I’m going to presume the answer is “no”, but is there really no way to wrap the text (esp title text) of a card when presented in kanban or gallery view? Has anyone found the CSS rules that can be changed in Developer Tools, perhaps?

I’d appreciate any suggestions on:Optimized duplicate detection and deletion methods that can handle large data volumes quickly and efficiently, potentially in batch processing.Alternative automations or built-in Airtable solutions that would automatically identify duplicates at the point of import, or shortly thereafter, to help with overall processing speed and accuracy.If anyone has successfully managed similar high-volume imports or has insights on achieving faster processing, I’d be grateful for your advice

Hello,I'm looking for a task list where I can set interval dates for a task and then have the base automation send an email reminder every so often to the individual to complete the task.  Or instead (in addition) have a dashboard where this data could be displayed in some capacity (perhaps filtered and sorted by job tasks that are overdue).I also want the user to be able to log in and check when they completed the task for a certain date.Let me know if you have any advice on this! Thank you!

Hey, I want to set up an automation, that will be triggered when the form is submitted and it will send the filled-out information to make.com so I can then use the submitted data in make.com. I couldn't find make.com in the supported apps that are available when setting up automation in Airtable. I also couldn't find the option to create a custom webhook. I saw that some people did it in the community, but I couldn't find how. So, Is there a way to create automation that sends submitted information from airtable to make.com triggered when the form is submitted? 

If a record is updated it would be awesome to sent the data to a webhook url. How would you do that?

I have created a form to collect input into my airtable, and have it embedded in a webpage vis iframe. Form loads and works fine, but the input fields are displayed in a narrow column down centre of page, rather than loading edge-to edge in the browser window. On moble, this makes the form look very small/unusabel. Is possible to zoom in but I’d much prefer the form loads so that the columns of input fields is displayed at max size in the available browser window. I’ve tried both with and without header graphic in the form, and have specified 100% width for the iframe. Anyone got some ideas what else to try to force load my Airtable form at max width?

Hi Airtable gurus,I am trying to create an automation that will locate a specifc record based on the record ID then update the Status field.It would look like this:Trigger: When a webhook is received (an invoice is paid in Stripe) I actually have the webook createdEvent: 1. Locate record (the appointment record that was created based on a Calendly appointment creation), 2. Update that record to reflect that the invoice for that appointment was PAIDI feel like I am close to getting the automation to work, but I can't figure out how to find that appointment record based on the record ID. Any help would be so appreciated! 

I want to show a shared table view with shared table view link at the office on a TV in Kiosk mode. I have a Raspberry Pi running a browser in Kiosk mode to power the TV. Here’s the question: does the shared view auto-update itself? If I just leave running on TV, and then edit some info in my computer, are those edits reflected on the TV? I guess I could hack the browser to automatically refresh itself, but it would be more convenient if the shared links already worked like that :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi, using the Free version I'm trying to import a  15MB Excel sheet into an existing base with four tables (3-6 records per table) but I get the following message:"testfile.xlsx exceeds maximum allowed size of 5 MB"I assume this is a limit of the Free version? If so; what are the filesize limits of Team and Business versions?

Hello. I'm struggling to find a way to combine the contents of several Multiple Select field into a new field, while retaining the value and color for each entry. Here's a stripped down version of what I'm trying to do: I've got 4 separate multiple select field, each with their own set of options. The field called "Combined Types (Manual)" shows what I want the output to be. How can I aggregate all that data while retaining the color coding for each one? Thanks a lot.  

Hi, I had a question about comment notifications within interfaces. I have a base with a few interfaces all centered around records in one table. Each interface is accessible to a different user group - when one user group @s someone in a different user group - will it email that user if they don't have access to the interface that the original user commented on? and similarly, if they do get an email notification, where will the link take them when they click it?  Thank you!

  One of my bases mentions "Over Limits · 30 days left" / This base has gone over the record limit. To keep adding records, upgrade your workspace.I sill can add new records... what will it happen now?Do i have 30 days to remove or to move records out of the base?

I have an automation that is triggered when a user clicks a button in an interface. The automation is current set to simply create a new record in the underlying table, and fill in three fields:user = should be the Name of the user who clicked the button. This is a "User" or "Collaborator" field in the underlying table. I am using API calls to read information in a Airtable Base and bring in values into Excel.I only have one person as a Collaborator in airtable but multiple people have a copy of the Excel sheet in my team that use the sheet and its associated calls but they are not registered with Airtable.I am on a free plan but I see that my Monthly API calls are over the 1000 person limit. I plan to upgrade to the Teams plan with will give me 100,000 calls but my question was if I do so do I need everyone who uses my Excel sheet added as a collaborator just because the sheet they have has the API calls?

I have a base with a large table, nearly 100k records, which contains a field that we'll call "Invoice #" which should ideally be unique. Over time records have been added which use the same invoice number, and this happens through form submissions as well, so what I'm looking for is the best way to immediately and automatically flag those records as duplicates.What I'm hoping for is a formula that can do this, populating a value of "Duplicate" or "Unique" depending on what it finds, which I can then use to trigger an automation email alert if a record ever gets updated to show "Duplicate" in that field.Unique IDInvoice #Duplicate? Hi Everyone,I have base called PROJECTS with two tables:   1.  "Sync" that syncs all the values from another base called CLIENT MASTER.   2. "Projects" which is a list of projects.  Each record in "Project" can only have one client.When a new record is created in the "Project" table,  the user selects a linked client record from "Sync"  then there are lookup fields that auto-populate with fields like Account Executive, Partner, and other client information.So far that works just fine.I have created an interface with a list of records from the "Project" table.   I want to set a filter on the interface so that the only records displayed for the user are the ones where "Account Executive"= Current User.However, when I create the filter,  "Current User" is not an option.    Strangely, when I create another test field in the Projects table called "Test User" (User field type)

Hi there,I have a button that translates my article information using deepl. So the button is connected to an automation. I would like to re-use that button in another interface, but when I duplicate the page, I need to create a new automation. Can we not connect two buttons to the same automation? Cheers,Konrad

Hey guys,I am trying to build an automation that finds a contact's record from an To recipients email address from a Outlook: When a new email is received trigger. This works when there's only 1 recipient, but when there's multiple it isn't able to find the contacts with the associated email address. This thread was helpful to pull the first email address from the string when I send the email address to a field and then parse out: https://community.airtable.com/t5/other-questions/extracting-first-email-in-a-field-with-multiple-emails/td-p/48020But my team wants to have all contacts listed on these interactions. Does anyone know how to get airtable natively (we can't use zaiper) to search for multiple email addresses from one field?Thanks!

I'm re-inventing the wheel and mine is currently square. Is there anyone here who can help on how best to map product availability?My use case is translation rights -  where a manuscript which can be sold across territories (~60), languages (~50) and formats (~5) e.g. 'BOOKTITLE' sold to North American ex Canada, English, Print or perhaps World-German-Audio. Can be re-sold on expiry.What is the best way to capture this without bloat? I think there's a bug in the Interface Calendar page.There are 2 different settings: Label, Fields - which I think were mixed lately.The record label shows the fields names that are selected in the Fields setting instead of the Label setting.In the attached screenshot you can see that I only have 1 field selected as a Label, but the actual record label is the set of fields from the Fields setting (8 fields). Can anyone confirm?
