In our base, I have plenty of users who don’t utilize the Personal View setting, so our view list is getting cluttered with dozens and dozens of views that otherwise could be filtered out. Many views look like this but are public: " Basic View - Jordan"
I think a great suggestion would be one of the following:
Workspace Owners would have the right to make a view a personal view AND assign the views ownership to an individual.
Folders for Views to help keep views organized by teams that use them

We have a lot of bases in our workspace it would be great if workspaces supported groups. So you could group your bases in the same workspace.

Hi It would really nice to be able to invite guest collaborators for bases that you didn’t need to pay for. I like the Slack model where every member has 5 free guests to add in one channel. Maybe you could do the same so that every paying workspace collaborator has 5 guests to invite. The guest could only have access to one base and if gain access to more than one they would be billed for. Rigth now when you have to collaborate with people outside your team you have to move a base to a free workspace. And can understand why Airtable choose to do this but maybe guest access could be a way in between.

Hi, We create a lot of views in our Airtable to share with clients, but all these views have to be deleted after a while. It’s a long list of views, and manually deleting each one is a very long and inconvenient process. Instead of going through the whole views list, clicking a view, deleting it, and doing that over and over – isn’t there any way to do this in bulk, or just quicker? I’ve checked the API docs and find nothing on handling views, so I’m afraid I’m out of luck there too? Anyone got any ideas?

What is the proposed idea/solution? I love using Airtable for work, but find that there are many personal applications as well. Instead of paying $20 a month for a "Team" plan for just myself, which is excessive, I wish there was an "Individual" plan. It would have similar limitations to the free tier, but unlock: 10,000 records per base 2 gb attachment space per base 3 month revision history Expanded color and formatting 1,000 automations per month This would all cost around $5 USD a month How does is solve the user problems? This allows for expanded functionality of Airtable for personal use, capturing a new market segment, while not offering too many features to eat into the sales of "Team" subscriptions. It would help personal organization with more colors, more automations, and more safety from accidental deletions without being excessive like the Team plan How was this validated? This idea has not been validated further than my own use cases and desires. It seems like a reasonable missing pricing tier though that could be a win-win, giving users more functionality while also not adding too much overhead in terms of cost for Airtable Who is the target audience? Individual, personal users

EDITED - What I really meant is the comments section on an individual record. I have found that the notes section works really well to keep tabs on what is going on with a task because it date stamps them, and I can quickly scroll back through if I get confused or need reminding on something, and sometimes I want to clue in other people about something, so I @ them, but then it automatically marks them as “watching” that record. And I don’t want them to get continuous notifications every time I make a note if it doesn’t relate to them. I could ask them to “unwatch” the record, but that just adds in another annoying step that I wish I could take care of my end as the main owner of the bases for my projects/team, and then I might want to direct another comment at them, in which case they would be marked as “watching” the record again. If they are getting continuous notifications that don’t relate to them, it will make it into a “boy who cried wolf” type of situation. They will be less likely to pass attention to them, and might miss a note that really is important for them to read and follow up on.

Current, if we have base read-only collaborators, the only way to view this list would be on the individual base. There is not a way to view an entire list of all read-only collaborators within the workspace. The workspace list will only show you the billable collaborators. However if you have lots of bases (what Airtable would want presumably) there is no way to view a report of who can view your bases. This is a potential security issue. For example, we had an employee leave, but they remained a read-only collaborator. Since we have no easy way to review all our bases, they remained on a base that was missed. It’s an administrative burden to go search each base. Please add some kind of additional reporting on this.

A good feature would be a simple alphabetical sort option on workspaces to organize the bases alphabetically. Am I missing that feature?

I have a base that is shared with a larger team, but there are some views that I only want sub-groups to have access to. Right now, my only options are Collaborative View (anyone shared can see and edit), Personal View (only visible to me and editable by me), or Locked View (anyone shared can see, but no one else can configure). I’ve noticed that you can have field-level permission such that a group of specific users can edit and/or configure. I would like to have the same ability for Views. For example… View A - Full Collaborative View (15 people) View B - Visible and editable by only 3 people (12 people don’t have access to that view) View C - Visible and editable by a different set of 4 people (11 people don’t have access) Thanks, Eliza
