I need a script where I will be able to select the record I want (or better yet, do so by clicking a button field) and then it will display a numbered list of all the linked records in a particular cell.

Hi, We’re an e-commerce small business and are looking for some help with our inventory management system. We have two bases, one where we keep our sales and inventory data and one where we have product details. We want to be able to do a couple of things with our system: Combine the two bases, to have all our information in one place Have part-time employees enter product data, using two separate forms, without being able to access the whole workspace. We’ve looked at some options like miniextensions and stacker, but want something more suited for our purpose. I’m looking for a third-party service that can assist in moving an entire CRM database from Salesforce into Airtable. I don’t think it’s as simple as a basic CSV import, as the database has a lot of records linked across tables as well as a lot of files associated with individual records. Is there any service that exists for this, whether automated or manual?

Per a helpful recommendation from @Justin_Barrett, I’m interested to find help with the following problem. I have a base of companies and another base of investors, linking the two so one can see the investments of an investor and the investors in a company. I’d like to be able to upload a new csv that has another list of companies and their investors. Inevitably, these new lists might include some new investors in a particular company, but also not be exhaustive, so I’d like to be able to just add the new investors to the company, not overwrite the previous list. Eg. If Company in my database currently has investment from Investor A and Investor B, and I import a list that says the company has investment from Investor A and Investor C, I’d like the result to show that the company has investment from Investor A, Investor B, and Investor C. Hey Guys, I’m have a small home inspection business and need some help automating my scheduling (JotForm) to Airtable/Google Cal and would idealy have a 2-way sync between Airtable and Google Contacts and then sync that to Constant Contact… with JotForm (or other form) would like to integrate Google Map API for auto address fill (I already have that acct). Just need help with the details and finalization. Thank in advance. Also, while I’m using Zapier at the moment, it seems like Integromat can do more, but requires a little more knowledge than what I possess.

I am a real estate developer that needs an internal tool to keep track of multiple projects and require more functionality from the Map Block. I’ve listed out the main requirements, which I am certain can be achieved through the google api but not sure if they can be achieved in tandem with Airtable. I like the ability to view my table data side by side with map block and just need to extend the funtionality of the map block as below. Key customisations Search bar in the map block See street names and places on the map block satellite view Add markers directly into the map block and save to airtable database Add polygons directly in the map block and save to database Add measurement tool directly in the map block Easily filter what markers are seen (via a graphical widget) If this cannot be achieved using google maps, I would also be be open to using the mapbox api. We run a small project management company that runs book printing and production projects for authors and publishers. We would like to use Airtable. We have a Miro Wireframe Diagram (which is available for Airtable Pro accounts) already created and an extensive Excel Spreadsheet mapping of our known database fields, their functions of each field and their potential values, as well as what other parts of the database need to be related to at that point. Need an experienced Airtable Implementer who has implemented MIRO before to get this up and running. Hello! I’ve been delivering items from my farmers’ market to neighbors for the last 2 months and now I’m looking to scale our operations locally. I’m looking to hire someone to help me build a form that customers can use to place orders, and that I can use on the backend to sort aggregate orders based on vendor. Ideally, customers would use this form to order the items they want, make payment, and input delivery address and phone number for text notifications. I’d love it if these forms would feed into an order summary on my end where I can sort aggregate orders based on individual orders and vendor (because customers can order items from multiple vendors). I’d also like to be able to collect email addresses and refresh the ordering window each week. Hoping this is all possible with Airtable! I have a table with records belonging to various contacts. As an example, I have five records for contact A. These records are tracking numbers of shipments that we need to air freight to Contact A. I would like to email all 5 records in a Typeform link, so that contact A can select the shipments he would like us to ship and also provide delivery address information. Suppose he selects 3 out of the 5, the 3 should be added to an existing table, from which we will process the shipment. Is it possible to set up such a workflow?

Hi, been trying out Airtable for a few weeks and believe it may be a helpful project tracking/database tool for my firm. I run a structural engineering firm in the San Francisco Bay Area with about 20 employees. We initiate about 150 projects per year of varying size. Each project has statuses, phases, timetables, milestones, budgets, unique attributes (e.g. address, type, location, material use, etc) , a client, multiple outside contacts (architect, contractor, soils engineer, etc), and often multiple assigned internal team members (collaborators in Airtable parlance). I want to create a solution that 1) records each project, its attributes and contacts, 2) tracks projects status, phases, schedules and milestones, 3) provides a weekly workload planning dashboard for each staff member (based upon to-do project tasks), 4) provides staff timesheets, and 5) tracks project budgets.
