I am trying to use Zapier to publish airtable records as cards on Miro. It works fine, but the link back to Airtable is broken. Zapier needs the record URL and it's not being made available. I wondered if I could work around this by making the record of the URL a field in the record, so that Zapier can use it. Is this possible? Any tops would be much appreciated!

Hey there! I have created an automation on my Airtable to send an SMS to my customer when they made a purchase. My customers are 2 tables : on the "Users" table and on the "Clients" table. I have their telephone numbers and also a formula field to convert their number in the French standard format : "+33678332729"When I type manually a telephone number on the field 'TO', the automation works and the SMS is well send. But, when I choose my specific formula field with the French standard format, It takes the source of the data (0678332729) and not the content (+33678332729)Here is some screenshot in attachment. Thank you in advance for your help!Seren

Here's the challenge I need to find a solution for. I have a table of "Orders" placed by Girl Scouts in my troop. Hello, I need some help to find a solution for this task:I have two tables, on contain a columns called small, tall and month. The second table contains the columns small_december and tall_december.I need to write a script that looks for the record month of the first table and names of the columns if they contain the word, in this case December. if the condition matches the data will be copy from table 1 and bring it for table 2. 

Hi everybody!I managed to sent emails from linked table. But now I ran into a problem. I have two linked tables, one for RMA requests from customers and another for a list of repairers with their emails. When I want to send a product to the selected repairer, I want it to be sent to an email that is entered in another table of repairers. This works, but many times it sends the same email to other emails that are in the same table (so it sends an email to the entire list of all emails in this table). When I was working on automation, I used lookup field of the email address of the srepairer from the second table and sent the email from the first table (customer requests, because it is related to a specific product and customer). In the automation for the "to" field, there is no way I can select anything other than a "list" of emails.. could this be the cause of my problem?

I have two tables that are linked to each other: Candidate Table and Position TableEach candidate record has contact information (email) and is linked to a specific position record which also means that each position record may be linked to multiple candidate records. Each position record also has a status: Active, On Hold, Lost, etc.I would like to be able to send automated emails to all candidates linked to a position that has changed its status from Active to On Hold to update them on what's going on. Hi all,I am curious to learn more about what linked and un-linked data can be used in the 'Find Records' action in Automations. This happens frequently, and I am fairly sure that it is related to field data types. Linked record fields can only be used in certain instances, and lookup fields can only be used in others. Sometimes I have had to create 'String' fields through formulae to lookup other records. My ask: does anyone have any links to learning resources or documentation where i can learn what the limitations/benefits of certain field types are. We are managing the database through a front-end, and no fields are updated manually, so the vagaries of these data types and their capacity/limitations is quite a challenge!An example of my issue is included in the screenshots attached:For reference, I am working with 5 tables:

Hello,I want to make an automation to send an email at a specific time. When I choose the trigger "at a scheduled time" and go to write the message of the email, I can write a message, but I cannot input any data from the base. When I click on the blue plus sign in the upper right corner, the only options are "actual trigger time," "expected trigger time," and "next trigger time" (pictured below). How can I pull data from the base, such as "dear [insert name]"?Thank you.  

Hello everyone, Please I need your help I would like to send out an email with two answering options referenced from my table in my base and the user should just be able to pick one option in the email with just one click and automatically the value are being transmitted into the base directly without opening the form. I don't want any form to be seen after pressing the button I just want it to be submitted automatically.What i have done is to create a form and write a prefill url formular that prefills the form with the option and an extra field that will also be prefilled that works only in the base but when i reference it in the email and preview it doesn't appear at all in the email.Would it be also possible for the form to be submitted automatically once the button is pressed ?I would really appreciate any suggestion or insight Thank you.

I want my automation to update the record when it is complete and then remove or delete any/all the attachments in a particular field, how can I do this?

HELP! I have a base with a table where I have collected submissions for an upcoming conference. There are fields for Speaker 1 Name, Speaker 1 Email, Speaker 2 Name, Speaker 2 Email, etc. I am trying to pull all the data from every record to another "Speaker Management" table. So I need all the Speaker Name fields (Speaker 1 Name, Speaker 2 Name, etc) to go to a singular field (Speaker Name) in this "Speaker Management" table along with the corresponding email contact for the record. The records are already there, but may update because I am using FillOut for people to update their submission content. I appreciate any thoughts!

My company is working to centralize our Zaps now that there's a service account feature through Airtable. However, we're running into the question if we should create separate service accounts with specific bases given access to (with the idea of least privilege), or just authorize a general Zapier service account that has access to all current and future bases?The latter seems to be a lot more permissions than necessary, but it is also easier. Would love to hear how others are approaching this.

Hi thereI have an Airtable base with 2 tabs: 1. Resellers: on which I keep the "Company" name and the "Website" of resellers I'm working with. Company and Website are my 2 fields on this tab2. Performance: on which I have some datas imported from a Google Sheet. Here I have 3 tabs : email_domain, total_mrr and total_projectsI would like to add a field "Results" to my Resellers tab on which I automatically render the total_projects from the table Performance for each of my resellers. The issue here is that the performance table is randomly ordered so there is a need to make a match between the Website from Resellers and the email_domain from Performance and to render the good value for each Reseller. I tried to set up an Automation or even find a way to do it through Make but I didn't manage to achieve that so far. I'm wondering if it's possible to make 2 cells from 2 different tables match to each others. 

Hi, community!Please, I need help to understand what happened with an automation that I messed up and was sending e-mails in an infinity looping even after it was deleted from the base.It was initially built with "At schedule time" trigger and had two steps: 1 - Find records matching one condition: Where field A contains Yes2 - Send an e-mail to the e-mail found in the previous stepAfter I tested, I realized that I actually needed to insert the Send an e-mail step inside a Repeating group. The problem is I forgot to update the data that should be used in this step, so it kept sending e-mails to everyone that matches the condition in the first step. I fixed that changing data to Current item data in all fields in the e-mail step but it didn't work and then, I deleted the automation and it still kept sending e-mails.Now, it seems to have stoped, but I'd like to understand what happened here so if something similar happens in the f

Hi all,I'm working on building a base for my team, and am having an issue with automating a copy-and-paste function.I have a formula which calculates the due date for tasks based on a set number of workdays from the start date. However, sometimes we need to edit due dates of individual tasks and don't want to edit the start date or the number of workdays—so, I need to figure out a way to copy the data in the due date formula field to another field where it can be edited.
