Hey guys,I am trying to find a way to relink Personnel records on a base with synced tabled from 2 different bases in order to limit interface views off Airtable accountsBase Personnel - All Personnel info including airtable account using the User Field typeBase Project Tracker - Overall project information including Personnel like producers linked to record on a synced table from the Personnel base. Airtable accounts are a lookup field.Base Asset Tracker - Synced to Project Tracker to assign assets, pulls over information like producers. Also synced to Personnel base to assign assets to people. The synced Project table on the asset tracker currently pulls over the producer information but obviously as a single test field with the producers in a string out. Obviously I can't change the field type to relink to the Personnel synced tab

Hi !I have the team plan, previously plus, with the bonus payment of 10usd per collaborator per month.If I add a new collaborator, will I still maintain that price? Or will I start paying 20usd per collaborator per month?Thank you.

Hello all My script below, looks through records in a table to find any records that have a field value that matches the record that kicked-off the script (automation) when a button was clicked. The field used for the condition is a Single Line Text field (Tracker Cycle ID). The actual value being compared is passed into the script via input.config (matchCycleID).  I do not get an error but the script does not work as intended and the script editor tells me "This condition will always return 'false' since the types 'string' and '{ readonly matchCycleID: string; }' have no overlap.(2367)".  I would assume the value of the field being passed into the script via input.config is a different type of 'string' than the value in the record being compared (record.getCellValueAsString('Tracker Cycle ID')). &nbsp

Hello AllI send automated SMS to a list of contacts that is present into another table with the lookup function.My problem is the phone numbers are displayed with a coma as a separator (see picture below) and my sms provider does not recognise it. I would need to have  semicolons instead of commas Can you please help me with the syntax in case I would have some formula / rollup ?thank you 

Hello,I, like many here in the AirTable forums, have dealt with seemingly "random" file deletions. One of the issues with this bug is that it is often sporadic. However, I have recently refactored one of my cloud processes that processes data from a record, generates a data file (application/json type) and puts it back into the record. I have a consistent set of records that I can run this process on, and I can literally watch my process write in all of the files, and then anywhere from 1-20 seconds later I see the files deleted  realtime! I know that my code is doing nothing to actually delete the files, and you can even tell from the record history that something is awry because the original file write is by our "Software" user and it specifies the Users token, and then the deletion is also done by the "Software" user but no token is specified (see attached screenshot). I feel confident that I have no old API key based processes that would be doing this action. 

Hello community!I have a problem, which I've been unable to resolve myself.I have two different tables, of which one table contains different entrees (table 1), which get combined in the other table in groups (table 2).Now, in the first table (table 1) with different entrees all entrees have a name connected to it.But in the other table (table 2) that groups these entrees the name should also be shown (rollup from table 1).Now the problem is that the groups of tables exists mainly from entrees with the same name. And if I show the name through rollup, I see the name many times, not just one time. I would like to only show the name once if the entrees all contain the same name.Hope my explanation is clear.Does anyone know how to do this?

The Team plan is $20 per seat/month billed annually. Does the "per seat" mean users? So if we have 10 editors, it'll be $200 per month? But the plan also says it includes unlimited editors. It's very confusing...

I often copy data from several fields at once, so I need to use a horizontal scroll to select all the data, which is not really user-friendly. That’s why I thought maybe it’s possible to create a button field that copies data from some fields of the same row and sends it to the clipboard. I did some research and figured out it can’t be made with built-in Airtable features. I guess custom scripting may help, but I’m not familiar with JS, so I have no idea where to start or if it’ll even work:sweat_smile: Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Community, I am attempting to develop a QC DB for my international QC inspectors, in my dept we manage over 18,000 unique item id’s manufactured by over 400 factories, in 20 different countries . I keep a list of Item IDs and Factory IDs on a source of truth database which I have synced to my prototype inspection DB. For Simplicity Sake, these two tables, within source of truth DB, are as follow, Item IDs Table Primary Field( ITEM IDS) Secondary Field(Factory IDs-linked to Factory IDs table) Factory IDs Table Primary Field(Factory IDs) Secondary Field(Item IDs-linked to item IDs table) Within my inspection database, I’ve created 2 linked fields within the inspection table. Hi guys, I have created a "date field". 3:19 pm is my current time, but once I had it created, it showed the wrong time - 12:00am, I tried to click "use the same time zone for all collaborators> GMT/UTC", but the time was still wrong. I don't understand which step I had made wrong.

Anyone found a way to control the font size on Print View?

Hi there, I'm having issues with formatting when pulling data from Airtable into Formstack Documents (integration via Zapier). Detailed explanation below.The Profile field in Airtable has a large body of text and is formatted with line spacing between each paragraph. However, when I create a document merge via Zapier into Formstack, the formatting is gone in the merged PDF. All the other content in the document is fine as it's part of the PDF template, whereas this Profile section is dynamic so it must be pulled from Airtable. Other fields are pulled from Airtable, but they usually only go over one line so I haven't noticed any line spacing issues.I'm not sure if this needs to be resolved via Formstack itself, or if it's the way I've set up the PDF template in Adobe Acrobat. Or perhaps something else entirely.Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Hi there -- I'm using Airtable to build a database of jounalists on Meta's Threads. The form primary creates a new record in the Journalists table, but I'd like to use the same form to add new records in the other three when necessasry -- i.e. if someone works for a publication that isn't listed.Is this possible? With apologies if this has been answered before -- I did a search around but couldn't see anything relevant.CheersDave

I’m trying to automate an order ID. So when a new row is added, it is given an automatic ID. The existing ID from pre-AirTable looks like: LS000000 E.g. LS and then six zeros. The first order should look like LS000001, the next order like LS000002 etc Currently I use: Field 1 - AutoNumber (AutoID) Field 2 - Formula = CONCATENATE(“LS00”, (AutoID)) Which gives LS001, LS002 etc. It looks right when we get to LS001000 e.g. all 6 digits now present. Any ideas how to force the six zeros from the start?

I have a co-worker who can't "star" any bases on his homepage to favorite them. He can star the one workspace he has, but not the bases. When you hover over the base, the greyed-out star isn't there. When you click the three dots, there is no option there to "star." He has creator permissions for the workspace. What am I missing?

Hoping for some expert guidance on this approach building a reference Table to our BOX folders. AirTable created based on a BOX file report. Zapier BOX Find by filename is working. Import of text fields works as expected. looking for assistance on how to capture a “thumbnail” image (.png 94x94) in an attachment field. Is there a way through Zapier to pull and populate an attachment? I may be jumping too far ahead, but would this require an automation/scripting block using GET? developer.box.com

I use the Mac Os App and I'm used to have several windows for several bases/interfaces open at the same time but, for a few days now, I can't do it anymore. The option in the "File" menu of the app is unavailable and I have no idea why. I tried to uninstall/reinstall the app and it's still the same...Anyone have the same problem ? If you pay for a Team Plan for your Workspace and another person adds you as a Collaborator to a Base they own (and they also pay for a Team Plan), are they charged for you as a Billable Collaborator too?

Hey Community, i have created a Base for placing Orders. Next step was to create a Formular for easyer placing a Order for everyone.  CheckI have a Question. I would like, when someone start to place a Order wirt Formular an check/select one Field/option (like "oversea" ) that a Explanation pops and show a long Text (like "Please place this and take this and after thant send email to yada yada yada thanks") Some kind of "how to" before he submit the Order to Base.Maybe is posible to define some Text chunks and display them in some sorf ot IF-THEN when different Fields/Options are selected.Thanks for any ideas or advice!

The goal is to visualize two categories, "With Tape" and "Without Tape," based on a "product_title" field.Vega-Lite Code: Screenshot attached. Issue: Despite trying various configurations, the visualization is not rendering. I have attempted simplifying the code, but no luck so far.Question: Is there anything specific to consider when using Vega-Lite within Airtable? Hey All, I built an Airtable base for a consulting client and their flow relies heavily on being able to print information from Airtable. I set them up with 6 separate Page Designer extensions for them to do so. They're having a consistent problem when trying to print a custom size paper.- it jams in the printer every single time. They've tried it on multiple printers and had their printer tech review as well. They're not having any issues printing when the page is a typical 8x11in size. The size dimensions for the custom page is 545x545 px and I've set the printing size also to 545x545px. When they try to print this page as an 8x11 it does print and there's no issue except that the content is only at the top of the page and they already have custom size printer paper they want to print on (not print and cut each page). Can anyone see why this may be happening? I've run out of all printing thoughts and they're a remote team, so I can't
