Hello!Hello!I am new to Airtable and Make.com… have tried to make 2 steps work for a month and it has not been working…THE GOAL: What I am trying to do is to extract the transcript from a video file, so after I can produce a written article, a title for the article and the video, and a description for Mr. YouTube.ERROR: Use Column ID: False or 403STEPS: (STEP 1: connecting with Webhook => OK). STEP 2: Getting a record from Airtable and put it into make to transfer the info into Google Drive (video transcript).Problem in STEP 2I have checked the names and IDs and I don’t know what I am missing. My administrator did the same operation and it showed the “Use Column ID: false”, but we didn’t have any problems or errors until now. I have re-written all the code, redone the tables and the whole process. Have updated all my permissions and the token on Airtable. I have 1 test

Hi, is there anyway I can test the automation I make in Airtable locally?I am trying to hit my development server and to check/test if there is problem before I deploy the changes to another environment.I tried to use my exposed public IP,  and when I tried to test the automation, it shows this error "TypeError: Requests to '192.168.100.16' are not permitted".Is there anyway to test the automation functionality locally? 

I have a Record Template. It has three relevant Tiers:Project> Phases> TasksWhen I use the template to create a new project, the project name get tagged to the phases and the tasks to the phases, but not the tasks to the project. so i have to manually select which project the 50+ tasks are associated to every time a new project is created. How can I...a: automate the Project Selection orb. get it so the reference works and is there automatically.I have tried everything I can at this point. 

I have been working on a base design for some times but I am missing a feature and was wondering if someone here could help me.Goal of the base : Be able to assign employee to a certain project for each day of the week by dragging and dropping their name on the calendar. What I have accomplished so fare : I have three tableTable 1 = Workers / employeesTable 2 = List of projectsTable 3 Junction table to join the workers table and the projects table togetherIn the junction table, I have linked record for workers and for project as well as a date field. I've been using AT for a few years now and have begun to really use the automation and other tools that make it easy to share info with others outside of my organization.One thing that continues to happen is I send a note via the Send Record option from a grid which includes all the pertinent info the recipient needs. But at the bottom of each email it also has a link "view in airtable." Clients are now trying to click it and gain access to our base, which is not needed for them to see the info (its all in the email).... Is there a way to remove the "view in airtable" link that automatically appears?(PS - I'm doing this as an ad-hoc manual task, not an automation) 

Hello all! I am looking for a way to add images to calendar event automations. Right now we are using outlook’s native calendar application to send out invites to clients and attaching an image of a map to help point them to where they should head during their scheduled appointment. But i figure if we have an automation that can send these invites out at the push of a button, it would save a ton of time. We are already capturing all the information we need to send out these invites in airtable, and all of those translate into the calendar event automation, but we can’t figure out how to include the map images. We tried an tag, but that doesn’t work. What would be the best way to go about it? Can an image be added inline with an calendar event?

Hoping this is an easy enough set-up! I’m trying to create volunteer sign-ups for specific events, where there will be a fixed list of approved volunteers that can sign-up (so they would select their name from a linked field). Aside from manually closing out the form after a certain number of sign-ups, is there a way to indicate that we have 10 slots available and turn it off after that time?

Thanks in advance.  And sorry if this has already been answered.  I couldn't find a good post about this.Developing a base to track opportunities based on a weekly call and ~20 columns of relevant data in many different data formats.  I'd like to use one table to use as the working table and another that shows the opportunity and its revision history as the working table gets populated.  What is the best way to go about this?  For example, each week we may populate a "Progress" field that is a few bullet points on progress made and obstacles.  I want to somehow populate another table that allows selection of a particular Opportunity shows the history of the each of the 20 (now 19 since Opportunity is not longer a column) columns in an easily digestible format.   I need a way to very quickly populate the working table and a method to quickly review the resulting history of the data.  Thanks a lot!

My first post! This community has been very helpful. I’m still fairly new to airtable and hope someone can help with this problem. I have a Google Sheet with a date field, a start time field, and a stop time field. I want to import it into a table with 2 fields: {date and start time} and {stop time}. I tried to join fields in google sheets, then upload, but it only uploads the date correctly, and the time is ‘12:00am’. I’ve tried different date/time formats, but that hasn’t worked, and made the problem worse in some cases. For example it only works with the 12 hr format, when I tried 24 hour, neither the date nor time uploaded. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi! I'm new to Airtable and am very stuck here trying to achieve counting a number of records and showing it in a different table.The columns I want to count are: "Plege1", "Pledge2" and "Pledge3" in "Table1", count the number of "True" entry of all three columns, sum up and record the number in "Table2".I was able to create a formula to count the number of "True" entry for each record, but I can't think of a way to show the sum of all records in "Table2". Could someone help with this? Any suggestion is very much appreciated. Thank you!  

Hi! I am attempting to create a base in Airtable where we can keep track of website data analytics and trends over time as well as tie it back to major page updates and changes. I believe I have a solid understanding of how to create a table for our content changes; where I am struggling is with the structuring of website analytics data. I am currently pulling data every 30 days from AHRefs and Google Analytics, looking at page value, traffic, rank, keywords, etc. We want to track how each landing page performs over time. Historically, I have done this in Excel but we want to integrate updates made to pages and tie that into how page is performing. I am having a hard time visualizing the best way to set up a table for this. In Excel, I would use multiple lines of data for the same URL. Each data pull for the month would get its own row and would be designated by the date of the pull (for last 30 days of data). This would essentially create 2 lines of data per year for one lan

Hello all! I have a two part problem for you. Our team is trying to figure out a way of syncing multiple tables, across different bases, into a singular table that will collect project information ( specifically start and end dates, capacity hours, etc) about each project we have running across the different project bases. This newly created table should be dynamic in updating its information as it is actively changed within those exterior bases and tables. With this newly developed table, we wanted to then create a timeline view that measures team capacity (in workable hrs per week vs. how many hours each task takes to complete) across all of the collective projects. Ideally, this information is synced from the newly created table that is acting as a hub and contains all of this information from other bases. Hello, I’m trying to find the best way to have reports with attachments (photos) automatically post to our team Slack channel upon submission. Basically, I have set up a form that my team can complete that allows for an attachment (photo) upload. After submission I have the automations set up to post to Slack. Everything works except the image will normally have “file not found.” I have the URL set to forward to Slack. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Hi there, I’m looking to create a formula column based off a column which has multiple fields.The Column has one or multiple of SD/HD, UHD, HDR or SDR.I want to create a new column called “Available in UHD?” where if one of UHD, HDR or SDR is there then show Yes. What should I choose ? just click “choose” and select the attachment doesn’t seem to work. If I click Map and then add item, what should I select in the file URL? Hi there,I have a multi-sync table that collects tasks from different bases.More precisely: I have Team A Base and their tasks, Team B Base and their tasks and Team C Base and their tasks and collect all tasks from both teams in multi-sync base "All tasks" (for cross-functional teams that work with all 3 teams). Now I know I can sync back edits to each base with two-way sync.What I would like to achieve though is that I see all tasks from all teams in all task tables (Team A, Team B, Team C and All tasks). That way, every team can continue working in their own base with increased transparency and without missing a tasks (e.g., I am part of Team A, but team B assigns a task to me --> I would miss this task if I don't check out Team B Base or All Tasks).Does anybody have more insights here?Thanks and best, Steffi

Hi, there!! I need an automation to do exactly what the subject of the topic says. We’ll fill the e-mail field in Table 2 from a csv import. Then we need the automation to lookup that email on Table 1, get the Name value corresponding and then fill the field Aluno in table 2. I found a script in another post that I adapted to what I need but I’m still learning to code so I need help to fix my script. Can anyone pleeeease give me a help? About the script: I added 2 variables - tho I don’t actually need record ID - but I followed the instructions on the other post. When I change a status in my record I want to check my data entry. If this check fail I want to stamp a warning in a popup message or similar because I want that the user knows this. Somebody can help me? It was more simple in vb but I didnt find nothing about. Thanks

For each person, I have the fields "Introduced by" (whoever introduced me to them) and "Introduced me to" (whoever they've suggested I talk to). I want these fields to mutually autopopulate. For example, if John Doe suggests I talk to Johnny Day and Jane Smith, and I've put Johnny and Jane in John's "Introduced me to" field, I want "John Doe" to automatically appear in their "Introduced by" fields, instead of having to do it manually:Ideally, it should work the other way around as well. I am trying to figure out the formula to populate the date of a specific day in relation to a designated date.Below are some examples of what I mean.I have a date field titled EVENT DATE.
