All the records in the table are gone.Sad, it is true. But before you suggest that someone made them disappear, I notice that at the bottom of the page, the tracker marks the presence (absence) of 235 records.Are these Schroedinger's records, present and absent at the same time?Has anyone experienced the same problem? Do I turn it off and on again?Best+Dario 

When I sign in with my credentials all i get is the "You Need Access" window. I'm an Editor. I have many views. I need help to get signed back on to my active workspace. I've asked access from the Owner. If she grants me access will I lose all the views I've created???When I request to change my password, it pulls up a very simple and old and practice workspace.Please Help me ASAP. The views I've created are critical to me doing my job!

Hi, I am currently tracking the number of people who has RSVP for an event. The view is currently set up:The first column is the nominee's name The next column is Student RSVP (single select with the option of Accepted, Declined, Pending). This column is the supervisor's name who nominated the studentThis column is Supervisor RSVP (single select with the option of Accepted, Declined, Pending)Additional Guest (this is a single line for us to enter info e.g., +1 )Dietary requirement (this is a single line)When I filter "Student RSVP is "Accepted", it spits out the records showing students who have accepted the invite but it does cover the case where if the student "Declined" and Supervisor "Accepted". I also tried grouping them by Student RSVP and Supervisor RSVP. But we still need to calculate ourselves manually to confirm how many accepted, including the additional guest.My question to the community is - is there a way I can better set it up so that I can instantly

I'm trying to reorder the fields in one of my tables so that when viewing them via a linked record, they are organised in relation to how we use them.It's my understanding that to do this, you need to reorder the fields via the first view that was created in that table. I guess that view is essential the 'master view' in that table.I've been successful at doing this for several tables already, but only by coincidence. Upon deleting some views in the other tables, a view that was only accessible by another user would appear in the view list. I was able to select the view to see the content but couldn't make any changes as it was locked to that user. I reached out to them and they changed it to a collaborative view, where I then reordered the fields and they showed correctly when looking at the linked record from another table. I've tried doing that on the table where I'd like to reorder the fields, but no extra views are showing up. Dear all, I am new to Airtable and am trying to recreate a simple design I had in google sheets. In short, I have in one table: Days of the week as rows And for each day/row a column with time spend per part of my job (e.g., research, education, management); i.e., three columns. Like this: Now I would like to create a stacked barplot of these three columns. Like this: However, all documentation for both the chart-app and vega-lite app I read so far seem to assume that there is a separate grouping variable, rather than multiple columns being stacked. Hello Is it really not possible to have the weekday shown in a date field? Seems an odd omission - and the ‘friendly’ date format not that friendly. I know I can use a formula field to format it how I like but a) that’s a workaround and b) I am grouping by date and grouping by a formula field means I drag move records between groups / add new records directly to the group. Hi! I'm posting this as recommended by Airtable!So we have outgrown our current Airtable Pro plan, yeyy!We contacted for Airtable Enterprise, and as you most know - it's waaaaay out there. I will respect AT and not post here any numbers.Look, I get it - big companies with hundreds of seats are what it's all about for any SAAS.However --- our business is in fact big enough and could easily pay that.But - we don't need 20 seats for what we need airtable right now, and the exorbitant $XYZAB min yearly cost is much more than the value we would get out of the subscription.Just because Elon Musk has the money doesn't mean he would pay thousands for a carton of eggs, right?Anyways - the RESULT and the BIG PROBLEM for Airtable is that our company cannot scale with them and because the data does not fit anymore - we will have to go to another solution.And who knows, maybe it's something amazing and we won't come back when we have the amount of seats that enterprise airtable wants?Just throwing

Hello Community,I'm needing more brain power to solve an issue filtering a table view.Background: I have field technicians submit a log from their field work.These logs are each pulled into Airtable and have a view that filters to a specific group of questions/answers so that we can use an automation based on how those questions are answered to address any issues.We recently added some new questions to one of these groups.I tried updating the filter to include these new questions, and it behaves unexpectedly.I've attached a screenshot of the filter for the table.The logic would say that if any of the 4 conditions in the condition group were not empty then the records that match would show up in the view, but that's not what happens.As it is now with those conditions set like in the screenshot, I'm missing three records.If I remove the first condition from that grouping (Did a Soiling...), then the missing records are all that show in the view.That follows the logic, as these three reco

I use airtable to store metrics from our server systems, to log the capacity of our systems and alert us when it reaches or goes over a threshold. I want to create a dashboard that can show the current capacity and create reports for capacity planning. I tried to create one but it doesn't let me choose the resources to show, it just shows everything, I don't know how to separate the data, and there are no options.

Hi there,I attempted to use a record URL to open a record in a particular view on my mobile app, but unfortunately, it was unsuccessful. Rather than opening the record in the specified view, it opened in the last viewed view in that particular table. The record URL was effective in opening the record in a particular view when accessed through a PC, but it did not have the same outcome when accessed via the mobile app.Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Hey,I'm new to Airtable and I need help with something. I have a table with Date Field hidden, but it's annoying that whenever I need to add a row the hidden field cannot be edited unless I'm either un-hide the field or expand the row and edit it there. Is there a way I can make the hidden field show when I add a new row to the table just so I can edit it when I create the new row? the Date Field is hidden due to the fact I don't want the Days to be shown so I'm using Function Field using DateTime_Format.

Has anyone ever experienced an error like this with their base? If so, how did you fix it?

A few weeks ago I was playing with views and deleted a field from a view to see if that would help me consolidate some data. I’m not sure if that is the default behaviour, but however I did it deleted the field from the whole table, which I wasn’t aware off until now (I spent 2 days on holidays and just got back to work). Table trash is empty, so is workspace. Any ideas if it’s possible to recover a deleted field and how? Theres 400+ records there and it’s unlikely I’ll be able to recover all of those :frowning:

so, we've created a general intake formI added to this form"BECOME A TENANT UNION MEMBER!Become a member, receive additional benefitsSelect an option"but this does not reflect on the table connected to the form. furthermore, I want to add buttons to take the person to payment websites. Can someone offer to call me or walk me through what I can do. its not so much integration, its more like added buttons and making sure the data reflects on the table.  

I have a base that I use to manage our shipping materials. The "Material's On Hand" is calculated by a formula. I would like to have the option to override this formula if I enter data in a form. The override field is titled "Cycle Count Override". I am currently using the below formula but as you can see from the screenshot it is unsuccesful. IF({Cycle Count Override}, {Cycle Count Override}, {Material's Received}-{Material's used Rollup (from Outbound)})

Hey, hi there! 🖐️I found myself spreading out some sensitive information repeatedly on multiple tables of a same base, and I would like to understand if there is a way to store some kind of key-value pairs on a per-base level.For example, in a table that I record geolocated places I use a Google Maps API key to generate the URL needed to embed a map pointing to that place. This is done through a formula field, concatenating, for each place, information from its row.Beside the place specif fields (that actually need to be dynamic inserted on formula), the API key will be the same all over the table, and even for the sabe for other usage of the same API through out the whole base.Certainly it would be splendid to be able to allow other users to use a key like that without the need of exposing it.There is some alternative to achieve it?Thanks for the help in advance 🤝 

Is there an way to view all of the bases that my base is syncing too? Meaning I have base A that is being synced to base C,E,F Is there an extension or way to see that those are where my base is syncing too? Or I just have to go into each base and see the sync. 

Hi everyone, I’m hoping I can explain well where I am stuck. What I am trying to achieve (in short) is that any time a form is submitted sync a certain (calculated) field from form1/table1 to a corresponding field in table2 only if the email adress entered in the form and an email adress in table2 match (both primary fields) In more detail: I have created a seld grading quiz using this instruction: Self-grading quizzes with Airtable - DEV Community What I am trying to accomplish is basically that the grade, that is a calculated field in table2, is synced to table2 which is our user database. The form requires the user to enter an email adress. If this email adress matches an email adress of table2 (pimary field), then the field with the score should be synced with a corresponding field associated to this record. I hope I was using the correct terminology. I have tried using automations but I haven’t figured it out yet. I am very grateful for any help!
