What is the proposed idea/solution? Introduce a WIdget for iOS/Android!How does is solve the user problems?We have moved over from Asana, that has this, and team members (especially those who are work on site) need to be able to easily see outstanding tasks/create new tasks on the go.How was this validated?...Who is the target audience?...

It would be usefull to be able to adjust the header height. I woud use this feature to reduce the width of a field and still be able to read the header.

What is the proposed idea/solution?Functionality to hide/show comments in a collapsable window within interfaces, specifically the "Record Review" pageHow does is solve the user problems?Allows users to hide/show what they need to see. In Interface, user can only choose a value that already exists in a single select field.In some use-cases, I should be able to add a new value (as it exists when creating from the "Data" interface)It would be nice to have this option enable or not in the field parameters, when configuring the form in Interface.

Google Sheets has a formula called Hyperlink. HYPERLINK(url, [link_label]) Example HYPERLINK(“http://www.google.com/”, “Google”) Where url is The full URL of the link location enclosed in quotation marks, or a reference to a cell containing such a URL. and link_label - [optional] is the text to display in the cell as the link, enclosed in quotation marks, or a reference to a cell containing such a label. It would be helpful if airtable could do this too. My use case: Zapier finds new google docs in a special folder and adds records to an airtable which includes TITLE and URL. I have a view of that table that is embedded on my internal google site so that all new content in that folder (medical protocols) are available to my staff. It would be quite nice to have one field (a clickable link) rather than two - the title and an ugly url. Please like this post to help it raise to the top!

Barcode lookup for products (UPC specifically) would be great, which could pull in related information about the product if found. This would be useful, for example, when cataloging DVDs, and could pull in the title, cover art, etc.

I would love to see Sections, Titles, and Collapse/Expand options for the Interface navigation menu. If you have a ton of Interfaces on one base, it looks messy without the ability to section off by Title and the ability to collapse/expand section.

The ability to create tables and records in this type of view would change my life.

I’d like to request support for BC dates, or “negative” years. The Timeline Block is willing to display “negative” years, and I think it would be neat to be able to build a History Timeline in Airtable that could span back into Ancient, BC history. Sadly, the furthest back I can get is a “year 0”. And even the Date Picker on the Date field is willing to scroll backwards into negative years, but then when a date is selected, it inputs it as the positive inverse year: I’ve been fiddling with DATETIME_PARSE() formulas and can’t seem to get anything to produce a “negative” year output. Would love to see support for this, even if the use-cases are rather narrow :slightly_smiling_face:

I am glad each table in a base has one key column that must be unique (needed for relational databases), but instead of making this uniqueness requirement only available to the key column, please make this setting available to other fields also. Some discussion on this topic has already been made (see Unique values in a column), but was listed under “Support” instead of “feature request”.

I want to set some fields mandatory so our team members do not forget to input. For example, customer’s name should be mandatory for a project management but some members forget to input it. The image is that if a mandatory field is blank, users are requested to input the field otherwise the new record is not created.

To whom it may concern,An enhancement suggestion from Kalypso: Enable Ability to configure columns to be 45 or 90 degrees. This should be configurable in both Data and Interfaces. It'd be really use to be able to generate notifications for the user on the mobile app (or desktop). Seems like it'd be simple to do.We'd like this, as we have really complicated automations running, that are not 100% infallible to human input error. Currently I manage this with a "notification" single select, whereby if an input error has happened and needs to be fixed, it's tagged with the relevant issue.Input views are grouped by the notification select, so the user can at least see next time they open the app there was an error with their data entry.But this is messy, can create multi-day delays in getting information rectified, and also takes up 1 of the 3 "grouping" slots (and I already find 3 not quite enough).There'd be lots of reasons to notifcations would be useful to others.Obviously email and slack are options for generating notifications, but we're a small team (3) who work in the field together, so we don't use slack, and we're not checking our emails. What is the proposed idea/solution?When looking at a calendar in Week, 3 Day, or Day view, it would be great to change the hour scale — that is, make an hour larger in the view.How does is solve the user problems?When scheduling lots of records in a very small timescale (<15 minutes) things can get very cluttered, and it feels like we're not using the screen real estate to its fullest extent. Being able to zoom in on the Y-axis would fix this problem. If anyone has a solution for how to view records on a smaller time scale (right now I bounce between a table and a calendar), that would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to have the ability to take an existing record in a table and apply all of its fields to a new record template. This would be an extremely useful feature, and honestly, I'm not quite sure why it isn't already possible.

The new List View is great.But there's no option to share it, as there is with every other view.Can this functionality be added?Particularly hoping for the embed function to be enabled...

I’ve seen questions if formulas can access other tables, and it’s a no. Workaround is that you use lookup fields and calculate with those fields from within the same table. But this very quickly clutters the table with fields from other tables, only to get them into a formula. Our tables quickly grew and got really messy. I’d like to skip one step and directly access other tables in formulas: {DesignTable.TimeEstimation}+{ProgrammingTable.TimeEstimation} This would de-clutter a lot of tables for us. Since I haven’t found a feature request for this, I’d like to request it here. Thanks!Chris

Now, I know there are 300 million of you Americans and that’s a big market - BUT - we need phone formats that work for other countries! First up should be Australia - where the phone format is landline (XX) xxxx xxxx and mobiles are (04xx) xxx xxx. Please?

Need the direction of the fields in a table from right to left for usage of hebrew data.Also the direction of writing and aligning text in hebrew needs to be from right to left.It becomes frastrating even more when including english letters or numbers.

It would be helpful if I am able to hide tables when they are not necessary for everyday work.
