I have a table of Shows and a table of Contacts. There is a linked record field in Shows so that I can attach a Contact to a Show. When I choose a linked record from the Shows table, the record picker looks like this:I built an interface in Grid format that has the same linked field—adding a Contact to a Show. When I choose a linked record in the interface, the record picker looks like this: My question: Why does the record picker look different when using the same field? Can I get the interface picker to show the linked contact's email address in the picker (so somebody doesn't choose the wrong Contact)?

Hi.I have a large table with Approx 110 Fields, 90 Views, 6,500 records and a number of automations etc. The table was created using the Emailed Data Sync as its Source. I need to duplicate this table, delete the records and then start using a fresh set of records. I receive the below error when I go to duplicate, I can only assume due to the size of the Table. It says to contact Airtable if the error continues to occur, which it does. I contacted Airtable, only to get the automated 'Please look at the Help sections' or use the chat function, neither of which have worked for me.I have cleared my Cache as suggested by Airtable, but this doesn't resolve the issue. I can see that I can't toggle off the option to Dulipcate the Records when I go to dup. the table - this isn't an issue from myside, but maybe the number of records is causing it to fail?! Just wondering if anybody has any work around for being able to duplicate an Emailed Data Source

Hey Everyone!One of our tables has maxed out on automations, so we've been using synced tables in another base to outsource some work to; we are routing client emails from there and have recently started noticing that when a user has not opened up that synced base for awhile and kept it active things are happening with a multiple hour delay.An old thread where another user had this issue had the following information from customer support:When the base is inactive the base will not sync. The base will sync as soon as a user access the base. One workaround to keep the base active without a user active in the base is to create an automation set to trigger at a scheduled time (when users are not active on the base). I have a form that a member uses to search for their name using a lookup from another base. Because of PII Standards, I can't have their full name listed for others to also see. This basically works as a task tracker so (external) users have to enter their name and what they worked on.A) Is there a way where I can only show the first OR last name OR an abbreviation (John D.)? I have tried using the Regex formula which works (don't have split function), but that only helps me put the first name in another column and won't affect the lookup that is what members use when they open the form to search their name. The lookup is critical because it uses other values associated with their name that helps me in the form to track other things. Or....B) Is there a way so that when they search their name that it doesn't automatically list all the other names? This would be easily solved if the first column of the table that I'm using for a lookup would

I would like to know, if I am paying for team program in different account, does it applies also for the fact that if I changed the functions of airtable base for example one year ago, and need to put the airtable in original state which was one year ago, can airtable support make that copy of the base that was changed one year ago ?

Greetings to all,I'm looking for an efficient solution to a problem concerning the organization of my to-do list for different events during the year.We've drawn up a list of tasks (110) to be repeated at each event.I'm facing 2 issues:1 - When I create a list view, I link the tasks with the event; the task remains a single record, so if I validate a task for an event, the task will be validated for ALL events. It doesn't matter what the hierarchy of my list is (or did I misunderstand?).2 - In a previous version with 89 tasks, I was able to get around this issue with record templates. When we decided to take part in an event, the 89 records were created, and then I pressed a button to launch several automations linking the new records to the congress. Not the most refined method, but it worked very well. Problem: record templates are limited to 100 records per base.I'd like to avoid recreating a table for each event to keep a clean

I have an Airtable form link but I'm not sure what base it's attached to. Is there a way to find the attached base without going through every single base and table in my workspace?

I am trying to create a field that tells me is a date field, called Purchase Date, is before a specific date, 04/09/2023 (did/mm/yyyy, same format as the date field). This is my formula so far, but it returns a “0” (ie false) on all records so many what date I enter between the “ “ in the formula. IS_BEFORE({Start Date}, "04/09/2023")How do I fix this? Thanks!

Looking for a way to use Conditions to view something like this: Where Lookup Field  matches Linked Field I want to show all the date/times from a lookup field that corolate with the same employee who completed a form. Hopefully, the screenshot below helps explain it better?  

Hi, does anyone have any ideas on how to write a formula to mark a previous date for each person?

I am looking for a way to split expenses amongst people in our company without duplicating the total. We purchase company merch/promo items and that expense goes under our expense table and is assigned to 1 of our 7 offices, or corporate. We assign all promo expenses to "corporate". We then have an Inventory and an orders table. I add the inventory in as we buy more and add that to our expenses. Then, as the items are distributed to employees and partners those go under the orders table. The issue is the full expense amount remains under "corporate" instead of splitting it amongst the employees (who are assigned to a branch in the employees table) based on what is distributed to them in the orders table.

Good day to allI am looking for some help for my problem after spending all morning on it. My table is an 'audit table' for blood tests. I have a colum that is a linked field to another table that allows me to select the blood test requested (Samples requested). With each Sample there is an associated turnaround time from the lab. I have set this up as a single select and it is either 24hrs, 48hrs, 72hrs or 5 Days. To view these TAT, I have a colum with 'expected TAT' and this is a lookup field. However, when I select several Samples, I can have several TAT. I only want to see the longest TAT ie if I had 24hrs, 24hrs, 48hrs - I would only see 48hrs. I have tried several different formulas and scripting and not wining at all. Any help is appreciated.

I have a Customers form and I want them to be able to add their pets. When I click +Add under Pets, I just get a list of currently entered pets. How can I actually add one? Thank you. 

I'm having trouble creating a Form that I can use for Performance Ratings, and having that Form's fields update the Record field for the table. I believe I might have this architected in not the best way. Let me explain below.I have a Table that list Vendor Records. HelloMy brain is stuck on an operation that doesn't seem so complicated... butI have an "Event" table   and a "Days" table   Is it possible, or how can I achieve this result ("expected" page)?   I have a project in which events are created over time. When I create these events, I don't yet know the day(s) on which they will take place and their quantity (number of days).Would it be possible that when I add 1 day (or more) to a project, it creates a new record on another page ("expected" page)?

On April 4 my entire base disappeared.  We had been using this to track our inventory for the entire business since October of 2021.  I immediately contacted support and have still not heard back.  It has been 3 weeks.  This data was extremely critical for our business because it tracked all of our inventory.  I am hoping that the support team will be able to recover the data.  This happened to occur at the same time that Airtable released changes to their user interface, so I am not sure if that is related.  Please help!  Hopefully Airtable can access a "snapshot"  but I am not able to see them because they are accessed within the base, which is gone.

I am stuck 😫I am attempting to configure a webhook, but I continue to encounter a 401 error that seems to be related to the API token. I have thoroughly reviewed all the settings and ensured that I am inputting them accurately. Additionally, I am utilizing an Airtable pro plan, and there are no other users associated with my account, so I have all the permissions. Also if I put "Bearer" in front of the token it turns into a 403 errorAny guidance would be amazing!  

Hey All, I'm getting an error message about the Record ID when the IDs are the exact same. All automations are failing with the note "Record does not exist," yet the trigger is succeeding with the same Record Id. Photos below show the failing automation message and matching record Id from the trigger.   The Automation itself is based on formula fields which are populating correctly- photos below. If the Created Time (field) is within a certain Quarter (formula)- then update a single select field in the same record. I have this in 3 tables and for 1 everything is running correctly but for the other 2 everything is failing. Any advice before I submit to Airtable as a bug/glitch?

I love using forms to reduce data entry, however, I haven't been able to find a form that I can use to complete something as "complex" 😂 as a check request, specifically with multiple itemized lines presented in a Grid Format. Among other things, this Check Request Form would need Account Code, Description, and Dollar Amount *for multiple lines*.
