I am trying to import about 1000 product photos into the “product” category. The problem here I cannot find the fastest method because the number of each product is not identical. Hope you all help me, I’m a novice user.

Hi Community ! We have a database that count 80 000 records… and counting… (We are limited to 100 000) Could someone hep me on a way to split my database ? For example… I tried to host “cities” table in an other base and sync this one… but if I sync all the rows in my main base, that does’nt make any change ! Sync row are counted in my main database. Many CRMs that we have used in the past export all data in one row. The issue is we want to take that data that is in the same row and create multiple entries in a new table. Here is an example: Primary Contact, Primary Contact Phone, Relationship, Secondary Contact, Secondary Contact Phone John Doe, 847-555-5555, Spouse, Jane Doe, 708-555-5555 Each one of these is a column header and I would like to be able to easily import them as one line and then have them also available in a new table which separates the contacts. The goal is to end up with a Gallery view so I can see different Cards for Both John & Jane Doe with each of their appropriate contact information and see that the other person is linked to them. I need some level of automation here as I am importing 1000s of records and not all data will have two people associated with it.

Hi, I have a table called ‘Communiques’ which is linked to ‘Contact’ records. I want to be able to - when I create a new task record from Communiques to automatically have the ‘Contact’ filled in from the Contact associated from the Communiques table. Is this possible? I am creating a base to track my inventory, I have created 3 locations in 3 seperate tables, with images description etc. I would like to know how to merge all 3 together into one table (master table) Is there any way I can do this with data intact?

I am trying to automate firing notification for ceramicists when they pay for a firing. I have a master table with all member information including member id, phone number etc. Primary field is their “first name last name” when a ceramist pays for a firing through paypal, a 2nd linked table “PAID” is updated with name, date and price from the paypal info. I also update the linked field in this table with their name. My hope was that the lookups fields of member id and cell number would be updatedin the PAID table ??? how can I get the member id and cell number to fill in automatically from the master table ( the lookup fields ) when a record is created in the PAID table using the paypal name in the linked record field ? I tried updating the linked record in PAID table with the zap paypal name ( hoping the lookups would just happen… ) this is shown the screen capture. gawd I hope this makes sense :slightly_smiling_face:

Good Day, hope I posted this in the right section. New to Airtable and like what I’ve been exploring so far, especially the grouping feature! I have this table that has a persons ID #, their First Name, Last Name, email, and their Check in and Check out dates/time. Some quick background, I work at an Institution where we track attendance of our facility that typically has a higher foot traffic. With COVID, we’ve been keep a close eye on who enter our facilities, as well contact tracing if someone later on is placed in quarantine or isolation. So every time someone enters and leaves our facility, that information is tracked. The grouping feature has made it very nice to keep things organized and easy to look for information. Today I received a list of individual id #, about 15-20 of them. Trying to find the best solution to quickly filter that table down into only seeing those list of ID numbers so I can report what date/time they may have entered my facilit

I have a number of sign-up/newsletter forms in various locations all feeding a single CRM base. I’d like to create attribution that allows me to see in the base where the contact originally came from (e.g. website, LinkedIn, Partner site). I’d like to do this in a way that means the person filling out the form doesn’t see the attribution being applied. (So I can’t use ‘/?prefill_’ ). Thank you in advance!

Hello, For the past 8 month, i have been building a base with logistic and sales activities. (we started before the “sync” option released) this base has : 18k records with 2 tables of 8k+ records 8Go of Pictures 23 tables 600+ fields 200+ views a lot of functions a lot of automations a lot of connexions to zapier. connexions to miniextension. When i try to open big tables, the loading takes 20s sometimes ! what is the best approach to fix this situation ? creating a new base for the logistic and sync sales data ? reduce views ? reduce functions ? delete pictures ? create a new copy of the base every semester ? … ? I want to create a base in my workspace, but I want to limit who can see this base to only certain members of my workspace. I have a Pro account. Is this possible? Another alternative is creating the base and limiting access to one tab. Thanks for your help!

I have two tables on air-table. One for Staff, another for Leads. Staff: grouped under type: organic sales, paid sales, and coaches. Fields: Type, Total Revenue, Total Leads. Two questions: How can I change the formula for each staff type? How can I calculate the total revenue biweekly? and reset it every biweekly period? The amount to be paid to the contractors is based on the revenue brought in in each of the 26 periods of the year.

Our small business provides professional services to clients. I am trying to use airtable to make sure we deliver those services agreed in the contracts. Typically a client might have 4-7 different services across a year which would be grouped into one contract for monthly payments and delivered across a year on dates as agreed - then would get a new contract for the next year with similar or different services. In my base I have a table for Companies (and one for contacts as quite a few people within each company) and then one for Contracts as each company could have many contracts over a lifetime. In the Contracts table, I record the start and end date of the contract, the monthly payment, attach a copy of the agreement and link it to the comapny name from the Company table. Hi folks, I’m hoping someone can take pity on me because I’m struggling to get my head round this as I’m an old school spreadsheet geek! Airtable would be ideal for how we want to work and would stream line things rather than the excel documents we use just now, but I’m lost without a vlookup :joy: I have a “master” table with 5000ish records, each with 25 fields. The Primary field is an account number. I have lots of other tables, each one is a particular clients own table. These contain between 100-200 records, with the same account numbers as from the master table as the primary field, and some notes against each account number. They might add or delete Account numbers from their own table, but they will always be contained in the master table. Is there a way to look up the primary field in the clients table and pull the 25 fields from the master tables corresponding primary field through automatically without having to manually select it through the lookup fu

I’ve been asked to include a custom booking platform for a business in their website. It will need to be somewhat similar to MindBody / Instabook / Pushpress. After a lot of research I think Airtable might be the best place to start with the “back end”. Here’s some extra info on the requirements for the website. Allow users to create an account and log in Users purchase various different credit passes - ie. 15 credit pass, 10 credit pass, 5 credit pass, single credit etc. Then add these “credits” to user account When user books into a class it will need to deduct a credit from their account There are two major sides to the business - adult fitness classes and children’s dance classes. I am using a gallery view to develop a catalog of plants. There is the photo, the scientific name of the plant and then the common name. The scientific name is often long, it needs to be fully visible. Currently, many of the plant names are cut off in such a way that they don’t make sense. Is there a way to either widen the gallery view or make the title wrap?

Hi, I’m quite new to formulas and I am having a little trouble getting a DATEADD formula to work I am setting up some formulas for a Page Design invoice and need: ‘Today’s Date’ ‘Due Date’ 14 days from ‘Today’s Date’. My formula for ‘Todays’ Date’ is: DATETIME_FORMAT(SET_TIMEZONE(TODAY(),‘Perth’),‘DD/MM/YYYY’) My formula for ‘Due Date’ is: DATETIME_FORMAT(DATEADD({Today’s Date},14,‘days’),‘DD/MM/YYYY’) What appears to happen is that DATEADD is adding 14 to the ‘days’ portion of a date (MM/DD/YYYY), but isn’t taking into account the requested DD/MM/YYYY structure until after it has done the adding. The image shows the setup I use in Google Sheets to list the tags, titles, and descriptions of my listing for my Etsy store. I add new listing going across the sheet. Column N shows the number of characters and spaces in column M and the the next listing would be O/P, etc… Can this be set up in Airtable as it is in Google Sheets? Thanks

Hello all, Hoping you can help as I’ve wasted far too much time trying to figure out how to do this! I’ve built a base for SEO Content Management. I have a table for Existing Content and a table for Keywords. I want to pull through the associated keywords (of which there may be many) to the Existing Content - page (for which there should be one url). I can’t seem to construct a link and lookup that allows me to find the keywords from the Keywords table - based on the url - and return these to the Existing Content table. I just return the url…or nothing at all. Where am I going wrong? To note, on the Keyword table the record name is the keyword and the url is a column included in the table. On the Existing Content table I’ve created a name using a formula to combine the content type and page title (not url), again url is a column included in the table and I have a keyword column I wish to populate from the Keyword table. Hello. We need an urgent help. We got an Android App, using Airtable. Our app has registration system with Google. We made a base in airtable, called “Users” and each registered user inside application means 1 record in users base ( aka profile ). It shows basic info about each user, like name and email. Yesterday we reached 1119 records (users), and had to upgrade to Plus or Pro plan to increase our record… because you know max records per base are 1200 in free plan. Shortly after we upgraded to Pro Plan, nobody could register inside our app. Everyone was stuck at Loading… We found out that airtable was not giving more data, then 1119 records (because if we remove like 100 or more records from the current ones, we get access in the app. Just this base stops giving any data at this particular record. Now we have 50 000 for Pro Plan and we are stuck at 1119 records, each new minute losing many new users and revenue. We contacted support twice today, still no response. Can an

Is there a way to know the base size? This would help to know to see if the base is near capacity? At same time, is there a dashboard of sort to see how many records a base has?
