Hello!  Can anyone help me get some more useful info from this chart?I want to be able to show a list of breeds with counts in descending order.  It seems like its still alphabetical in this legend which doesn't help much. I've also  been able to see the counts in a group sort on my member talbe, but I dont see any way to get that info somewhere usefull.I'm open to creating a new table which would create new lists that show the counts of each breed if that's the best way to do it.  Thanks!  

Hi All, I am trying to build a Reminder portal to track some key dates within Airtable and was wondering how in Airtable can I use Formula or if there is any other way to find the date that is due to come from a range of dates (sample data below - I can use the MINIFS function - =MINIFS(A1:D2, A1:D2, ">"&TODAY()) in excel to find the smallest date that is greater than today's date). But how do I achieve this in Airtable ? I couldn't find the Minifs formula function in Airtable  ABCDE1Q1

I would like to set up an automation to send an email when a condition is met...and I'd like it to run every 2 weeks or every xx weeks or xx months. Is this possible?

I need to copy a URL from one field and not just paste it into another field, but paste it into the “Get Image URL” style field … and then UPLOAD IT. If you’ve used the “get image URL” type of field you know you can drop files into it or past a URL into it so that it uploads the file to AIrTable and gives you an AIrTable URL. The difficulty here is that you can’t just paste a URL into that field. You have to (a) CLICK the filed first and a menu appears. (b) Within that menu you must select he URL link icon to make another field appear. (c) Then you past your URL into THAT field (d) Press upload (f) a small image of your uploaded file appears in the field which you can THEN click on and get an AIrTable URL for. **How do I automate this? New user here, though I'm getting some great experience so far, especially with help from this community!I come from an ERP background using Peoplesoft so I have a good understanding of traditional relational databases.  One thing that is good about PS is that a field, such as "business_unit" is uniform across all the records on the definition side (though the tables could be built diffrently).A few "nice to have" suggestions I'd put forth regarding the field definitions include:When adding a field to a record, and if that field name matches another table in your base, you should be given the option to replicate the attributes (field type, defaults, etc) from the other table. Hey guys,So I need your urgent help. I created an interface for one of our collaborators with edit access and everything worked fine but now the data can't be shown. If I go in the edit mode as an admin, I see the records and all the filters as before, but when I go on "preview" it says like for the other person that records are not found. I checked filters, permission etc. but it is the same as before. All set correctly. What happened? Please help 🙂Best,Madeleine

Hello, I'm looking for a method to link records with comma seperator like below:Ex: CDA, Fresno Foundation should be linked as CDA, Fresno FoundationBut my current job does the linking separately and creates two distinct linked records as CDA Fresno FoundationIs there a method to accomplish this? If you're working with numbers and formulas are returning different results, rounding differences or precision errors could be the cause.Solution:Ensure that both formulas are using the same precision (number of decimal places).Use the ROUND() function in Excel or SQL to limit precision.

Hello everyone,I have a table in which we record events. Some of these events relate to a media campaign that is also recorded in the same table.I have therefore created a column in which you can link a campaign when creating an event. To do this, I use a view in which only the campaigns are displayed.This works without any problems. However, when I assign an event to a campaign, I would like the assigned events to be displayed in the campaign data record.Does anyone have any idea how I can implement this?Currently, only the selected campaign is displayed in the event record, but not the other way around.I would like to be able to click on the campaign record and see all linked events.Does anyone have any ideas on how I can implement this?Thank you very much and best regardsMirko

I'm using an Automation to create records for Parent Contract data to be pumped out of Airtable using Zapier. Tables with source data:Family Registrations - contains parent data (names, addresses, etc.)Enrolled Students - student data, including lookup to Classes in which students are enrolledContracts - data for Zapier to access when creating a contract (sending to DocuSign).Relationships:Each Family has one or more Enrolled Students.Each Enrolled Student has one or more ClassesEach Family gets one contract with all student enrollment data, including classesI have an automation successfully running for cases where the family has 1 student enrolled in 1 class - the family, student and class data is successfully written into the Contracts table. I use Find Records to generate a list of Classes - when the Length = 1 all's good.  Trying to figure out how to handle multiple classes per studen

Hi, I want to export the whole content of my database to google sheet, in order to make advanced analysis in google sheet. I wrote the following code to do that, which works, but i have an issue with the linked recors. he gives me the airtable code of the records, not what i see in the cell on airtable. Any idea how i can manage that? I also try to use Bardeen as a work around, but i have the same issue. Linked records come back as RecordID, not as texts. Thanks a lot!

Greetings, I have an Airtable field titled: Course Status and to the right of that field is Total Enrollment. In my Excel spreadsheet version, I used a vlookup to return the value of ‘course status’ The formula: =VLOOKUP([@Enrolled],Table30,2,FALSE) Table30 0-2 enrolled = On Standby 3-9 enrolled = Low Enrollment 10-28 = Will Make! Dear Airtable Community, I’m having an issue with assigning tasks in Jira an assignee from these leads in Airtable. The way my current automations work is every time I assign a status to a specific field, a task in Jira is created, already containing a lot of information from the record, Jira issue’s key is immediately saved back to the lead in Airtable, pretty neat system for us. For some reason I cannot set-up this automation to also assign the issue to a collaborator in Jira, using the collaborator’s name in the “Assignee” column in Airtable. The automation setting only allows me to pick one name, in other words only “Static” value is allowed, not “Dynamic” as with other fields. How can I fix this?

Without any changes I recently started getting a 422 UNKNOWN_FIELD_NAME error for a field in my table. The field is available in the API docs ( Investor // Checkbox // boolean // This field is “true” when checked and otherwise empty.) My body looks like: data = { ‘fields’:{ ‘Investor’: True } } If I make a GET request for a particular record, the “fields” object looks like: {‘Investor’: True}, passing back that same object inside data results in the same 422 error

Hey everyone!I’m managing a project with around 40 part-time team members and could really use some help with setting up a simple but effective task allocation system.Here’s what I’m hoping to achieve:I want to create a task sheet where, once a user marks the “Status” column as “Claimed,” the task either disappears or becomes locked so that other users can no longer edit it (but they can still view it).As the manager, I’d like to be able to continuously add tasks to this sheet, keeping my workload minimal.The goal is to reduce the time spent manually managing who’s claimed what, so the system becomes a bit more self-sufficient. Hello,I need to trigger a webhook to Make.com, but I need to avoid the confirm tab being opened. Therefore, I cannot simply use button + webhook and I probably need to use a script. And this is the part I cannot do by myself.So here is the situation - I have a button as one column and what I need to achieve is to send a webhook with recordID to Make. In the interface, I have a "record view", where the button is for each record. The button works fine with this: "https://hook.eu2.make.com/myhook?ID=" & RECORD_ID()But it also opens a new tab, which is unacceptable for my use case.So I tried three scripts, but none of them worked. Hello everyone, I hope you can help me with this. I have a table with many records related to Spotify listeners or Instagram followers of various profiles. I usually review and update a lot of data daily. I have created an automation to generate a copy of all records that are modified in the source table and move them to another table so that I can track the evolution, for example, if the monthly listeners of an artist grow or decrease.The problem is that in the destination table, it creates a new line every time there is the slightest modification in any value of the source table. I would need to modify the automation so that, for example, it creates new records in the destination table only once a day, with the lines that have been modified in the source table during the previous 24 hours. This way, I would have in the destination table only one line with the most updated results of everything I have reviewed that day.Of course, if you can think of any other way to k

hello, i’m new to this and i’m wondering what the best way to approach putting lists of songs in here! basically i have too many playlists on spotify and i don’t listen to all of them anyway, because it is more like categorising them. on spotify i have different folders and multiple playlists within them, e.g instruments: piano, guitar etc. i’d like to transfer that over to here and have the fields be the song names of those categories. what’s the best way i can make this without it getting too overwhelming? just for reference i have at least 100 playlists that i’d want to transfer, over like 15 folders. thanks!

I want to track time spent (in days) in the current stage and time spent in each subsequent stage as the transaction progresses through the deal lifecycle.  I want to be able to report on this data.Some reports I would like to run include:how many deals are in stage A, in Augusthow many deals are in stage B in July vs August vs Septemberhow much time is spent in each stage? I have a base used to track conservation information about media in different formats. Each format has its own table. The tables are: Film, Video, and Computer Media.Across the tables, each record is an individual item. The fields for each table differ, as the conservation data in those fields is different depending on the media. (For example, Computer Media like a floppy disk does not have a film gauge of 35mm, 16mm, etc.)I want to create a fourth table that pulls in select records from all three tables. I want to pull in only records that have "reformatting candidate" checkbox field selected.I know this could possibly work by having all the records in a single table, but the amount of fields would grow quite large and would require multiple different views with various fields left empty and hidden. It is also more user friendly for us to have each table be delineated by media type.So, is there a way to pull select records from multiple tables into anoth
