Hi there, It would be great if there’s a way to sync the date selections for filter elements or have one filter element that selects date filters for multiple data sources. I’m building a reporting interface where I want to allow my users to select dates to view records for. The reporting elements are scattered across a few different tables, and reporting on different data, so I’ve had to create 4-5 different date picker filter elements to accommodate. Right now there is a lot of blank space on the main page where you view your teams and bases. Since it’s entirely vertical there is a ton of dead space on the left and right, but almost as much between each team. Right now it looks like this (red zones are just dead space): I would love to see this decreased so more is visible. I have half a dozen teams and even on a 27" monitor I can only see 3 at a time. Decreasing this space would be great, but even better would be allowing two teams side by side (like a grid) so the dead space is utilized and you can see more of your teams at once. This is not an issue of sort, but not completely expected, so I just wanted to mention here in case something that Airtable cares ponder on further. When lookup up source record (from within the linked table) - the window shows visible fields as defined by the 1st (top most) view defined in the source (main) table. Let’s say I have 2 tables, table A is linked to table B. In table A (my main table) I have 2 views created, the 1st view has 200 hidden fields and the 2nd view has 100 hidden fields. The record in Table A is linked to Table B via a field. I go in table A and open that 2nd view in Table A (with 100 hidden fields) and then jump to my linked table B where I open the linked record - I get window that looks like this: The number of hidden fields is determined by the 1st (top most) view defined in the source (main table A) and that is regardless of what view I have currently open in my table A. I would have expected the number of fields (see the picture) to be determined by the number of hidden fields in the view I have currently opened in the source (main) table). Allow changing the view filter of a lookup when selecting the record. Sometimes I filter the lookup and on a different view I need the filter to be different. So either allow different filters per view, or allow user to directly change filter on the record selection view. ... View more

I have a simple feature request. At the moment the keyboard shortcut to access the Filter menu is Ctrl-Shift-F. I would like Ctrl-Alt-F added to open the Filter menu with the current selected column as the field to filter by. It cuts out a step. ... View more

When we were using Microsoft Access it had really simple Design View interface on a table to manage the table structure, ordering fields, adding new fields, setting the datatype etc. I’m not looking for all the same functionality but I’m reminded of it when using Airtable managing views on field-heavy tables. Managing the fields on these tables via the Hide Fields dropdown menu is slow and clumsy and my browser freezes when I’m pulling fields up/down the list. With the table view sprawling horizontally there’s too much lateral scrolling for what should be such a simple operation. The multi-select feature for fields made a bit of a difference, but being able to view the fields in a way that better utilises screen area would be a bit improvement for me. I would love to see a dedicated design view for an Airtable View. I’d take that over the Hide Fields menu any day! ... View more
