation is enabled. I have created a number of gallery views to which I've shared links & saved as bookmarks on my ipad home screen. The purpose is to have quick access to information in various categories. I prefer gallery view to grid view because it is less cluttered, less fiddely and neater, especially on a smaller screen. It works fine except for the following problems:1. The views open very slowly from the bookmarks - it may take 10-30 seconds for a view to open 2. Even though I'm logged into Airtable on my ipad, when I access the gallery views via the bookmarks I'm not3. I can't edit the records in the views (I can if I enter the airtable app and navigate around in it to each view, but it's very nitty gritty and a bit of a hassle. The whole point of doing the bookmark views was to get easy, direct access to each category of informationI've looked into settings for the links, but there were only 2 options and none were about editing. I also don't know how to fix the slowness to open. Forms

Hi, I’m tracking inventory coming in and out of my warehouse.   I have a shipment table where i enter a record in each time something gets received OR shipped out of the warehouse.   When the material is received i have a field to enter the bin location that the product gets put away to.   That field is a lookup to a linked table where I’ve entered all of the available bin locations that can be chosen.   In the bin location table I’m tracking the project name in a field next to the bin location.  That way i can look at all my bin locations and see which projects are in which locations.  We need to know how many bin locations a project are taking up at a given time.   My dilemma is when material is being shipped out of my warehouse I’d like to be able to re-enter the bin locations the material is leaving and then update the bin location table showing that that bin location is now empty.   Is there a way to do that?  The shipment table has a f

On the iPhone I have a table where each record represents a calendar event (gigs for my musical duo).  It used to be that I could an individual record, go to the Date field, and click Create Event and Airtable would create a calendar event in my iPhone's Calendar.  Now, clicking Create Event does nothing.  Is this a known problem?  Will it be fixed?  Is there a workaround?  Thanks for any help.Carl

HELLO COMMUNITY !CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH A REQUEST?I paid for an annual plan in the Business category on November 29, 2023, in the period that covered November 2023 and November 2024 and was surprised with the downgrade of my plan to free and a charge of 500 dollars of which I am unaware of the origin. because I did the payment of a editor for my base, payed a annual plan, and the airtable team block my base asking for a 2nd paying to another editor, but I had only 1 EDITOR in my base!The airtable team downlograde my plan to free, this situation is exposing my business to very serious exposure and causing me enormous losses. [AND A QUESTION, HOW THE FREE PLAN CAN HAVE 5 EDITORS? YOU PAY FOR USE THE PLAN BUSINESS, AND HAVE ONLY 1 EDITOR? ITS DONT MAKE SENSE !]

 Why change the plans to then hamstring what is already in existence? With the plan changes, the 'pro' plan that we were paying for has now been downgraded significantly. It's really annoying to be using the 'top' plan and for that plan to be degraded, and we lose functionality on our bases. They are forcing us to immediately upgrade or we can't do our work. Can't add new records. Why HALF the storage from those plans? That seems wild to me. Keep them the same at the very least. We can now get more storage, for three times the price. Or, you can keep the former 'pro' plan and only get 10gb. In what world does that make sense? There are no tiers to this setup, it's either all or nothing. And what grinds my gears more is there isn't a transition period for those who have been on the pro plan to figure this out. It's just, 'changes made, so deal with it and pay us more to use AT.' Is there a way to soften the blow for those of us who have been using pro? Or offer

how can i export my data from airtable in json format ?

Is anyone else frustrated with Airtable's lack of full base download and limited storage space for a respective paid tier?Major issues that need to be corrected:I upgraded from Free to Plus but got no warning that this tier would still leave me with storage over limit.No way to directly reach sales to switch from Plus to Pro tier for first year promo offer that I saw before upgrading.No way to do a full base download.No way to download actual attachments as part of a CSV export.No way to get a quick overview of attachments by file size to find the top resource hogs and delete them.I get that any service wants to lock you into their service and features but this feels overly manipulative.  Anyone have any luck with getting any sort of timely response from their sales and/or support?

Hey guys, Is 2GB files the most I can upload, or that’s just the maximum amount of files that can be stored in one base? If I delete that record/file, will I free my space, or that’s just the maximum I can upload, no matter if I delete files or not. Thanks

Hey ATeam, My base is synced with an online app to schedule and send content to whatsapp groups. the app that i work with has a limit of 2MB per upload file. so Im limited and looking for an option to compress attachments based on their file size which the general rule is that the file could not exceed 2MB. Ill be happy to get any thoughts or ideas on how to resolve that, an be able to compress files that are larger that 2MB. using automations, scripts or extension or any other Idea that you might have. Thanks 🙂 

Hello I have found a way to export a tabel to google sheets. The only problem I have is the attachmet. When I open the file in Google Sheet I can see a kind of Link in the attachmet-field. That's not what I want. I want to see the real images here. Is ther an other way to export from Airtable to Google sheets including real picturesthanks

Hello,I am assessing Airtable as a method to store data that will be used to control a contact centre system.This system will use REST API calls to retrieve data in JSON format.This works ok but I am a bit confused about the Checkbox record type, which seems to be a boolean type, does not act as such for API queries.If the Checkbox is ticked the JSON response contains the filed name and a value of true. If the Checkbox is not ticked the JSON response does not contain the field name. My expectation would be that the JSON response should contain the field name and a value of false.Not having this will cause the parsing of the JSON response to be more complex than I would like. I will have to code for the key:value pair being missing rather than a simple true/false situation.Is there any reason for this working the way it does? How have others coped with this design quirk? 

For the last couple of weeks, we've been running into an issue when attempting to scroll down stacks in Kanban views.  The view will not scroll when using the mouse scroll wheel or when clicking the scrollbar.  It happens at random times, too, with no noticeable pattern.This is happening with multiple users and multiple Kanban views so it doesn't appear to be an isolated issue.On a related note — at the same time that this issue started, we also noticed another issue where it takes much longer to scroll down stacks that are of considerable length (i.e. hundreds of records).  This was never an issue up until a couple of weeks ago.Is this a known bug that is being fixed?

Hi, I wonder about how to setup my base for the following?I have a simple Table with a series of records, and each record has a 'SPECIFICATION' field (basically a "YES" / "NO") indicating if we have the spec. for this item:I would just like to somehow summarize if *ANY* of the records there have a "NO" in them? I don't need a count or anything like that, just a flag or note or something to say if ANY items are incomplete? Is this possible somehow? Can I show this another 'Summary' Table in some manner?thanks for any suggestions!@Ed12_p_may

I have a list of elements in a single table I want to be able to demonstrate many-to-many relationships between them. I created a linked record to select elements, but it doesn't update in the record for the selected elements. How do I get it to appear in both places?In the screenshot below, when I link "Element A" to "Element B" and "Element C", I want "Element A" to populate in "Element B" and "Element C" records too.But "Element C" also needs to link to "Element A" and "Element D" and "Element D" needs to link to "Element E".How do I set up this kind of relationship within a single table? 

I guess this related to an integration, but it's not an integration-specific question. We have records that typically accompany a unique number. Sometimes, we will have a record that doesn't have a number. To identify them as records where we've thoughtfully considered them to be records associated with no number, we want to use 0000 as the default, where a single 0 might mean we just forgot to enter the appropriate number. I'm using a Number field currently -- and I think the field needs to be a number field for the integration. Is there a way to get a Number field to display 0000 instead of 0? 

Hi everyone, I’m a big fan of Airtable, but its lack of a spelling/grammar checker is causing me some grief. Grammarly (Chrome extension) would seem to be the perfect answer. However, it doesn’t work. At all. This is weird because it works well on other sites with text input fields - including, incidentally this community site (I can see Grammarly flagging errors in this as I type :slightly_smiling_face: ). Does anyone know a way of getting Grammarly to work on Airtable Grid view fields or indeed another solution? Thanks!

Hi all,I am using a Matix extension.  How would a user search for a value in the matrix?Using Control F only shows (and highlights) matching values that are visible on the screen (even if the value exists, but not visible on screen).Any ideas?  I recall a chrome extension that may help but have to search.Thanks,Paul
