Hey all, I am building a base for live event production and I have run into a road block. In the interface I have a button to upload csv files for client info and needs. The button just goes to the URL for the extension in full screen. Because of the computer literacy of some of my co workers I need to make things as simple as possible. When duplicating the base for a new event, is there an automation or script that can update the new URL. I have a table called URLs that feeds the button. Thank you  

I am currently on the Team Plan. The first day I created my webhook trigger automations they worked fine. Now they will only work and create a new record if I manually click on “Run Test”. Automation is turned on and webhook is triggering. Am I missing a setting?

Is there a way to create an automation to update the comment bar in a record?As in, triggering something to automatically leave a comment. 

Does anyone know of a way to create an automation where when a new recording is created, it uses the GPT chat API as the first column for text input and the second column to get the output response from the GPT chat? For example, column 1 (input) = Hi, how are you? and column 2 (response) = Hi, I'm doing great!The native GPT chat in Airtable is quite expensive.

Hola a todos, estoy creando formularios de ingreso de datos sin embargo me encuentro con el problema de que las celdas multivariables y los links records no son capaces de por ejemplo asociar 5 profesores a 5 roles y 5 asignaturas.Estoy intentando hacerlo a través de scripts y automatizaciones sin embargo no he podido lograrlo, alguién tiene alguna sugerencia de como abarcar este problema? La idea es ahorrarle tiempo al digitador de datos, y para esto lo mas optimo que he encontrado es generar un formulario que contenga toda la información correspondiente y con automatizaciones completar las demás tablas, pero cuando hay que agregar varios registros al mismo tiempo y estos deben asociarse a otras variables no he podido lograrlo. Por otro lado tampoco quiero generar 100 columnas en caso de tener que inscribir a 100 personas. Saludos,  

I would love to see the overview interface be able to be shared publicly.  I have a base with multiple tables.  I use the data to share different information with clients in a read only format.  Currently I have to create an interface for each table and share that each one individually.  I would love to use the overview interface be available for public sharing so I can link each tables interface page to that and just share that one page.

Hi there, I’m watching an airtable demo from November that says field-level coloring has been added but I don’t see any options and they don’t explain how it’s done! I’m on the enterprise plan.

I have created a gallery style interface with research data I share with read-only collaborators.  The base includes a URL field with links to source information. This link is included in the interface, but is not visible to my collaborators.  I’ve tried converting it to a single line text and to a formula and removed the https:\\ so it is no longer a link.    I’m using the free plan.  Any help greatly appreciated. 

Bonjour la Communauté, J’ai crée une appli pour un club sportif en prenant garde à choisir des interfaces “Ordinateurs” et “Mobiles” notamment au niveau des interfaces de types Galerie.Big problème : les boutons de mon interface ne s’affiche pas sur les mobiles alors qu’ils sont sur les navigateurs web.Aucun paramètres ne permet de corriger ce problème à ma connaissance.Donc je viens chercher des infos et de l’aide.Vue depuis le navigateur web vs Vue Mobile  Donc comment faire pour voir mon bouton ????Je n’ai pas de solution de contournement car dans ce bouton je pointe sur l’url d’un formulaire public adressé à des utilisateurs “Visiteurs” qui n’ont donc pas accès à la base mais peuvent grâce à ce formulaire retourner des données pour l’alimenter.Mer

Hi - I have a project management and resource tracker AirTable built. I’d like to be able to look at how many hours someone worked in a previous week. Currently I have a rollup from “time entries” to “team” filtered by a formula within time entries that calculates if a time entry was within the last 7 days. But, leadership would like to review this information on (mostly) Thursdays for the previous calendar week. I’m not able to simply adjust the number of days as leadership may look at this information on a Wednesday or Friday.  Is there a way to calculate this information?  Thanks!

We are using Airtable to manage specific deliverables across many different projects. There are separate teams working on different projects and each project has its own Base. Let's call the bases Project A, Project B, and Project C. We created a shared Base that pulls in records from Projects A, B, and C in Grid and Calendar views. But I can't figure out, in Grid view, how to also include the name of the Base (where the record is coming from) in that shared Base. Anyone have the answer?

Hi, I am creating an interface and I Airtable just dropped me into a view of the interface designer where I could easily duplicate and rearrange user filters. However, now I can’t find that particular view anymore. Where can I easily duplicate user filters. Reason why I want this is because I want to add a tab for every month. And otherwise I have to manually add each tab with 2 filters in it. 

I would appreciate any input for such task:I need to determine if TODAY() falls within a date range, say from March 1st to October 31st, regardless of the year.So I need to compare TODAY() with start date and end date without the year, but only with day and month.I cannot figure out how to do it.Thanks for any thoughts

Hi there, I am trying to output text that is taking the text from the lookup field "Name" and taking it away from a field called "Conversations" Currently, I am trying to do this in a formula but for some reason it keeps saying #ERROR!

I have an interface with a list layout. I was under the impression that when you searched the list it would search every visible column? However when I search for fx “1073” it says there is nothing despite it being in my list?Is this a bug, or is it me who is getting it the wrong way? Search says there is no recordsRecords are there 

Hello everybody, Here is my situation : I have a table of CONTACT(1900 records) and a table of COMPANY (800 records), I have all ready set a link in between them. Now I would like to insert a junction table : JOB.If i use the junction script it will create all the link possible (1520000 records). Is it possible to add a condition in it so the script will create the record in the JOB table only when a link already existe between CONTACT and COMPANY?Thank very muchPlatane

Is there some reason this code does not work in the Body my automation email?<img src="{GraphicURL}">Where GraphicURL is a working URL reference to a remotely hosted JPG graphic image file (.jpg). The image placeholder shows, but the graphic is not being rendered.  

I am running a market place and use Airtable as the data source.Currently I input the data manually. Among the fields is Location with Single Select option. This is because I don’t have to type out the locations every time except when there is a new city. I have been working on an automation using make.com. The data is fetched from websites and goes through a number of modules and then through a JSON Parser where the data is structured before being passed on to Airtable. The challenge is that it seems Airtable refuses to accept locations that are not already in its database (previously input manually), so it returns a “[422] Field "Location" cannot accept the provided value.” Error. I changed it to Single Line Text but still the same issue. Is there a way to resolve this?Any tips will be greatly appreciated. 

As above I would like to be able to toggle all fields on an interface page between view and edit by clicking a button at the top of the page. 

Hello!Our organisation has basically a large ‘to-do’ list table which includes a ‘Tag’ multi-select field which I’ve just found out our Editor users can’t add new options to – either directly in the table, or through an interface list/record view.We are on a Team/Pro plan so I can edit the field permissions, which I’ve set to Editors and up and it still doesn’t work.As I am the Owner, I assumed anyone could add new options to this field because I always thought the common issue was trying to stop users from doing that! I really am racking my brain because it feels so simple but I can’t test it without sitting next to an Editor, and also wild that I can’t find others in the community with a similar issue.

I’m trying to make a button in my interface that will update a date field to today, but it looks like buttons can only update fields to be a specific, pre-determined date. I wish the function was there to add relative dates like today, yesterday, a week from now, etc.

So, I used gallery views in order to bulk upload media while creating multiple cards, super handful… But this feature seems to be gone now?! 😓 It looks like it’s updated, but once I drag files into the view, it kinda crashes…Any one going thru this? Any solution known?
