In the past six months, I have been building TaskRobin to save emails to Airtable.  1-  Our organization operates various types of projects, each with different formats. Some formats are consistent across projects. We used the append option in Excel to compile them and bring them into our organization's master database. Is there a similar option in Airtable that allows us to append data of the same format from different projects together?  2- Projects often have different formats, and we would like to append data from specific columns of these formats into our master base. Is this possible in Airtable?  3- Different bases were created for data from different projects. If the append option works in Airtable, can it append tables from other bases into the master base?

Our innovation center at Yale University is looking to pull our onboarding process for staff and student employees into Airtable to use automations and interfaces. Right now it's in aTrello board and Google docs. We've even got a great template to start, but my team lacks the capacity and interface expertise to pull this into Airtable. We are also interested in exploring whether or not a room reservation system could be housed in Airtable and a few other ad hoc Airtable projects. I'm looking for someone who has experience designing Airtable interfaces, who is available to meet remotely on occasion between 9am and 4pm EST, who can complete these projects by mid-July.

We are looking for an Airtable developer who can create a custom integration between Airtable and our ERP software (from ProConcept) to sync inventory levels. Our base is an AirPower template, which is feeding our Shopify website in development. The CSV generated by the ERP has only five fields: product name, reference number, EIN number, MSRP, and quantity. We need the integration built and tested in collaboration with the ProConcept developer, ideally within 1-2 weeks. There is an opportunity for ongoing work keeping things functional. :metal:

Hi, I created a database and I want to share it. I create a link where the database is duplicated via " copy database" Is it possible to set a password before sharing to prevent changing fields and other duplication or sharing options? I mean so I can only share it once

Hello All, I have a project that has outgrown Airtable which I will be moving to an AWS MySQL instance. Hello, I am using Airtable to manage a small 3d printing workshop. I am looking for someone who can help automate a very tedious task, presumably by developing a community based app. The end result is that Id like to have a 2d image automatically generated and placed in an attachments field, the 2d image needs to be that of whatever 3d STL file is contained in another attachments field for the same entry. The image is used in the Kanban view as a means of easily identifying the part/job as it progresses through production, and the image will also be used in the page designer block for printing a part label, ideally the image needs to be grey scale for ease of black/white label printing. Currently I manually load the 3d STL file into a 3d viewer such as Windws 3D Builder, take a screen shot, and save the screen shot in the entrys attachments field. I’m looking for an Airtable developer to help us build a few things for our virtual events business: UPS Tracking integration. We pull in the Tracking numbers from Shipstation, but want it to auto-look up in Airtable (the Shippo API should allow this), so we don’t have to manually track Zoom attendee import. For our events, we’d love to pull in which attendees actually showed up for the event as compared to the ones who registered using the Zoom reports API. Dashboards. I’d love to build a few dashboards around our data and in general make some of our data easier to manage We are pretty good at formulas within Airtable and I have an automator who does Zapier on staff, so I’m really looking for someone who could build on top of Airtable with external APIs.
