We have been using Airtable but it is beginning to stretch the non-experts, and we are going to need some streamlining and extension of its capabilities. First task is to give criticism/fixes to the existing base/structure, then extension for supporting higher volume of customer contacts. To get a sense of scale: we are currently dealing with 15000 turbines, and 3500 owners. Current important tables are customers/turbines/projects (which are aggregations of turbines)/mailout tracker/deal discussion tracker/family groups. I am sure this can be improved. We need a way of capturing contacts with owners and constant improvement of the dataset (for example - salesperson gets an inbound call from a mailer/email, we need a simple form to correct the phone number for that custom

SwopItUp is a non profit organisation that works with teens on environmental action in the UK. We’re looking for some pro-bono support with Page Designer. Part of our programme includes our Creator Briefs, and we have been using Airtable for the data. We have been playing around with Page Designer, and think this is an ideal way to present the info back to teens as PDFs. However, our designs are pretty basic, and might not inspire Young People behind the ideas in the way we were hoping. Would you beinterested in helping us to max the way we can present these, in an image rich way, using Airtable, with a view to this becoming a case study you can highlight in your portfolio?

Has anyone built a Plug-in for Outlook to pull Base, Table, and Fields information into email while responding or parsing through the email and fill the Airtable fields?

I’m looking for a potential consultant that could help build out an inventory table that connects to a 3rd party platform via API. It seems our need is relatively specific, which means most Warehouse Management Systems would be full of bloat. We have the general format of the table already created. If you bring new ideas to the mix, that’s great, but what we have is relatively solid - maybe we’d do some reformating. Here’s a high-level look of what is needed (I think): List item Sync Airtable data to 3rd party platform via API. List item When inventory is available in the Airtable spreadsheet, the 3rd party platform allows for production to take placed based on that available inventory. List item If the inventory is not available in Airtable, the 3rd party system will not make orders available for production. I run a small cat sanctuary and we are growing fast. I have been using an iPad app to keep track of my population but I’m needing something a little more involved, but the shelter softwares out there are WAY too much for what I need. I feel like this would be a pretty easy setup for someone who already knows this system. In time, I could learn it and do it myself - I just don’t have the time. We have a significant volume of products to upload, and need to quickly scale up while producing accurate product information. Hello! We currently use a Filemaker database to create and track complicated schedules (multiple hard-keyed start or deadline dates, dependencies that work forwards and backwards, 100 +/- tasks). I am looking for alternatives to that database and Airtable looks like a good solution. I need someone to build the initial schedule framework for me. Hi there! I am working with a company that is using the Page Designer block in airtable in a unique way. I use it to make individual “profiles” of possible applicants out to my customers. I do not have a high number of applicants creating profiles (maybe 3-5 a day). So I go through and tweak/edit each individual profile layout on my own. But I run into a problem when I go to save the individual profile that I finished editing as a PDF. I have certain topics/fields bolded on the airtable block, and when I hit the “present” button it looks exactly the way I want it to. But when I press print to then save as a PDF, the bolding of all the text boxes that I’ve chosen to be bold, goes away. And I cannot get it to save looking like how it needs to. I have a windows working on 10, and one of my coworkers has a windows with windows 10, and one has a macbook. The macbook does not have this issue, but the other person with a windows does. We need to be able to mass add additional information to our contacts and trace the date this info is added. We do not want to update their information, but add to it. We currently have 400 lines and need to add info to these lines 6-10 times a year. How do we go about doing this? After we get that info connected to each contact we want to be able to visualize their progression over time. Can someone help me with this? For example, John Doe joined our club made up of 400 members. Part of this club is you can participate in a class and/or join a support group. Our base is made up of the people who are part of the club. Our first set of data (pulled in 1/20) is an import we inputed from our database that shows 200 of the people that joined the club participated in the class and 150 of them joined a support group. We pulled another report from our database that includes attendance for the class and support group in 3/20. We noticed that 100 people were no longer in the class and

Hi - we’re a small size real estate investment company that is looking to migrate over to Airtable to manage our Sales and Marketing functions within our business. In addition, we currently have an Access Database that we use to generate Excel Reports that output investor returns. From what I understand is possible with Airtable, we can utilize the database functionality of Airtable to generate these reports. Hi all, I’m looking for someone that can build me a custom block that is a PDF document viewer. There will be a single document saved in the attachment field. The document will be either a .pdf, .doc or .xlsx. I have a button to view document and would just like the block to display the document. **Edit: it does not matter if the .xlsx or .doc render for viewing purposes as a pdf I’ve tried page designer for this, but I run into two issues. First, it distorts the document making it blurry. Second, these are potentially multi page documents and it doesn’t allow a scroll or click to the next page.
