I am using Airtable to create an advanced social media calendar. It is used to manage 150 social media accounts - each account corresponds to a specific university.A student submits a form with pictures and a caption that they would like to have posted on their schools account. When the form is submitted, a record is created in Airtable. All records for all schools go into the same Table and are tagged with the school on which the content should be posted via a linked record. There is a second table that has the list of all of the schools.I would like to create a function or automation that assigns each record with a date and time to be posted. Each school instagram account can only post 5 records per day - for example one at 10am, one at 12pm, one at 2pm, one at 4pm, and one at 6pm. The function should be able to assign each record with the next available posting slot for that school. The posting times should also be determined per school, via the list of the schools

Hi all,I find it very strange that whenever I'm using the Gmail integration to send emails, when being received by the recipient it doesn't come up my name, instead it comes up the email address as the senderAnd when configuring the Send Gmail Action I don't see a field for "From"has anyone else accounted this problem?or know ow to solve it?Thanks

Good day.Looking to add to an existing form where we can rate each proficiency without having to create a field for every proficiency like this.  Typically, yes, there'd be a field for each proficiency with a single select, but does anyone know if there's a native Airtable way of doing the below?miniExtensions isn't an option right now. Thanks

I was trying to set up an automation that after 5 minutes of a scheduled date and time in a record email the person of the record but I can't find that option in the automation list.

Hi All! For the Gantt Chart view, does anyone know if there's a way to have airtable automatically adjust all dependent task start dates when the predecessor task is moved up (backward in time)?  I see that airtable automatically pushes out all dependent tasks automatically if a predecessor task is delayed (this is great!) but if a task duration is shortened or end date is moved back, all of the dependent tasks stay exactly where they are. Is there a setting or bit of automation I can add to enable automatic date adjustments in both directions?  This seems like a very basic feature for Gantt charts and doesn't quite make sense to have it only for updates in one direction but not the other! Jack

I have 2 tables (Table 1 and Table 2) in a base (Base B). I have created 2 automations, the second one is not working.The records are created in Base A - Table 0 and synced to Base B - Table 1, so Table 1 is a synced table. The first automation works: When a record enters Table 1 (view X), a record is created in Table 2. The second automation doesn't work: when a record is updated in Table 1 (view X, all fields), update the record in Table 2The error is: The record does not exist. I wonder whether the problem is the fact that its a synced record. The record IDs in Tables 1 and 2 are exactly the same, but Table 0 shows a different one.Would anyone know how to fixt it? Thank you in advance. 

I have a formula field containing NOW() and nothing else. The field is showing the wrong time. Right now it's 3:02 a.m. in the desired time zone (Eastern Daylight Time), but the field shows 2:59 a.m. I've attached a screenshot showing the difference between the displayed time and my computer clock.Weirdly, when I first set it up but hadn't yet changed the time zone from GMT, it was 2:59 a.m. but the field showed 6:03 a.m.Is this a known bug? I need this field to calculate the difference between when an item is due and the current time (that is, how many days/hours until it's due), and the time does need to be accurate to the minute.

I highly suggest adding Multi-Trigger capabilities to Automations. This would enable users to require multiple Trigger rules to take place in order for an action to run. To optimize this functionality, users should have the option to run their automations in three ways: Only if ALL trigger rules are true If ANY trigger rules are true If custom formula is true (i.e.: IF TriggerA and Trigger B are true, OR IF Trigger A is true and Trigger B is false…)

We are currently using Airtable with WATI. We aim to streamline data collection, particularly about crop information and pricing. I'm trying to score based on a percentage another field is calculating.If Profitability is greater than 0%, score 2.If Profitability is between -5% and 0%, score 1.If Profitability is less than -5%, score 0.I can get it to work for greater than 0% and for less than -5% but it won't score the percentages less than -5%. I've tried at least 4 variations on this and can't get it right. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I am using softr as my front end for airtable. I have about 200 users on softr, and I want each user to be able to see their overall "performance" metrics for themselves only on softr. I don't like the data visualization tools on softr as much as airtable. Is there a way to specialize the airtable embed interfaces so it filters the data to only be the email of the person logged in on softr?

Revenue = Quantity * Price7496.90 = 150 * 49.98Why is the number rounding up to 7497.00????Another Example: $205.80 = 25 * $8.23The value I get in my Revenue Cell is rounded down to $205.75.Here is the revenue formula vs. what it should be. The numbers are rounding weirdly.  

We are a publishing company and we publish individual pieces of content on multiple dates.  I have a different sheet that I'd like to have all of those dates be put together into 1 cell (see attached). Is there a way to do that so that if I fill in a date in the "Publish Date 1", "Publish Date 2", etc. cells, that it will automatically add them into the column on the far right that is referencing another sheet?  I did it manually in the attached screenshot just to show what I would like to happen. Hi there, I am trying to use an automation with the following setup : Trigger : When a record is created (in Table 1) Action 1 : Find record (in Table 2), where Name = Field 1 from Trigger Action 2 : Update record (in Table 1), with Record ID = Airtable Record ID from Trigger In this action 2, I am trying to update several fields using field values from Action 1. However, I noticed that the automation is only working when ALL fields from Action 1 used in Action 2 are not empty. If at least one of these fields is empty, the automation will fail with the following error message : Failed to construct the value for “Fields”. I suspect that the Find Record action only bring fields with non empty data and ignore the others. Is it the expected behaviour ? Any workaround that doesn’t involve creating a formula field for each field that I am trying to get the value from in Ac

It is impossible to communicate with the support team because requests can not be sent. Even though your API does not work, and I do not have any channel to communicate with   

I’m using your API to upload attachments.While simple requests work fine, when I try to send real files, the API responds with a 404 error. This makes it difficult to debug the issue.

Hi I have two fields ie a created time field and a formula field for the time field. I have an issue with time displayed in the formula field. Hello airtable enthusiasts,I was wondering if anyone here has tried documenting airtable automations. I have a bunch of automations that use airtable blocks and sometimes even use the airtable scripts. I want to do a step by step documentation of what the the script does in a separate file for future reference. Is it possible using airtable? Alternatively does airtable AI help with it? If not, are there any other tools that help with the documentation process? Thanks
