When I click 'activate options' no options are showing. I've double checked that activate options isn't already ticked on any other orders. It's been working fine, so not sure why it is suddenly not working. It's not working on multiple devices, and I have logged out and back in with no luck.Any ideas??

Hello,I'm working on an automation that, when triggered by a new record being created, runs a script. The script should take that record, parse a comma-delimited list, then create new records in a separate table. The new records are include the unique names, the count of each unique name, and a link back to the original record. I mostly have this sorted now thanks to some awesome older forum posts, but I'm having trouble understanding how to write new records.The error I'm getting is on the last line of code where the records are being created: Error: Field "fldjndAnd48IHziyd" cannot accept the provided value.I believe the issue is with how I'm assigning the records. Is it possible to embed a calendar view in an automated email?

Hi all,I have an automaton where at X time, once a week, records are scanned for any projects that are within the next coming week, the status is to be changed to "Upcoming". I am recieving an error message on the update record part. Hello all!I don't believe this is possible with how automations work with Airtable as I know them, as they seem to be restricted to only automating one table and that one table's records. Regardless, I'm hopeful there's an extension or something that can get around this, as this seems like something that would be extremely useful to most people. Hello!I'm fairly new to Airtable, but I have found myself stuck on something and I'm unsure the best approach.  I have a base that is receiving data from submitted forms for security requests.  These requests are worked on by 3 different staff members.  I've built interface views for each member and I am now trying to add a button on each interface that once clicked, would update a record with a blank "Assigned to" field to their name and thus populate into their interface view.  Is there anyway to do this in Airtable? It could be I need to think about it in a different way rather than updating a field, that's why I am reaching out!Thanks!!

Hi, I have multiple automations pulling data from formula fields, that have been formatted to include the euro sign. This works fine in the data, however when I pull the values into automations, the euro sign and formatting that I put in the formula field isn't applied. The base I am using is under a free account.  Could you let me know of any solutions?  Thanks 

I ran into an issue setting up an automation for some colleagues of mine. We all work in the same workspace, but depending on the team there are different tables within the workspace to manage their work. To keep things simple, lets say Team A works in Table A, and Team B works in Table B.Some of the work Team A does in Table A is for Team B. Team B asked for a way to see just that work in their production calendar on Table B. I created an automation pulling just the pertinent info from Table A to Table B so they can keep track of it. (I am oversimplifying this for the sake of my issue.)The automation has so far worked perfectly, with one issue. Team A uses a Date field for their Due dates without a time field, Team B uses a Date field for their due dates with a time field. For whatever reason, when the automation runs, it will change Team A's due date (ex. 1/2/24) to the day before at 7 or 8pm (ex. 1/1/24 7:00pm). Both date fields use the same date format of "U

Currently, I am linking the tables to each other manually when updating project start and end dates. For example, if I add a new project scheduled to start today and end 3/1/2024, I'd add a new record with a start date of 11/30/22, the end date of 3/1/24, and then link it to the "2023 Q4" and "2024 Q1" records from the second Table. Projects don't often (if ever) end when planned, so I come back and update the end dates often which means I also have to go back to check the linked Quarter records to make sure they're still accurate. This seems like something that should be easily automatable.I don't necessarily even NEED the Quarter Table. There is no other information about each quarter that I collect.

Everything was running smoothly until I encountered a peculiar issue. Hey community, Aundre here. I hope you're all doing well!I found this script on YouTube that works once you're on any table view where applicable. I need to automate it to work without being on a specific view. When I run it from automations, it does not work, I get the error below.The automation I am trying to create is to run whenever a record enters a view. It should run the script which compresses images in the IMAGE column via TinyPNG, and then output them in IMAGE COMPRESSION. However, I find that I have to be on the view itself, click 'run script' for it to work. The automation however is not running from a view standpoint, hence why I believe it's giving an error.After the image has been compressed, I'd like the IMAGE column to clear (delete) the original image, leaving only the compressed one. I have email automations that are sent out when a record matches conditions. When a date is one day ago an email is sent. Overnight this has not worked, emails have sent even though the field date that triggers the email was not one day ago. What could be the cause of this?Could this be caused by the time zone airtable uses? It says it is in GMT, but the date generated in a field is the wrong date?

I currently have 3 tables: Project PortfolioProject WorkplansProject StatusesIn the first table, I would like to display the Next Milestone and most recent report / status. On the milestone side, this would somehow be a lookup of the tasks in table 2 (All workplan records are tagged with the right project). I have a base where I have a template table - let's call it Table A - that I copy to create new tables with the identical structure (i.e. all fields are the same). Is there any way to have the automations associated with Table A be automatically created for Tables B, C, D, etc.? Failing that, when I manually copy the Table A automations, is there any way to have it recognize the fields with the same names in Table B and not force me to reselect them each time? (In my use case, each table represents a different event, but I'm sure there are many other use cases as well!)
