How to delete ( " ) input, when the other input a wrong format. i try delete and reinput, but it seem i can delete ( " )

It's a bit of a silly question, but I am a little alarmed that I have used up 39,000 automation runs out of the 50,000 available for my workspace ( I am on the pro plan ). Just wondering if it renews monthly, and how can I add more if I need to?My business is expanding and the amount of automations might reach the limits eventually, there should be a way to add more runs separately hopefully? 

I have 3 tables:1. A Contacts table - lists each contact, their email, their phone number, and their Company. 2. A Company table - links to all the Contacts for that Company.3. A License table - lists all license numbers, their expiration dates and links to the particular Company the license is for. I was able to use a lookup field in the License table to figure out who the Contacts are for that particular Company. Is there a way for me to pull those Contact(s) email addresses into another field in the License table? Or do I first need to use a lookup within the Company table to lookup the emails of all the Contacts associated with those companies, and then pass it over to the License

Hey AllI have a business producing about 10 000 records a month, that's going to double in a few months. Will it be feasible to create a new base each month and move the previous months data to a "backup" base?Thanks in advance!

Is there a way to choose a multi-select option more than once? For example, if I have a list of A, B, C, D for a job, and that job requires 3 A's and 2 C's, is there a way to choose those options in the multi-select more than once? Right now I can only choose A once and C once. 

I have been using Airtable for a while now and have quite a good grasp of how I can use it. But somehow I can’t seem to figure out how to track my different social media stats in the best way. In excel I would just have a row per stat and a column per month but that is hardly effective now, right? Who has a show and tell for a great stats tracking base?

I'm running into a problem. I have a "projects" table and then I have a "tasks" table. In the tasks table. Within the tasks table, certain tasks are subtasks/child tasks. Under each project, the tasks for that project appear. I have nesting enabled. The nesting works for the parent/child task. But the child task appears twice in the same list both as a subtask/child task as well as a parent task (without subtasks). It isn't a duplicate record. It's the same record. When I make changes to the record, the same change is immediately reflected in the alternative record. Not sure why it is doing this.

HiIs there a way to send a record by email (manually not an automation) that does not show the titles of each column if it is an empty field? Even if the column is hidden it still comes through on the email.To explain further, I'll have a meeting to present concepts, each meeting I could show between 2 - 10 concepts and for each concept there is a name, image, description and link. My problem is that I need to set the table up for the max number of concepts shown and then I email the client after the meeting with the record of what was presented and all the info for each concept. If I send the record with just 2 concepts the email also shows the title of each column which is empty making it appear as if there is info missing. i.eConcept 3Concept 3 descriptionConcept 3 link etc etcIf someone could help me please I'd be very grateful. Many thanks 

Greetings all, I am building a non-profit membership tracking system that pulls in new member requests from our Mailchimp list and invoices from our Xero system. I am used to the standard unique key, foreign key database structure and am struggle a bit to understand Airtable’s relationship structure. As of now, our mailchimp list and xero invoices link OK on somene’s primary email address, which is my unique identifier for the Contact table. I realize that if they change / udpate their email address (which happens), that connector will break. It took me a long time to realize that the first column of each is automatically the “unique” ID, even if it allows for multiple identical string entries. So, originally I had full name as the first column, but John Smith and John Smith can exist and are not the same person… which screws up the linked tables. “Name” + “Company” (or any secondary field) doesn’t work well either, as often times people don’t fill out too much in the forms. Hi,I’m using Airtable for our fundraising Auction database to store items to then upload to our Auction website. We have our items in Airtable and then different image fields for the donation. We have 10 image fields. Each field has its own image. Those images are named by the product ID we assign them.Anyway, the issue I’m wondering about is when I download the CSV of items to then upload to our Auction website, some of the image fields have the image file name which is great, and then a lot of them have the image file name AND then a link to the image in parentheses as well. I’d like it to just have the name of the file without the parentheses and the link, nothing else. Not too bright of me, I know, but I have a number of bases with similar names and versions of the same general content.  I'm trying to figure out how I can determine which one is the most 'up-to-date' without cross-comparing each and every line of all of them.  The Home screen doesn't tell me when a base was last edited, or originally created, it only tells me when a base was last opened--which is utterly not helpful when you're clicking around through old bases trying to find the right one (so they all report being opened within the last hour).Is there some other interface or button I am missing, or a secret 'info menu' to be found somewhere in my account that would give me more detailed stats about the creation and edit history of a particular base?  I'm thinking something like the 'Get Info' option that right clicking a folder gives you on a Mac.Also not too bright of me, I didn't realize I needed to proactively click

I have created a table that we record the time it takes us to carry out specific tasks for clients. I have created a subsequent view for each client and shared with them a private link so they can always see what tasks we are carrying out and how long it takes. However, on the subsequent grid view, I would like a filter to show only the work undertaken this billing period. e.g. from the 1st of the month to today’s date. Is this possible? At the moment I have a filter that is: Date “is on or after” + “exact date” + “1st Dec” However, I have to manually change that date each month. is there another option that would work rather manually changing it each month? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Simple and easy question, I plan on using airtable with a group of 25 for a project. Is it possible that I can allow all of them to edit on the free plan?

Hi! I’m looking for a way to limit the Date field in my form so that the person filling out the form is not able to select the current date, only dates in the future. Is this possible?

I’d like to update the Status column of a record when a specific time listed in that record is passed. This is to create a social media publishing calendar. I add a post time to a record. When it is that time, the records status column is updated to Approval. I then have a separate view filtered by Status=Approval where I’ll review records that need to be approved. I currently have the Status column set as a single select as Queue, Approval, and Posted. If possible, I’d prefer to do this via a formula column but am open to setting it as an automation. Nous ne voulons pas leur divulguer toutes nos informations, j'aurais juste voulu leur partager la vue "formulaire" mais ils ont besoin d'avoir accès aux fonctionnalités permettant de construire le formulaire en tant que tel. How do I adjust the grid width of a field the mobile (iPhone) app? When I touch the grid header I can slide the column to a new location, but no amount of fiddling seems to affect the width of the field. Thanks!

How can I use the Gannt Chart feature when our tasks don’t start or end on a specific date? I run a general contracting company and no incoming project starts on the same date. Furthermore, not all projects are the same, so alternative tasks might need to be triggered based on the circumstance. The only dates used are follow-up after X amount of days and schedule dates. Suggestions?

I have a table with Presentations and another table for Speaker Evaluations.  The Presentation Title is a Linked Field in the Speaker Evaluation Table to link the two tables.  I also have a Look-up Field for the Speaker's Name.  I am making a form for the Speaker Evaluations.  The first item is to choose the presentation.  I would like the look-up field for the speaker to show up in the form as non-editable so the evaluator is reminded of who they are evaluating.  The form currently will not show it.  Is there a workaround? 

With the recent introduction of the limit of 100 synced downstream bases per upstream base, we realise that one of our bases has over 200 such downstream synced bases, exceeding the limit. So we receive the error "The source application has reached the maximum allowable number of synced targets". Many of these downstream bases show as unknown, with unknown creators.My question is, how do we remove (not just disconnect, as this reportedly still counts towards the limit) the unknown bases from the upstream base? Bonus points if this can be achieved without breaking the syncs to the wanted downstream bases.

I'm working on base to track hotel room usage for a conference, and would like to set up a dashboard to show nightly occupancy against our contracted number of rooms per night. This is my setup in GSheets which works great, and ideally I'd like to replicate something like this in AirTable:In my base design, I have a reservations table with room type, check-in, and check-out fields.
