Hi Team,Would it be possible to limit the number of decimals in Interfaces charts? Please see the example below. The data is not very legible because there are too many decimals after the coma, when calculating an average. Thanks

Hey Community, i have created a Base for placing Orders. Next step was to create a Formular for easyer placing a Order for everyone.  CheckI have a Question. I would like, when someone start to place a Order wirt Formular an check/select one Field/option (like "oversea" ) that a Explanation pops and show a long Text (like "Please place this and take this and after thant send email to yada yada yada thanks") Some kind of "how to" before he submit the Order to Base.Maybe is posible to define some Text chunks and display them in some sorf ot IF-THEN when different Fields/Options are selected.Thanks for any ideas or advice!

Preamble: I’m still working on implementing some features in the Scripting/Custom blocks which I think would remove the need for most of the Airtable API calls the proxy server is making. But even with custom blocks, I think I will still need a “get records for base” call that needs authentication. Setup: Node.js app (12.x), Airtable.js (0.8.1). API key stored in .env file that’s loaded into process.env. My application relies on a setup like @Bill.French described here where there is a central “directory” that has a record per Airtable base. My proxy server can return a list of these records, which in turn gives me the Base ID to make CRUD calls to that individual base. I am trying to format decimals in a formula to no avail: To the left is the number the 3rd column is what happens when this number is used in a formula (the end is cut off for numbers ending in 0) (e.g. 12.50 > £12.5 middle column is where I have formatted the number with this formula: so this was a solution found on another thread: IF({Refill / lowest price}, “£” & {Refill / lowest price} & IF(FIND(".", {Refill / lowest price} & “”) = LEN({Refill / lowest price} & “”) - 1, “0”)) However, if you now look at the middle column it works for the £12.50, but for any round numbers under 10 it misses the decimal place. (i.e. 5.00 > £50. Any help with tweaking this formula would be greatly appreciated! THANKS! :grinning_face_with_big_eyes:

HELP! I have a base with a table where I have collected submissions for an upcoming conference. There are fields for Speaker 1 Name, Speaker 1 Email, Speaker 2 Name, Speaker 2 Email, etc. I am trying to pull all the data from every record to another "Speaker Management" table. So I need all the Speaker Name fields (Speaker 1 Name, Speaker 2 Name, etc) to go to a singular field (Speaker Name) in this "Speaker Management" table along with the corresponding email contact for the record. The records are already there, but may update because I am using FillOut for people to update their submission content. I appreciate any thoughts!

My company is working to centralize our Zaps now that there's a service account feature through Airtable. However, we're running into the question if we should create separate service accounts with specific bases given access to (with the idea of least privilege), or just authorize a general Zapier service account that has access to all current and future bases?The latter seems to be a lot more permissions than necessary, but it is also easier. Would love to hear how others are approaching this.

Hey All, I built an Airtable base for a consulting client and their flow relies heavily on being able to print information from Airtable. I set them up with 6 separate Page Designer extensions for them to do so. They're having a consistent problem when trying to print a custom size paper.- it jams in the printer every single time. They've tried it on multiple printers and had their printer tech review as well. They're not having any issues printing when the page is a typical 8x11in size. The size dimensions for the custom page is 545x545 px and I've set the printing size also to 545x545px. When they try to print this page as an 8x11 it does print and there's no issue except that the content is only at the top of the page and they already have custom size printer paper they want to print on (not print and cut each page). Can anyone see why this may be happening? I've run out of all printing thoughts and they're a remote team, so I can't

Hi,I have a database with special dates of each month (Christmas, Halloween, etc). I'm using the DATEADD formula to add 1 year to a date field.For example, for Christmas I have the date 24/12/2023 and I expect the DATEADD formula to result in 24/12/2024 (field "Próxima Fecha" of my attached screenshot).However, I'm getting 23/12/2024 as a result. This happens with all the dates (gives 1 day difference).Is it a bug or I'm missing something?Thanks!

I am working on a budget base, where each month has it's own amount connected to a milestone. I'm wondering how I can link a multiple choice field which refers to specific budget lines, to specific fields in the same row, which indicate monthly amounts. So if the multiple field refers to e.g. 'A' and the monthly amount for December field is e.g. '200', how do I make it e.g. '200A', while at the same time in the same row, I want November field amount e.g. '100' to be referring only to 'B' in the same multiple dropdown field, making it therefore e.g. '100B'. Just keep in mind that the milestone amounts are always different, while budget lines have fixed value. Thank you!

Hi,I've been trying to learn and build a script with the help of ChatGPT. The script creates a report in Clockify and all works fine until I replace the value input variable from a fixed value to a feiled in the base from a previous step. The value is just a string but is actually a lookup from another table. I've tried to use a formula in another field and use that but both result in the error seen in the screen shot.I feel like I'm so close, any advise ?  

I’m really enjoying the new collaborator views on interfaces. But I wish buttons could pass the collaborator information of who pressed them, especially for automations and scripts.It solves the problem of multiple collaborators checking the same checkbox, getting the collaborator information from a last modified by field, and waiting for an automation to uncheck the same checkbox so someone else can do it. I don’t know if it’s a tall ask, but it’d really help me refine user-specific controls and automations. thanks!

Who knows how to achieve this? If you have two tables that are linked together where each record can be linked to multiple records in the other table...My question and goal is... How can I quickly see one table in a way that shows each/one record with the sub.linked records one per line below it? When all the linked records are just in one field bunched up, it's hard to see all of them clearly. Also, my text is 'long test' and I'd like to be able to see it all. How do I get to see this...? Table 1 parent record #1- table 2 linked record 1 (linked under parent table 1 record #1)

I have a linked field in my Customer’s Table called services. On the interface page I want to show the notes of those services. Currently I have a Gallery View, but you can only show 4 lines of the field. Is there any way to show more information without having to click and open the Service? Or is there another way to show this data? Thank you,

Hello! I have a pretty basic formula that isn't working for some reason. Basically, I'm trying to see if a substring I'm extracting with a REGEX formula, and then trimming, is contained inside another string. Here is my formula: FIND({Formula Field of String to Search For}, "" & {Lookup Field of String to Search Inside}) The second parameter seems fine: I know that the lookup field needs the  ["" &] to force it to render as a string instead of an array, and that's working. The issue I'm having is with the first parameter, the string to search for.This formula field that the first parameter is referencing a REGEX_EXTRACT() on a long text field, that I need to edit (either using LEFT() or TRIM()). My goal is to then search for this extracted string in the string generated from the lookup field, using FIND(). However, no matter what I do, the first parameter it seems like it isn't accepted as a string

Hi thereI have an Airtable base with 2 tabs: 1. Resellers: on which I keep the "Company" name and the "Website" of resellers I'm working with. Company and Website are my 2 fields on this tab2. Performance: on which I have some datas imported from a Google Sheet. Here I have 3 tabs : email_domain, total_mrr and total_projectsI would like to add a field "Results" to my Resellers tab on which I automatically render the total_projects from the table Performance for each of my resellers. The issue here is that the performance table is randomly ordered so there is a need to make a match between the Website from Resellers and the email_domain from Performance and to render the good value for each Reseller. I tried to set up an Automation or even find a way to do it through Make but I didn't manage to achieve that so far. I'm wondering if it's possible to make 2 cells from 2 different tables match to each others. 

I need to be able to write a formula that checks if the last modified date is after a specific date and time. Basically, I imported a large batch of data and I want to track whenever a change is made after the specific date and time of import. I'm having trouble referencing the specific date and time of import within my IF(IS_AFTER) formula. Here is what I have so far - but I know AT isn't reading the date and time I referenced. IF(IS_AFTER({Updated Post Initial Import}), '2023-07-14 120000', "Updated Post Initial Import")

When I’m adding records, and I need to add a record in a related table, I have the option to do so through the gallery view but not in the form view. I would like to have that option in the form view as well. How?

Hi! So here's my problem: I manage an intranet platform for a very large company and I use Airtable for our editorial calendar. There is a special section on my platform of regularly scheduled content that is user-generated. There are four business areas (mine makes five) and together we are responsible for providing this user-generated content on a rotation each week. So each week there are four slots available but five business areas. So how do I create a scheduled rotation so that each business area gets a regular number of slots and that the total number of slots for each business area is more or less equal at the end of the year?
