Goal: A user can create a post including any version of a youtube or twitch URL. When the post is created it appears in a repeating group and the link appears as an embedded video. Current State: The entire site is already built using a combination of airtable and bubble.io. This is the last feature that I need. Work: I am open to ideas. What I know right now is that it can be done either with a Regex Formula or JavaScript Automation using the video id. Budget: Hopefully, under $200. But we can discuss it, based on your idea. 

hello, I have a small but may complicated issue. I have a data table, that lists several items to view over a website. the form for the table works well to populate the fields and add items. what is needed is another "contact form" that a visitor can use, to send inquiry, where the subject field is "prefilled" with the specific item number that the visitor "clicked-on" and expanded. like adding a button field, that will open that form, with the prefilled value from that exact column-row intersection. any ideas?

Hello,  If I take the Pro plan and choose to limit editing &permissions for collaborators do they als need a Pro plan to input/change their data?They should'nt be able to adjust eachtohers data. Thanks

Hello, I want to use the view timeline with the utilization bar. My timeline view allows me to assign tasks to employees. Employees have unavailable days. So I can't assign them spots during this time. The Unavailable Days Utilization Bar only appears in black when the task is assigned to that date. Is it possible to make these days appear unavailable even if no task is assigned to this date.Thank you for your feedback Best regards Franck

I've been using Airtable for a while now, and while it's a fantastic platform for managing and organizing data, I've noticed that the lookup functionality can be quite limited at times. Specifically, I've experienced issues with having to create multiple lookup fields just to perform simple calculations or data lookups across different tables. So, I've started working on a new tool that aims to solve these lookup issues and enhance Airtable's functionality. When I open the calendar workspace on mobile (android) and on days that I have an appointment and a blue dot it does not show the record. I have a message that says "this date has no record" if I click Done and re-open it the appointments are there. This is really frustrating - and happens EVERY SINGLE time on every day.Please help!

 Okay I believe I have finally solved this problem. Using a bunch of nested formulas and heaps of hints from these forums I managed to take the start date(/time) of an event in my table, and calculate the correct payroll date. If you've ever tried this before you may have come across several complications which generally come back to Airtable performing all calculations on a date field without considering the timezone that the displayed date field is in - it sometimes assumes date fields need to be translated back into GMT, and at others it just assumes they are already in GMT when they aren't... etc. Formulas like WEEKNUM() and SET_TIMEZONE() don't seem to work well together... etc.Anyway, I have tested this formula with a bunch of tricky dates around the start/end of a year and the start/end of a pay period and haven't come across any errors in the calculations yet. This code is used in a “Duration” formula field in an Activity tracking database. The formula calculates the hours and minutes of a duration of time (for an activity), and maintains a two digit display for minutes (H:MM) when the minutes portion of a duration is between 1 & 9 minutes. Without this code, a duration with a value for minutes between 1 & 9, for example a duration of 1 hour and 3 minutes, would display incorrectly as “1:3”, instead of correctly as “1:03”. This may be a little tricky to describe, and I'm a little excited after discovering this feature, so I'll do my best! My post is about the Interface Record Picker element, but the Airtable Help doesn't discuss this functionality.Today, whilst I was creating a new Time/Task tracker to keep a tabs on my time, along with what tasks and projects that I'm working on - I've always had the complaint that as each of my tables links in deeper to one another, when viewing via an Interface it becomes a bit of a click-scroll-click-scroll to get to the data that I'm needing to update, then a click-back-click-back to get back to my main interface - repeat ad nauseum - and I start to wonder if Interfaces are really worth investing the time in building, knowing that data is obfuscated by several clicks and it's really just easier to edit directly within the base... or so

When trying to concatenate fields together, we always face the problem of either having too many commas (if some fields are blank), or not enough commas (if we are trying to concatenate a lookup field).  Not to mention the fact that some values show up as "Banana, Orange" while others show up as "Banana,Orange" without the space after the comma!To solve this problem, I have created a script extension that will help you to generate a formula that will concatenate all your selected fields!Once you have selected the table that contains the fields you want concatenated, you will be asked to select the fields you want concatenated.  After you have selected all the fields you want, you can click "Selection Complete" and the formula will be generated for you.  You can then copy and paste the formula into a formula field!The example bas

Hi Everyone, I am using Airtable as my CRM. I love it. However, the data vizualisation blocks are not enough and I would like to create comprehensive dashboards in Excel or Power BI. I am not a technical guy but I managed to connect the API for small tables. However, my 2 main tables have 25k and 8k rows… I do not know how to do it for these ones.
