Checking on if there is an update on this, as most posts about it are many years old. Can the airtable branding be removed from an embedded calendar?It seems none of the alternatives that I’m aware of can customize the visible days the way airtable can. Softr can do a week view (7 days with the weekend, or 5 days no weekend. Miniextensions can only do the whole month. Neither softr nor miniextensions can do the colorcoding.  Is there a workaround for this yet? 

See screenshots below - I've used the "find records" option many times, and always restrict it to a specific view.  Only this time, and any time I test the find records action anywhere globally, it suddenly seems to stop at 10 records. The description still lists the limit as 100 records, it just stops at 10.  The view in question has 52 records in it. I've even went so far as to test this on older automations which we've since stopped using (afraid to touch any currently running automations for fear they might stop working properly).I've recreated the automation, refreshed the page, re-sorted/grouped records, but have not been able to work around the issue.Has anyone else ran into this?

I have a database and I would like that each time a person registers in the form, if he/she already exists in the database, just update his/her information and do not duplicate the contact (the database contains his/her ID number which is unique). Thanks!!

I am new to Airtable and I work in Procurement. I have built something for our buyers to use and track all projects and contracts. What I have not been able to successfully do is create a savings report for upper management. I have looked online and youtube and I have been unsuccessful. Can anyone be so kind as to help me? 

Hi community members, I’m setting up an automation that triggers based on the date but running into a problem with getting the values of the record that triggered the automation… To give you context, the main table is "Reservation" and contains all details of the reservation. In it, there is also a linked field "Yacht" which points to another table "Yachts". I have also added 2 lookup fields in Reservations : yacht name and yacht model. I defined the input variables but when I want to output them, the linked fields are empty arrays (see screenshots below). Please advise on how to fix it because I need to pass these values via webhook for further use. 

Hey everyone!This is my first post here, so forgive me if it sounds like a silly question. We’re currently working on a script to send an automated message via Slack every time a new record is created in Airtable. We’re using a script, rather than the pre-built Slack automation, as we need more advanced styling options and a button that takes you to a specific Airtable interface page.I have just figured out how to call Name and Address values from the record in the first step of the automation, but I’d like to be able to use these values in the message itself. How do I call the Name or Address in the message part of the script, so that they appear as text?Hope someone can help — thanks in advance!Alan

HiI am a novice using Airtable, but I am learning….slowly.  I have the free plan, and I’m trying to figure out how to add recurring events to my calendar easily. For instance, I would like to add a recurring event every Friday between two specific dates. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I want to know if there is a formula to identify a text within a link cell, in this cell conditions that a home meets appear. Example: unreleased, released, foundation, walls, roof, finishes, finished. I want the formula to identify if the cell evaluated says without releasing the result is UNSTARTED, if it contains released the result is IN PROCESS or if it contains finished, the result is TERMINATED. I have tried with the IF formula, but I have not succeeded. Thank you 

Hi everyone,  I have created a domain specific link to an interface using a shared link. Staff can register with Airtable OK but the link wont work saying they are not authorised to access this page. The same happens when I do it by invitation. Is there something I’m missing? Any suggestions, even the most obvious, would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there. I’m pretty new to airtable and am having an issue with something that feels like it should be quite simple so I am assuming I am missing something obvious. I have a Product table linked to a Product Bundle table. In a single record in the Product Bundle table I have multiple linked records from inventory from name, cost roll-up, quantities etc… Works great. One thing that would be super handy is to find the individual item that is linked from the Product table with the closest expiry date. At the moment I am able to use a roll-up max value field to find the earliest expiry date but I cannot figure out how to reference the record name that it belongs to. For reference, I have 10-20 products linked in one bundle and the expiration determines how I will sell the particular product or if I can at all. Hi, I’ve built some automations to send an email when a button is pressed. In the TO: and CC: fields, we use email addresses that forward to a distribution list. Think something like company_operations@misc.com and that will send to 5 people.  For some reason when the automation runs, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. And it’s very inconsistent in what’s causing the problem.  Any thoughts on what the fix could be? (Other than just listing all the people on the distribution lists individually since that could be 30+ email addresses.) Thanks in advance!

Hi!I’m creating an automation that creates a record on another table every time that record is updated in the main table. I want to limit this to whenever the update is by adding something, not deleting. Ex: I have an asset that is being used in campaign X. I’m creating a seperate table when whenever this asset is updated to be used in a particular campaign, the table will create that line. If that same asset is then later used in another campaign it will create another entry in that table so I can track performance per campaign. The issue is that if by mistake I update it with the wrong campaign and then delete it, when I delete it (it counts as an update) and it create another record in the automated table. How can I overcome this?Thank you

This question is similar to what another person asked here:I would like to also:1- Select the fields where duplicates values exist.2- Select to keep the newest record to keep3- Run it and be done.however I would like this to be the case with newly created records as well. Every new record that contains a duplicate value in a field would be kept while the existing record with the same value would be deleted. This way the newest record with the value is kept, the old is deleted. The solution in the above link only works for existing records, not newly created records. So I was wondering if there is a way to delete records in this way in Airtable. fyi: my new records are being made using a post API request, if that information helps. thank you

Hello Airtable community,This is my first Airtable project having previously used Trello and Monday.com.I am looking to create a project management tool with standard features (client, contact, team member, project, etc).  Where I am getting stuck when mapping out/setting up is:Projects are to have a start and end date (proposed) or a timeline that can be changed depending on progress on-site. This ideally will have subitems as stages or tasks. I see this as quite straight forward. Team members will be assigned to a project, which can change daily. For example: Team member 1 works on Project 1 next week, however on the following week we need team member 1 on project 2 for 2 days, then back to project 1.  Equipment/machinery TO be treated similar to team members or as items? So they can also be allocated to a project for differing times.With the above in mind, my boss would like to continue sending out a daily (

I am trying to add a hyperlink that will direct applicants to a third party website within the help text of a form, in order for applicants to visit this site they will currently have to manually copy and past the link in to their browser.  is there a way to have it so that they could just click on the link provided and that would open up the link? so this english proficiency test link is the one I am referring to…   Thank you in advance!

Hey! We have a difficult airtable formula to create that outputs 1 or 0 based on how soon a date is. Could you tell me if you could help?This is the problem:We have a variable called {Deadline}, which is the deadline to respond to a job. We have a job board linked to airtable. However, this is also the deadline for us as recruiters do our work with the applicant. It's still up on the website even minutes before the deadline. So if someone responds, it's too late, which is frustrating for them. But we still would want them to apply in case we have the time.So we need AT LEAST 8 hours (a 9:00 until 17:00 workday) * 60 minutes (for more accuracy) = 480 minutes to do our recruitment work. So we need a formula that says: IF we have less than or equal to 480 minutes of work during work hours until the deadline, the formula should be 1 (indicating to us that we should give a warning on the website when someone applies that we might not make it but will try). My system allows people to sign up for projects and when they sign up, I have an automation running that adds them to the projects table from the users table. The issue is, it’s not allowing that user to be added to multiple projects. If a user clicks the link on a different project, they are removed from the first one. Any insights on why this behavior is happening?

Hi allI’m on the free Airtable tier and I’ve created a basic app to store data about the salamis I make as a hobby. There are several tables. The default interfaces pages are fine for my needs. Is there a way to create a basic homepage that shows when I open the airtable app on my phone that shows me a simple form that has a button to create a new salami, create a new daily measurement, daily PH test, new recipe etc?I have a form but can’t see how to have the buttons open a new form (ie open the Add Salami form) and I can’t see how to have it open by default, and I can’t see a way to have it show when I open the app or the Interface in the app. My guess is that within that is my answer.  But can anyone help?

Hi there, It has been a while since i last made any significant updates to my Airtable projects so I am a bit rusty. I am struggling to find the best way to create “a table inside a table”....I have a table called “Quotes” that has these fieldsQuote ID (single line text) Option (some clients will review different configurations) Line items (multi-select)I want the Line items field to select multiple (static data) records from another table called “products” and then list them inside the quote record. Is this even possible? Any other way to achieve a similar result? 

Hello,I am endeavoring to create a social-media post manager/tracker to coordinate reposting of the same centrally-approved content on the same dates by many different agencies for various campaigns.  The first table contains a record for each content item with the posting date(s) assigned, along with the agencies who will need to post; since there may be multiple posting dates, instead of a Date field, I have added a table just for dates to make this a Linked Record selection.  My second table, which has a row for each selectable date, pulls in the content to be posted on each selected date with a lookup for the agencies tied to each. This is intended to be the table that contains views specific to each agency for their own status updates, filtered to show each agency's approved content assignments (via the "Msg Approved by City" checkbox). This is how I would like it to work when the base is put into use.  Note that I tried to use A
