Bonjour à tous, J'ai besoin d'aide de la communauté airtable ! 🙏 Je pense être au bon endroit ! 😉J'explique ma requête. Nous travaillons depuis quelques mois sur airtable, nous devons refaire notre site internet, et avons envie de lier airtable à notre site ( que les clients puissent remplir des formulaires et que l'on ai directement les infos sur une nouvelles demande) bref. 🙂L'agence qui refait notre site, voudrait l'accès à "l'interface designer" de nos formulaires. Nous ne voulons pas leur divulguer toutes nos informations, j'aurais juste voulu leur partager la vue "formulaire" mais ils ont besoin d'avoir accès aux fonctionnalités permettant de construire le formulaire en tant que tel. How do I adjust the grid width of a field the mobile (iPhone) app? When I touch the grid header I can slide the column to a new location, but no amount of fiddling seems to affect the width of the field. Thanks!

I have tried wrapping both fields in VALUE(field), ABS(field), etc. How do I get this to behave? What is the reasoning behind this?

How can I use the Gannt Chart feature when our tasks don’t start or end on a specific date? I run a general contracting company and no incoming project starts on the same date. Furthermore, not all projects are the same, so alternative tasks might need to be triggered based on the circumstance. The only dates used are follow-up after X amount of days and schedule dates. Suggestions?

I have a table with Presentations and another table for Speaker Evaluations.  The Presentation Title is a Linked Field in the Speaker Evaluation Table to link the two tables.  I also have a Look-up Field for the Speaker's Name.  I am making a form for the Speaker Evaluations.  The first item is to choose the presentation.  I would like the look-up field for the speaker to show up in the form as non-editable so the evaluator is reminded of who they are evaluating.  The form currently will not show it.  Is there a workaround? 

With the recent introduction of the limit of 100 synced downstream bases per upstream base, we realise that one of our bases has over 200 such downstream synced bases, exceeding the limit. So we receive the error "The source application has reached the maximum allowable number of synced targets". Many of these downstream bases show as unknown, with unknown creators.My question is, how do we remove (not just disconnect, as this reportedly still counts towards the limit) the unknown bases from the upstream base? Bonus points if this can be achieved without breaking the syncs to the wanted downstream bases.

I'm working on base to track hotel room usage for a conference, and would like to set up a dashboard to show nightly occupancy against our contracted number of rooms per night. This is my setup in GSheets which works great, and ideally I'd like to replicate something like this in AirTable:In my base design, I have a reservations table with room type, check-in, and check-out fields. Hello! I'm relatively new to using AirTable and was wondering if there is an extension that will allow me to take Airtable records and show them in a dated vertical timeline that can be printed out? I know there is a new horizontal timeline feature in the pro version, but I need something that goes vertical down the page. I would also prefer it to be accessible in the free version of AirTable as I plan on sharing my base with others in my community for their personal use. Thank you!

Hello!I am integrating Airtable with my calendar app and using it to schedule meetings. I want to include a link to the zoom room we are using on that meeting but the link is not showing up, even though the label is on. On the calendar app I can only see the name and a link to the task. Can someone help me?

Hi,I have a base with a "Workorders" table, to that workorder I would like to be able to add parts from my "Spare parts" table by scanning the barcode of that spare part (instead of writing in the search box).Each spare part has a barcode field with their unique barcode.Is this possible? At the moment I can't see any other way to link to a record then to manually type and find the right part.As there are so many parts in play with similar names, being able to find them by their barcode would be great help.Anyone know if this is even possible?

We are setting up Airtable to manage multiple projects and multiple teams. Each project has its own Base, and each Project Base has its own task list. Is there a way to see all tasks across all projects in one place? One of the main problems we are trying to solve is to find a way for each team member to see all of his or her tasks in one place even though they are located in various bases. For the past two days my extensions (any extension) has been failing on safari Mac Ventura with Apple Silicon. They don’t seem to be effected in Chrome. Anyone else noticing this? It happens on all my bases / workspaces.

Hi,I am trying to filter for individual service users who attended support sessions between two dates. I have attached screenshots to show the process followed.The issue is that the filters appear correct (they are very straight forward and I've verified them with others in and outside of the organisation) but some of the results do not correspond to the filter commands. BACKGROUND INFO:The data come from two linked tables: Service Users and Activities Engaged with. Service Users are linked to Activities Engaged with via the date of the activity. The date format is NAME OF MONTH, DAY, YEAR.When using filters that cut across two calendar years to produce a report over a financial year in the UK, the query looks like the following:Where Date contains YEAR (e.g. 2022)AND (Condition Group) Where Date contains (list of months by name starting April to January)OR (Condition Group) Where Date

Having trouble getting timeline view to work. Setup includes: View is zoomed out to 1 year (months) Record grouping is based on record category Record coloring is based on a single select field for sales type What I need to have is each record show: Health of record (a single emoji from a formula rollup, :red_circle: , :orange_circle: or :green_circle: Name of record Count of projects connected If I Keep the name of record first, then it displays as much text as it can fit and then trails off with “…” As soon as I move the health or count to be first, then it only shows the health for example and then “…” followed by empty space. Why is it not using the available space to trail off when needed? Dear Airtable Community, I’ve been using the following guidance on Power BI queries to import my Airtable data: Sending Airtable data to Microsoft Power BI & Power Query – Airtable Support However, post-import, I’ve noticed that my multiple selection variables are just converting into “[List]”. Is there anything I can add to the query template code that would tell PowerBI to craft new columns to capture all of the multiple-select inputs, or at the very least pull the first selected input? Many dependency workflows happen within a single day. The current gantt block doesn’t allow for that. It assumes at least a day between all dependencies (it generates a red flag if a dependency sequence shares a single date) In the Gantt chart, we need a way to link/view dependency sequences within a single day. Maybe allow dependencies by date AND time? Or provide some other way to link them?

Hi everyone. in order to program my production I want to use the airtable PRO platform, how can I have the timeline displayed in the departments, have them enter data, avoiding the use of PRO versions for each department? otherwise the situation would become too expensive … therefore summarizing: in the office I have the PRO version that inserts the production programs each department has a separate timetable with the possibility of entering some data (finished work, quality problems, number of pieces, etc.) thanks!

I have an enterprise system that I want to serve as a data source for Airtable. Is it possible to house data for AirTable in external sources? Ideally, I would want to connect Airtable to my data source for real time data access. Not so ideally, I would want Airtable to either reach out to my data source on a scheduled basis or schedule a push of data from my data source into Airtable on a scheduled basis.

I am trying to use Lookup data in a formula and can’t get it to work. Table A is a list of print products, and column 1 are the unit costs pulled from linked table B, which contains unit costs for different page counts. In another column on Table A, I want to multiply the unit cost by 25. I have tried doing this using a forumla, and I have tried it using the Rollup function, and both result in “error.” Also another weird thing I noticed: If I format the the column in table B that contains the unit costs as a number, the Lookup data in table A gets rounded up to a 1! So I can’t get any meaningful sums when I group the data. The only way to get the correct numbers to show up is if I leave the column in Table B formatted as short text. Weird!

The pivot table blocks are really useful for creating reports. Is there any way to share the contents of a pivot table block with people who don’t have an Airtable login? What I would really like to automatically email the contents of a pivot table to someone every week (perhaps using Zapier) or to be able to send them a URL which had a read-only view. But even the ability to export the pivot table to CSV would be a step forward. Andy

Hi, I am using an attachment field and looking to upload the attachments from a shared Google Drive. I saw a previous post about this saying it was not possible yet. However, since it become possible to sync from a shared Google Drive some time ago, I’m wondering if it’s now also possible to attach a doc from a shared Drive ? Thanks !

Hi there, I am using the Matrix blocks and would like to just hide the “(empty)”, but show the remaining columns that may or may not have values. If I check the box to hide the empty rows, it also hides columns without data in them. I’d like to just hide the “(empty)” column/row when there is no data. The rest of the actually empty columns/rows I’d like to keep so I can show that we indeed don’t have anything in that matrix. See example
