I want to show a shared table view with shared table view link at the office on a TV in Kiosk mode. I have a Raspberry Pi running a browser in Kiosk mode to power the TV. Here’s the question: does the shared view auto-update itself? If I just leave running on TV, and then edit some info in my computer, are those edits reflected on the TV? I guess I could hack the browser to automatically refresh itself, but it would be more convenient if the shared links already worked like that :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi, using the Free version I'm trying to import a  15MB Excel sheet into an existing base with four tables (3-6 records per table) but I get the following message:"testfile.xlsx exceeds maximum allowed size of 5 MB"I assume this is a limit of the Free version? If so; what are the filesize limits of Team and Business versions?

Hello. I'm struggling to find a way to combine the contents of several Multiple Select field into a new field, while retaining the value and color for each entry. Here's a stripped down version of what I'm trying to do: I've got 4 separate multiple select field, each with their own set of options. The field called "Combined Types (Manual)" shows what I want the output to be. How can I aggregate all that data while retaining the color coding for each one? Thanks a lot.  

Hi, I had a question about comment notifications within interfaces. I have a base with a few interfaces all centered around records in one table. Each interface is accessible to a different user group - when one user group @s someone in a different user group - will it email that user if they don't have access to the interface that the original user commented on? and similarly, if they do get an email notification, where will the link take them when they click it?  Thank you!

  One of my bases mentions "Over Limits · 30 days left" / This base has gone over the record limit. To keep adding records, upgrade your workspace.I sill can add new records... what will it happen now?Do i have 30 days to remove or to move records out of the base?

I have an automation that is triggered when a user clicks a button in an interface. The automation is current set to simply create a new record in the underlying table, and fill in three fields:user = should be the Name of the user who clicked the button. This is a "User" or "Collaborator" field in the underlying table. I am using API calls to read information in a Airtable Base and bring in values into Excel.I only have one person as a Collaborator in airtable but multiple people have a copy of the Excel sheet in my team that use the sheet and its associated calls but they are not registered with Airtable.I am on a free plan but I see that my Monthly API calls are over the 1000 person limit. I plan to upgrade to the Teams plan with will give me 100,000 calls but my question was if I do so do I need everyone who uses my Excel sheet added as a collaborator just because the sheet they have has the API calls?

I have a base with a large table, nearly 100k records, which contains a field that we'll call "Invoice #" which should ideally be unique. Over time records have been added which use the same invoice number, and this happens through form submissions as well, so what I'm looking for is the best way to immediately and automatically flag those records as duplicates.What I'm hoping for is a formula that can do this, populating a value of "Duplicate" or "Unique" depending on what it finds, which I can then use to trigger an automation email alert if a record ever gets updated to show "Duplicate" in that field.Unique IDInvoice #Duplicate? "Projects" which is a list of projects.  Each record in "Project" can only have one client.When a new record is created in the "Project" table,  the user selects a linked client record from "Sync"  then there are lookup fields that auto-populate with fields like Account Executive, Partner, and other client information.So far that works just fine.I have created an interface with a list of records from the "Project" table.   I want to set a filter on the interface so that the only records displayed for the user are the ones where "Account Executive"= Current User.However, when I create the filter,  "Current User" is not an option.    Strangely, when I create another test field in the Projects table called "Test User" (User field type), I AM able to use that field as a filter and "Curre

Hey guys,I am trying to build an automation that finds a contact's record from an To recipients email address from a Outlook: When a new email is received trigger. This works when there's only 1 recipient, but when there's multiple it isn't able to find the contacts with the associated email address. This thread was helpful to pull the first email address from the string when I send the email address to a field and then parse out: https://community.airtable.com/t5/other-questions/extracting-first-email-in-a-field-with-multiple-emails/td-p/48020But my team wants to have all contacts listed on these interactions. Does anyone know how to get airtable natively (we can't use zaiper) to search for multiple email addresses from one field?Thanks!

I'm re-inventing the wheel and mine is currently square. Is there anyone here who can help on how best to map product availability?My use case is translation rights -  where a manuscript which can be sold across territories (~60), languages (~50) and formats (~5) e.g. 'BOOKTITLE' sold to North American ex Canada, English, Print or perhaps World-German-Audio. Can be re-sold on expiry.What is the best way to capture this without bloat? I think there's a bug in the Interface Calendar page.There are 2 different settings: Label, Fields - which I think were mixed lately.The record label shows the fields names that are selected in the Fields setting instead of the Label setting.In the attached screenshot you can see that I only have 1 field selected as a Label, but the actual record label is the set of fields from the Fields setting (8 fields). Can anyone confirm?  

Hi there,I'm working on a Table where I input weekly sales figures and each Monday of every week. The columns are as follows: Sales > Shows (Linked Records to another Table) > Date.Ideally, I'd like an automation to run to create say 30 new records with the date and Shows populated. This format stays the same every week, it's just that I want to remove the need to copy and paste, creating these from scratch every Monday, so all I need to do is enter the sales figures.Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

I have tried the solution suggested in: Solved: Exclude Duplicate/Repeating Values via Lookup or R... - Airtable Community. by  @kuovonne. Which stated: Create a rollup field that rolls up the multi-select field. Set the formula to values. Save the rollup field.Convert the rollup field to a lookup field. Notice that the lookup will be formatted as plain text instead of the usual pill format.Create a new formula field that refers to the lookup field (that used to be a rollup) and use the formula ARRAYJOIN(ARRAYUNIQUE(ARRAYFLATTEN({lookup field})), ", ")But this does not seem to work for me, as converting the rollup back to a lookup, changes the formatting back to pi lls.In the screenshot provided you can see the formula I am using, as well as both the rollup and lookup field. Okay, a bit of context for clarity.I have a base that I am using for tracking inventory. We send out the packages of items. Sometimes we have some of the items in stock, and sometimes we need to order more before the package is sent. I am using an interface that lets the end user select the items that they want to add to the package. Then they have the option to click a button to trigger an automation.The automation looks in the table and finds all items with a check box. Then, using a repeating group, it send the relvant infromation for each item to Make via a webhook. Make then checks to see if the qty needed is less than or equal to the qty in inventory. If it is, Make creates a new record in an Inventory Change Log table to remove that qty of items from the Inventory table. The problem I am facing is if two items with the same name are sent at the same time, the webhooks are sent to make faster than make can process through them.For instance:Say I have 1 trashcan left in stock

Is there a way I can export my airtable base to firebase without having to pay a fee? I tried using Rowy, but that needs an API and airtable doesn't allow that anymore.Then I tried to set up an automation to google docs within airtable, but to create a google doc requires a paid account.I don't want to continually sync data, just a one time export so that I can use the data in another way from firebase.How do I get my data out?!! 

I have a public (password protected) interface gallery view. It contains embedded cards.  With this password, I want people to be able to open the cards within each gallery item. Currently, without an account, you can see the interface gallery and navigate within it but you can't open any of the cards. Is there a way to publicly drill into an interface in the public view? Hi all! First time poster, hoping someone can explain to me why I cannot figure this out based on my lurking on other threads.I have a table (below) tracking information about tours we coordinate. We track the Presenters on each tour and a count field, so I can sum the total number of presenters across all our tours. However, I want to get the number of UNIQUE presenters across all the tours. e.g. if Vivaldi's Four Seasons and Romeo & Juliet both have "Shire of Cue" as a Presenter, how can I make sure it only gets counted once?To make matter more complicated, I'm hoping to have this unique count number be on the same table as the rest of the information, because otherwise I can't access it easily when building a dashboard interface.Appreciate any and all suggestions!

I have a view of all the tasks assigned this week grouped by the main assignee. I have now added a another user field called support and I'm looking for a way to group by if the person is the main assignee or the support so I can see all the tasks they need to be working on, not just the ones they are the main POC on.Is there a way to do this? I figure it's with a formula but I can't figure it out. I know I could do this with individual views filtered by if assignee is X person OR support is X person, but I want to be able to see all the tasks for all the people in 1 view.

Hello! I am new to creating formulas in Airtable, and therefore need help creating a total count field based on multiple selections. What I want to have is the top items ordered (maybe top 15 items) and show which employees have ordered that item. I've created an Interface but it currently shows ALL the items and I haven't figured out a way to display only the highest totals of items. Also, I need to have a filter where when the item has the majority of the same words, it combines those two items together as one item (we did a "sale" so some items have a "25% off" in front of the item name).    Please help! 

I have a base with a table: Scores that has 2 fields in it. Field 1: TeamName, Field 2: QuizScoreWhat I would like to accomplish is to generate a leaderboard where the Average QuizScore per TeamName is displayed. There may be several TeamName records with differing QuizScores.  I do not want to show the detail records in the Interface. Just the summary records. I'm not sure the best way to do this. I managed to link to table: AvgScores, where I calculate the average. But, I cannot figure out how to do an animation, where when a new record is added to Scores, how to I update AvgScores. The TeamName is created in another application, so, I can control how it is spelled/formatted. So, I can match a field in AvgScores. But, I can't figure out how to do that either. I'm an old SQL hack...

They don't access airtable but interact with data through softr. For assessments I would like then to be able to edit all records more like a spreadsheet way,vseeing 20 records for 20 students for example and being able to grade them all without having to edit record one by one as they could do with an airtable access m is there any way, platform, existing I did this ?I’m designing teacher portals using Softr, where teachers interact with data through Softr rather than accessing Airtable directly.For assessments, I’d like teachers to have a spreadsheet-style view, allowing them to see multiple records at once (for example, 20 students' records) and enter grades efficiently across all records without needing to edit each one individually.
