Greetings. I’m seeking an Airtable consultant to assist with building out our workspace. I have the base created and would like to increase functionality by setting up the best apps/blocks. My email is katie@steinberginstitute.org.

I have a list of 15 functions/projects that I’ve scoped out as part of my vision to making Airtable do everything we need it to. hi all- I have been in software and technology my whole career, but have hardly used Airtable at all. I understand data modeling, JavaScript, API’s, automation, etc. but I am smart enough to know what I don’t know - and I don’t want to invest time building out an Airtable app without someone watching out for best practices, shortcuts, and helping break through obstacles. I have a client who wants to hire me to build out their system in Airtable. It’s a fairly simple database that will just have a few primary tables/data-types, but there will be a ton of fields to deal with. Once complete, we want to expand the system to use webmerge to produce documentation based on the data. I am a Director at a Boston based ed-tech organization, and looking for an Airtable expert to help us build out our Sales CRM and social media Airtable bases. I’d also like to help my team better utilize Airtable and be able to ask specific questions. Most urgently, we need to be able to integrate APIs for Twitter, Facebook, IG, and MailChimp. As mentioned, we also need to develop our Sales CRM (currently using Less Annoying, and wanting to entirely shift to Airtable). I’ve built out a base with most of the sections I think we need. I’d like to collaborate with a consultant to come in to finesse it a bit based on the architecture I’ve built out to accomplish our goals. This will include, at least: All Contributions, People, Foundations, Grants, Interactions and a couple other tables. I want to ensure I’ve set it up well, to make as much automated as possible (we’ll be connecting our base to our donation platform, mailchimp, gmail, ideally website/cookies), and that the right information lives in the right place so we can scale. Hi! I’m needing to launch my airtable database soon. I’m migrating from FileMaker and have zero database design and found that this is much harder than I was lead to believe. Is anyone here is an airtable consultant who can take over my database migration and help me design the database so that pull out the info needed? We have a budget. We just need to get it done as working between the two databases is no longer a viable option.

Hello, We recently had to port over an old webapp to Airtable in short order. The structure is there but the next step is to build out a front end that will make data entry to update existing records more user friendly. The users in this case are our internal folks, the app is internal and not publicly facing in any way. I will also have some questions about some complex fields and reports, but the front-end is my priority at the moment. I was hoping the forms view would work but that just allows you to create new records, when I have to be able to update the records. We have been using Airtable but it is beginning to stretch the non-experts, and we are going to need some streamlining and extension of its capabilities. First task is to give criticism/fixes to the existing base/structure, then extension for supporting higher volume of customer contacts. To get a sense of scale: we are currently dealing with 15000 turbines, and 3500 owners. Current important tables are customers/turbines/projects (which are aggregations of turbines)/mailout tracker/deal discussion tracker/family groups. I am sure this can be improved. We need a way of capturing contacts with owners and constant improvement of the dataset (for example - salesperson gets an inbound call from a mailer/email, we need a simple form to correct the phone number for that customer, without the salesperson accessing the whole of the base). SwopItUp is a non profit organisation that works with teens on environmental action in the UK. We’re looking for some pro-bono support with Page Designer. Part of our programme includes our Creator Briefs, and we have been using Airtable for the data. We have been playing around with Page Designer, and think this is an ideal way to present the info back to teens as PDFs. However, our designs are pretty basic, and might not inspire Young People behind the ideas in the way we were hoping. Has anyone built a Plug-in for Outlook to pull Base, Table, and Fields information into email while responding or parsing through the email and fill the Airtable fields?

I’m looking for a potential consultant that could help build out an inventory table that connects to a 3rd party platform via API. It seems our need is relatively specific, which means most Warehouse Management Systems would be full of bloat. We have the general format of the table already created. If you bring new ideas to the mix, that’s great, but what we have is relatively solid - maybe we’d do some reformating. Here’s a high-level look of what is needed (I think): List item Sync Airtable data to 3rd party platform via API. List item When inventory is available in the Airtable spreadsheet, the 3rd party platform allows for production to take placed based on that available inventory. List item If the inventory is not available in Airtable, the 3rd party system will not make orders available for production. I run a small cat sanctuary and we are growing fast. I have been using an iPad app to keep track of my population but I’m needing something a little more involved, but the shelter softwares out there are WAY too much for what I need. I feel like this would be a pretty easy setup for someone who already knows this system. In time, I could learn it and do it myself - I just don’t have the time. I’m not sure what details to include, I want to incorporate Airtable into virtually every aspect of my landscaping companies’ business operations, and while I know what outcomes I want, I can’t take the time to learn a whole software platform - I need to delegate this. We’re thinking of using Airtable as a staging warehouse for product data prior to it being uploaded to Shopify. We have a significant volume of products to upload, and need to quickly scale up while producing accurate product information. We’re considering using teams from different companies for data entry into Airtable, and then verfying data by a matching process.
