Hi guys,I run a B2B business and means that throughout the time we have multiple contracts, quotes, services etc. Historical and ongoing.I was wondering If I could create a profile that links their contracts, quotes for long term relationships building that they can see and checkout for themselves - kind of like their own dashboard related to the business that they have with us Kind of like you can see the delivery status and past orders in Amazon

I have a formula that calculates a 2.99% but since January 1 is 2.29%. Actual formula: ({Total due}-(2.99*{Total due})/100)+{Manual Rate}I have a column: Date Booked How can I modify the actual column named 2.99% to be calculated only if the Date Booked is before 12/31/2023. And a second one to calcula only if Date Booked is after 01/01/2024? Any help, please?

Hey there Y'all - I am trying to have Airtable automatically duplicate a record in the SAME table when the status of another record is "approved". The duplicate record would have all the same information except the status would be set to "editing" and the type would be set to"IG Reel". How can I make this happen automatically? THANKS

Hi there 🙂  Im have what is seems to me fairly complicated automation which I did not manage to complete, and would appreciate your suggestions.I have three tables, all linking to each other; Database, Price, and Partners.Database table can be linked to multiple Price and Partners records, but Price and Partner can be linked to only one Database record.I want to create an automation that duplicates all records from Price table linking to Database table, and then link the duplicated records to Partners table. The result will be having Database and Partners table linking to identical, but not the same records in Price table.The automation trigger is single select field in Partners table, set to Create.Thank you 🙂

I am using the airtable gmail integration to send emails. When I send emails, I noticed that no profile image appears for the recipient, even though I have set a profile image in airtable and gmail. How do I add a sender profile image to go with my emails. See below:Thanks, 

Hi fellow Airtable community,I'm having some trouble with an "Airtable > Send Email" automation, specifically in displaying the right time in the dynamic fields populated via the email. I'm using Airtable's brand version of the software and I'm using the new grid of records function (see photos attached). Basically, what I want to be displayed in the data is what is actually in the view (however, the time displayed in the email is about 5 hours off, contrary to the data that is in the view). My guess is because, this is a time zone thing but I don't know how to fix this in the "grid of records" function being used. As this is a dynamic field within airtable's software, I don't know if I can even troubleshoot this issue. Hi all,I have a form where people put in their availability for a series of events. Their options pull from a table with all available event slots. I would like, on a that "all available slots" table, for all available people's names to show up automatically, so I can see everyone who is available for that particular day/time without having to manually fill in my options myself. Hello!I have a client that needs to take a list of passwords and assign the next one off the list to each new record as it is added to Airtable via Zapier. Each new record would get the next password from the list (well, column, really).New User 1 | Password 1New User 2 | Password 2New User 3 | Password 3If I'm not mistaken, I cannot simply prefill that column in my table, leaving the other columns blank, because new records would just be created as a new row below the final password row, ignoring that the other columns are blank. Is what I'm trying to accomplish possible? Hi all - I feel like I'm overthinking this but hoping you can help. I have a table with some products and a field with a list of variants. I'm using Zapier to loop through the list and create separate records in another table with the product information and variant selected. What I can't figure out is how to delete (or change the record status to deleted) if I remove a variant from the list. Hope you guys have some thoughts.

Example, I have a field called Created by Now I want to share a view that is created by Me alone I don’t want to create 400+ views just to provide everyone their own I only want 1 view that I can share to everyone but it only filters the record they have created Providing access to the base and telling everyone to create their own personal view is NOT the one I need I cannot share the record of Person-A with Person-B any chance to do this?

Hi Is there a way to filter records by the current user? E.g. I have 100 users, and a tasks table. I’d like to have one kanban view that show’s to each user their own tasks. I know I can filter by particular user, but that means I need to maintain 100 views, one for each user.

Hello all, I have a tenant directory showcasing all units and properties. I have 2 locations with the same unit # but different buildings. I've created a separate column to distinguish the buildings and their identical units. Here's an example:Building #1Building #2As you can see, both buildings have the same unit numbering, the only thing separating them are the buildings. I have an automation to find the respective record, and place that record to the corresponding property - however when it's entered - it keeps going to address "54321 N Ave" unit 201 record instead of the "1234 N Ave" unit 201's record. When using automated emails, I'd like to be able to include a URL that opens the expanded "record detail" view within an interface. Ideally, I'd be able to create a formula for this. However, I only seem to be able to do this if the record detail is "full screen" rather than "side screen." I know there is an individual URL for each expanded detail view in the Interface, because I can select the interlocking icon to copy the Record URL. However, I cannot find a way to get these URLs using a formula. I am using the list view. Any ideas?

Hi. I find it helps to think of this as similar to updating the number of available stock-items after an order. 😊I have a 'claims' table where each record is a tutor claim - per student. Each claim contains a 'number of hours claimed' field. I then have an update record automation which passes that value to a 'hours last session' field in my 'student' table.Now, in my 'student' table I need a new automation to run each time my 'hours last session' field is updated, to take that value and add it to a 'total hours used' field, Essentially, a running total.It seems simple but I just can't seem to find a way of doing this!Any help would be very much appreciated! Thank you. 

I want to make sure the cost of the services is split according to the months it's meant to run. For example, a Product is $16,500 and will run for 6 months (Start in Feb, End Jul), so Product Per Month is $2,750. I want to create a formula that puts a $2,750 in each field (image attached of my table). So in my mind the monthly formula should read: If Start is after 1/31/2023, than equal Product Spent Per Month. The formula that I have in each month is: {Product Per Month} and that's it. I don't know how to make the formula for If, than in this case.

Hello all ! (It’s my first post in this forum, if i’m not following guidelines please feel free to tell me !) I quite new in the Airtable world. I’m currentlty trying to create a script (with the script app powered by Airtable) in order to fetch data from my (test) shopify store. But here is my point : → Airtable do not allow to use the class authentication used by Shopify, which is : GET https://{username}:{password}@{shop}.myshopify.com/admin/api/2021-01/shop.json → So i need to use Basic Auth as it’s explained in theire documentation. But it’s not working, and i get this error message : “[API] Invalid API key or access token (unrecognized login or wrong password)”. Did someone ever face this issue and know how to solve it ?(I’m sur about my credentials, and i also delete and recreate my app in order to prevent this mistake). I’m surely missing something but i don’t know what it is… Here is my code :

I am working on building a database to build donor records from donation records, and I'm trying to build an automation that updates any donor's name and contact information to match their most recent donation.The automation is triggered when the Last Donation Date field of a donor record is updated. Next, a find operation retrieves the donation record associated with that date and donor, but working with the donation record from that point consistently produces the following error messages:"Fields" could not be converted to a stringReceived invalid inputsFor example, I try to update the Name field (string) of the donor record with the Donor Name field (formula) of the donation record. I only want to do so if the Donor Name field is not empty. When I check for emptiness in the find operation, it is successful, but if I check for emptiness with a Conditional logic group, it triggers the "Received invalid inputs error."

Hi, I have a column with a date and time (starting date and time) in one tab and another column (Duration time) with a duration in another tab. I created a lookup in order to use this duration in a formula to get the endin date and time. I couldn't figure out why my formula is not working...Help ? 🙂

Hi All, I am trying to use the DATEADD formula to add a number of years to a date, The date is in one table and the number of years to add is in another table. DATEADD(Date,{Years till expiry}, ‘Years’) This just returns the same date as the date field. Annoyingly if I remove the {Years to Expiry} and just put a number in there it works fine, But i need to pull a different number of years depending on another field. I am trying to produce an expiry date for a qualification which is linked to a Google drive. the qualifications are listed in another table with the years to expiry number linked to each qualification. once this works i will want to run some conditional formatting in a report to see which qualifications are out of date. I have tried formatting the columns to integer and decimal. Thanks in advance Steve

I have pasted around 500-600 URls in a column and I want to know 404 statuses of all the URLs in the Next Column or in “view Blocks” (want to know which URLs are live and which are not). I am not so good at scripting. Can You Please help?
