I saw the functionality below on a youtube video from earlier this year, and I'm wondering if there's anyway to implement it, without using the Project Management template? It looks like, from an assignee field dropdown, it gives you a before and after of that user's capacity if assigned to them.  Amazing!Sadly, we're rolling our capacity up to Team level, as we have too many people to use it at the User level, but would love to see if this functionality is accessible outside of the template.Also if anyone has an thoughts / ideas / implemented solutions for forecasting using the utilisation tool, I'm all ears!  At the moment, it seems there's no way to see how a project will affect overall business capacity without adding a full project loaded up with all tasks, etc.  I'd love a similar setup to the above where yo

We have a load of addresses in a database. They are individually pasted into a Long Text field.The issue:Some addresses are in this format - 51A Wigton RoadCarlisleCA2 7AYAnd some addresses are in this format- 51A Wigton RoadCARLISLECA2 7AY So the difference is that the Post Town is uppercase - which is what we want.But a lot of submissions have come through in lower case on that second to last line, which is incorrect. I need a formula to find and replace the all text before the last break and after the second to last break, ie. all text on the second to last line. Hello,I work for a growing nonprofit that needs *help* in the area of Email Marketing.  We use Airtable to manage our various lists of people and their contact information, but I need a good Email Marketing App that will integrate well with Airtable. We're using MailChimp right now, but it's a mess because it's not integrated with our Airtable contact lists. Can anyone recommend a setup for using Airtable as the CRM, integrated with another Email Marketing App that can:Automatically sync contact lists "two ways" with Airtable.Meaning, if someone updates the Airtable list then the Email App's List will be updated, or if someone Subscribes using an Email App SignUp Form then Airtable's Lists will be updated. Hey! We build our company automation and centralized system with Airtable's API & Automation systems.We use 1 Workspace with many many different Bases. Could the Dashboard (in the main view) have folders inside the Workspace that can be used to divide the different bases, which would make it easier to organize and find the right Base. Hello everyone,I'd like to have an informative main field in one of my tables but im blocked because of circular references. To be brief, I have a table Programme, that is referenced in Sessions, that is referenced in Half-days, that have begin & end dates.In Sessions, i have a cumulative field that defines which is the earliest half-day of the Session in the field {from} and the latest in the field {to}.Id Like for Sessions to have in their main field this formula:{from} {Code name of Programme (from Programme)}and I can't because it is causing a circular reference.Is there a workaround any of you can think of?or How can I get more information about the error to try and solve it?

I live in Lagos, Nigeria, one of the biggest commercial hubs in Africa and I think it's a shame that Airtable is hardly known here. People are still using decade old desktop versions of popular office software that they learned to use when they were in university. I would like to officially partner with Airtable to showcase the product to businesses in Nigeria and Africa as a whole. I sent an email through the Airtable contact form about this but I received a generic response that sounded as if the person didn't even understand my request. I'm hoping that an Airtable community manager or sales representative will respond to this post.

I have two tables:Table one shows a list of tasks done on different computers and when the task has been marked as finished:TaskId, FinishDateTime, Computername.In table two I have information who was logged in when on on which computer:DateTimeStart, DateTimeStop, EmloyeeName, Computer. I want to have in table one an extra column, showing the name of the EmployeeName that was working on that computer while the task was finished. So we need to use the FinishDateTime and Computername to query the other table to find a match with exactly this computer and FinishDateTime in range between DateTimeStart and DateTimeStop. The result of the formular should show just the Name of the Employee. I hope this is clear. How to create the formular? I am familiar with excel, where i would do some kind of nested vlookups, but have no idea how to achieve this in airtable.

Hi there!  I'm hoping someone can guide me to a tutorial or has some great design ideas:  I have a base that calendarizes a huge list of events across multiple departments.  I have an interface page set-up with a record picker that displays relevant events.  I would love for each department to be able to review the list periodically and either suggest edits to existing records, or request new ones be added.My reason for not having them directly edit the records is because I want to (a) be sure that I know about changes, (b) can resolve conflicts if different team members varied info (that happens!) and (c) am concerned about data integrity when many of our users aren't regular airtable users! Is the best solution here to just allow users to make edits directly & just create some level of automation/notification when edits are made?  Or; I had thought to just request users to make edit suggestions by adding a comment to the

So my goal is to automate image enhancing via form submission.When my table receives the form submission, most of the time, it will receive multiple images ("rawFiles").Once it receives the data, it will send a webhook to Make.com where it all goes through the automation.My issue is "rawFiles" only receives data as a string and not as an array. I am trying to fix a formula for hours, but I can't find the error. For some reason, the last argument in an OR Formula is ignored.The base has 2 tables (Table 1 and Table 2)Table 1 has one record with the following values:Field 1 (single line text) = AField 2 (single line text) = BField 3 (single line text) = C Table 2 also has one record with a multi-select field. I have an Airtable automation that uses the AI module to summarize text fields for each record in a view. A repeating group iterates through that list. In Make, those newly updated records are processed through a Word template to output a report. I'd like to figure out a way to trigger them with one button press.There are three ways I'm aware of for triggering Make, but I can't figure out how to make any of them to work.Webhook doesn't work (I think) because I need it to happen sequentially, with the Airtable automation running first.Record update: my original plan was to update the status of a report record that Make was watching after the Airtable automation looped through the whole list, but it doesn't look like you can add another action after a repeating group. Hi guys, I built a CRM on Airtable. Each contact's details sidesheet features a 'LinkedIn Links' block. This block contains a 'Chat' button that redirects to the LinkedIn's conversation with the person. I'm trying to set the conditional visibility of that button: have it shown only when the `LinkedIn Chat URL` on my base is not empty.Problem: I can't find the field among the displayed fields. And yet:1. the page is linked to the right table, 'Contacts'2. the 'Contacts' table does have the `LinkedIn Chat URL` field (formula type)3. filters can display formula-type fields. E.g. the field `Full Name` in my case.

I know this issue has been discussed before, but there doesn’t seem to have ever been a solution discovered, so I’m bringing it up again in case anyone’s found an answer in the last 1.5 years. The problem: occasionally/often, when an attachment is uploaded to Airtable via a Make.com automation, Airtable will immediately delete the file after upload. I want to create a chart that shows record counts of a table over time.  In our case, we have a table of clients and want to show how the total number of clients has changed over time.  I have a "Created time" column and I can use the COUNT formula to get the current number of clients, but I'm not sure how to get that COUNT over time.Any ideas?

We have been using the free version of Airtable for awhile and wanted to upgrade our account to paid to allow for more boards. The creator of the account is no longer with our organization and we don't have access to that email address. So when we "request an upgrade" it goes nowhere and we are stuck.I have emailed support numerous times, emailed Sales numerous times and I am not getting any response. If Airtable only responds to accounts that pay - how can customers who don't pay right now upgrade? We are in an endless loop of having no answers.

I want to change the name of a selection in a single-select field. When I went to do that, the warning of all that will be affected came up: 2 syncs, 12 interfaces, etc. My question is, will this mean I need to go make changes to all of these or will it automatically happen? I'm hesitant to try it w/out knowing the consequences as it affects a great number of things, including automations that a developer set up for us.

Is it possible to automatically submit a form? I’m creating a series of links that have the form input prefilled. Each can take me to the form with the info I want ready and waiting (which is terrific). At that point I have to click Submit. I’m using this for class attendance, so it’s a quick rundown of 25 entries at a time. It would be ideal to load the prefilled URL and have that submit automatically. Is that possible? TIA, Nathan
