Hello everyone, I have a data base with activities wher date and time are fulfilled but I would like to show only the hour in one column.I'm unable to display what i want. I have for example one column with ISO 14/12/2023 1:52 and i would like two different columns with 14/12/2023 and another one 13:52 Thank you for your help !

Hi, Seeking help here.. I need a formula in the Client name cell where in it will only show the client name if either of the Client or Brand columns has a name on it. Meaning if the Client cell has a name the Client name formula will only show "Path Social" and if the Brand name has a name on it "ThingTesting" it will only show in the Client name cell 

So if you have an Airtable Enterprise account and issue personal access tokens (PATs) tied to a service account.  Apparently, once you create 100 PATs, the interface WILL NOT let you issue any additional PATs tied to that service account:Honestly, this seems very arbitrary.  The workaround is to create *another* separate service account to issue new PATs, but this seems very, very janky.I don't understand why Airtable gates the max number of PATs per service account to 100 total, but it is what it is.  This is mildly annoying.  FYI. 

I have a script that has been working for over a year, but now will not update records.  I sync a table from another base to a second tab in main base.  I then use the following script I was given over a year ago (can't remember where I got it).  It has worked great to look at the synced tab to see a unique ID (emp #) and then pull that onto the main table and pull multiple records from the syned tab.  Now when I run it the script runs super fast and doesn't update anything even though I have matching Unique IDs.Here is the script I am using://Substitute "Orders" for table name which contains values//on which you want to run the vlookuplet mainTable = base.getTable("Covid LOA");

Hello! I'm trying to create an email automation to go out to my team on a weekly basis that would display our top three social media posts by engagements within a certain timeframe. I've figured out how to set up the email and created a view filtering for that timeframe and sorting by engagements. I've seen there's not really a way to limit a view to a certain number of records automatically, but I wondered if anyone had any workarounds or ideas for setting up this email to go out without the entire list having to go out each time and without me having to go in and manually change something in order for the email to go out? Tall order, but appreciate any help.

Hi, I'm pretty new to Airtable and currently just exploring if it will be viable for our company to use. The set up I have is two tables, one for learners and one for workshop sessions.  The sessions table has names etc and a field linked to the learners table that shows the attendees booked on the session (multiple select allowed). The learners table has a similar field linked to the sessions table showing the sessions that they are booked on to (again multiple selections allowed). What I would like to be able to do is have a new field on the sessions table that for example shows the attendees that did not show up (nothing fancy I would just use a linked field to the learners table and just input the learners manually, again multiple select allowed). But then I want a corresponding field on the learners table showing the names of sessions they have not attended, is there a way to populate this with the

Hi, I'm currently on a free plan with five editors. We are considering upgrading to the Premium Team plan. But wnat to clarify if $20 a month means we can retain our five editors from the freemium plan. 

I am a solo lawyer but I collaborate on some of my cases with other lawyers.I need to be able to see all of my cases in one place, but I need to share information with the other lawyers only for the cases that they are involved with and they need edit-level permission.  “Views” are not sufficient to share information in a usable format, so I have created “interfaces” to do that.  The problem is that interface sharing seems to require base-level collaborator access, but all of the cases are currently in one base and based off one master table with several related linked tables for specific things.Under this arrangement, some of the data for cases that are not associated with a given collaborating lawyer may be visible to those nonaffiliated lawyers, but it is impossible to know or to control that easily.I don’t know whether to divide the cases into bases according to the co-counsel or not.  If I did separate the cases into separate bases, I would s

When we enter a listing name in one table, the same listing should automatically appear in another table. We set an automation, but when we enter the listing name in one table, that same listing should go to another table. But filed is creating in another table, but the data is coming to that table.Help us here!

When automating from Airtable, all day outlook calendar events show as busy not free.Why is this basic functionality not available? It's causing issues for our organisation as users are not able to book time when we have an all day reminder from air-table. Other platforms like zapier etc have the ability to alter the state of 'show-as'.Is there anything in place to fix this?

I think I may have gone too complex with a formula as my base won't open now. It's just stuck on "Loading" on every table. How can I reverse what I did?Note: I created a duplicate of the table and it did the same thing

Hello, we are hoping to build an ad inventory management system that allows us to track when certain ad products are booked.Each ad product has different frequencies (some can be booked 1x a week or some can be booked only for thursdays or can run a flight period). What we'd ideally like to get out of it is also being able to track what is not booked/available to share with our sales team. Does anyone have a similar system already built out that can share a template or suggestions for how to show availabilities?

Hello Airtable experts!I'm a newcomer to the world of Airtable and am slightly overwhelmed with my goal. I'm looking to set up a "button-click" automation within an Airtable interface, aiming to create a private Airtable base with the click of a button. This base should be created within the workspace housing the interface. The goal is to create this private base with one table that references specific records from a source table in another base. I'm curious to know if this kind of architecture is feasible and if yes, can someone please help me get started with some reference code or tips? Would highly appreciate your insights, TIA!

Hey guys,I am trying to find a way to relink Personnel records on a base with synced tabled from 2 different bases in order to limit interface views off Airtable accountsBase Personnel - All Personnel info including airtable account using the User Field typeBase Project Tracker - Overall project information including Personnel like producers linked to record on a synced table from the Personnel base. Airtable accounts are a lookup field.Base Asset Tracker - Synced to Project Tracker to assign assets, pulls over information like producers. Also synced to Personnel base to assign assets to people. The synced Project table on the asset tracker currently pulls over the producer information but obviously as a single test field with the producers in a string out. Obviously I can't change the field type to relink to the Personnel synced tab

Hello! My company may be no longer allowed to use Zapier so I'm trying to figure out how to recreate my Zap using Airtable automations. I need to be able to upload a batch of image files somewhere (our company uses Box), have Airtable match the filenames of the images to existing records, and upload that image file to the attachment field for the matching record. I've seen posts about bulk uploading images to new records but can't find specific info about matching images to existing records. Is this possible?

Hi all, We are an organization that runs a lot of webinars, and we want to evaluate each program and get participant feedback so we send a survey after every program.The evaluation questions are the same for every program and I want to design a base that will collect all these responses, and for me to have a way to see all the responses by program, by type of program (for example- a one time program vs an intensive) and aggregated as a whole for the year so we can know how we do in general.I have one table that "holds" all the programs themselves as we use it as a workplan to plan the program from start to finish. I would love to find a way that i can send a survey/form to participants (obviously not users of Airtable), and that all replies will be matched to the program they attended (without them needing to choose the program from a long list).I would love to brainstorm a good way to get this done! We're also currently paying for a couple of third-party s

Hello! I share my Airtable calendar view to my Google calendar so that I can see dates for different clients. A few days ago, I changed a date for a few projects and they're not reflecting on my Google calendar. I've refreshed and unselected the "Sync" button on my Google calendar app and it's still showing the old dates.  Do you know why this is happening? The dates that are showing in Airtable, I need them to show on my Google calendar correctly.

How do I delete this orphaned sync?The original target table in Prospects is gone.

My daily use of my base involves a lot of calculations. Lately, AT is slow to the point of being unusable while doing these calculations. The base just hangs at "saving" until I manually refresh. I've split the base into four so that the base I'm now working in has a quarter of the records I used to work with, but this has not improved performance. Is there anything else I can try?

Hello all My script below, looks through records in a table to find any records that have a field value that matches the record that kicked-off the script (automation) when a button was clicked. The field used for the condition is a Single Line Text field (Tracker Cycle ID). The actual value being compared is passed into the script via input.config (matchCycleID).  I do not get an error but the script does not work as intended and the script editor tells me "This condition will always return 'false' since the types 'string' and '{ readonly matchCycleID: string; }' have no overlap.(2367)".  I would assume the value of the field being passed into the script via input.config is a different type of 'string' than the value in the record being compared (record.getCellValueAsString('Tracker Cycle ID')). &nbsp

I am trying to use Zapier to publish airtable records as cards on Miro. It works fine, but the link back to Airtable is broken. Zapier needs the record URL and it's not being made available. I wondered if I could work around this by making the record of the URL a field in the record, so that Zapier can use it. Is this possible? Any tops would be much appreciated!
