We are currently using the calendar view to schedule our festival with over 20 venues and 450 shows across one weekend. It would be perfect if were were able to have a calendar view where we could see each venue next to each other and so that each venue staying in its own “column” instead of all of the different Venues being all over the place. Would this be able to be done if we built a custom app for this feature? Where would we go to find an airtable expert to build us this?

I am trying to achieve the following basic automatic backup feature (of data): When a new record is created in a specific table, I’d like to use the new automation feature to trigger a script that exports a CSV of that table (and a certain view). The script should be saved in a specific dropbox folder and subsequent export should simply overwrite the previous CSV export. Could someone write that script for me? Hey Guys, We are a vacation rental property management company that use Airtable for data keeping. Our model requires slightly more complicated than what we have on Airtable as solutions as we have the following layers: 1- Revenue table (bookings and collections that took place last month) 2- Fees (Our fees from bookings that took place) 3- Expenses (Expenses that we paid on behalf of owners and that we need to deduct from their net earnings) Our monthly Reports to our clients goes as follows: Summary page Revenue page Expense Right now, what I do is make all the data processes on Airtable, connect it to ClicData and then make a PDF for each client for one of these reports. Finally, I compile the 3 reports into one Statement PDF Report which I put in Airtable again and its automatically emailed to my clients. I would like to automate this part. Hi Airtable Community! I’m looking for some help with creating an automation or script (I don’t know if it’s that complicated). I need the record called Date of RTL to be updated WHEN the record called "RTL = YES. The date that needs to populate is the date in which the condition becomes true in RTL. Example: A5 Liquor was RTL=YES on 8/17/2020, which I manually selected. Right now it’s a manual process and as you can see, I’ve forgotten to update it a few times. It does not have to retroactively update the Date of RTL, but would be helpful. Cheers!

I don’t have time now to learn how to develop an Airtable Base. I know what I need and want to use. Therefore, I want to hire an expert to build a simple Base for me, which can then be made more complex little by little. The first development is very simple. hi all- I have been in software and technology my whole career, but have hardly used Airtable at all. I understand data modeling, JavaScript, API’s, automation, etc. but I am smart enough to know what I don’t know - and I don’t want to invest time building out an Airtable app without someone watching out for best practices, shortcuts, and helping break through obstacles. I have a client who wants to hire me to build out their system in Airtable. It’s a fairly simple database that will just have a few primary tables/data-types, but there will be a ton of fields to deal with. Once complete, we want to expand the system to use webmerge to produce documentation based on the data. I’ve built out a base with most of the sections I think we need. I’d like to collaborate with a consultant to come in to finesse it a bit based on the architecture I’ve built out to accomplish our goals. This will include, at least: All Contributions, People, Foundations, Grants, Interactions and a couple other tables. Hi! I’m needing to launch my airtable database soon. I’m migrating from FileMaker and have zero database design and found that this is much harder than I was lead to believe. Is anyone here is an airtable consultant who can take over my database migration and help me design the database so that pull out the info needed? We have a budget. Hello, We recently had to port over an old webapp to Airtable in short order. The structure is there but the next step is to build out a front end that will make data entry to update existing records more user friendly. The users in this case are our internal folks, the app is internal and not publicly facing in any way. I will also have some questions about some complex fields and reports, but the front-end is my priority at the moment. I was hoping the forms view would work but that just allows you to create new records, when I have to be able to update the records. We have been using Airtable but it is beginning to stretch the non-experts, and we are going to need some streamlining and extension of its capabilities. First task is to give criticism/fixes to the existing base/structure, then extension for supporting higher volume of customer contacts. To get a sense of scale: we are currently dealing with 15000 turbines, and 3500 owners. Current important tables are customers/turbines/projects (which are aggregations of turbines)/mailout tracker/deal discussion tracker/family groups. I am sure this can be improved. We need a way of capturing contacts with owners and constant improvement of the dataset (for example - salesperson gets an inbound call from a mailer/email, we need a simple form to correct the phone number for that custom

SwopItUp is a non profit organisation that works with teens on environmental action in the UK. We’re looking for some pro-bono support with Page Designer. Part of our programme includes our Creator Briefs, and we have been using Airtable for the data. We have been playing around with Page Designer, and think this is an ideal way to present the info back to teens as PDFs. However, our designs are pretty basic, and might not inspire Young People behind the ideas in the way we were hoping.
