Hello! I am trying to automate our content planner on Airtable to post on our Facebook page. All steps work fine except the “Facebook pages: create a new post” part which shows the tests fail --> see screenshot I followed all the steps advised in this article: https://blog.airtable.com/automation-recipe-publishing-twitter/ I linked the message to the “caption” (long text) part of our table to “message” and the “asset” (attachment) in our table to "attachments. --> see screenshot Can anyone tell what is wrong? the roll-up value consists of the image filename[image. jpg] and lmagelink[domain. com/image.jpg] now I want to create copy value that has an attachment-type column.@ScottWorld and @kuovonne I'm a fan of you guys! or maybe someone knows the answer. Thanks!

Hello everyone! Right now we have a shared Excel document with an external person. When he has completed a task he will fill a row in the Excel sheet. We want this to be made in Airtable instead. Is that possible? I thought about creating a Form, but would it be possible to only use 1 Form for every new Record that needs to be made? Or is there a better alternative?Thanks in advance!

Hi all. I did a bit of searching on the site but seems like people use different ways to solve this. Now in the fall of 2022, what would be the best way to create custom post types in wordpress from airtable records? We run a real estate agency and add a ton of listings into our airtable ever day. Our listing website is on wordpress. Having to not add the same info twice would be a huge time saver for us. Plus adding data to airtable is quicker than wordpress. Thanks in advance!

I want to find any missing records based on the submitted forms from that week and the overall list of the team members, then send a slack reminder to the non-submitters. Hello everyone, I am trying to automate project numbers in Airtable. For this year I have used autocount to get a rising number of project IDs. My problem now is that for every new year, I want to reset this count. So for example the last project in 2022 had the ID 22-105 and the first one for this year should be 23-001.My logic for this function wasIf [previous_record_date_year] == [current_record_date_year] {   [current_record_number] = [previous_record_number] +1} else {   [current_record_number] = 1}Is there a way to implement it that way or am I thinking too lazy?

Hi, I have three tables : - students - challenges - attachments There is a form that allow students to submit challenges in the table attachments. When I receive a challenge submitted by a student, I review it and if it is correct, I manually link the challenge from the table challenges to the row challenges done in the table students. Here are screenshots for an exemple. In this example, student 1 submitted challenge ex3 and it was correct so I added ex3 to the list of challenges done by student 1 in the table students. Hi folks! I'm trying to create a Base that tracks all the calendar entries in a shared Google Calendar, and then every week (or so), archives all the new entries in the Calendar Sync table into a separate "Archive Table". The first part is easy, I have our AT Base syncing with the correct Google Calendar we need and pulling all the info down into AT. The second part is where I'm running into problems. Because our Google Calendar policy deletes everything older than several (I believe 3) years - I need to find a way to archive that information separate from the sync table (since when things delete in Google Calendar, they'll also delete in the synced table).I also don't want to have it automatically pull new entries anytime a change is made to the Synced Calendar table - as we're likely to adjust the entries multiple times and/or delete and add new versions based on our needs - so if I have it automate pulling every entry

Hello AT community, I create a trigger to email relevant parties when a record’s date is overdue but can’t seem to find how I can make the trigger repeat daily - that is, as long as the overdue date is unchanged and remains before today, I’d like to continue receiving email notifications on a daily basis. Hi, I am looking to build a script that will allow me to run a large find and replace on Airtable en masse so I do not need to do each one individually. I have a list of around 137 words, they are sectors, that I would like to replace with broader sector categories or something along those lines.For example, Film > Entertainment or Media & Healthcare Products > Healthcare. The sector on the left is what I would like to find and the category on the left is what I would like to replace. Does anyone have a script like this to hand where i can replace the find and replace words, or please could someone help me in creating this code. Thanks

Hi Airtable Folks!I've created an automation to create a weekly agenda for our marketing team using the Airtable automation feature to create a new Google Docs when triggered. My question - Is there anyway to format this to look a bit nicer? Currently the tables/record headings display as thick black bars, and the font size is all 11 - I'd prefer it smaller! Also is there a way to change the column sizes? Kind Regards,Nicola

Hello!First time using this forum so really looking forward to your expertise to help with our calendar management. Our goal is to create an automation/approval process as I we 2 date fields, one as date we input, another as proposed date that a user can enter if the first date doesn't work. When someone types in the proposed date field, I want that to trigger that to go to specific team to then review, click approve/deny.If approved, that proposed date would then replace the date field.  If deny, we can have a comment box for reasons or perhaps other suggested dates.Please let me know if you can help with this and have alternate route to achieve the goal as above is just some thoughts. Thank you so much! 

Hello Thank you in advance for your help! I am trying to create separate records from a lookup field (the input variable) which in this example include the name Tom, Rose. The goal is to write these to new records however keep them linked to the "People" table by using the "Person" field. I am receiving a "cannot receive the provided value" error. I know it is an issue with the way I am writing to the linked record but I am pretty new to this so any help would be appreciated. HelloI have a question about if cell contains "value", then multiply by # formula.  Is it possible to achieve the result I intended in column C?Column A, single select = High, medium, lowColumn B, numerical value = 5Column C, formula, = If column A is high, column B with 0.7, If column A is medium, multiply Column B by 1, if column C is low, multiply by 2. I am hoping I am able to multiply by a specific number under certain conditions.  Without manually typing in a value in the columns.  Just being able to select a value in the single select column makes the task and viewing easier. Thanks in advance!Annie

Hello, is there a way to run an automation for every linked item within a record? I am either short a few brain cells or this may be a setup issue.I have a business table and a member table. The business can have many members, and the member can have many businesses. However, I want to send a specific text message (via twilio beta) from each business to only their linked members. Is there a way to do this? Twilio throws an error (blank value) when I pick values from the linked member list. I almost think I need a third helper table with single member to single business links. For consideration, the member list would ideally be unique values. Additionally, I would be looking to build this out only to send a message on a member's birthday. Thank you!

This is the first time I have written a script myself as I have been self-learning over the past couple months. I am trying to build a script that will run when a record is created that creates repeated events. I have users who submit events through a form on the interface and added 3 fields focused on the workflow. The flow I am hoping for is if someone checks off Repeating Event it will look at the Frequency field (single select) and the End On field (date) the workflow script will then create events with the same field values at the same times through the date specified in End On field. I know i could probably remove some of the script and use the conditions in the workflow but I have confused myself to the point of not knowing how to move forward without breaking anything more than it already is.
